-The scene opens up to a week ago. We open up to the beautiful Montego Bay located in Jamaica. The camera pans the beach before showing a sign for a Zoetry resort. We go see the beautiful resort which is pretty full at the moment. On the beach we see Seth Rollins and Paige laying out on a private part of the beach. Paige is in a black bikini top with a pink bottom and Seth is wearing a black Nike swimsuit and has the EBWF Breakout Title sitting on a table right next to him. On the other side of him there's another table where we see two pina colada's.]
Seth Rollins: Isn't this great?
Paige: I'm not going to lie I wasn't expecting to have this much fun here.
Seth: I told you it would be relaxing.
Paige: Definitely relaxing. Weren't you supposed to have a match this week though?
Seth: I was but I had this trip planned for us for a while. Even before I rejoined EBWF.
Paige: Did you at least tell someone you weren't going to make your match?
Seth: I'm supposed to tell them?
Paige: YES! You asshole!
Seth: I'm just kidding! I told them I needed the week off...
Paige: You told them we were going on vacation for our anniversary?
Seth: Something like that...
Paige: Seth...
-She sits up and looks over at him.-
Seth: Yes...
Paige: What did you tell them?
Seth: That you were having surgery and I needed to be with you...
Paige: Are you serious? Wait...what kind of surgery?
Seth: Breast implants...hey look it's the weed guy!
-Seth points at a man in a paddle boat paddling towards a group of people to try and change the subject .-
Paige: What are you trying to say?
Seth: That the guy selling weed in the paddle boat is back. You want some?
Paige: Fuck off!
-Paige gets up and walks off angrily as Seth shakes his head.-
Seth: Damn her for looking so good walking away. Anyway I still have you, don't I buddy...
-Seth picks up the EBWF Breakout Title and puts it over his shoulder as the scene fades to the guy in the paddle boat before fading to black.]
-The scene opens back up to Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We are currently a few hours away from Warfare when we pan backstage where we see Seth Rollins standing next to a Monday Night Warfare sign that he has covered up with his own 'Monday Night Rollins' sign. Seth is in his wrestling attire and has the EBWF Breakout Title slung over his right shoulder as he looks into the camera.]
Seth Rollins: I'm usually not the type of person who likes to take any time off. Usually I like to work and train. That's about it. Well...that and Fortnite but that's a different story. Taking last week off to go on vacation was tough for me to do. I almost would have rather been in the ring beating someone instead of on a beach in Jamaica enjoying drinks and the sun. That's just the type of person I am. I'm not the vacation type. I'd rather be in the ring doing what I do best. Doing what I was put on this planet to do. But sometimes things don't work out that way and I had to take the week off. Which doesn't bode well for my opponent this week. Sorry Moxley but you're pretty much fucked this week. We're talking about a fully rested and ready Seth Rollins. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. But this week you're the unlucky one who has to go up against me when I'm just itching to get back into the ring. I know it's only been one week but it feels like a lifetime. I'm ready to get Monday Night Rollins going!
Now while last week was a good show, they always are. It just wasn't the same. I'm sure there were a lot of disappointed fans last week that they didn't get to see the BEST wrestler in the EBWF perform. The people have gotten used to it. They live for Monday Night Rollins. And can you blame them? Every week I put on a show. Every week I come out and beat superstar after superstar in a match that is talked about all week. I've beaten great after great and I've made it look relatively easy. So when I wasn't there last week I'm sure there were a lot of concerned fans. The good news is that Seth Rollins isn't going anywhere! I AM the EBWF Breakout Champion. And that is only the beginning. I've still got a lot left to do here. I'm just getting started. Guys like Dalton Castle and The Miz need to enjoy being where they are right now because soon enough I'm going to be coming for what's there's and making it mine. It's only a matter of time.
Two weeks ago I stepped into the ring with one of the best this company has to offer in Dalton Castle. We put on a show for the crowd too. We showed this company why we are both champions. And I know I'm not usually the type of guy to come out and give an opponent some credit after a loss but Dalton Castle deserves a lot of credit. He made me work harder than I've had to work at any point since being here and that includes Wrestlemania. He proved to me that he is one of the best wrestlers this company has. But...he still couldn't get it done. Not against me. I know for a fact that isn't the last time that Castle and I will be in the ring together either. I think it's safe to say that we have a mutual respect for each other based off of what we are capable of. We both know that we are the cream of the crop. We both know that at one point or another he's going to have to defend that Gateway Title and I don't see anyone better to defend it against than yours truly. There isn't a person on the roster who deserves a shot at that title more than I do. So while I do respect you Castle, just know that I'm coming for you and that title and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.
-Seth looks down at his Breakout Title and then back into the camera.-
Seth: But there will be a time and a place for that. Right now I'm more worried about MY title. Right now I'm more worried about finding someone to defend this Breakout Title against. When I won this title I told everyone that I would be a fighting champion and that's a promise I plan to keep. The thing is I've been watching all this new talent and trying to see if I could find someone who could possibly contend for this title. I'm sure we could find some nobody like Jon Moxley for me to defend the belt against, but we all know how that would end. I mean...the guy couldn't even beat a not at his best Daniel Bryan. How the fuck is he going to beat The Architect?
I've sat back and watched you a little since finding out about this match and while you were somewhat impressive at first you've kind of fizzled out since. Your loss last week wasn't that bad considering who the competition was. But it's not something that you want to have happen considering you want to compete for a title sooner rather than later. You came out here a few weeks ago and talked about how this company has never seen anyone like you. Are you kidding me bro? You're about as average as they come. You're a dime a dozen. Nobody gives a shit about you. There have been plenty of guys like you before you got here and there will be plenty after you're gone. You've done absolutely nothing to stick out here except for maybe lose to Daniel Bryan. That's your biggest accomplishment aside from beating a bunch of nobodies. Of course you're going to beat those guys. Who doesn't?
The fact is that once you came across some REAL competition you took an L real quick. The truth is that Daniel Bryan exposed you for what you really are: average. I hate to be the one to give you this little reality check but I'm tired of guys like you thinking they're better than you are. I'm tired of guys coming out and shitting on the legends in this business and saying that you're better than them when we all know damn well you aren't. The truth is you're not main event material and you never will be. This is the furthest I could ever see you on a card and the ONLY reason you're this far down on the card is because you're going up against me.
Tonight on Warfare I'm going to expose you for what you really are. I'm going to show everyone that you don't deserve a shot at this EBWF Breakout Title...
-Seth holds the Breakout title up with his right hand for a few moments before throwing it back over his shoulder.-
Seth: The way I see it this is a lose lose situation for you. You have absolutely nothing to gain from this match. I'm going to come out and beat the living shit out of you, just like Daniel Bryan did, and show everyone that you aren't anywhere near my level of competition. And I know normally someone like you might be a contender for my Breakout Title. The thing is I've taken this title to heights it will never be to again. I've made this Breakout Title one of the most prestigious titles in sports entertainment. I've made becoming the Breakout Champion almost impossible for you and all these other guys who think they want to be a champion. Now you have to go up against someone who you couldn't beat on your best day. I hate to be the one to shit on your parade but I'm just giving you straight facts. And the facts are that you don't belong in a ring with me. And tonight...tonight I'm going to show you and the world why I'm the best and why you're just another wannabe who thinks they're better than they really are. Time for a reality check...
