Green and Gold pyro went off all over the arena as "Trouble" by Five Finger Death Punch played throughout the arena.
Mauro Ranallo: Welcome ladies and Gentlemen to EBWF King of the Ring, I am Mauro Ranallo.
Corey Graves: And I'm Corey Graves, tonight we crown their majesties! Their royal highnesses! The King and Queen of the Ring!
"Toreador II" hit the PA and Aiden English dramatically stepped out onto the stage.
Christy Hemme: The following King of the Ring semi-final match is scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 215lbs. He is the Drama King, Aiden English!
English seemed to leer over the crowd and then he proceeded down to the ring and hopped up unto the ring apron, entering by going over the second rope. "Lost in Static" hit and Tommy End came to the ring next.
Christy Hemme: And his opponent, from Amsterdam, Holland, weighing in at 215 pounds, he is Tommy End!
The bell rang and there was some hesitation as the two men seemed to size each other up. They locked up and End immediately began to wrench the arm of English who countered. and backed up off of End. The two men locked up again, and English took the upper hand with a snap mare. End shook him off, and they locked up a third time. End slammed English down to the canvas. He hit English with a knee and a flurry of strikes that sent English out of the ring.
Corey Graves: Aiden English didn't like that one bit.
In fact, The Drama King was throwing a fit on the outside. End taunted him until English slid in under the bottom rope and charged at Tommy End. English took control with an armbar that he transitioned into a crossface. End struggled in the lock, inching his way to the ropes to break the hold. English yelled at Tommy as he continued the attack, but that only seemed to spur End on and he powered to his feet, hitting some hard strikes on English. He followed up with a rolling kick and a kip up, charging at English with a hard forearm and a springboard attack to take English down.
Mauro Ranallo: Tommy End is getting the upper hand here.
English was able to slow things down before catching End on the top rope, climbing up and leaping right into a hard kick by End, who picked up a near fall in the process. Tommy set Aiden up, but English caught him with an enziguri and a backstabber. He went for the pin.

Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, Tommy End.
The referee raised Tommy End's hand in victory.
Mauro Ranallo: There you have it! Tommy End is the first man to go on to our main event tonight. Coming up next, we find out who will join him. Will it be Chris Jericho or Seth Rollins in our King of the Ring Final later on tonight?
The area lights went out and the crowd cheered in anticipation as Chris Jericho's 5 second countdown began. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...
"Break the Walls Down" hit and a spotlight shone on the 10 time EBWF World Champion Chris Jericho, who was standing at the top of the ramp, both arms out, his back to the camera. As Jericho turned around, the crowd erupted! Jericho scanned the crowd and then began to make his way down the ramp.
Christy Hemme: The following King of the Ring semi-final match is scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing in at 226lbs, Chris Jericho!
As Jericho reached the bottom to the ramp, he walked up the ring steps and struck his signature pose on the apron, before climbing through the ropes and standing in the center of the ring. At that point, his music died down as "No Rest for the Wicked" blasted over the PA! Seth Rollins stormed out onto the stage and the crowd reacted with excitement.
Corey Graves: Seth Rollins clearly has one thing on his mind and that's becoming the King!
Mauro Ranallo: The fire in both men's eyes shows just how important this match is to them!
Upon entering the ring, Rollins got right in the face of Jericho! The referee quickly separated the two before signalling for the bell to ring! Jericho got the first blow in, hitting a massive enzuigiri to the side of Seth's head, immediately taking him down to the canvas!
Corey Graves: Can this really be over before it began?
Mauro Ranallo: Jericho almost took his head off!
Jericho went for the cover - 1... 2... Rollins kicked out! He looked shocked at the sly, swift attack. Jericho also looked shocked as he got to his feet, and he turned to the referee with a look of anger upon his face. At this point, Seth Rollins was up and he hit a quick forearm to Jericho's back, before whipping him into the turnbuckle! Turning around, Rollins charged towards Jericho, connecting with a clothesline in the corner. Jericho dropped down into a sitting position and Rollins stomped on him several times, before hitting a huge slap to the face!
Corey Graves: The blatant disrespect!
Rollins pulled Jericho to his feet before quickly hitting a huge spinning back kick to the gut. Jericho staggered forwards, holding his stomach in pain. Rollins then made his way up to the top rope and dived from the top turnbuckle connecting with an unbelievable Blockbuster! Rollins went for the cover and the referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Jericho slid out of the ring under the bottom rope, giving himself time to recover. Seth was furious, and he scanned the crowd before running against the ropes and across the ring, diving through the ropes!
Mauro Ranallo: Tope suicida!
Corey Graves: You can see how much this means to both of these superstars!
Mauro Ranallo: Both men could be out cold! This match is showing the sheer hunger in both men... I can't wait for the final!
Both men were down outside the ring and the referee began counting them out. At the count of 6, both men begin to stir. Rollins got to his feet first and rolled back into the ringquickly followed by Jericho. As both men got to their feet, Rollins went for a clothesline, but Jericho ducked out of the way then hit a Codebreaker out of nowhere!
Mauro Ranallo: Mamma Mia! This could be it, Corey!
Jericho looked towards the referee, signalling for him to count the pinfall as he quickly covered Rollins! The referee counted - 1... 2... Rollins kicked out just before the 3! The crowd reacted with shock as Jericho shook his head in disbelief. Jericho jumped to his feet, yelling at the referee and accusing him of counting too slowly. As Jericho argued with the ref, Rollins gets to his feet.
Corey Graves: Jericho needs to turn around!!
Seth pulled Jericho around by the arm, diving up and connecting with a huge knee to the temple, sending Jericho the foetal position in the center of the ring! The crowd could feel the tension and began to chant "This is awesome!" Rollins sprang against the ropes, then hit the Curb Stomp! Jericho's face crumbled into the center of the ring as Seth made the cover – 1... 2... 3!
Mauro Ranallo: It's over! Seth Rollins just booked his place in the final!
Seth slammed his forearms against the mat, celebrating his victory and his place in the King of the Ring final.
Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, advancing to the final, Seth Rollins!
Seth jumped to his feet and walked towards the corner, climbing to the second rope, and throwing his arms up in the air.
Corey Graves: That was unbelievable Mauro!!
Mauro Ranallo: Rollins was hungry and proved himself tonight, if that's how much he wants it, imagine the final!
Corey Graves: He still has to get past Tommy End, Mauro... what a match that will be!
Rollins climbed down from the turnbuckle and exited the ring, making his way back up the ramp. The camera cut to Jericho in the center of the ring, who was clutching his head and looking bitterly disappointed. As Jericho got to his feet, the crowd applauded his efforts. Jericho raised his hand in acknowledgement of the crowd's support, then followed Rollins to the back.
Mauro Ranallo: Well we now know who our two King of the Ring finalists will be... our main event tonight is Tommy End versus Seth Rollins!
Corey Graves: Two tremendous semi-final matches, Mauro, and I can't wait for the final!
Mauro Ranallo: It's champion versus champion in the final as one half of the Tag Team Champions, Tommy End, challenges the Breakout Champion, Seth Rollins. And speaking of the Tag Titles, we've got tag team action up next as Mankind and Matt Hardy team up to take on Rey Mysterio and Andrade Cien Almas. The winning team will become the new number one contenders to face Tommy End and Michael Dante!
Corey Graves: Two odd teams in this match, Mauro, but we've seen odd combinations achieve success here in EBWF before... the Sumerian Death Squad won the Tag Titles at Wrestlemania, taking the gold from the bizarre duo of Dalton Castle and Grado!
Mankind and Matt Hardy came to the ring first, followed by Andrade Cien Almas and Rey Mysterio. Both teams received a mixed reaction from the crowd. Hardy and Mysterio started the match, and as the referee called for the bell, the two superstars locked up. Hardy applied a headlock, but Mysterio fought out of it and whipped Hardy against the ropes. Mysterio went for a dropkick, but Hardy held onto the ropes, then as Mysterio got to his feet, Hardy hit a forearm smash. Mysterio looked dazed, and Hardy grabbed him, hitting a reverse DDT. With Mysterio down, Hardy held out his hands and shouted "WONDERFUL!" He then pulled Mysterio to his feet, hitting a bridging northern lights suplex. Mysterio's shoulders were down, and the referee made the count – 1... 2... Mysterio kicked out! Hardy pulled Mysterio to his feet and dragged him towards the corner, tagging in Mankind. As Mankind entered the ring, Hardy held Mysterio, allowing Mankind to hit Mysterio with a knee to the gut. Hardy then exited the ring as Mankind took Mysterio down with a two handed bulldog, then punched Mysterio against the mat several times.
Corey Graves: Mankind and Matt Hardy working well as a team here, keeping Mysterio away from the corner and wearing him down.
Mauro Ranallo: What Mysterio lacks in size, he makes up for in heart! You can always expect the unexpected from the master of the 619!
Mankind pulled Mysterio to his feet and hit him with some more right hands, then whipped him against the ropes, before going for a powerslam. As Mankind lifted Mysterio up, Mysterio countered with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takedown! Both men got to their feet and Mankind went for a clothesline, but Mysterio ducked out of the way and leapt towards the corner, tagging in Andrade Almas. Almas looked confident as he entered the ring, and he exchanged right hands with Mankind. Almas was able to gain the upper hand, and he whipped Mankind against the ropes before taking him down with a discus back elbow. Mankind got to his feet, and Almas hit an inverted facelock backbreaker, following it up with a falling inverted DDT. Almas then went to the top rope, hitting Mankind with a moonsault!
Mauro Ranallo: Picture perfect moonsault from Andrade Cien Almas!
Almas hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... Mankind kicked out! Mankind crawled towards the corner, trying to tag in Matt Hardy, but Almas pulled him back and locked in an STF! Mankind cried out in pain, but he was able to reach the ropes and the referee forced Almas to break the hold. Almas stomped on Mankind several times, then whipped him into the corner. As Mysterio held Mankind in place, Almas ran at Mankind and hit a corner dropkick, causing Mankind to fall into a sitting position. Almas ran at Mankind once more, this time going for a running double knee smash... but Mankind rolled out of the way at the last second! As Mankind crawled towards the corner, Mysterio tagged himself in for his team and upon entering the ring he grabbed Mankind, trying to stop him from making the tag. Mankind shoved Mysterio away, then tagged in Matt Hardy! Hardy entered the ring with fire in his belly, running at Mysterio and taking him down with a clothesline. Almas was still in the ring, and he had just got back to his feet when Hardy ran towards him, clotheslining him over the top rope! Hardy then turned his attention back to Mysterio, and as Mysterio ran towards him, Hardy lifted him up, hitting the Side Effect! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Corey Graves: The momentum is swinging back and forth in this match, Hardy and Mankind now back in control!
Hardy got to his feet, and signalled for the Twist of Fate! He pulled Mysterio to his feet, but Mysterio jumped up onto Hardy's shoulders, hitting him with a hurricanrana! Mysterio then tagged in Andrade Almas, who was back on the apron, his arm outstretched. Upon entering the ring, Almas hit Hardy with a schoolboy suplex, rolling him up! The referee counted – 1... 2... Hardy kicked out just before the 3!
Mauro Ranallo: Almas was as close to a victory there as Germany were close to getting eliminated from the World Cup by Sweden last night!
Both men got to their feet and Almas went for a clothesline, but Hardy ducked out of the way then grabbed Almas from behind, hitting a belly to back suplex. Once again, Hardy signalled for the Twist of Fate, but Mankind called for a tag, then pulled out Mr. Socko! Hardy shouted "YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS" then tagged in Mankind, who placed Mr. Socko on his hand. As Almas got to his feet, Mankind went for the Mandible Claw, but Almas blocked it, then hit Mankind with the Hammerlock DDT! Mysterio ran across the ring, knocking Matt Hardy off the ring apron as Almas pinned Mankind. The referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! Almas and Mysterio win!
Mauro Ranallo: Great teamwork by Almas and Mysterio to get the victory!
The referee called for the bell and raised both Almas and Mysterio's arms in victory. Almas and Mysterio celebrated together, then exited the ring. Matt Hardy entered the ring and said something to Mankind, who shook his head. Hardy nodded, then motioned for Mankind to exit the ring. As Mankind went to do so, Hardy grabbed him, hitting the Twist of Fate!
Mauro Ranallo: Talk about a sore loser! Matt Hardy taking his frustration out on his partner!
Corey Graves: Matt Hardy didn't lose, Mauro... and after that, I don't think Mankind and Matt Hardy will be teaming together again!
Hardy headed to the back, leaving Mankind laid out in the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, a match that has been a long time in the making... Marty Scurll finally gets his match with Jimmy Havoc!
Corey Graves: Scurll should be careful what he wishes for, Mauro...
"One True Villain" hit and the crowd booed as Scurll made his way to the ring. When Scurll was in the ring, "I Hope You Suffer" by AFI hit and Jimmy Havoc came out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. After Havoc had entered the ring, the referee called for the bell. The match began with both men exchanging hard right after hard right until finally Havoc hit the ground after a brutal right to the face. He quickly bounced back up but was hit with another hard right that sent him crashing right back to the mat. Scurll picked Havoc up and threw him into the ropes. As Havoc bounced back, Scurll hit Havoc with a hard clothesline that sent Havoc down yet again.
Mauro Ranallo: Scurll starting strong here – those months of frustration being taken out on Jimmy Havoc right now!
Scurll waited as Havoc made his way back up to his feet. When Havoc was up, Scurll kicked him in the gut and then grabbed him around the neck, getting ready to set him up for a body slam. As Scurll was about to lift Havoc, Havoc hit him in the side of the head with two hard elbows, which caused him to let go of his hold and grab the side of his face. Havoc ran against the ropes and hit Scurll with a clothesline of his own that sent Scurll down to the ground. Scurll quickly got back up and ran towards Havoc, attempting to clothesline him but Havoc was able to duck under the clothesline and then grab a hold of Scurll and hit him with a side Russian leg sweep! Havoc then ran against the ropes and nailed Scurll with a hard leg drop right to the throat! Havoc quickly picked up Scurll and hit him with a snap suplex. Havoc let out an evil smile as he looked around at the crowd.
Corey Graves: Havoc in control now, and it looks like he's enjoying giving Scurll a beating!
Havoc waited a few moments and then picked Scurll up again, this time grabbing him around the waist and throwing him halfway across the ring with a belly to belly suplex. Scurll slowly made his way to his feet but Havoc hit him with a hard powerslam! Havoc then hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1... 2... Kickout!
Mauro Ranallo: It will take more than that to finish off Marty Scurll!
As Havoc picked up Scurll, it was obvious that Havoc was frustrated at not getting a three count. Havoc grabbed Scurll from around the waist and threw him backwards with a belly to back suplex. Scurll fell hard on his neck and back, but was able to bounce up rather quickly. Havoc then hit Scurll with a superkick right in the face! Scurll stood there still for a moment before falling straight backwards.
Corey Graves: Vicious superkick by Jimmy Havoc!
Mauro Ranallo: You have to say it's been quite a technical performance from Havoc so far!
Havoc waited as Scurll slowly got to his feet. Once Scurll was up, Havoc climbed to the top rope and jumped off, hitting Scurll with a missile dropkick! Havoc got to his feet and looked down at the lifeless Scurll with an evil grin on his face. He then hooked the leg, going for the pin! The referee counted - 1... 2... Scurll kicked out!
Corey Graves: Another two count! Scurll refusing to stay down here...
Havoc was visibly upset at not getting the 3 count, and could be seen swearing as he got to his feet. He began to argue with the ref about a slow count, which gave Scurll plenty of time to make his way back to his feet. As Havoc finally turned around, Scurll hit him with a huge drop kick right to the head that sent Havoc completely out of the ring! Havoc got back up but was hit by Scurll's body as Scurll flung himself over the top rope, landing right on top of Havoc! Scurll picked Havoc back up and slammed his head against the mat, and then rolled Havoc back into the ring. Scurll quickly climbed back into the ring before Havoc was able to get to his feet. When Havoc was back on his feet he was met by the arm of Scurll on his neck. Scurll picked up all 175 pounds of Havoc with ease and slammed him hard to the ground with a chokeslam!
Mauro Ranallo: This match has completely turned in Scurll's favor! Havoc could be in trouble here!
Scurll ran against the rope and hit Havoc with a legdrop, then picked Havoc back up and threw him hard into the corner turnbuckle. Scurll then backed up and got a running start as he hit Havoc with a hard corner splash! Havoc fell face first down onto the mat. Scurll picked Havoc up again and lifted him up onto his shoulders, hitting Havoc with a powerbomb! Scurll stared down at the body of Havoc and then looked around at the crowd. Scurll looked as if he was ready to pin Havoc but instead picked him back up onto his feet. Scurll grabbed Havoc by the arms and lifted him up over his head before slamming him down with the Birds of Prey!
Corey Graves: Havoc is out! Marty Scurll is three seconds away from the biggest win of his EBWF career!
Scurll stared down Havoc for a moment, then confident went for the pin. The referee counted - 1... 2... Havoc kicked out!
Corey Graves: I don't believe it! I thought that was it for sure!
Mauro Ranallo: Havoc showing the resilience that helped him become King of the Ring last year!
Scurll couldn't believe it! He got to his feet and climbed the turnbuckle, then went for a frog splash... but Havoc moved out of the way! Scurll hit the mat face first and grabbed his stomach and face. Havoc dragged Scurll to his feet and hit the Acid Rainmaker! He then turned Scurll over, applying the Suicide Silence! Scurll was unable to break free from the hold or get to the ropes, and was forced to tap out.
Corey Graves: What a turnaround! An impressive victory for Jimmy Havoc, it has to be said.
Havoc broke the hold and got to his feet, smiling as the referee raised his arm in victory. He looked down at Scurll and helped him to his feet... only to hit Scurll with another Acid Rainmaker! The crowd booed, and Havoc laughed as he made his way to the back.
“I Want It All” by Queen blasted throughout the arena.
Mauro Ranallo: Here comes the Party Peacock Corey!
Corey Graves: The court jester has arrived at King of the Ring!
Mauro Ranallo: EC3 certainly won’t be laughing when Dalton smacks him in the mouth!
Dalton made his entrance along with his Boys who took his entrance garments off him and his Gateway Championship and stood ringside.
“Top One Percent” by CFO$ played.
Corey Graves: The one man who’s richer than a King, it’s Ethan Carter the 3rd!
Mauro Ranallo: EC3 is no stranger to royalty, heir to the Carter Thro-
Corey Graves: We dont talk about that here Mauro.
EC3 took his place in the ring and the ref rang the bell. Both men locked up and Castle quickly had the go behind on Carter. After some shuffling around and trying to break the lock, EC3 grabbed the back of Castles head and snapmared him down to the ground and got a headlock in. Castle quickly got to his feet, unlocked EC3’s hands whilst keeping hold of one arm, wrench it underneath him and span round grabbing an arm lock behind EC3’s back. EC3 went to elbow Castle in the head but Castle sucked and Forearmed EC3 in the face, EC3 went to swing again but Castle dropped down under the line and dropkicked EC3 to the floor.
Mauro Ranallo: What a sequence! Dalton Castle in too early!
EC3 looked stunned and frustrated as Castle played to the crowd. EC3 attacked one of Castles boys as Castle slid under the bottom rope to give chance, EC3 went back in the ring as Castle still chased but EC3 quickly turned round and put the boots to Castle.
Corey Graves: Never count out the Top One Percent early Mauro!
EC3 continued to lay the boots to Castle, eventually picking him up and applying a headlock again. He transitioned this into a stalling duplex and covered Castle for a 1 count. EC3 wasted little time as he threw Castle into the corner, hit a huge running splash and then climbed to the top rope. He signalled for Castle to get to his feet and hit a huge drop kick! He covered Castle who kicked out at 2.
EC3 look frustrated as he went to bring Castle to his feet, Castle reacted quickly with a drop kick of his own. EC3 sat up but was met with a huge kick knocking him back down. A quick cover saw EC3 kick out straight away but Castle wasted no time picking up the Privileged Percenter and hit a huge Air Crash Neckbreaker! Castle climbed to the top rope! Diving Headbutt!

As Dalton began to drop EC3 down after the spin for the Bangarang, EC3 reversed it into a DDT! He picked up Castle quickly and hit The One Percent!

3!
Corey Graves: There it is Mauro! EC3 has just pinned the Gateway Champion!
Mauro Ranallo: The One Percent with a possible chance for a shortcut to gold? Who would have thought it?!
The ref raised EC3's hand.
Corey Graves: This is such a shame, Mauro. The boys look distraught.
EC3 looked on as The Boys started to get in the ring, and he rolled his eyes at them. They sat on the second rope in an attempt to help Dalton, but EC3 stepped forward, content to use the gesture for himself. He moved to climb over the second rope, but both Boys jumped to their feet to be by Dalton's side. The rope snapped up and...
Corey Graves: Ouch!
The middle rope had crotched EC3 and he looked vastly uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, EC3 tumbled sideways and fell out of the ring. The crowd began to laugh to the point that even The Boys and Dalton had to laugh at EC3's misfortune.
Mauro Ranallo: EC3 may have one that match, Corey, but this certainly wasn't his day.
Mauro Ranallo: Still to come, we've got the finals to crown the new King and Queen of the Ring. Up first though, Tommaso Ciampa goes one on one with Braun Strowman in a street fight!
Corey Graves: Fight is the right word for this contest, Mauro... these two superstars are going to tear each other apart!
"Psycho Killer" by Talking Heads hit and the crowd booed as Tommaso Ciampa made his way to the ring. Ciampa was carrying a crutch with him in one hand, and a steel chain in the other. As he reached the bottom of the ramp, Ciampa placed his crutch and chain in the corner of the ring, then immediately lifted up the ring apron and began getting every weapon he could find underneath the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Ciampa knows first-hand just how much damage Braun Strowman can do... he wants to protect himself!
"I Am Stronger" by CFO$ hit, and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Strowman made his way down the ramp.
Corey Graves: Notice Braun Strowman doesn't bring any weapons with him, Mauro... his weapons are his fists!
As Strowman neared the bottom of the ramp, Ciampa grabbed a 2x4 and charged towards Strowman, hitting him in the ribs with it. Ciampa hit Strowman with the 2x4 several more times across the back, before hitting him on the head with it! Strowman stumbled towards the ring and Ciampa threw Strowman into the ring steps, then hit Strowman with a knee to the face, causing Strowman's head to collide with the steel steps!
Mauro Ranallo: This match hasn't technically started yet, and Braun Strowman could already be out cold!
Smiling, Ciampa grabbed the steel chain he had brought with him and wrapped it around his fist, then went to punch Strowman in the face. Strowman got his arm up and blocked it, hitting Ciampa's hand away then getting to his feet. Strowman was still dazed, and Ciampa rolled into the ring, dropping the chain and picking up the crutch. Strowman climbed into the ring and the referee called for the bell, officially signalling the start of the match. Ciampa swung the crutch at Strowman, but Strowman grabbed it and snatched it off Ciampa, before snapping it in half! Ciampa's eyes widened with fear, and Strowman took him down with a clothesline. As Ciampa got to his feet, Strowman hit him with a series of punches, then threw him into the corner. Strowman hit Ciampa with some more right hands, then took several steps backwards. He charged towards Ciampa, going for a bodypress, but Ciampa rolled out of the way! As Strowman collided with the turnbuckles, Ciampa climbed out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair. Ciampa re-entered the ring with the chair and drilled Strowman in the ribs with it, then DDTed Strowman onto the chair! Ciampa turned Strowman over and made the cover – 1... Strowman kicked out before the count of 2!
Corey Graves: That would have taken out most superstars... it's not even enough to pin Strowman for a 2 count!
Strowman sat up, and Ciampa applied a choke hold, but Strowman fought out of it and both men got to their feet. Strowman picked up the steel chair and swung it at Ciampa, but Ciampa ducked out of the ring and rolled out of the ring. Strowman through the chair at Ciampa, narrowly missing him, then climbed over the top rope and out of the ring. Ciampa tried to grab the ring steps, but before he could pick them up Strowman grabbed him, lifting Ciampa up and dropping him onto the ringside barrier. Strowman then grabbed Ciampa and slammed his head against the ring post! Ciampa looked dazed, and Strowman threw Ciampa against the ringside barrier, then charged towards him, spearing him through the barrier!
Mauro Ranallo: Mamma Mia! Braun Strowman just broke Tommaso Ciampa in half!
Both men were down, and the referee rushed to check on them. He was about to signal for medical attention when Strowman began to stir. Strowman lifted Ciampa up over his shoulder, carrying him back towards the ring. As Strowman climbed over the broken ringside barrier, and re-entered the ringside area, he signalled for a running powerslam, but Ciampa wriggled free and hit Strowman with a low blow! Ciampa then threw Strowman back into the ring, and looked underneath the ring once again. Smiling maniacally, Ciampa pulled out a pair of brass knucks! He re-entered the ring and began pummelling Strowman with the brass knucks, busting him open. Ciampa then removed his kneepad, and used his exposed knee to hit a knee drop! Ciampa didn’t seem to mind that his knee was covered in Strowman's blood, and he hooked the leg for a pinfall attempt. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Corey Graves: Strowman is down, but not out!
Still bleeding, Strowman stumbled to his feet. Ciampa tried to grab the brass knucks, but before he could do so, Strowman kicked them away! He then headbutted Ciampa, before grabbing him by the throat and hitting a chokeslam! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... Ciampa kicked out! Strowman got to his feet and signalled for the running powerslam, causing the crowd to cheer. As he did so, Ciampa reached out and grabbed the steel chain he had used earlier, then played possum. Strowman went to grab Ciampa, but Ciampa wrapped the steel chain around Strowman's throat!
Mauro Ranallo: Ciampa is using the chain to choke Strowman out... surely that's illegal?!
Corey Graves: Nothing is illegal, it's a street fight!
Strowman tried to break free, but Ciampa wrapped the chain around his throat more tightly, causing Strowman's eyes to bulge. Strowman went limp, but Ciampa kept the chain wrapped around his throat. He pulled on the chain so Strowman's shoulders were on the mat, then made the cover. The referee counted – 1... 2... 3! Ciampa got to his feet and raised his arms in victory as the crowd booed. The referee checked on Strowman and immediately raised his arms in an X symbol, signalling for medical attention.
Mauro Ranallo: Ciampa might have done some serious damage to Strowman's neck there!
As EMTs tended to Strowman, Ciampa made his way to the back, looking pleased with himself.
The crowd prepared for the bout, when suddenly, “Illest” by Far East Movement blasted onto the sound system. Liv Morgan wasted no time as she ran out on the stage. She spun around and raised her hands in the air. The EBWF Universe erupted with her excitement. She took a moment and looked down at the ring. She pointed and then broke out and ran down to the ring. She when to slide in but stopped at ringside. She braced herself on the edge of the ring and smiled.
Christy Hemme: The next contest is scheduled for one fall.. And is the Finals of the 2018 Queen of the Ring Tournament. Up first, from Elmwood Park, New Jersey… LIV MORGAN!!!
Liv rested her head on her hands on the edge of the ring as she listened to Christy’s announcement of her. Once her name was said, Liv pushed off the edge of the ring and then jumped on the apron. She climbed into the ring and ran around. She stopped next to the ropes and looked out to the crowd. She smiled again and then turned. She ran at the opposing ropes and jumped onto the middle rope. She bounced on the rope as he music cut out. It was replaced by her former theme song, “Crushed” by Parkway Drive. Liv looked sad as she climbed back into the ring and got ready. Alexa Bliss walked out onto the stage with a more serious look on her face. She shook her head as she walked down the ramp. Liv watched as Alexa walked up the steps. Liv stood in Alexa’s way of entering and Alexa stopped on the steps and yelled at the referee.
Alexa Bliss: GET HER BACK!!!
She pointed as the referee talked to Morgan and got her to back away from the corner. Alexa finished her climb and stepped onto the apron. Alexa enter the ring and walked over to the ropes. She stepped up onto the bottom rope and held her hand in the air. Alexa turned around and looked at Liv. She gave her a nasty look which set Liv off. The two women yelled back and forth at each other as they stood across the ring from each other. The walked forward and continued to talk their smack. The referee stood his ground between the two women.
Mauro Ranallo: The bell hasn’t even rung and these two women are ready to go.
Corey Graves: It’s obvious these two don’t like each other. The ref just needs to stand back and let these two go at it.
Mauro Ranallo: He might have to..
Alexa reached across the referee’s body and pushed at Liv’s face. The disrespect irated the former EBWF Women’s Champion. She lunged at Alexa, but the referee held her back. He back Liv into the corner while Alexa smirked. Liv assured the referee that she was calm. He nodded and then turned around. As soon as he turned, he motioned for the bell, but before the bell sound, Liv charged across the ring and jumped on Alexa’s back. Finally the bell sound and Liv Morgan tackled Alexa into the corner.
Mauro Ranallo: Liv Morgan wasting no time!!
She dropped forearm after forearm down on the back of Alexa’s shoulders. The referee hurried over and pulled Liv back from Alexa. Liv threw her hands up in the air and questioned the referee. Alexa turned in the corner to face Liv. She regained her footing, but just then, Liv flew in with a forearm that stuck Alexa across the face. The referee warned Liv once more. Alexa dropped to a knee, but not for long. Liv grabbed at Alexa’s hair and pulled her out of the corner. Alexa followed Liv, not by choice, to the center of the ring. Liv turned and was met with a kick to the midsection. Liv dropped to a knee as she held at his stomach.
Corey Graves: Alexa with the reversal there.
Mauro Ranallo: These women are two of the best EBWF has to offer. I would expect nothing less from Alexa Bliss.
Quickly she stood back up on her feet, but Alexa followed up with a forearm smash of her own. The strike landed across Liv’s chest. Morgan turned around from the impact. Alexa grabbed a handful of Liv’s hair, along with her tights. She ran with Liv Morgan and threw her shoulder first into the steel turnbuckle post. Morgan’s body flew through the ropes as she hit the steel. The force spun her body around as she tumbled outside of the ring. The force of the throw dropped Alexa to her knee. She smiled as she watched Liv fall to the outside. The referee jumped through the ropes as he exited the ring and checked on Liv.
Mauro Ranallo: Oh my.. Liv Morgan hit hard against that steel post.
Corey Graves: This could be it. Liv might not be able to continue.
He knelt down beside her as she screamed in pain and held onto her shoulder. Back inside the ring, Alexa stood up and walked over to the ropes. She looked down at Liv. She watched her roll in pain while the referee asked if Liv wanted to continue. Alexa heard Liv continue to say yes. Alexa shook her head before she dropped down and rolled out of the ring. The referee stood up and waved off Alexa. Liv Morgan crawled to the barricade and sat up against it. Alexa moved around the referee and walked over to Liv. She bent down and grabbed Liv’s hair on both sides of her head. She pulled Liv’s head forward and then slammed it back against the barricade. Liv’s head snapped back against the barricade and hit with force. Alexa’s hands kept ahold of Liv’s hair and she slammed her head against the barricade once more.
Mauro Ranallo: A vicious showing by “Little Miss Bliss”.
With her hands still entwined with Liv’s hair, Alexa slammed her head back against the barricade a few more times. The referee yelled at Alexa, who finally released the hold. She turned away from Liv. Alexa, with a smile on her face, held up her hands and she pulled strands of Liv Morgan’s hair between her fingers as she walked away. The referee knelt down again and checked on Morgan, whose eyes looked glazed over. Liv sat there as she looked off into space. She nodded as the referee asked Liv if she was good to continue.
Mauro Ranallo: OH MY!! Alexa Bliss!!!
Alexa ran over Liv Morgan as Mauro Ranallo screamed out. Alexa’s knee connected with Liv’s head and once again, smashed it back into the barricade. The referee jumped up and yelled at Alexa. Liv’s body slumped to the side, her eyes rolled back in her head. The crowd booed as Alexa smiled. Alexa walked up the steps and entered back into the ring. The referee checked on Liv once again, but then hurried into the ring himself. He back Alexa up away from the ropes before he turned his attention back to Liv.
Referee: 1… 2… 3…
Mauro Ranallo: Liv Morgan looks to be out of this. I think we’re looking at our new Queen of the Ring.
Corey Graves: Don’t sound so sad Ranallo.. Alexa will be strong ruler over the EBWF Women’s Division.
Referee: 5… 6…
Outside the ring, the EBWF Universe cheered and slammed their hands down on the barricade. The energy surged through the arena which brought life back to Liv Morgan as she began to stir. Liv slid herself closer to the ring. She reached out for the apron and pulled. Her head looked heavy as she pulled herself up to the edge of the rin.
Referee: 7…
Alexa Bliss: COUNT FASTER!!!
Referee: 8…
Liv reached up and grabbed the bottom rope. The crowd screamed louder. The referee brought it hands up once more.
Referee: 9…
Liv pulled with all her might on the bottom rope. He legs lifted off the ground as she slid under the bottom rope just as the referee’s arms reached their apex. He waved off the count and looked to the time keeper’s area. He motioned that Liv made it back into the ring. Alexa’s eyes widened as she looked over at the referee.
Mauro Ranallo: Liv beat the count!!
Corey Graves: She should have stayed down, Mauro.
Alexa looked over at Liv who laid there on the mat face down. Alexa stormed over to the fallen Morgan and dropped to her knees. Alexa grabbed the hair on the back of Liv’s head and she pulled Liv’s head off the mat. She screamed at Liv’s face.
Alexa Bliss: GIVE UP!!!
Alexa slammed Liv’s face down on the mat. The referee pulled at Alexa and warned her. Alexa held up her arms and glared at the referee. When he backed up, Alexa grabbed at Liv’s hair against and slammed her face against the mat a few more times. The referee reached in between the two women and pulled Alexa off Liv. Alexa stood back up and turned away. Liv grabbed at her face and jaw.
Corey Graves: Alexa’s trying to rearrange Liv’s face tonight.
Alexa circled the ring before she turned back to Liv. The referee walked up to Alexa and tried to warn her of her actions, but Alexa ignored him and walked past. He walked up to Liv, who remained near the ropes. Alexa placed her hands on the top rope and then then he stepped up onto Liv’s back. The referee talked to Alexa and told her to get down. Alexa took her left foot and put it at the base of Liv’s neck. Alexa continued by slamming her foot down on the back of Liv’s neck, which caused Liv’s head to bounce of the mat. Alexa continued this action as the referee warned Alexa. He started his count.
Referee: 1… 2… 3… 4…
Alexa released the ropes and stepped off Liv. She stepped back away as the referee preached to her. Morgan rolled under the bottom rope and laid on the apron. Liv held onto her head as Alexa stood in the middle of the ring and smirk. The referee walked over and bent over to check on Liv. Alexa walked up behind the referee and moved him aside. She reached over the middle rope and grabbed Liv by the hair. She pulled Liv up to her feet on the outside of the ropes. Liv broke Alexa’s grip and threw her arm off. Liv brought her hand across Alexa’s face and slapped her. Alexa caught off guard took a step back. She came at Liv who ducked down under the top rope. She threw her shoulder into Alexa’s gut.
Mauro Ranallo: Liv showing some signs of life!!
Alexa doubled over near the ropes. Liv looked at Alexa before she bent down and leaned into the ring through the top and middle ropes. Liv pulled on the middle rope and launched herself at Alexa. Morgan grabbed onto Bliss’ head and dropped back into a DDT.
Mauro Ranallo: Morgan with a Slingshot DDT!!
Corey Graves: Alexa could be hurt..
Liv rolled Alexa onto her back and she hooked the leg. The referee dropped down to the mat.
Referee: 1… 2…
Alexa threw up her shoulder. Liv looked at the referee who only held up two fingers. She looked at him, tired and worn out. Liv pulled herself up and stood against the ropes. She looked over to the corner. She walked over to the corner and exited the ring. Liv climbed up the turnbuckle pads to the top. Alexa quickly reached her feet and pushed Liv’s feet out from under her. Liv fell outside once more, her back hit hard against the edge of the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: A veteran move by Alexa as Liv takes another ugly fall outside.
Alexa leaned against the ropes and looked out at Liv as she crashed and burned outside. Liv rolled against the announcer’s table. Alexa looked at her and then looked around the arena. The referee warned her once again, but Alexa exited the ring anyways. She walked over to the announcer’s table and put her hand on the edge. She kicked Liv Morgan in the midsection against the table.
Mauro Ranallo: What are these two women doing?
Corey Graves: This doesn’t look good. Remember what happened at WrestleMania. Alexa had the same look in her eyes then.
Alexa peeled off the King of the Ring logo off the announcer’s table. She cleared the table of all it’s monitors. The crowd, booed Alexa, but they were excited and started to chant, “TABLE” over and over. The referee could be heard inside the ring as he counted.
Referee: 3… 4…
Alexa bent down and picked Liv up and leaned her against the table. She grabbed Liv by the chin and smiled at her. The smile vanished as Morgan kneed Alexa. Liv then grabbed Alexa by the hair and smashed her face into the table. Alexa flung backwards and stumbled. Liv kicked Alexa in the midsection and grabbed get again. Liv threw Alexa back first into the edge of the table.
Mauro Ranallo: Alexa into the table now.. The referee has to get control of these women!
Inside the ring, the referee’s count was paused as he leaned out of the ropes and motioned for Liv to bring the match back into the ring. Liv walked up to Alexa and she slapped her across the face. Liv then grabbed Alexa by the head again and slammed her against the table. The crowd cheered as Liv did it a second time. Then a third. Liv bounced Alexa’s face off the announcer’s table a few more times before she finally let go. Alexa dropped to her knees, the table the only thing that kept her upright. The referee joined the women outside and step in front of Liv. He told her to get the match back into the ring and then turned to check on Alexa.
Corey Graves: The referee wants this match back in the ring, but neither of these women want to listen.
Liv stopped and looked around. She did listen. She listened as the EBWF Universe continued to chant “TABLE” once again. Liv then moved the referee out of the way and reached down. She grabbed Alexa by the tights and pulled Alexa up onto the table. The crowd cheered as Alexa laid out across the table. The referee warned Liv, but she turned away from him. Liv rolled back into the ring, followed by the referee. He talked to Liv for a second before he turned and started his count over for Alexa.
Referee: 1… 2… 3… 4…
Liv waited, but she continued to hear the Universe. She knew what they wanted. Liv walked to the corner and she ascended the turnbuckles. She reached the top rope before the referee noticed. He stopped his count and turned to Liv. He screamed up at her to get down off the ropes. Liv looked across the gap at Alexa on the table.
Corey Graves: What is Liv planning?!
Mauro Ranallo: This can’t be good… I’m getting out of here..
Graves and Ranallo both picked up their stuff and got out from behind the table. The EBWF Universe screamed as Liv stood, perched up on the top rope. Seconds past and the energy in the arena continued to build. Liv looked around one last time before she made the leap. Liv soared through the air.
Mauro Ranallo: OH MY GOD!!!
Liv Morgan brought her elbow out and she placed it square into Alexa’s chest. The two women bounced as the table never broke. The force of the flight made both women slid over the announcer’s table and into the chairs behind the desk. The referee exited the ring and made is way around the table as the EBWF Universe jumped to their feet.
THIS IS AWESOME!!!
The words echoed throughout the arena as both Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss laid out in pain behind the announcer’s booth. The referee moved the chairs out of the way as he got in to check on the fallen women. Liv held at her arm as she was seen first. The referee then turned and looked at Alexa.
Mauro Ranallo: The lengths these women are willing to go..
Corey Graves: This is what EBWF is about..
The EBWF Universe showed their support now for both women, as half of the crowd chanted, “LET’S GO LIV”. The other side cheered out, “ALEXA BLISS”. Two more EBWF officials made their way to ringside as they all checked on the women. Liv Morgan emerged first as she slid out from behind the table. She crawled over and leaned against the barricade. She looked over at Alexa who was still being looked at by the officials. She took some deep breaths as she looked at where she launched from.
Mauro Ranallo: Liv seems to be in shock.
Corey Graves: I am too Ranallo… How could she do that to the “Goddess of EBWF”?
Liv pulled herself up using the barricade and stood in front of the EBWF Universe. They cheered out in support as she was the first to her feet. She looked over at Alexa again and then walked over. The referees tried to stop her, but Liv reached in and she grabbed Alexa. She yanked on her hair and pulled Alexa from behind the table. Dead on her feet, Alexa stumbled as Liv pulled her towards the ring. The three referees waved Liv off.
Mauro Ranallo: It looks as though Liv wants to end this match in the ring.
Liv brought Alexa to the edge of the ring where Alexa just collapsed. Liv struggled, but she bent down and she yanked up on Alexa’s tights. The EBWF Universe got a sight of Alexa’s rear end as Liv lifted the former champion into the ring. She rolled her under the ropes and then slid in after. Liv moved around Alexa’s body and covered her without hooking the leg. The referee dropped down and counted.
Referee: 1… 2… ..
Alexa lifted her foot up onto the bottom rope. The referee noticed at the last second and pulled his hand back from hitting the mat. He waved off the pin and pointed at Alexa’s foot. Liv looked back in disbelief. She put her hands on her face as she remained up against Alexa.
Corey Graves: I believe that was just instinct by Alexa Bliss. There’s no way she knew where she was.
Mauro Ranallo: Instinct or not, the match continues.
Liv held up three fingers as she questioned the referee, but he stuck with the two count. She rolled off of Alexa and put her arm on the bottom rope. She looked at Alexa and shook her head. Alexa reached up and grabbed the bottom rope. The two women both slowly pulled their way back to their feet. Liv reached hers first and walked over to Alexa. She stepped up to Alexa who had to lean on the ropes to stay on her feet. Liv went to grab Alexa, but Alexa ducked. Alexa wrapped her arms around Liv’s body and dropped her throat first on the middle rope. Liv fell backwards and Alexa stacked her up for a pin. As the referee dropped down to start his count, Alexa lifted her feet onto the middle rope.
Referee: 1… 2… ..
At the last moment, Liv powered out and threw her shoulder up. The EBWF Universe booed at the measures Alexa tried to take to get the pin. Alexa looked at the referee and held up three fingers. He shook his head and told her only two. Liv rolled over as she grasped at her throat. Alexa sat on her knees as she looked at Liv.
Mauro Ranallo: Bliss is looking like she’s all out of options.
Corey Graves: Don’t count her out yet. Alexa always has something up her sleeves.
Alexa stood up and she walked over to Liv. She stomped down on the shoulder of Liv. The same shoulder that was rammed into the steel post earlier in the match. Alexa reached down and picked up Liv’s arm and she slammed it against the mat. Liv grabbed at her arm and shoulder as she screamed out in pain. Alexa then bent Liv’s arm at the elbow and set it on the mat. Liv shook her head at Alexa, but Bliss lifted her foot and dropped it down on Liv’s arm.
Mauro Ranallo: That is the arm that Alexa targeted at the beginning of the match.
Corey Graves: Don’t forget, that’s always the arm that Liv used to deliver that flying elbow. We don’t know how much damage she did to it with that move.
Mauro Ranallo: This could mean the end for the “Pride of Jersey”.
The referee confronted Alexa about the move as Liv rolled around the ring in pain. She scooted across the ring to get away from Alexa momentarily. Bliss followed and cornered Liv in the corner. Liv leaned up against the bottom turnbuckle and held up her uninjured arm in defense. Alexa stomped down on Liv a few times. She then bent down and wrapped Liv’s injured arm around the bottom rope and pulled on it. The referee tried to pull Alexa off but couldn’t. He then started his five count.
Referee: 1… 2… 3… 4… Come on…
Alexa broke the hold at the last second, but with Liv’s arm still trapped around the rope, Alexa stomped down on it. Liv screamed out once more and kicked at the mat. She pulled her arm into her body and covered up in the corner. The referee yelled at Bliss as he backed her away from Liv.
Mauro Ranallo: A cheap shot by Bliss..
Alexa smirked as she held her hands up. The referee turned around and checked on Liv. He asked if she could continue and she screamed, yes. She pulled herself up using the ropes. Alexa shook her head and then rushed at Liv. Liv pulled at the ropes and pulled herself out of harm’s way as Alexa crashed into the turnbuckles. Liv crashed onto the mat as she crawled away. Alexa leaned against the turnbuckle pads as she recovered from the miss. The referee walked over to Liv as she pulled herself back up to her feet in the other corner.
Mauro Ranallo: This is a clinic in back and forth wrestling.. These two women know each other so well, and it is showing through tonight.
Corey Graves: Imagine Ranallo, this is what we could have seen at WrestleMania.
Liv breathed heavy as she looked back at Alexa who was motionless, face first in the middle turnbuckle. She looked out at the crowd who cheered the match on and showed their continued support for Liv Morgan. As she continued to catch her breath, Liv walked along the ropes to the opposing corner from Alexa. She watched as Alexa pulled herself up from the middle turnbuckle and stood in the corner. Alexa turned to face Liv and the two of them met eyes. Liv charged at Alexa and tucked her shoulder. Alexa jumped up on the top rope to dodge the spear. Liv Morgan crashed into the exposed steel of the the middle turnbuckle.
Mauro Ranallo: OH MY!!
Corey Graves: Liv hits steel again!!
Mauro Ranallo: Where did the turnbuckle pad go?!
Alexa slid down the back of Morgan and rolled her up. She threw herself completely onto the legs of Liv with the roll-up. To secure the pin, Alexa yanked on Liv’s tights and held on tight. With Liv’s black thong revealed, Alexa pinned Liv. The referee dropped down for the count without a view of the handful of tights.
Referee: 1… 2… …
Liv lifted her shoulder off the mat and rolled Bliss off her. Bliss screamed in frustration as she slammed her fists down on the mat. She looked at the referee who held up two hands. Liv adjusted her tights as she looked at the referee in disbelief. He motioned to the referee that Alexa had her tights. Liv’s protest was cut short as Alexa walked over and palmed Liv’s face. She pushed her back down to the mat.
Alexa Bliss: GIVE UP!!!
She palmed Liv’s face once again in disrespect.
Alexa Bliss: THIS IS MY TIME!!
Again Alexa toyed with Liv by palming her in the face. Over and over Alexa showed her disrespect for Liv with the same move.
Alexa Bliss: I’M THE QUE…
Alexa went to facepalm Liv once more, but Liv grabbed her arm and pulled her down in a small package. The referee quickly dropped down for the count.
Referee: 1… 2…
With force Alexa kicked out of the pin. She returned to her feet and turned to the referee and argued with him for the count. With the distraction, Liv got behind Alexa and rolled her up once again, this time in a school girl. The referee dropped down once more.
Referee: 1… 2… ..
Alexa kicked out of the pin once more and quickly returned to her feet. Instead of turning her attention to the referee, Alexa turned to Liv. She quickly kicked Liv in the midsection. Liv doubled over and grabbed at her stomach. Alexa grabbed the injured arm and yanked Liv down onto the mat. Liv grabbed at her arm. Alexa took a moment to collect her thoughts. She pointed at the referee and warned him about his count. Alexa turned back to Liv who met Alexa on her knees. Liv with her good arm nailed Alexa in the stomach. Alexa shook her head and slapped Liv across the face. Liv leaned backwards but remained on her knees. Alexa grabbed at Liv’s hair and held her in place. Alexa bent down and yelled into Liv’s face.
Alexa Bliss: WHY WON’T YOU DIE!!
In frustration, Alexa slapped Liv across the face once more. Liv slunk backwards, still on her knees. Alexa stomped down on Liv’s chest as she was bent backwards. The referee walked up told Alexa to allow Liv to get back to her feet.
Mauro Ranallo: Alexa is looking in firm control now.
Corey Graves: She’s always been in control.
Alexa blew off the referee and reached down. She pulled Liv up by her hair. She held her in place for a moment before she snapped Liv backwards across her knee with a backbreaker. Liv grabbed at her back in pain. The referee warned Bliss about the hair pulling once more. Alexa rolled her eyes and then walked around Liv. Liv rolled onto her stomach. Alexa stepped onto Liv’s lower back and walked over her as she dusted off her hands. Liv cried out in pain on the mat. Alexa stood there for a moment and looked over her shoulder. She took a step forward before she leaned back. Alexa flipped over with a back handspring. In the round out, Alexa dropped her knees down across Liv’s lower back.
Corey Graves: Alexa with the Insult to Injury.. This could be it.
Alexa rolled Liv over quickly and hooked the leg. The referee dropped down for the count once more.
Referee: 1… 2… …
Mauro Ranallo: NO!!! LIV KICKED OUT!!!
The referee held up two fingers in the face of the befuddled Alexa Bliss. Liv held her arm in the air for a moment before it lowered on it’s own. The EBWF Universe jumped to their feet in excitement.
“THIS IS AWESOME!!”
The chat sounded throughout the arena. Alexa looked out in disbelief at the Universe who were all in an uproar over Liv’s heart to survive. She sat there, not knowing what to do next.
Mauro Ranallo: This has to be one of the best Queen of the Ring Finals I have ever witness. These two women are giving it their all.
Alexa turned around and sat on her knees. She looked down at Liv who crawled over to Alexa. Liv put her hands on Alexa’s legs and moved them up as she used Alexa to return to get knees. The two women stared at each other while they sat on their knees. Alexa shook her head as she brought her forearm around and connected. The crowd booed. Liv leaned back from the force of the strike. She rebounded with her own forearm smash across Alexa’s jaw. The crowd cheered. Alexa returned to the strike with her own. Boo.. Liv connected next. Cheer..
Mauro Ranallo: What does these two have left?
The crowd erupted in a cheer as the two women began to exchange a bombardment of quick strong stikes on each other. They continued to strike as they two women fought their way back to their feet. The quick pace strikes continued once on their feet until Liv hit Alexa hard. Alexa stumbled backwards, but gathered herself and lunged forward. Liv leaned back like she was in the Matrix as she evaded Alexa’s clothesline. Alexa spun around lost for a second. Liv straightened up and turned quickly. She noticed Bliss as she begun to turn. Liv matched the turn and brought her foot up across Alexa’s jaw.
Mauro Ranallo: A ROUNDHOUSE!! Alexa is out!!!
Corey Graves: NO!! This can’t be happening!!
Alexa collapsed to the mat. Liv dropped down on top of Alexa and this time hooked the leg. The referee quickly followed the women to the mat and instantly started the count.
Referee: 1… 2… …
Mauro Ranallo: NO!!!!
Corey Graves: YES!!!!
Alexa forced her shoulder off the mat at the last possible moment. Liv cried out in frustration as she looked at the referee. She pulled at her hair as she looked over her shoulder at Alexa. She shook her head.
Mauro Ranallo: What is it going to take to win this?
Liv returned to her knees and looked at the EBWF Universe. She couldn’t believe that Alexa kicked out. Alexa rolled over and put her hand on Liv’s foot. Liv looked back at Alexa and kicked her off. Liv stepped up and stood in the center of the ring. She looked down at Alexa before she bent down. She picked up her former stablemate and brought her to her feet. Liv shook her head and then turned around. She pointed at the corner as she wrapped her good arm around Alexa’s head.
Corey Graves: Oh no.. This is it.. Come on Alexa…
Mauro Ranallo: Liv is setting up for the finish.
The EBWF Universe cheered as Liv smiled. The two women ran towards the corner. Alexa at the last moment pulled her head free and pushed Liv away. Liv stumbled forward and tripped.
Mauro Ranallo: OH MY GOD!!!
Liv fell forward as he face and shoulder bounced off the exposed steel of the middle turnbuckle. She dropped to her knee before she turned and staggered out of the corner. Alexa with a fluid motion grabbed Liv’s head and dropped back with a snap DDT.
Mauro Ranallo: DDT!! DDT!! Shades of Warfare!! Alexa Bliss is going to win this!!!
The excitement that was in the arena evaporated when Liv’s head connected with the mat. Alexa thought of going for the pinfall, but she looked at Liv. She shook her head and then looked over at the corner. Alexa got to her feet and bent down. She pulled Liv’s body over to the corner and looked over her shoulder. Tired, Alexa exited the ring and climbed up the turnbuckles slowly. Alexa reached the top and looked down at Liv Morgan. She smirked as she held up her hand in front of her face.
Corey Graves: This is it!!! Alexa Bliss is going to be the first ever Goddess of Ring!!
Mauro Ranallo: WAIT A MINUTE!!! ZAHRA!!!!
Zahra Schreiber jumped the barricade at the roar of the EBWF Universe. She ran up the steel step quickly and shoved Alexa with force. Alexa flew wildly through the air and crashed through the announcer’s table.
Mauro Ranallo: ALEXA BLISS!!! OH MY GOD!!!
Corey Graves: Holy!!! Alexa’s body is laying here motionless in a pile of wood.. It’s WrestleMania all over again.
Zahra looked over at Alexa’s body, which was somewhere in the pile of broken wood. The referee looked at Zahra and threw his arms in the air. The EBWF Universe erupted in a “HOLY SHIT” chant as Zahra stood there with a smile. She then looked in the ring where Liv had just rolled onto her stomach. Zahra watched as Liv tried to get up on her hands and knees. Zahra turned her head and looked at the same turnbuckle that she just tossed Alexa off of. Zahra smile was replaced with hatred as she climbed up the turnbuckle to the top rope. She looked down at Liv who was still on her hands and knees. The referee waved Zahra off the ropes, but she looked down at Liv with pure hatred and disdain.
Mauro Ranallo: What is she doing?!
Corey Graves: No… She’s going to kill her…
Zahra jumped off the top robe and brought her foot down on the back of Liv’s head. Liv’s face smashed against the mat with all the force from Zahra falling from the top rope.
Mauro Ranallo: AMERICAN HISTORY X!!! FROM THE TOP ROPE!!!!
Zahra stumbled forward as he foot got caught up with Liv’s head. The referee instantly dropped to the mat and checked on Liv. He yelled at Zahra to back up as he kneeled over Liv. The same two referees as before stormed the ring. One went to check on Alexa Bliss and the other slid into the ring and got in front of Zahra. They ordered her out of the ring, but she just stood there. She stared down at Liv. The crowd’s boos caught Zahra’s attention as she looked out at them. She shook her head and then rushed through the two referees. She reached Liv and flipped her over. Zahra mounted Liv and gripped her hair and pulled her lifeless head up to her.
Mauro Ranallo: No!! You have to stop her!!
The referees pulled at Zahra to get her off of Liv, but she shrugged them off. Zahra closed her fist and she began to wail on Liv. The third referee jumped into the ring and joined the other two referees as they tried to pull Zahra off of Liv. Zahra continued to rain down on Liv with her closed fist.
Mauro Ranallo: Someone has to stop this!!
The words of Mauro Ranallo were quickly answered as “Bossy” by Kelis blasted onto the sound system. Zahra stood up from Liv and stepped over her. She turned towards the stage as Trish Stratus burst onto the stage. She made a beeline to the ring and slid under the bottom rope. The EBWF Universe erupted as Trish Stratus stood face to face with the EBWF Women’s Champion, Zahra Schreiber.
Mauro Ranallo: TRISH STRATUS IS HERE!!!
Corey Graves: What is she doing…
Mauro Ranallo: Many consider Trish Stratus as the leader of the EBWF Women’s Division. I’m sure she is not happy with how Zahra has been representing her division.
Zahra stood there in silence as Trish verbally went off on her. Zahra smiled as she threw her arms in the air as though she gave up. She walked around Trish who spun with Zahra, not to take her eyes off her. Zahra walked over to the ropes and turned to leave. Trish finally turned around and dropped down to one knee as she looked at Liv along with the referees. The Universe screamed as Zahra rushed over and grabbed Trish by the hair and slammed her backwards on the mat. Trish grabbed at the back of her neck.
Mauro Ranallo: Come on!! Trish was just check on Liv Morgan.
Corey Graves: She should have kept her nose out of Zahra’s business.
Zahra laughed as she circled Trish. She mocked the EBWF Universe as she pointed to down at the “Quintessential Diva”. Zahra bent down to grab Trish by the hair, but Trish brought her knee up and caught Zahra on the jaw. Trish scrambled back to her feet as Zahra stumbled backwards. Trish walked up on Zahra and started to lay into the Women’s Champion. Zahra backed into the corner and covered up from Trish’s onslaught of punches. The referees rushed over and they pulled Trish back off Zahra.
Mauro Ranallo: The fans don’t seem pleased with this choice.
The Universe in unison all screamed, “LET THEM FIGHT”. Trish scratched and clawed in attempt to get through the referees. This caused her to get spun around and caught off guard. As Trish collected herself and turned to face Zahra again, Zahra spat out a red substance straight into Trish’s eyes.
Mauro Ranallo: What was that?!?!
Corey Graves: It looks like blood!!!
Mauro Ranallo: Zahra just spat blood in Trish’s eyes!!!
Trish fell to the mat and grabbed at her eyes. The referees rushed over to Trish. She grabbed at them and tugged on their shirts. One referee rolled out of the ring and reached under the ring and grabbed a towel. The ring skirt remained up in the ring. Zahra watched as the blood dripped out of her mouth and down her chin. The referee slid back into the ring and placed the towel over Trish’s face. Zahra smiled, but then her attention turned to the ring skirt. She dropped to her knees and then rolled out of the ring. She walked around the ring. She looked under where the ring skirt was open. She shook her head and then walked around the other side. As she passed by the broken announcer’s table, she looked down at Alexa.
Mauro Ranallo: What is Zahra doing?
Zahra turned to the ring and she knelt down next to it she lifted up the ring skirt and looked under. She came back up and shrugged her shoulders. She returned to her feet and walked to the next side of the ring. She walked to the center and then paused. She looked into the ring where Liv still laid there motionless. She saw the referees as they tried to wash the blood out of Trish’s eyes. The EBWF Universe boos grew loud, which again took Zahra’s attention away. She looked out at the crowd as she threw up the ring skirt and revealed the underworkings of the EBWF ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Is that…
The EBWF Universe erupted again as Nikki Cross sat under the ring with a smile on her face. Zahra had no idea while she looked out at the crowd confused on their sudden change. Nikki cocked her head to the side as her body bounced up and down under the ring. Zahra turned around and noticed just as Nikki leap out from under the ring. Nikki slammed Zahra back against the barricade, which caused the EBWF Universe to pop once more. Nikki screamed as Zahra fell to the ground and grabbed at her back.
Mauro Ranallo: NIKKI CROSS!!!
Zahra crawled around the side of the ring as Nikki walked slowly after her. Zahra got to her knees and then back to get feet. She walked backwards as Nikki stayed on her. Zahra threw up her hands and pleaded with Nikki as she backed up the ramp. Nikki stopped and stayed at ringside as Zahra continued to back away. Suddenly, the EBWF Universe let out another loud pop.
Corey Graves: What is going on!!
Mauro Ranallo: It looks like the Women’s Division is tired of their actions of their champion. This is a mutiny!!
On the stage behind Zahra stood former EBWF Women’s Champion Mandy Rose. On one side of her was EBWF’s newest female on the roster, Charlotte Flair. On the other side stood Paige. Zahra had no idea as she continued to plead with Nikki. She grew suspicious of something only when Nikki Cross started to jump up and down at ringside. Nikki pointed up the ramp which drew Zahra’s attention. Slowly Zahra spun around and looked at the three women who blocked her escape. They shook their heads when Zahra’s gaze met them.
Mauro Ranallo: Zahra is trapped, what is the Women’s Champion going to do now?
Zahra pleas turned to the three women. They all started to walk closer to Zahra which caused her to back up. Zahra remembered Nikki and turned back around. She started to twist and turn and plead with all the women. Nikki continued to jump up and down as the three women pushed Zahra closer to her. Zahra knew her time was short, so she took a chance. Zahra rushed Nikki and rammed her back against the ring. Nikki clutched at her back, but that’s when Charlotte, Paige, and Mandy converged on Zahra. The three women connected with clubbing forearms to Zahra. The four women all exchanged punched.
Mauro Ranallo: WHAT THE!!!
Liv Morgan threw caution to the wind as she ran and leaped over the top rope. She crashed down and took out all four of the women. Nikki reached into the pile quickly and pulled Liv out of the pile. She took Liv and walked her around the side of the ring. Nikki took Liv and she slammed her into the barricade. The crowd booed by the assault on Liv.
Corey Graves: This is breaking down Mauro…
Nikki grabbed Liv and she sent Liv into the steel steps, injured shoulder first. Meanwhile, Zahra climbed back into the ring. She looked back and noticed Charlotte slide in after her. Zahra turned and met Charlotte with a kick to the midsection. She tossed Charlotte into the corner and then connected with an elbow. Zahra lined up for a strike, but Charlotte ducked under. Zahra collided with the corner and turned to Charlotte. With warning, Charlotte connected with a knife edge chop. The crowd let out a loud “WOOOOOO!!” to follow the chop. Zahra staggered out of the corner and followed the ropes. She walked right into the next corner, however, Charlotte was right there and connected with another chop across the chest.
Mauro Ranallo: Charlotte chopping down the Women’s Champion.
Corey Graves: That has to hurt..
Zahra pulled herself long the ropes to the next corner. Charlotte moved in once more, but this time, Zahra dropped down and grabbed Charlotte by the waist. She pulled her down. Charlotte’s face smashed into the exposed turnbuckle.
Mauro Ranallo: Someone needs to put that pad back on.
Zahra smiled as she got back to her feet, but that smile was cut short. Trish Stratus exploded out of the corner and tackled Zahra to the mat. She launched some punches down onto Zahra before she was kicked in the face by Mandy Rose. Rose jumped on top of Trish and she laid into her. Zahra attempted to free herself from the assault as she rolled out of the ring. Paige however came around the corner and she grabbed Zahra. She ran with her and threw her into the barricade. Zahra cried out in pain.
Mauro Ranallo: Where is security?!
On the other side of the ring, Liv tried to fight back against Nikki, only to have her arm draped over the top of the stairs. Nikki kicked Liv’s arm into the stairs with a smile. Trish rolled Mandy onto her back and begun her own beat down on the “Golden Goddess”. Trish was met again by a boot, this time from Charlotte.
Mauro Ranallo: Everyone is looking to take out the leader of the division.
Charlotte picked Trish up and threw her outside of the ring. She followed outside but was quickly met with a right hand from Trish. The two women exchanged punch after punch as they staggered and stumbled the ramp. Neither of the two getting the better. Inside the ring, Mandy Rose returned to her feet. She watched Charlotte and Trish walk up the ramp. She looked over at Nikki as she grabbed at Liv’s arm. She turned her attention to the other side of the ring. Paige picked Zahra up once more. She connect with Zahra’s jaw with a stiff forearm. Zahra battled back with a forearm of her own. Paige backed up but then she lunged at Zahra with a clothesline. Both women went over the barricade into the EBWF Universe.
Corey Graves: It looks like Mandy is the last woman left in the ring.
Trish grabbed Charlotte and launched her into the staging. Charlotte grabbed at her side as she stumbled to the edge of the staging. Trish lined up and she looked at Charlotte. The EBWF Universe watched as Trish ran across the stage and speared Charlotte off the stage. Both women fell off the stage and crashed through a sound box. Sparks flew in the air. Mandy’s eyes widen as she walked the carnage on the stage.
Mauro Ranallo: OH MY GOD!!! TRISH AND CHARLOTTE!!!
Corey Graves: Alright, even I think this has gone on long enough.
Screaming and kicking was heard at ringside. Liv Morgan slapped her hand down against the protective padding as Nikki ripped back on her with a crossface. Nikki yelled down at Liv every time Liv cried out in pain. The Universe chuckled at the back and forth.
Mauro Ranallo: Nikki is tearing away at Liv’s injured arm!!
Paige and Zahra battled in the crowd until security finally joined the brawl in the crowd. They leap on Paige and Zahra and tried to pull the women apart as they all backtacked out of the arena. More security jumped the barricade and rushed over and tried to pull Nikki off Liv. Nikki could be heard screaming clearly.
Nikki Cross: NO.. NO.. NOO… NNNOOOOOO!!!
The medical staff was on the scene at the side of the stage. Two stretchers were in view as the officials and medics attempted to get through the rubble to get to Trish and Charlotte.
Medic One: Easy.. Don’t move them…
Medic Two: Cut the power to the box…
Sparks continued to fly as the respondes tried to get through. Mandy Rose stood alone in the ring with a smile on her face. She was the last woman standing. She walked to the one side of the ring. She taunted the fans who booed her. She turned around and walked over and looked down at Nikki who had still yet released Liv Morgan. She shook her head and then turned to walk around the ring once more.
Mauro Ranallo: ALEXA BLISS!!!
Mandy looked up just as Alexa Bliss jumped off the top off and crashed against Mandy.
Mauro Ranallo: TWISTED BLISS!! WHERE DID SHE COME FROM!!
Two referees slid into the ring and checked on both Mandy and Alexa who were laid out in the ring. Security was finally able to get Nikki pulled off Liv. Six of the guards carried Nikki all the way up the ramp as she kicked and screamed the whole way. Back at ringside, a few more referees checked on Liv Morgan. The carnage was everyone.
Mauro Ranallo: What was this..
Corey Graves: I don’t know Mauro, but I think the bigger question is, what about the Queen of the Ring? Neither woman won. What does this mean for the crown?
Mauro Ranallo: The Queen of the Ring doesn’t seem to matter at this point. These women were out here to destroy each other.
Corey Graves: I don’t know if they wanted to destroy each other, or destroy Zahra. They all ganged up on her. This was unfair.
Mauro Ranallo: We’re going to need to see what happens with the EBWF Women’s Division now.. Who will challenge Zahra for the championship at SummerSlam?
Corey Graves: There’s no Queen, so there’s no number one contender.. Zahra has no opponent.
Trish and Charlotte were lifted onto the stretchers while a few more members of the medical team made their way down to the ring. I few slid into the ring and checked on Alexa and Mandy while other climbed over the steel steps and checked on Liv Morgan.
Awwwweeesssoooommmmmeeee!
"I Came to Play!" One of the most recognizable theme songs in the history of EBWF hit the PA and the EBWF World Champion, The Miz stood on the stage with the title belt displayed on his shoulder. He headed down the ramp way as the fans in the arena cheered.
Christy Hemme: Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome our special guest commentator for the main event, from Cleveland, Ohio. He is the EBWF World Champion... The Miz!
Miz sat behind the commentators table and put on a pair of headphones.
Corey Graves: Good Evening, Miz.
The Miz: Good Evening, Corey. Mauro.
Mauro Ranallo: Welcome to the announce booth. Are you ready to see who will be crowned King?
The Miz: I hope it goes better than the Queen of the Ring match went, that's for sure.
Mauro Ranallo: The ladies have issues to say the least.
The Miz: I just want everyone to know that he said that. I didn't. Nor did I agree with it.
Corey chuckled.
"Ain't No Rest For the Wicked" hit and Seth Rollins came to the stage.
Christy Hemme: This match will crown the 2018 King of the Ring. The winner will earn an EBWF World Championship match at Summerslam. Introducing first, from Davenport, Iowa... Seth Rollins!
Corey Graves: Miz this will be the second match for both of these men tonight, do you think they'll be worn out?
The Miz: I think they'll have to put that behind them if they want to face me at Summerslam.
"Lost in Static" hit and Tommy End was next out.
Christy Hemme: And from Amsterdam, Holland... Tommy End!
Mauro Ranallo: Miz, which of these men would you rather face at Summerslam?
The Miz: What kind of question is that, Mauro?
The bell rang. They circled the ring before locking up. Rollins applied a waist lock, but End broke the hold and wrenched the arm. Rollins twisted out and applied a hammerlock. End twisted out and applied a hammerlock of his own before wrenching the arm again. End talked trash, but Rollins twisted out. End quickly took him down and stomped away at him.
The Miz: Seth might be slipper, but Tommy made him pay for it.
Corey Graves: Are you just going to totally avoid that question?
The Miz: I don't have a preference. I intend to keep my title at Summerslam, so my opponent doesn't matter.
End elbowed Rollins in the head before sending him to the ropes, but Rollins ducked an elbow and hit a running cross-body. Rollins punched End before putting him in the corner and stomping him down. Rollins chopped the chest twice before End showed him into the ropes. End kicked Rollins before giving him a front suplex into the top rope. Rollins rolled out of the ring to catch his breath.
The Miz: I mean, since I'm the champion, I might as well already be the King of the Ring, but I'd tell you what Corey...
Corey Graves: ...if you were in this match you wouldn't need a break?
The Miz: If I were in this match I wouldn't need a break!
Mauro Ranallo: Easy to say from the announce chair, Miz.
End went to the outside to go after Rollins, and coax him back inside. Once they were inside he he applied the abdominal stretch. Rollins fought out and went for a hip toss, but End didn't budge. Tommy kneed him in the midsection, and pinned him for a two count. End drove his knee into Rollins and waited for him to get up in the corner. End hit a shoulder thrust and put him on the top rope. End went for a gut wrench superplex, but Rollins dove for a cross-body bloc, but End caught him and countered into a tilt-a whirl backbreaker for a near fall.
The Miz: Looked like a slow count to me, Ref!
End was unhappy with that result, and pinned Rollins again. Seth kicked out again at two, and Tommy was becoming incensed. He slammed Seth's head down on the mat and pinned him for a third time. Again, Rollins kicked out at two. End applied a bear hug, but Rollins quickly fought up and elbowed him before going for a suplex. Rollins couldn't get him up, so End took him down for yet another two count.
Mauro Ranallo: Tommy End is very frustrated with the referee's count.
The Miz: He should be! It's slow!
End dropped an elbow and head butted Rollins in the ribs. Tommy sent Seth into the ropes for an abdominal stretch, but Rollins fought out of it and applied an abdominal stretch of his own. Tommy hip tossed out, and both men were down. Rollins punched and chopped End before kicking him in the midsection. Tommy gave Seth a back body drop to the apron. Rollins sidestepped a shoulder tackle and hit a slingshot leg drop to knock Tommy out of the ring. The crowd cheered as Seth connected with a suicide dive.
Mauro Ranallo: Look at the athleticism!
The Miz: The athleticism? Seth Rollins is a maniac!
Rollins pulled himself to his feet, and got into the ring as the referee was counting. He got to a count of six before Tommy got back into the ring. Rollins connected with the Falcon's Arrow, and pinned Tommy for a near fall. Seth tried to go for a roll up, but Tommy held the ropes. End tried to send Seth to the corner, but Rollins stopped himself when the ref got in the way. End quickly executed an inside cradle for a near fall. Rollins stumbled up, and End wildly punched away at Rollins before going for the brain buster. Rollins fought out before he could execute it though, rolling through and hitting him with the superkick. He went for the pin.

The Miz: Kick out! Did Tommy End just kick out?
Mauro Ranallo: He did!
Corey Graves: That's unbelievable!
Tommy End was on his feet, he went for the Owari Death Kick, but Rollins met him square with a second super kick, and as Tommy buckled he hit him with the Ripcord Knee.
The Miz: There's no way...

Mauro Ranallo: Seth Rollins!
Christy Hemme: Here is your winner...
Corey Graves: He's King!
Christy Hemme: ...and the 2018 King of the Ring... Seth Rollins!
The referee raised his hand in victory as the crowd cheered.
Mauro Ranallo: That'll be your opponent at Summerslam, Miz.
The Miz stood up at the announce table, sure to display the World Championship on his shoulder.
The Miz: And I'll be waiting for him.
Rollins climbed the the turnbuckle to throw his arms in the air in celebration as King of the Ring went off the air.
