The crowd inside the Scotiabank Saddledome cheered as Warfare went live from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Corey Graves: We are six weeks away from Wrestlemania 18, and this is Warfare! I'm Corey Graves.
Mauro Ranallo: And I'm Mauro Ranallo, and tonight Warfare kicks off with Women's Wrestling!
"We Riot" hit the PA, and the crowd gave a mixed reaction to Ruby Riott.
Corey Graves: This newcomer to the women's division is looking to shake things up!
Mauro Ranallo: She has just the opponent to do that here tonight.
"Celtic Invasion" hit, and Becky Lynch proceeded to the ring to boos. The bell rang, and they locked up. Riott applied a side headlock, but Lynch whipped her off. Riott quickly shoulder blocked her down and taunted her. Lynch applied a hammerlock, but Riott elbowed her in the face and elbowed her down. Riott covered, but Lynch bends to get her shoulders off the mat, and Riott moved to her feet.
Corey Graves: Ruby Riott needs to think twice about trying to get one over on Becky Lynch.
Lynch hit the ropes and dropkicked her down. Riott quickly got out of the ring to recover. Lynch finally caught her outside and brought her back in the ring. Lynch sidestepped a shoulder from Riott. Riott quickly overtook her and swept her down on the apron. Lynch fell to the floor. Riott slammed her into the LED apron before throwing her into the barricade. Riott got Lynch in the ring, and pinned her for a two count. Riott kneed her in the back a few times before applying a modified surfboard stretch. Lynch fought out and whipped her off. Both women were down. They traded forearms as they got to their feet. Lynch came out on top with some wild forearms and an uppercut. Lynch connected with a backslide pin for a two count.
Corey Graves: I thought Becky had her there!
Lynch clotheslined her twice before hitting a jumping calf kick to the face. Riott quickly put her on the apron, but Lynch elbowed her down and went to the top rope. Riott grapevined the head and drove her into the turnbuckle. Riott followed up with the cover!

Mauro Ranallo: Ruby Riott! Ruby Riott just defeated Becky Lynch!
Corey Graves: What a match. And what a way to kickoff Warfare.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, we’ve got the Scottish Psychopath, Drew McIntyre in action as he goes one on one with Andrade Cien Almas!
“Making a Difference” by CFO$ hit and the crowd booed as Andrade made his way to the ring, accompanied by Zelina Vega and Charlotte. As Andrade entered the ring, he climbed the turnbuckle and lay across the top rope, awaiting the arrival of his opponent.
Corey Graves: Andrade trying to get into the mind of McIntyre here…
Mauro Ranallo: He’s literally got his feet up, Corey!
Corey Graves: Exactly, Mauro! He’s showing McIntyre that he’s not worried.
“Broken Dreams” by Shaman’s Harvest hit and McIntyre received a mixed reaction from the crowd as he headed to the ring. Upon entering the ring, McIntyre glared at Andrade, who climbed down from the ropes and smirked at his opponent. The referee called for the bell and the two superstars locked up. McIntyre shoved Andrade into the corner, then hit him with a series of punches. Andrade managed to shove McIntyre away, then hit him with a chop to the chest. The two men locked up once more, and Andrade applied a headlock, but McIntyre fought out of it, then shoved him into the ropes. As Andrade ran back towards him, McIntyre hit a shoulder block, knocking him down to the mat. Andrade got back to his feet, and McIntyre lifted him up for a body slam, but Andrade broke free and landed on his feet and hit an inverted facelock backbreaker, then followed it up with a spinning inverted facelock elbow drop. He hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1… 2… McIntyre kicked out! Andrade pulled McIntyre to his feet and hit him with a series of punches, then went to whip him into the ropes. McIntyre reversed the Irish whip, sending Andrade into the ropes, then hit him with a clothesline. Andrade got to his feet, and McIntyre hit an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, launching Andrade across the ring!
Mauro Ranallo: Impressive strength and athleticism there by McIntyre!
Andrade looked dazed as he got to his feet, and McIntyre lifted him over his shoulder, hitting the Celtic Cross! He hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1… 2… Andrade kicked out! McIntyre pulled Andrade to his feet, and set him up for a powerbomb… but Andrade countered with a hurricanrana! Both men got to their feet, and Andrade whipped McIntyre into the corner, then ran at him, hitting a dropkick. McIntyre fell into a sitting position, and Andrade charged towards him once more, this time hitting a double knee smash! He rolled McIntyre away from the ropes, then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1… 2… McIntyre kicked out just before the 3!
Corey Graves: Andrade was so close to a 3 count there!
Mauro Ranallo: Tremendous back and forth action thus far, Corey… both of these men are giving it their all tonight!
Andrade looked frustrated at only getting a two count, and he punched McIntyre against the mat several times, then threw him out of the ring. As Andrade distracted the referee, Zelina Vega hit McIntyre with a hurricanrana, then Charlotte hit him with a leg drop. The two women threw McIntyre back into the ring, and Andrade hooked the leg once more. The referee counted - 1… 2… again McIntyre kicked out! Andrade got to his feet, and stomped on McIntyre several times. As he did so, the camera cut to the ramp, revealing Nikki Cross running towards the ring! She went after Zelina Vega, grabbing her and throwing her into the ringside barrier. Nikki then went after Charlotte, hitting her with a series of punches then taking her down with a DDT! The crowd cheered, and began chanting her name. The referee saw what had happened, and ordered Nikki to go to the back. Nikki did so, laughing as she walked up the ramp.
Corey Graves: What a vicious assault by Nikki Cross! That was unprovoked and uncalled for!
Mauro Ranallo: McIntyre warned Royalty before this match that if Charlotte and Zelina Vega got involved, he had Nikki in his corner!
Corey Graves: I still think she went too far, Mauro. Look how much pain Zelina is in…
Mauro Ranallo: I’m surprised you’re not more concerned about Charlotte, Corey. I thought you preferred blondes…
Back in the ring, Andrade had McIntyre set up for the Hammerlock DDT… but McIntyre blocked it, then hit the Future Shock DDT! He hooked the leg, and the referee counted - 1… 2… Andrade kicked out! McIntyre got back to his feet, and signaled for the Claymore Kick, but before he could hit it, Braun Strowman’s music hit and the Monster Among Men stepped out onto the stage.
Mauro Ranallo: Come on, not more interference! This match has been more chaotic than a Black Friday sale at Macy’s!
Corey Graves: Well McIntyre does call himself the Architect of Chaos, Mauro…
McIntyre turned towards the ramp, readying himself for a fight with Strowman, but Strowman stayed standing at the top of the ramp, watching the action from afar. McIntyre turned his attention back to Andrade, who was on his feet, and he went for the Claymore Kick… but Andrade ducked out of the way! Andrade hit McIntyre with a discus back elbow, then hit the Hammerlock DDT! He hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1… 2… 3!
Mauro Ranallo: It’s over! Andrade gets the victory!
Corey Graves: McIntyre took his eye of the ball, and it cost him the match!
As Andrade celebrated, Strowman began to walk down the ramp. Andrade quickly exited the ring and left through the crowd, making sure he avoided Strowman. Strowman exited the ring and pulled McIntyre to his feet… then lifted him over his shoulder, hitting a running powerslam! He then exited the ring and made his way to the back, leaving McIntyre laid out in the ring as Warfare went to commercial.
When EBWF returned from commercial the crowd inside the arena cheered as a graphic lit up the Tron, featuring Wes Ikeda and Natalya with the word "Congratulations".
Mauro Ranallo: We're in the home of the First Lady of EBWF, Natalya, Calgary, Alberta, Canada!
Corey Graves: That's right, Mauro. And the whole EBWF Crew would like to extend a warm congratulations to Mr. Ikeda and Mrs. Neidhart who will welcome a baby girl in May.
Mauro Ranallo: Congratulations to the happy parents!
Corey Graves: Congratulations are also in order for our next competitor!
"Aphrodite" hit and the crowd went wild as Torrie Wilson made her way to the ring.
Corey Graves: She's still the best, Mauro!
Mauro Ranallo: There might be a few women in the back who disagree with you, Corey! And here comes one of them!
"Illest" blasted through the speakers and Liv Morgan proceeded to the ring. Once inside, she sized Torrie up while the referee checked her sneakers.
Corey Graves: Two former women's champions doing battle, and it'll be exciting to see who comes out on top.
The bell rang and Torrie dropkicked Liv and hit a fall-away slam. Torrie hit a handspring attack in the corner, and the crowd started a "You Still Got it Chant" Torrie smirked toward the crowd and then hit Liv with a few chops in the corner. Liv bailed out of the ring to recover. Torrie chased after her, but Liv rolled back in. Torrie, annoyed with the cat and mouse game, got back inside too and wrenched her arm.
Mauro Ranallo: The veteran piling on here!
Liv pushed Torrie off, surprising the crowd. Torrie went for a springboard cross-body, but Liv moved out of the way.
Corey Graves: Nobody home!

Mauro Ranallo: A victory for the legend!
Corey Graves: The women's division is on notice, Mauro! Torrie Wilson is back!
Mauro Ranallo: It's time for our main event, and the flames for this match have been fanned on Twitter!
Corey Graves: That they have, Mauro. And I'm thinking that Bob Holly ought to know that you can't out talk the Miz.
"How Do You Like Me Now" brought the arrival of the Breakout Champion, who didn't seem to mind that he was being showered with boos from the Canadian crowd. "I Came to Play" hit and Christy Hemme announced the EBWF World Champion. The Miz held his title above his head, and proceeded down to the ring. Cheers went up from the crowd as he removed his trench coat and handed it to the referee along with his title belt. Once the referee had handed those items off the timekeeper, the bell rang. Holly had a series of pinfall attempts early. Miz avoided an early Alabama Slam attempt and rolled under the ropes. Miz got a knee up on Holly, and Holly got a backslide pinfall that was good for two. Holly dropped a quick elbow, but it did little to keep Miz down. Miz dumped Holly to the outside.
Mauro Ranallo: Miz trying to make short work of Holly, but can't do it from out there!
Miz attempted a dropkick through the ropes, but Holly moved out of the way and jumped back inside the ring. Holly threw rights at Miz in the corner. The momentum shifted and Miz hit the inverted DDT, followed by a neck breaker. He continued the barrage by catapulting Holly into the second rope. Miz hit some big stomps to Holly in the corner. Miz hit the running dropkick and followed it up with the corner clothesline. The crowd cheered as Miz went to the top rope. Holly was on his feet though and countered.
Corey Graves: Miz was so close!
Miz splashed the corner and missed. Holly bounced Miz's face off the corner repeatedly. Holly hit the corner clothesline and followed through with a running bulldog. He dropped an elbow to Miz's neck, went to the top rope, and dropped a flying elbow on Miz before pinning him, but it was only good for two. Holly hit the Alabama Slam and became incensed with the referee when Miz kicked out at two again. Miz got to his feet, and Holly got his elbow up in the corner and caught Miz with both boots. Miz took advantage of Holly's position on the ropes.
Mauro Ranallo: The champ has had enough.
Miz drove Holly head first into the second turnbuckle. Miz laid in with chest kicks. Holly was enraged and powered back up, connecting with the Alabama Slam. Holly pinned him.

"Awwweesssooommmmeeee" As I Came to Play hit the PA again, Miz moved to his feet as the referee returned the championship and had his arm raised in victory.
Mauro Ranallo: Maybe that'll teach Holly not to step up to Miz in the ring, or on Twitter! With just 6 weeks until Wrestlemania, and no sign of Aiden English tonight, there's no telling how long Hardcore Holly will try to keep Miz's attention.
Corey Graves: I can assure you, Mauro, Miz has already moved on. And where were Lashley and Rush tonight?
Mauro Ranallo: We'll see what Holly has to say about that this week I'm sure. For Corey Graves and all of us here at EBWF, this has been Warfare! We'll see you next week. Good night!
Miz left the ring with his championship perched on his shoulder as EBWF went off the air.
