January 24th was going to be a big night for Alexa Bliss who was finally getting a shot at the Women's championship. Alexa last held that belt almost six years ago but on January 24th she would hold that championship once again.
- Scene 1-
Alexa woke up and found herself in a dark room, she was confused about where she was and how she got there.
She stood up and looked around to see if anyone else was there.
Alexa Bliss:Where the hell am I?
Just then Alexa heard laughter and the strange thing was that it sounded like her own. Alexa looked around to see where it came from until she saw a figure approach her and to her surprise, it was herself the only difference was that this version had half of her face painted, it was clear that this was her dark side.
Dark Alexa Bliss:Long time no see Lexi it's been almost a month since we've been together.
Alexa shook her head in confusion.
Alexa Bliss:How the-
Dark Alexa Bliss:Oh don't worry this is only possible because we're in your mind right now or I guess technically it's our mind. you know it's funny how you try to keep me locked away within our subconscious but I always seem to find a way out.
Alexa just looked at her dark self, not amused.
Alexa Bliss:What do you want?
Dark Alexa chuckled.
Dark Alexa Bliss:It's simple Lexi you need me because let's face it you can't beat Raquel Diaz on your own. You're delusional if you think you have a chance, which is why you need to set me free.
Alexa shook her head.
Alexa Bliss:No way.
Dark Alexa Bliss:Oh come on do you not realize how long it's been since you've been champion?
Alexa Bliss:Yes I do. I think about it every day but still, the answer is no.
Dark Alexa Bliss:Maybe you need to be reminded differently.
Dark Alexa turned and placed an arm around normal Alexa's shoulder and snapped her fingers which caused one side of the room to show footage from Summerslam 2016. Alexa was in the middle and was locked in the Bank Statement courtesy of Sasha Banks.
Alexa tried to hold on but eventually tapped out. The footage skipped to show Sasha holding up the title before fading to black.
Dark Alexa Bliss:It's been almost six years since you've held that title hell Sasha isn't even in EBWF anymore.
Face it Lexi you need my help.
Dark Alexa offered a handshake to seal the deal. Alexa sighed and took the handshake but then she blasted her dark self with a forearm shot. Dark Alexa fell to the ground.
Alexa Bliss:For the last fucking time NO, I CAN do this by myself and you want to talk about helping me, every time I've let you free I've ended up with pain and misery, at Christmas Eve Of Destruction 2020 I ended up with three broken ribs and last month at Christmas Eve Of Destruction I ended up with several cuts on my back. I'm going into Warfare on Monday and I WILL beat Raquel Diaz to become EBWF Women's champion all without your help.
Alexa walked away and soon found a door to leave.
Dark Alexa Bliss:You can't escape me, Lexi, I'm a part of you whether you like it or not.
Alexa Bliss:I know that I've known that my whole life but the thing is I don't need you, you need me.
Alexa opened the door and walked out before she awoke in the real world realizing that it was all a dream.
-Scene 2-
It was the night of the title match and Alexa Bliss was sitting in The Coalition's locker room quietly, In just a few hours Alexa would finally get the title shot she's wanted for a long time.
Alexa Bliss:Wow, you know a few weeks ago when I said that my new year's resolution was to become EBWF Women's champion, it never crossed my mind that a few weeks later I would be sitting here a few hours away from stepping into the ring against Raquel Diaz in the main event of Warfare, challenging for the Women's championship. As I look back on this whole situation I'm honestly surprised and the most surprising thing is how I got this match.. more specifically who gave me the match.
Alexa chuckled.
Alexa Bliss:Trish I don't know why you gave me this opportunity, especially since you don't like me after all we've been through but I guess I'll say thank you. But enough about Trish let's talk about the champion herself Raquel Diaz. Raquel, you've been quite the champion over the last ten months, beating the likes of Becky Lynch and Leva Bates. Yeah, let's face it Raquel if it wasn't for Winter you wouldn't have beaten Becky and Leva Bates is someone who gets lucky breaks every once in a while, Your long reign isn't really that special Raquel. Tonight you face a new challenge in the form of the undisputed Goddess of EBWF.
Alexa took a deep breath knowing how important this night was to her career.
Alexa Bliss:You know I keep getting reminded about the fact that it's been almost six years since I've held the Women's championship and that's the one thing in this world that I don't need to be reminded of. I know how long it's been because I think about it every day of my life. A lot of things have changed since then with not only EBWF but myself as well. But just because I'm a different person than I was six years ago doesn't mean that I won't do everything I can possibly do to beat you, Raquel.
Alexa stood up and grabbed the camera while it was still in the cameraman's hands.
Alexa Bliss:Raquel Tonight your reign as EBWF Women's champion and your position as the top female wrestler in the world comes to an end courtesy of Alexa Bliss.
Alexa let go of the camera as the scene faded to black.

-Off-camera-
It was an hour before Warfare would start and Lexi Kaufman was walking down the hallway when she was approached by her friend Jay Reso.
Jay Reso:Big night tonight.
Lexi Kaufman: You're not trying to make me nervous are you?
Both Lexi and Jay laughed.
Jay Reso:I think you're probably already nervous considering the fact that you pretty much vanished when we got here.
Lexi Kaufman:I needed some alone time, this is my first title match in a long time, and you know the people will expect a great match.
Jay Reso:With you and Shaul in there I'm sure they'll get it. You know it's hard to believe it's been almost a year since The Coalition was formed.
Lexi nodded her head.
Lexi Kaufman:Sure is and it's been a blast working with you, Glenn, Maven, and The Dudleys. Who knew when they put us all together that we'd be the top babyface faction in EBWF.
Jay Reso:Especially since they tried to have us as heels first. What's it been like working as a babyface for almost the last year?
Lexi Kaufman:It's been fun and interesting. I was worried at first but the fans have accepted me pretty well.
Jay smiled.
Jay Reso:Remember tonight you give it everything you got and give these people a great main event.
Lexi chuckled.
Lexi Kaufman:Got it.
With that, the two hugged and Lexi went to the locker room to prepare for the match.
