PRESHOW ONE

Jim Ross: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the Wrestlemania Pre-Show live on pay-per-view.

Viktor and Konnor came out first to boos from the crowd. After The Ascension had entered the ring, Cage and Big Ryck made their way out, to a mixed reaction. Upon entering the ring, Cage and Big Ryck posed. After a brief discussion between the two members of The Ascension, Big Ryck moved onto the apron, allowing Cage to start the match. Across the ring, Viktor started the match off. Viktor and Cage stared at one another, then began circling the ring. Viktor ran at Cage, attempting a clothesline, but Cage ducked out of the way, then hit Viktor with a series of punches. Cage then whipped Viktor into the ropes, and as Viktor ran back towards him, Cage jumped up, hitting Viktor with a Thesz press. As Viktor hit the mat, Cage got to his feet and stomped on Viktor several times, then ran against the ropes and hit a knee drop. Viktor got to his feet and Cage whipped him against the ropes, this time hitting him with a snap scoop powerslam. Cage hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! After Viktor kicked out, Cage moved to the corner and tagged in Big Ryck. Big Ryck pulled Viktor to his feet and whipped him into the corner, then ran at him and hit a corner clothesline. As Viktor staggered out of the corner, Big Ryck set him up for a DDT. Viktor was able to block it and broke free, then hit Big Ryck with a clothesline. Big Ryck got back to his feet and Viktor hit him with a series of punches, then grabbed him and slammed his head against the turnbuckle. Cornering Big Ryck, Viktor hit him with a series of punches and kicks, then pulled him out of the corner and hit him with a suplex. Viktor covered Big Ryck and the referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! As Viktor got to his feet, Konnor held out his hand, and Viktor obliged, tagging in his partner. Upon entering the ring, Konnor stomped on Big Ryck, attempting to keep him grounded. Big Ryck made it to his feet and the two began to exchange right hands back and forth. Big Ryck was able to gain the upper hand. After hitting Konnor with a series of punches in quick succession, Big Ryck whipped Konnor against the ropes, then hit him with a spinebuster. Both men got to their feet and Big Ryck dragged Konnor towards the corner, then tagged in Cage. Big Ryck held Konnor in place, allowing Cage to hit him with a kick to the gut, then exited the ring as Cage applied a headlock. Konnor broke free of the headlock and pushed Cage into the ropes, then hit him with a clothesline. As Cage got to his feet, Konnor took him down with a Russian legsweep. Konnor hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Konnor pulled Cage to his feet and set him up for a powerbomb, but Cage blocked it and countered with a backdrop. Both men got to their feet and Cage grabbed Konnor once again, this time hitting a backbreaker. Konnor got to his feet once more, and to the crowd's delight, Cage hit the big spear! As Cage made the cover, Viktor entered the ring and interfered. Big Ryck entered the ring and went after Viktor but he was tossed out the ring. Viktor ran at Cage, Konnor was up and the duo hit him with The Fall of Man! The referee counted - 1... 2... 3! The referee called for the bell and raised The Ascension’s arms in victory.

PRESHOW TWO

The Wrestlemania Pre-Show was well underway when “The Letter Black” began to blare from the speakers and the crowd gave a nice pop as Paige made her way out from the back. She took her time getting to the ring and, once there, moved to the far corner, watching and waiting for her opponent. She didn’t have to wait long as “Miss Murder” began to play. Lufisto made her way out and made a beeline for the ring, looking more than ready for the bout ahead. She moved to the corner diagonal from Paige and a minute later, after exchanging a few short words with each woman, the referee called for the bell and the match was underway. The two women charged at one another and locked up with Lufisto gaining the early advantage.

Jim Ross: Lufisto with a definite strength advantage in this match, King.

Jerry Lawler: Yes but I think Paige has the speed.

Lufisto sank into a deep side headlock by going down to one knee and Paige screamed, trying to fight out of it. Finally she managed to force Lufisto to release the hold with a series of punches and elbows to her chest and back but Paige was unsteady on her feet and moved to the corner to use the ropes to regain her balance. From behind her Lufisto charged but Paige turned and managed to her get foot up, her boot meeting Lufisto right in the face. Lufisto stumbled back and Paige pulled herself up onto the top turnbuckle and launched herself off in a crossbody. She followed it up with an elbow drop and went for the cover.

One... two... Kickout!

Paige started to yank Lufisto to her feet by the back of her neck and head but Lufisto broke away and delivered a hard right to Paige’s face before delivering a HARD cradle DDT and going for a pin of her own.

One... two... thrKIckout!

The crowd popped big as Paige was just about to get an arm up.

Jerry Lawler: Whoah! That was close!

Jim Ross: These two women are really taking it to one another!

Lufisto looked a little frustrated but wasted no time in pulling Paige up only to slam her back down again and then move to the ropes to perform a big moonsault but, at the last second, Paige managed to get both her knees up so her legs crashed into Lufisto’s abdomen. Now both women were down with Lufisto grabbing her stomach in pain and Paige trying to regain her strength. Both got to their feet at the same time, each looking winded and pained, and then they began to exchange slow but effective rights back and forth until finally both seemed to have the same thought. They both threw themselves back off the ring ropes behind them and flew at one another in a double clothesline that took both women down once more. The fans cheered at the athletic display and this time Paige was moving slightly faster as both women struggled to their feet and all at once she caught Lufisto in the Paige-Turner and went for the cover.

One... two... three!

Jim Ross: And Paige wins it! What a hard fought match by both competitors, King!

Jerry Lawler: These two women are true competitors, JR. There’s no denying that.

The bell rang and the crowd popped as Paige’s music began to play once more and her arm was raised. Winded but smiling she celebrated in the ring.

PRESHOW THREE

When Syxx’s music hit the PA the fans gave a huge pop for the man that was truly one of a kind and the EBWF veteran made his way out and to the ring in his usual manner.

Jerry Lawler: Oh this should be a good one, JR!

Jim Ross: I couldn’t agree more, King. A triple threat match to decide the number one contender for the Path to Glory Championship!

Jerry Lawler: And with the stipulations that come with that title, JR, in a way, these men are practically fighting for a shot at the number one contendership for the World Championship as well.

Once Syxx was in the ring Ted Dibiase’s entrance music filled the arena and the young man came out to a mixed reaction, carefully watching Syxx as he climbed the ring steps and stepped through the ropes to move to the other far corner of the ring not occupied by his opponent. “If Ya SMEEEEELLLL...” The rest of the lyrics were drowned out as the fans popped big for The Rock as he made his presence known, wasting no time on the ramp as he stormed toward the ring, climbed in, and eyed the other two men before moving to a turnbuckle and raising his arm high. His music faded and the three competitors eyed one another in those last few seconds before the bell rang.

Jim Ross: HERE WE GO!

Instantly Dibiase was charging at the Rock but before he could do anything Syxx cut him off at the pass with a huge running clothesline that made the crowd pop big. The Rock only blinked and gave a small grin and a shrug before getting into the action himself by turning on Syxx and beginning to deliver a series of rights that sent Syxx back and into the corner. The Rock started to grab Syxx by the back of his head for a running bulldog but at the last second Syxx converted the move so he ended up superman punching Dibiase as the young man got to his feet.

Jerry Lawler: Hey, hey! Leave Ted alone guys!

Jim Ross: Dibiase really yet to get into this match.

Jerry Lawler: They won't let him stand up, JR!

Indeed, just as Dibiase got on all fours to start to regain his footing again the Rock ran at him, used him as a stepping stool and launched himself at Syxx with a flying elbow. Syxx however saw him coming, ducked, and Rock's own momentum sent him flying face first into the top turnbuckle. Now Syxx began to deliver kick after kick, slowly wearing the Rock down as the referee began his count. Then, from behind, Dibiase spun Syxx around and took him to the mat hard with a big sitout spine buster.

Jim Ross: Dibiase getitng a little revenge here!

Looking to further the punishment and capitalize Dibiase went to work on the Rock, delivering a series of right hands of his own before suddenly, from behind, Syxx charged. Dibiase though seemed to sense him and moved out of the way just in the knick of time. The Rock saw Syxx coming and used his own momentum against him, sidestepping and throwing Syxx hard into the ring post shoulder first. Syxx grabbed his shoulder and cried out in pain as Dibiase swung the Rock around. Before he could follow up though the Rock was suddenly going for the Rock Bottom! But NO! Dibiase countered with a legsweep and a face buster to the mat, going for the cover.

One... two... kickout!

Jerry Lawler: One thing about triple threat matches, JR. They move fast!

Now Dibiase got to his feet but from behind Syxx, still appearing to be in pain, spun him around and nailed a hard Superkick that left Dibiase falling to the mat like a ton of bricks. Syxx went for the cover.

One... two... a weakened Rock barely was able to break up the three count and now Syxx turned his attention to the Rock, delivering a series of hard elbow drops to his spine and then throwing himself off the second rope in a big moonsault before going for the cover.

One... two... kickout!

The fans were loving the fast paced action and every few seconds a new chant would start as the action in the ring continued. Slowly Dibiase got to his feet and, turning, he gave Syxx a hard boot to the face that sent Syxx rolling to the edge of the apron, seeing stars. Then Dibiase went to kick the Rock but the Rock saw it coming, grabbing Dibiase by the ankle, and tripping him up. As Dibiase fell the Rock took full advantage and locked in a sharpshooter. Dibiase was screaming as the referee kneeled down to look for the submission. Dibiase was reaching for the ropes but they were just out of his reach and the seconds ticked by.

Jim Ross: Look at that look of pain on Dibiase's face! He can't hold on much longer!

Syxx didn't think so either and he'd quickly climbed to the top turnbuckle and now, just as the Rock looked up, he flung himself off and incredibly caught the Rock mid-air in a sitout face buster that left the fans chanting "Holy Shit" and popping huge.

Jerry Lawler: Oh my God!

Jim Ross: That seemed to take the wind out of all three mens' sails though King! I think that hurt Syxx as much as it hurt the Rock and Dibiase may be really hurt!

Indeed the ring was filled with carnage as all three men writhed in pain from their various wounds, no one man rushing to get to his feet. Finally there came some signs of life as the Rock reached for the ropes and, ever so slowly, began to use them to get to his feet. Syxx was doing the same on the opposite side of the ring. Then, both men turned to one another at the same time and Syxx, slightly the faster man, charged but then, out of nowhere, the Rock caught Syxx in the Rock Bottom! The arena came alive as the Rock slowly moved to yank off his elbow pad, tossed it into the second row, then went to spring off the ropes in the People's Elbow but NO! Out of nowhere there came Ted Dibiase! He'd slid out of the ring, circled around to the other side, and now, from behind he took the Rock down with the cobra clutch legsweep! He started to his feet, looking to follow up with another blow but then Syxx proved he could be just as sneaky as he suddenly caught Dibiase in the crossface chickenwing! Dibiase struggled on his feet and Syxx, keeping the hold in place used his smaller stature to bend Dibiase back and further sink the move in. The fans were going crazy as Dibiase struggled and then the Rock took down Syxx with a huge running clothesline that also sent Dibiase to the mat and the arena all but exploded when Dibiase climbed to his feet and the Rock caught him in the Rock Bottom and went for the cover.

One... two... three!

The bell rang and the pop grew even louder as an obviously fatigued Rock slowly got to his feet and the referee raised his hand.

Jim Ross: The Rock has done it! The Rock is the new number one contender for the Path to Glory Championship!

The Rock's music played and, taking his time, the new number one contender took to all four turnbuckles, riling the fans up even more and raising his arm in victory.

A video of previous Wrestlemania highlights since Wrestlemania I played. The crowd was already hot. Many of EBWF’s Superstars and Divas were seen saying phrases about Wrestlemania. “Amazing, Spectacle, Awe-Inspiring.” After the 90 second clip ended the scene cut to a pair of boots and panned up the body, to the face of Wes Ikeda.

Jim Ross: And here come the Mean Girls, Summer Rae and Eva Marie, who challenge Beautiful Dangerous, Trish Stratus and Natalya, for the Women's Tag Titles tonight!

Jerry Lawler: I notice Sasha isn't out here with them tonight JR - no doubt she's preparing for her Women's Title match with Brie Bella later on tonight!

Jim Ross: Summer and Eva actually lost the Women's Tag Titles to Trish and Natalya at the Royal Rumble... then earned a rematch after Summer won a fatal four way match two weeks ago on Warfare. The Mean Girls will be determined to regain the gold here tonight!

After Eva and Summer had entered the ring, "Bossy" by Kelis hit and the crowd cheered as Beautiful Dangerous headed to the ring. Upon entering the ring, Trish and Natalya climbed the opposing turnbuckles, holding their championship belts up proudly, before climbing down and standing across from Summer and Eva, taunting the former champions with the gold. The referee took the Tag Titles and held them in the air, then called for the bell. As the referee handed the title belts to one of the ringside officials, Trish and Eva moved onto the ring apron, allowing Summer and Natalya to start the match. The referee called for the bell and the two divas locked up. Natalya hit a headlock takedown, then as the two divas got to their feet, Natalya took Summer down with a hip toss. Eva hit a vertical suplex, before making the cover. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Both divas got to their feet and Eva went for a snapmare, but Trish blocked it and countered with a reverse DDT. As Eva got to her feet, Trish whipped her into the ropes, then as Eva hit the ropes Trish ran towards her, taking her down with a Thesz press before punching her against the ring mat several times. Both divas got to their feet and Trish took Eva down with a running bulldog, then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout!

Jerry Lawler: Another near fall!

Jim Ross: Great back and forth action thus far in this match up!

As Trish got to her feet, she tagged in Natalya, who upon entering the ring grabbed Eva's arm, twisting it before applying a hammerlock. Eva broke free, hitting Natalya with an elbow smash, then took Natalya down with a shoulder block. Eva tagged Summer Rae back into the ring, who hit Natalya with a swinging neckbreaker then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Both divas got to their feet and Summer went for a reverse kneeling facebuster, but Natalya blocked it, then got behind Summer, lifting her up for a belly-to-back suplex. As Summer sat up, Natalya hit a low dropkick, then grabbed her by the legs and applied the Sharpshooter!

Jim Ross: Natalya has the Sharpshooter locked in! This could be it King!

Summer cried out in pain, then began crawling towards the ropes. A battle of wills broke out between the two divas as Natalya tried to keep Summer away from the ropes. As Summer neared the ropes, she reached out to grab the bottom rope, but she couldn't quite reach it. Sensing her partner was in trouble, Eva Marie climbed down from the ring apron, then reached into the ring and grabbed Summer, pulling her towards the ropes! Summer grabbed the bottom rope and the referee forced Natalya to break the hold.

Jerry Lawler: Great teamwork there by Summer and Eva!

Jim Ross: You call it teamwork, King... I call it underhanded tactics!

Trish was unimpressed with Eva's tactics, and she climbed down from the ring apron and ran around the ring, spearing Eva to the ground! Natalya was momentarily distracted by what was happening outside the ring, and Summer Rae rolled her up! The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout!

Jim Ross: Summer Rae almost stole one!

Outside the ring, Trish and Eva were on their feet. Trish went to hit Eva with the Chick Kick, but Eva ducked out of the way, then grabbed Trish and threw her into the ring steps. Back in the ring, Natalya went to hit Summer with the Michinoku driver, but Summer countered with a headscissors takedown! Eva moved back onto the ring apron, and Summer tagged her in. Summer and Eva double-teamed Natalya, pummelling her with a series of kicks and punches before hitting a double DDT. As Summer then exited the ring, Eva hit Natalya with Seeing Red! Trish was still down outside the ring, and Eva hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... 3!

Jerry Lawler: Summer and Eva have done it! The Mean Girls are our new Women's Tag Team Champions!

The referee called for the bell, and Summer and Eva screamed with excitement as their arms were raised in victory. The referee handed Summer and Eva the title belts, and the two divas shared a celebratory hug, then held each other's arms up in victory. Summer and Eva made their way to the back as Trish and Natalya watched on disappointed.

Jim Ross: Stardust! Stardust retains!

Jerry Lawler: The Breakout Championship reign continues!

MATCH THREE

Jim Ross: Up next, we have a match for the EBWF Tag Team Championships! The unlikely team of Tyler Breeze and CJ Parker have shocked the world by becoming the champions, and tonight we're going to find out if their less than cohesive attitude will earn them a successful defense.

The camera went to the ring, and Wade Barrett and Ryback were already in the ring, awaiting their shot at recapturing tag team gold.

"#Mmmgorgeous" by CFO$ began playing through the speakers as Tyler Breeze came out, flanked by CJ Parker. Breeze, oblivious to his partner's existence, took selfies of himself on the entrance ramp of Wrestlemania while CJ Parker attempted to photo bomb every shot. Tyler rolled his eyes and continued towards the ring, attempting to get Parker-free shots of himself. The crowd cheered for the odd couple as they got into the ring and raised their tag team championships in the air. The referee took the belts from the champions as they got to their corner of the ring. After some discussion, it was decided that Wade Barrett would start against Tyler Breeze.

Jim Ross: Here we go! Tag team championships on the line!

Tyler Breeze and Wade circled in the middle of the ring as the referee called for the bell. Breeze stepped in and locked up with Barrett, but the significantly larger man Barrett powered Tyler into the corner. The referee demanded the two men break the grapple at the turnbuckle, and Wade slowly put his hands up and backed away. Tyler took the opportunity to hit a dropkick on Barrett, who stumbled back. Tyler hopped to the top rope and launched off into a body splash towards the english bareknuckle boxing champion, but Barrett caught him in his arms. He hoisted Tyler up and went for an early Wasteland, but Breeze elbowed him in the back of the head multiple times. Barrett stumbled and let go of Tyler, who pressed the advantage with some hard rights.

Jim Ross: Tyler Breeze fighting with a lot of spirit here in the early going, but I don't if he wants to get in a striking contest with Wade Barrett. Seems like a bad decision.

Tyler landed a clean elbow to Barrett's face, and Barrett put his arms up in defense. He blocked a shot and countered with a few of his own, sending Tyler to the mat. Barrett went for a quick cover and got a two count. Tyler scrambled away and tagged in CJ Parker who hopped into the ring CJ ran in place for a few seconds to get some momentum built up, then charged at Barrett, who HAMMERED him with a bull hammer elbow. CJ Parker went out like a light in the center of the ring.

Jim Ross: DEAR LORD. What a shot! CJ Parker paid for his recklessness!

Tyler Breeze was in disbelief on the other side of the ring as Wade went for the cover. Breeze springboarded off the top rope into an elbow drop and interrupted the count at 2 and a half. As soon as Wade Barrett got up to a standing base, Tyler hit him with a picture perfect Superkick, which sent him down to the mat. The move drew a big pop from the crowd in attendance. Tyler quickly returned to his corner as CJ Parker went for the cover, getting a 2 count.

Jim Ross: Near fall there. CJ Parker seems like he's relying on Tyler a great deal.

Parker headed over and tagged Tyler Breeze in. Tyler mouthed something at him angrily as he got into the ring. Wade tagged in Ryback and the Big Guy charged forward, flattening Breeze to the mat. Ryback followed up with a cover attempt and got a two count. Tyler kicked out, but Ryback picked the smaller man up by the hair and threw him into the ropes. Tyler bounced off the ropes and came back at Ryback gaining speed. Ryback went for a lariat and Tyler ducked underneath it, bounced off the other side and clipped Ryback's knee with a dropkick. Ryback fell to one leg, keeping himself up by his hands. Tyler charged towards Ryback, grabbed his head and hit a flying DDT. Ryback's head bounced off the mat and he rolled onto his back. Tyler went for the cover and got a two count. Tyler then got to the top rope and sized up Ryback.

Jim Ross: Tyler Breeze is like a one man army!

Breeze launched off the top rope, but not before CJ Parker slapped his leg, and the referee called that a tag had been made. Tyler looked at CJ Parker in disbelief. Parker stepped into the ring while Ryback was still on all fours. All of a sudden, Wade Barrett nailed Tyler Breeze with a big boot which sent him tumbling off the turnbuckle. Ryback exploded out of his stance and turned CJ Parker inside out with a meathook clothesline!

Jim Ross: Good lord! What a powerful clothesline by the big guy!

Ryback then quickly scooped up CJ Parker and put him on his shoulders. He marched around the ring to the delight of the crowd and dropped back with the Shellshock!

Jerry Lawler: That's gotta be it!

Ryback covered CJ Parker and got the 1....2......3!

Jim Ross: It's over! We have new tag team champions! Wade Barrett and Ryback have recaptured the gold!

Jerry Lawler: May as well have been a handicap match!

The referee handed the tag team championships to Ryback and Wade Barrett, who raised them up to the crowd and celebrated. The crowd cheered as the new tag team champions headed up the ramp. CJ Parker was slow to get up from the mat. Tyler climbed into the ring and argued with the ref for a moment. The ref fired back, showing off his shirt and reminding him that the decision was final. Tyler stopped just in time to turn around and leap into the air, connecting with a Beauty Shot to CJ Parker.

Jim Ross: Oh my God! Tyler Breeze just assaulted his tag team partner!

Jerry Lawler: Do you blame him?!

Tyler pounced on the prone Parker and pummeled him with multiple hard rights. He grabbed Parker's hair, yelled at him, then pummeled him some more. Referees finally slid into the ring and pulled Tyler back.

Jim Ross: Tyler Breeze is taking out his aggressions on his tag team partner.

Jerry Lawler: I think it's safe to say that they're not tag team partners anymore, JR.

Tyler was escorted out of the ring as the camera faded and the show transitioned to a video package for the next match.

MATCH FOUR

After a promo package hyping the next match, the camera focused on the ring. The bell rang and Lillian Garcia was in the ring.

Jim Ross: The Path to Glory Championship is on the line next, and there's a lot riding on this one.

Jerry Lawler: Indeed. The winner of this match will be eligible to cash that championship in for a shot at the World Championship in just 30 days!

Lillian Garcia: The following contest is scheduled for one-fall, and is for the EBWF Path to Glory Championship!

A mixed reaction came from the WrestleMania audience as "Rocket Skates" by the Deftones began playing. The crowd witnessed Brian Kendrick walk slowly out onto the ramp, dragging his championship title, completely ignoring the thousands of people reacting to him. He got into the ring, wearing his normal wrestling attire and white jacket. He propped himself up on the top turnbuckle, waiting for his competitor to show up.

Jim Ross: Brian Kendrick is as crazy as they come.

Jim Ross: You can feel the excitement in the crowd tonight, they are ready for the challenger!

After a good 30 seconds or so of waiting, the crowd immediately came to their feet when "Cult of Personality" blasted out of the speakers. The entire arena erupted as the Second City Savior casually walked out onto the ramp, wearing a Best in the World hoodie. He knelt down and checked his invisible watch, yelled "It's Clobberin' Time!" and headed down to the ring.

Jerry Lawler: The Levi Stadium has come unglued!

Jim Ross: So much history between these two men. This is going to be a slobber knocker for sure!

Punk got into the ring, mounting the turnbuckle and raising his arms in the air. As he got down, he turned around to find Kendrick with a mischievous smile was on his face. Kendrick handed the belt to the referee and after holding it in the air, he signaled for the bell to ring.

Jerry Lawler: And here we go!

The two combatants didn’t waste time circling the ring. They went straight at one another and began exchanging punches. The crowd was loving it. Punk was able to push Kendrick into the corner and hit a couple sharp muay thai kicks to the midsection. The referee gave the challenger a mandatory five count warning where Punk stopped at four. Punk told the referee a few words, but before he could react Kendrick caught him with a cheap low blow. Punk crumbled at the refs knees and he didn’t know what happened. Kendrick didn’t give him time to find out either as he immediately assaulted Punk with vicious kicks to the ribs.

Jim Ross: Oh, it's going to be that kind of match! Kendrick has decided to beat Punk by any means.

The crowd roared with approval as Kendrick continued the assault on Punk, laying in hard rights. Punk pushed Kendrick away and charged at him. Kendrick tried to throw Punk over the top rope but Punk’s size advantage gave him the power to reverse and throw Kendrick outside. Punk bounced himself off the ropes and hit Kendrick with a nasty suicide dive. Punk slid back into the ring and waited for Kendrick to stand. When he did, he was hit with another suicide dive from the challenger. The crowd was loving the high risk moves from the fan favorite and a light “CM Punk” chant could be heard around the stadium. When they both stood the two exchanged blows outside, and the referee began the count. Punk went for a side kick, but Kendrick caught his leg and swept the other one out from underneath him, causing Punk to land on his back. Kendrick then grabbed both legs and catapulted Punk headfirst into the ring post. Punk bounced off the post and landed on the ground, clutching his forehead. Kendrick took the opportunity to mount Punk and hit him with hard right hands straight to the forehead. A light trickle of blood could be seen on Punk’s face. Kendrick dragged the dazed Punk to his feet and rolled him into the ring before the referee counted them out. He slid in as well and hooked Punk's leg, getting a two count. Kendrick began to walk around the ring, taunting everyone inside the Levi Stadium. Kendrick went to pull Punk up but was caught with a quick roll up. Kendrick kicked out at two. Punk got up and quickly gave Kendrick a swift kick to the head. Kendrick dropped and Punk went to the top rope. The crowd cheered, knowing what was coming.

Jim Ross: Shades of the Macho Man!

Punk raised his arms up high like Randy Savage, and launched himself off the corner, landing a picture perfect elbow drop on Kendrick. Punk quickly went for the pin, Kendrick got his arm up before three. Punk shifted himself, grabbing Kendrick's arm, locking him into an Anaconda Vice! The arena erupted! Kendrick struggled to escape, teasing the tap. Kendrick was able to roll his weight and pin Punk’s shoulders to the mat. Punk broke the hold to break the pin. Kendrick crawled to the corner, using the turnbuckle to keep himself up. Punk took the opportunity to charge, connecting with a high knee in the corner, then he went for a bulldog. Kendrick reversed it by shoving Punk into the ropes. Punk came back with a clothesline, Kendrick ducked and hit him with a quick DDT. Kendrick went for the cover and got another 2 count. The visible look of frustration could be seen on the champions face.

Jerry Lawler: So far, you've got to admit, this has been a great back and forth match so far.

Jim Ross: I agree completely.

Punk got to his feet and started hitting Kendrick with another series of kicks, which he attempted to block. Punk went high with a roundhouse kick, but Kendrick ducked under it, countering with a wicked superkick that sent Punk to the mat hard.

Jim Ross: What a SUPERKICK by Brian Kendrick! Damn near took Punk’s head off!

Kendrick picked up Punk again, a look of rage on his face. He hit an old school piledriver, dropping Punk’s head on the mat. Instead of going for the cover, he rolled outside and went towards the timekeeper, grabbing a steel chair. He folded it up and threw it into the ring, he also grabbed his championship and went back into the ring. The referee picked up the chair and tried to get it out the match. Punk slowly stood and when he did, Kendrick struck him in the forehead with the PTG belt. Kendrick threw the belt out of the ring and grinned. Kendrick hoisted Punk up and the crowd exploded as he nailed the Slicebread #2 perfectly! Punk was on the mat, motionless. Kendrick went for the cover, 1....2....

Jim Ross: He did it! He... NO!

Punk got his shoulder up just as the refs hand was coming down for the three. The collective gasp in the arena was easily noticed. Now the fans were cheering their heart out for the Second City Savior.

Jerry Lawler: He kicked out!

Jim Ross: My God, what's it gonna take?!

Kendrick was as shocked as the rest of the audience. A scowl crept up on his face, and he rolled out of the ring. He got the chair that ref had disposed of earlier and slid into the ring with it. Just as he was about to bring it down onto Punk’s back, the ref stepped in. He grabbed the chair and threw it out, exchanging words with Kendrick. Kendrick's face was red with anger. He went to punch the referee, but this time Punk caught his arm. He hoisted Kendrick onto his shoulders, but the champion quickly escaped. Kendrick grabbed him and went for another Slice Bread #2. Kendrick ran up the ropes but Punk caught him on his shoulders when he flipped. Punk walked to the middle of the ring and hit an emphatic Go to Sleep. Kendrick's head jerked to the side when Punk kneed him in the face and he went down, unmoving. Punk quickly hooked both legs. 1... 2... 3!

Jim Ross: CM Punk has just won the EBWF Path to Glory Championship!

Punk stayed on his knees, staring at the fallen Brian Kendrick. A smirk could be seen on the new champions face. He started chuckling as his music began playing throughout the arena.

Jerry Lawler: What does this mean? Will Punk stay with the EBWF? Will he jump ship to the UFC?

Jim Ross: I have no earthly idea, King...

Punk stood up and the ref presented him with his championship. The ref raised one hand, while Punk raised the EBWF Path to Glory Championship in the other. A very loud “CM Punk” chant began around the stadium as Punk was now found celebrating his victory in the audience with the fans.

MATCH FIVE

"99 Problems" by Jay-Z hit and the crowd booed as Lance Storm headed to the ring for the next match.

Jim Ross: Up next, we have a triple threat match for the Intercontinental Title as Lance Storm takes on the defending champion, Trent, and the former champion, Sami Zayn!

Jerry Lawler: This might be down on paper as a triple threat match, JR, but in reality it's more like a handicap match! Trent and Lance Storm are going to work together to take out Sami Zayn... I'm not even sure Lance Storm wants the Intercontinental Championship, I think he just wants to make sure Trent keeps the title!

Jim Ross: This match is going to be tough for Sami Zayn, King, no doubt about that. But we've seen alliances fall apart so many times in matches like this... when gold is on the line, friendships are forgotten! Like him or loathe him, Lance Storm is a professional; there's no way he doesn't want to walk out of WrestleMania the new Intercontinental Champion! It will be interesting to see if the alliance between Trent and Storm holds out if they can take care of Zayn!

After Storm had entered the ring, "World's Apart" by CFO$ hit and the crowd cheered as Zayn stepped out onto the stage. As he made his way down the ramp, Zayn was clearly excited to be competing at his first WrestleMania; however there was obvious tension between Zayn and Storm as Zayn entered the ring. "Strike Back" by We As Human hit, and the cheers turned to jeers as Trent made his way to the ring. Trent walked down the ramp with a cocky swagger, the Intercontinental Title strapped around his waist. As Trent entered the ring, he climbed the turnbuckle and held the title belt up proudly, before handing it to the referee. Trent then moved to the corner, shaking hands with Lance Storm. As the referee called for the bell, Trent turned to Zayn and offered his hand.

Jerry Lawler: Don't do it, Sami! You can't trust Trent!

Zayn looked down at Trent's outstretched hand and laughed, shaking his head. Zayn asked Trent, "do you think I'm stupid?" then slapped his hand away and took him down with a clothesline. As Zayn stomped on Trent repeatedly, Storm ran at Zayn and hit him with a series of punches. Storm grabbed Zayn and whipped him into the corner, then hit him with a flurry of punches and kicks. Trent got to his feet and joined in and the two men then pulled Zayn out of the corner, whipping him against the ropes before hitting a double dropkick. Trent got back up and he and Storm stomped on Zayn repeatedly, before dragging the former champion to his feet. Storm and Trent set Zayn up for a double suplex, but Zayn, countered, lifting up Storm and Trent and hitting them with a double suplex of his own!

Jerry Lawler: How did Zayn manage that, JR?!

Jim Ross: I told you, King! Zayn has fighting spirit!

Storm got to his feet first and Zayn threw him out of the ring, then turned his attention to Trent. Trent ran at Zayn, but Zayn took him down with an arm drag, then as Trent got to his feet, Zayn hit a half-and-half suplex. Trent got to his feet once more and Zayn hit a brainbuster, then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... Trent kicked out! As Zayn got to his feet, Storm re-entered the ring and he grabbed Zayn, throwing him shoulder first into the ring post. Storm then helped Trent to his feet, and the two men pummelled Zayn in the corner once more. Zayn fell into a sitting position, and Storm and Trent stepped back. Storm ran at Trent and hit a running knee, then Trent ran at Zayn and hit a low dropkick! As Zayn fell to the mat, Trent rolled him away from the ropes and hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Trent pulled Zayn to his feet and hit him with a hard kick to the stomach, then passed him to Lance Storm. Storm whipped Zayn against the ropes and took him down with a legmare, then applied the Canadian Mapleleaf!

Jerry Lawler: Canadian Mapleleaf! If Zayn taps out, Storm will be the new Intercontinental Champion!

Jim Ross: I told you this alliance wouldn't last, King! Look at Trent!

The thought that Zayn might tap out had clearly crossed Trent's mind, and he didn't look happy about it. He forced Storm to break the hold, then asked him, "what are you doing?" Storm could be seen mouthing the words "helping you keep your title!" in response. Trent looked unsure for a moment, then shrugged and turned his attention back to Zayn. Trent lifted Zayn to his feet and set him up for the Crunchy Driver... but Zayn countered with a sunset flip powerbomb!

Jim Ross: By God, what a counter!

Zayn hooked both legs and the referee counted - 1... Storm broke it up before the referee could count two! Storm pulled Zayn to his feet and hit a jawbreaker, then as Trent got to his feet, Storm told his protégé, "let's finish this!" Trent hit Zayn with a knee drop, then pulled him to his feet and held him in place. Storm went for the Superkick... but Zayn ducked out of the way and Storm inadvertently Superkicked Trent! The crowd cheered with excitement as Storm looked stunned. Zayn grabbed Storm and hit an exploder suplex into the turnbuckle, then ran to the opposing corner as Storm got to his feet. Zayn ran at Storm and hit him with the Helluva Kick! Storm fell to the mat, Zayn hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1... 2... 3!

Jerry Lawler: It's over! Against all odds, Sami Zayn has regained the Intercontinental Title!

Perhaps fearing retribution, as the referee raised Zayn's arm in victory and handed him the title, Zayn quickly exited the ring. As he made his way up the ramp, Zayn held up the Intercontinental Title, looking delighted to have won the championship for the second time. In the ring, Storm and Trent watched him, their facial expressions a mixture of anger and disbelief.

"Break the Walls Down!"

The energetic Wrestlemania crowd got to their feet and gave a mixed reaction to the rockstar of the EBWF. Jericho appeared, facing away from the crowd, his arms outstretched. He twirled around and looked straight at Crowe, a defiant look on his face.

Jim Ross: Still to come, we've got John Cena versus Brock Lesnar in what promises to be an explosive main event. Up first though, the two-time Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler takes on the World Champion AJ Styles in what's sure to be a thrilling match up!

After a promotional video package highlighting the history between Ziggler and Styles, "Smack Down" by Thousand Foot Krutch" hit and the crowd cheered as Dolph Ziggler headed to the ring, accompanied by AJ Lee.

Jerry Lawler: Last year, Ziggler won the Royal Rumble and challenged Brock Lesnar for the World Title at WrestleMania, but was failed to win the gold. Ziggler will be determined to make sure it's a different story this time around, and given the history between him and AJ Styles, this one is personal!

Jim Ross: There's a lot of animosity between Ziggler and Styles, King, no doubt about that. Ziggler will give it his all tonight, but Styles is going to give him one hell of a fight and he needs to be prepared for that!

As Ziggler entered the ring, he climbed the turnbuckle and posed for the fans, then climbed down and stood in the corner, awaiting the arrival of his opponent. "Get Ready to Fly" by GRITS hit and the crowd booed as AJ Styles made his way to the ring.

Jim Ross: I don't believe it, King! AJ Styles kicked out of the Zig Zag!

Jerry Lawler: I thought that was it, JR! But Styles isn't done yet!

The crowd were fully behind Ziggler, and a "Let's go Ziggler!" chant echoed though the Levi's Stadium. The match was beginning to take its toll on Styles and Ziggler, and both men looked weary as they got to their feet. The referee counted - 1... 2... again Ziggler kicked out! Styles seemed to be losing patience, and as he got to his feet he hit Ziggler with a knee drop, then went to the corner and began removing the top turnbuckle pad.

Jerry Lawler: Styles wants to expose that turnbuckle and use it to hurt Ziggler!

The referee tried to stop Styles from removing the turnbuckle pad but Styles pushed him away and continued. As Styles removed the pad, Ziggler got to his feet and grabbed Styles from behind, slamming his head against the exposed turnbuckle! Styles then staggered backwards, and Ziggler hit a second Zig Zag, before making the cover! The referee counted - 1... 2... 3!

Jim Ross: It's over! Both these men have given it their all, but it's Dolph Ziggler that gets the victory! We have a new World Champion!

As the referee called for the bell, Ziggler sat up, clenching both his fists and letting out a scream of joy. The referee handed Ziggler the World Title and raised his arm in victory. AJ Lee then entered the ring, and Ziggler shared a celebratory hug with AJ. Ziggler then climbed the nearest turnbuckle and held the World Title in the air, before climbing down and exiting the ring with AJ Lee. Ziggler and AJ walked up the ramp, and as they reached the top of the ramp, Ziggler held the World Title up in celebration again before walking through the curtain.

MAIN EVENT

“And I’ll be Stuntin’ Like My Daddy… Stuntin’ Like My Daddy…”

The camera was panning around the front row of the crowd, showcasing celebrities in the audience as “Stuntin’ Like My Daddy” by Lil’ Wayne blared throughout the arena.

Jim Ross: Check it out, that’s Seth Green!

Jerry Lawler: Celebrities all over the place tonight here at Wrestlemania. Look, JR!

The camera had panned to the other side of the arena and another graphic announced another celebrity in attendance.

Jim Ross: That’s UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez!

The camera panned a few seats over, passing a member of EBWF security, a pretty woman with short blonde hair, and then four teenage boys who were in baseball caps and Wes Ikeda t-shirts.

Jerry Lawler: And from Ladue, Missouri, the pitching roster for the Ladue High School, Go Rams!

Jim Ross: That young man in the center right there is fifteen year old, Blaine Ikeda, enjoying Wrestlemania tonight.

The boys were being relatively normal teenagers, throwing up peace signs and yelling things at the camera until it panned to JR and King at the announce tables.

Jerry Lawler: It’s been one hell of a night. CM Punk is the new Path to Glory Champion, Sasha Banks retained her Women’s Championship. Dolph Ziggler is the new EBWF World Champion and now we go to the main event, a brutal, bitter battle between The Beast, Brock Lesnar and The Icon, John Cena.

The scene faded into a video package highlighting the history of the John Cena vs.Brock Lesnar main event. After the video package concluded, Brock Lesnar's theme music hit and he came out to the ring accompanied by Paul Heyman. The announcers put over many of Lesnar's impressive accomplishments.

There was a decent little dramatic pause before Cena's theme to hit. Cena, ran into the ring sporting a neon blue and yellow Hustle, Loyalty Respect t-shirt. He got into the ring and was quickly beaten down and dominated by Lesnar.

Jim Ross: Lesnar is having his way here.

After taking a ton of punishment and Lesnar moving slowly, easily handling him, Cena fired up in the corner and threw a ton of wild punches at Lesnar, but a knee in the gut later, Cena was back on the mat getting beaten down.

Lesnar continued to dominate Cena in the middle of the ring as some dueling pro-Cena and anti-Cena chants broke out from the San Jose fans. Lesnar, meanwhile, moved around slowly and with arrogance, easily controlling the big man. Cena again fired up with a ton of wild punches but once again, Lesnar blasted him with a knee to the gut and that was the second time Cena has been cut short when trying to mount any kind of offense in this match.

Several more minutes of Lesnar dominating Cena passed before Cena finally fired up and mounted his first bit of offense in this match. Lesnar tried cutting him off and even hoisted him up for an F-5 attempt, however Cena escaped and hoisted Lesnar up for an Attitude Adjustment. Cena hit it and immediately covered Lesnar, but Lesnar kicked out at two and immediately took back control of the match.

Cena again got in just a little bit of offense, but Lesnar cut him off and beat him down yet again. Lesnar hoisted Cena up for an F-5 when the crowd popped huge. Wes Ikeda was running down the ramp.

Jim Ross: Wes Ikeda! Wes Ikeda wasn’t going to let a Wrestlemania go by! And he’s not going to let Brock Lesnar dismantle John Cena.

Jerry Lawler: Wes and Lesnar have been at each other’s throats for over a year. It looks like Ikeda is coming to get some.

Lesnar put Cena back down to his feet, as Wes slid in under the bottom rope. Cena hit the mat. Wes got to his feet, but Lesnar put a boot to his midsection. Wes doubled over, and Lesnar whipped him off the opposite rope. Lesnar put Wes up for the F-5, and hit it, causing the crowd to gasp and then start booing. Lesnar started out of the ring, and Cena began to pull himself up in the corner. John made his way over to Wes and extended his hand as Lesnar looked on from ringside. Wes took Cena’s hand and Cena pulled him up to his feet.

Jim Ross: Wait… WHAT?!

Cena elbowed Wes in the gut and picked him up for the AA.

Jerry Lawler: No! No! This… this isn’t… no!

Cena hit the AA on Ikeda and the crowd rained down boos. Cena stood over Wes’ body when a commotion broke out near the guardrail.

Jim Ross: Oh no.

Blaine Ikeda, seeing his father in distress, jumped the guardrail and was standing at ringside. He seemed to realize a moment too late what he was doing.

Jerry Lawler: That young man realizes he might have made a mistake.

In a moment, the imposing figure of Brock Lesnar was standing beside him. He turned left, but found Paul Heyman. John Cena was in front of him inside the ring, still standing over his father. The microphone picked up Lesnar.

Brock Lesnar: GET. IN. THE. RING.

Blaine staggered a breath, and Lesnar laughed.

Brock Lesnar: NOW!

Blaine, seeing no way out, went up the steps and entered the ring through the second rope. Lesnar followed after, with Heyman behind him. Cena stayed put as Lesnar began to stalk toward Blaine.

Heyman: Brock… Brock, don’t do it. Brock. He’s just a boy. He’s just a boy, Brock. No…

Brock had backed Blaine into the corner, but the young man tried not flinch, though his chest was rising and falling heavily. Brock put his finger in Blaine’s chest as Cena looked on. Wes used his right leg to trip up Cena and launched himself to club Lesnar in the back of the head. Lesnar fell forward, away from Blaine as Heyman stood shocked. Blaine moved to a seated position in the corner. Wes spun around, but unfortunately walked right into the huge arms of Cena. There was a pause, a long beat, as if Cena was gaging something, and then he put Wes up for a second AA. The crowd booed as Wes hit the mat.

John Cena: STAY. DOWN!

Heyman took a microphone and lowered himself face to face with the teenage boy in the corner.

Paul Heyman: Let this be a lesson to you young man. You can’t trust anyone.

Heyman drop the mic. The crowd booed furiously, and Cena, Heyman and Lesnar started up the ramp. They got halfway when they turned back to face the crowd and Heyman grabbed each of their wrists to lift their arms in victory. Blaine Ikeda had moved to his father, and was crouched over him now, peering up the ramp. The camera did a tight shot on the three men on the ramp, each smirking.

Jim Ross: That…that was despicable.

Jerry Lawler: What will happen on Warfare, JR?

Jim Ross: I don’t know, King. I don’t know.

Heyman gave Cena a pat on the back as the scene faded out and Wrestlemania went off the air.
