The sky is blue and the sun is as yellow as always. White cotton-like clouds have gathered around it, as if they are given the duty to protect what’s underneath the sky from excessive rays of the big yellow giant above. You are treated to the sight of one of the many gardens that decorate the NEO-Biishiki Gun estate. But the purpose of this generous peek into the way of NEO-Biishiki Gun living isn’t to show off the beautiful gardens that demonstrate this new and ever-lasting spring. No, the purpose gets clearer as the camera’s view shifts upwards and shows that Sakisama, the newest addition to the EBWF roster is sitting in her balcony, watching as this garden is tended by her servants. The camera switches to another, now we see a close look of her from behind as she sits on her beautifully sculpted chair. She doesn’t bother talking to the camera, her gaze is still on her garden.
Sakisama: “The will to rule isn’t something every schmuck under the sun can have and don’t ever think that it’s a quality that comes in quantities either. You either have that divine power to rule or you don’t. You can seek it, but if you have to seek it, then everything you can ever gain from your search will be temporary. As it will be only a fraction, a reflection of what is defined as true power. And that true power, let me tell you all, true power is something you are born with.”
It’s after that when her head slowly turns to the camera and gives everyone watching a sultry smile. The cameraman moves around to be directly in front of her.
Sakisama: “If you are confused by what I’m talking about, then simply you, too, are one of those who aren’t born with divinity. I would feel bad for you but no negative feelings can run through my essence. Je m'appelle Sakisama.”
A classic introduction in her native French language.
Sakisama: “I simply wanted to give you a simple explanation because without understanding this, you will still be surprised by what happened in the last show of Warfare. It’s as simple as this: Utami doesn’t have true power. She doesn’t have the will to rule. That’s why her attempts at ruling fell so flat on its face that I needed to come in and save my sweet, pathetic little rose from herself.”
She gently rubs the single rose on her hand. The thorns don’t hurt Sakisama in the slightest.
Sakisama: “Now that she serves me, she’s happier than ever. She will be stronger than ever and will stop at nothing to see my enemies fall. I have given her the gift of my spring and even if her dumb little brain took a while to accept it, she eventually did and she will be better off for it as all of you EBWF faithful will be my witness. The Crimson Queen is dead, The Crimson Queen never existed in the first place. Utami will be nothing but my cute but deadly servant from now on.”
A gentle but noble laugh escapes her lips. She’s truly made her declaration.
Sakisama: “But enough on the peasantry. It’s finally time for the nobility to take the stage. In Warfare, I have agreed to make my in-ring debut. This was something I could’ve easily rejected but I simply believe that if you make claims as grandiose as mine, then you should waste no time before backing them up. That, my children, that’s what I shall do.”
She takes another glance at the garden before once again turning to the camera, as she picks up from where she was left off.
Sakisama: “And I will take on someone who has been trying to make her way in the grand old world of Hollywood for a couple of years now. The so called ‘Big Time’ is trying so hard to experience her own spring. But as I’ve told you before, true power is something you’re born with and a peasant from Ireland is certainly not blessed with that. Her path to power is a fragile one and she won’t enjoy her good fortunes forever as they don’t have the foundations I have in my blood. But she can rest easy, I do plan to give her the Academy Award she so craves.”
Another catty smirk from her makes that last remark very obvious, a simple play on her finisher move also called ‘Academy Award’.
Sakisama: “In Warfare, your eyes will be once again blessed by my presence. They will be cleansed of those ugly brutish men or hideous peasant women you had to endure in this company up until my arrival. I’ve promised you a spring and rest assured, it has come. I am here.“
The cameraman has to shift a bit to allow a servant in maid costume to come and bring some tea to Sakisama. Sakisama thanks her servant and gently pats her in the head before she sends her back on the way.
Sakisama: “I am spring. I am art. My beauty cannot be put into canvas even by the most graceful of painters. The wittiests poest can’t describe the essence of my strength with their words. The most moving hymns sing about the love their singers felt for me. None of those works could actually compare to the real thing. To me. Darling, I am forever. My beauty, my strength, my legacy. They are all ever-lasting and mentioning you in the same breath as me? That’s borderline heresy. But rest assured, this is no inqusition, this is no revolution. What I’m going to do to you, ‘Lass Kicker’, will be nothing but a simple spring cleaning.”
One last signature smirk before she speaks again.
Sakisama: “Now, it is time for me to enjoy some tea. You can go away now. Shoo.”
