Numerous sources have confirmed that Mike Mizanin and Layla El's romantic relationship may be taking a turn for the worst. Sources indicated that Mizanin did not share his plans of joining up with Paul Heyman on screen with her, and not only was she not happy about the lack of communication, but she was apparently dead set against the idea. Could the new creative direction Mike has chosen to take the Miz on screen effect his personal life off of it? Time will tell.
