He did not even have time to kiss his family goodbye. He is still hurting a little from the attack of Hardcore Holly but he has had worse. He hits Virginia when he receives a phone call.-

Caller- Yes sir my name is Jennifer Wilson I am calling from the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I know you will be in the area this week with Warfare and wanted to let you know we have a VIP slot open for a speaker at our conference in Alabama. Would you be interested in attending?
-It has a been a dream of Big Show to make an impact on children and he would do anything for them. He takes a moment to gather himself before responding.-
Paul 'Big Show' Wight- I appreciate the call Jennifer and I am certainly surprised by the offer as well. I should be in Alabama in a few days so I would love to stop in and be the speaker. When is it?

He speeds as he hits the open interstate passing every car on the road. He sets the GPS as he hits the Carolinas when he gets a text message from the COO of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
"Mr. Paul 'Big Show' Wight I have been informed that you will be joining us Sunday night as a guest speaker. I am just filled with excitement knowing most of the kids will be thrilled to see you. They asked for you by name actually so you are already a big star in their eyes. The only thing I will need from you is what kind of food will you be having and if you had any special request.

-Paul 'Big Show' Wight finds the local visitor center and parks the truck as he responds back to the text as he is walking to use the restroom and grab a snack and drink.-
"Trish I am glad that you personally reached out to me because it shows me that the foundation as a whole appreciates and values the children and special needs in general. In regards to your request, I am certainly not a picky guy as you can tell so steak or chicken will work best for me. I plan to have an appetite because I will need the energy considering my opponent the next day. I need all the advantage I can get."
-He hits the send button as he grabs everything he needs and hits the road again signing autographs before he leaves for the few that recognize him. He makes his way through the Carolinas as he hits Georgia he receives yet another text yet this time it is a picture connected with the text-
"This is Jesse Glover he is one of our newest children to join the program and he has always wanted to be part of a wrestling match so he will be one of the first kids in line to see you I am sure.
-Paul 'Big Show' Wight looks at the picture and just smiles as he leaves Georgia and finally enters the good state of Alabama-
-He continues through the state as he reaches the state capital of Montgomery where the conference is being held. He stops and reads the sign for a minute because of the history buff inside of him. He makes a call to Jennifer again getting the address as he puts it in the GPS and follows the directions until he reaches the address and pulls next to an older home-
-Paul 'Big Show' Wight parks the car and makes his way inside the home where it is quiet for the moment because the kids have not arrived yet. He is greeted by Jennifer Wilson when he walks inside.-

-She guides him through the building and shows him where to stand on the second-floor balcony. He waits there patiently as a group of kids run in excited. He counts about twenty kids as they are gathered into a small banquet hall as Jennifer walks up to the microphone and starts to speak.-

He starts walking and the kids turn around as they charge him and all the kids hug him and he continues walking very slowly of course and eventually he reaches the stage and the kids settle down and go back to their seats. Paul 'Big Show' Wight- Thank you, everyone, for the amazingly warm welcome. I am honored to be here of course because children are my passion and I want to make the future bright for everyone. I was asked to come here to speak and that is what I am going to do. I heard a rumor that none of you have been to a wrestling event but it is your dream to go. I plan to secure thirty seats in the front row so everyone including the staff members can go. I know how important it is to reach for dreams and when I joined EBWF most laughed at me thinking there is no way I can handle the younger generation after being gone for almost a decade. Sometimes we need to reach deep down and realize that words can hurt but actions are the best remedy to shut up all those who speak badly about you. I know each of you struggle with something in your life but the fact you never give up really is impressive and I applaud you for that because you are the true heroes to me and you touch my heart.

You see tomorrow night I face someone that I know nothing about and it scares me. It scares me because I do not know what to expect. The unknown can be scary but it has never stopped me from going out there and giving it my best because I was taught that from a young age. I can tell by looking around that each of you have a passion for something and I have plans to make it come true in any way that I can. Do you want to know what my opponent's name is?

The man I wrestle tomorrow is called Grado and it will be a challenge for me and that does not happen very often.

I know it is a funny name almost like he should be on the muppet movie. However, the truth is he is an overhyped skinny man who thinks he stands a chance against me. He will not know what hits him and it will make him run to his mom. He is not a friendly guy at all and he thinks children are bad people can you believe that?

No worries though because my match tomorrow is going to be dedicated to all the children in the world. He is just a guy who was treated badly as a child and does not know what love is. I plan to show him, tough love, because I know you guys would not want it any other way. I would like to give some of you a chance to ask me questions regarding my match if it is okay with the staff here. I feel it is important to interact and make each of you feel important and wanted.
-He hands the microphone back to Jennifer and sits down in a chair nearby as kids approach him and one sits down on his lap.-
Jimmy- Excuse me, Mr. Show, I wanted to know what it is about the opponent that gives you so much confidence.
Paul 'Big Show' Wight- That is a great question and honestly, I always have confidence because the moment we lose our confidence we become weak. I can tell just by looking at you that fear has nothing on you. Fear can make you or break you in life Jimmy and I always use it to make me stronger because at my age and my experience it is all I have to look forward too is my future and my time in EBWF has been short so far but successful and I plan to keep the streak going Monday night.

Paul -Big Show' Wight- My sweet Jada the reason I want to do this for the children is your innocence. Everyone thinks children can be annoying and immature at the wrong time. However, I feel the opposite you need role models to lead you through the tough times in your life. I do not know your past and it would break my heart to find out what happened to you but you are here because you need that support. I will be that support that no one has been for you before. I know it is hard to understand now but you are to be cherished and loved forever.
-Jada starts tearing up and Paul 'Big Show' Wight wipes her tears away with his hand and kisses her forehand and hands her a ticket to the event tomorrow with a smile. She runs over and hands it to Jennifer as one more child makes their way to him before the conference wraps up. The young boy sits on his lap and in a weak voice, he speaks to him.-
Tom- Hello my name is Tom Glover and I am twelve years old.
Paul 'Big Show' Wight- I saw a picture of you earlier how are you feeling?
Tom- I could be doing much better. I am just feeling weak right now. I just wanted to ask you one big favor.
Paul 'Big Show' Wight- Sure thing bud what is the favor?
Tom- I am not sure how much longer I have to live because the cancer is spreading and the doctors have told me there is nothing they can do. The only wish I want in my life is to be backstage for a wrestling event.
Paul 'Big Show' Wight- Tom I will work my magic and make you have that moment. I never want to stand in the way of dreams and that is why when I leave here shortly I want to follow me to the arena and be my guest of honor how does that sound?
-Tom starts crying and Big Show just holds him close as Tom finally answers him.-
Tom- That would make my life complete I have always looked up to you literally and figurative so I would not want to do this with anyone else.

-He greets all the kids and autographs their shirts as he gets back in his truck and drives to Birmingham. He arrives and finds a parking spot inside the parking garage. He gets out of the truck and walks in and speaks to some higher authority as he walks back out and leaves a message for Jennifer. -
Hey, Jennifer, this is Paul 'Big Show' Wight just so you know everything is in place to make Tom's dream come true so bring him down tomorrow night and let us make history.
-He gets in his truck and puts his hat over his face and goes to sleep for the evening too exhausted to even drive. He wakes up the next morning to a knock on the window. He looks and notices Tom as he gets out of the truck and he puts the kids on his shoulders as they make the walk to the arena and head inside as a smile comes across his face and he is center stage for the first time in his young life.
