Queen's Court (Utami/Himeka): A New Era

Once again we find ourselves within the locker room of Queen's Court. If anything it's more elaborate than ever: a red carpet leads from the hallway into the room itself. The unit's banner hangs prominently on the wall, dramatically reminding everyone of the woman who sees herself as the queen of wrestling. Himeka Arita stands guard just inside the door, glaring down at Renee Young as the interviewer attempts to get inside. After the previous week's display of violence, Renee looks doubly uneasy. As she looks up at Himeka, the Dangerous Princess flexes her muscles slightly as if sending a warning. However Himeka steps aside and Renee is allowed entry into the room.

We finally see Utami Hayashishita, dressed for battle in her full ring gear. For a moment she taps away at her phone, expression growing more angered by the moment. When she realizes that she's not alone, Utami sneers at Renee as if the interviewer just broke into her house. Utami then shakes her head, takes a deep breath and glares at Renee again. Himeka moves into position behind Utami, and the Crimson Queen finally speaks.

Utami Hayashishita:
"Yes? You're here to ask questions of us, are you not? Speak! But watch your words, because I am already very quite upset. And you have seen what happens to fools who stand in my way when I am upset."

Renee takes a step back for safety before asking her question.

Renee Young: "Utami, tonight you'll be entering the Last Survivor match with a shot at the EBWF Women's Championship on the line. Can you tell us what's on your mind heading into this match?"

Utami smirks.

Utami Hayashishita:
"Conquest."

The word hangs in the air for a moment, Utami looking supremely confident in her explanation. After a long tense moment she sighs and explains further.

Utami Hayashishita: "For six months I have fulfilled my promise to conquer any peasants who have forgotten their place in the world. I - Queen's Court - have battered and broken everyone who's attempted to defy us. To this day we are undefeated. No one can overcome the power and dominance of the Crimson Queen. Those who try will be crushed just like everyone else. And yet what happened when I announced my intention to seize the crown of this place? One of those pathetic peasants stole my rightful place as challenger! Even less forgivable is the fact that this was allowed at all. It is an insult to me - to Queen's Court. And we do not suffer insults gladly."

She thrusts her hand toward the camera dramatically.

Utami Hayashishita: "So it is Queen's Court's duty to destroy everyone who stands in the way of the natural order. The three of us will savagely rip apart everyone else in this match. All shall be struck down before the Crimson Queen! As for the Traitor Mina Shirakawa and the Pretender Britt Baker, we will reserve a special suffering for you both. For you have done harm to Queen's Court and have yet to be rightfully punished. Perhaps you will both be taken out on stretchers this time."

Utami glares at Renee, who looks about ready to ask another question.

Renee Young:
"And Himeka, anything to add? We haven't heard anything from you yet-"

Utami cuts her off by stepping closer, muscles tensed and eyes promising destruction.

Utami Hayashishita:
"You get one question, peasant. You have asked it, and now you are dismissed from my presence. Go prepare the stage for my victory celebration. Because after tonight I will be one step closer to the throne which I have decided is mine. The age of the Crimson Queen is here, and resistance is pointless. Just acknowledged your superior and bow down to the Queen!"

Utami smiles sadistically while Himeka looks on with an emotionless expression. Renee takes that as her clue to leave and backs out of the room as fast as her legs can carry her.
