Heartbreaking King

The day had arrived for the annual Total Supremacy pay-per-view which this year would take place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio,Texas. The crowd were excited for the event and waited anxiously for it to start. It was about Forty minutes before the show started when “My Last Breath” by Evanescence played over the P/A system and the crowd responded with loud boos as Christian Cage walked out on stage with a microphone in hand. When Christian’s music cut the crowd continued to boo and a loud “shut the fuck up” chant started. Cage shook his head and raised the mic to his mouth.

Christian Cage:Real classy San Antonio real classy.

The crowd booed louder this time but Christian ignored them and continued to talk.

Christian Cage:Now before I win this tournament tonight and become number one contender for the World title I want to address a few things so if you please do me a favor and shut your damn mouths I would greatly appreciate it.

This only got the crowd angrier and they continued to shower the Instant Classic with boos.

Christian Cage:I guess I should've expected this from a bunch of inbred texans. Now the first thing I want to address is my competition tonight,first is my semi final opponent Damien Priest.

The crowd gave a mixed reaction upon hearing Priest’s name.

Christian Cage:Now Damien I know that you have been very impressive since you showed up here in EBWF and have had a great run in this tournament but that run ends tonight. I know Paul Heyman is back there right now telling you sweet fairy tales about becoming King of the Ring but i am going to give you a reality check and the reality is you can not beat me,that must suck to hear but it’s the truth my friend because i am a multi time World Champion,I am a living legend,and I am the greatest wrestler of all time. Now I guess I have to apologize in advance to Paul Heyman for eliminating another client of his from the tournament. Now onto the Breakout Champion Brock Anderson.

The crowd booed.

Christian Cage:Brock you have a similar background to another guy in this company in that your father was a professional wrestler but you see unlike that guy you have actually outgrown your dad Arn Anderson. Brock you have shown that you are capable of great things even if these idiots don’t agree,if i had you leading the Coalition with me the group would still be around today. But while you will be a World Champion in the future, now is not the time because it is my time to become champion once again so when I win tonight I just want you to know that it’s nothing personal and hell maybe when I become World Champion you can get the first shot.

Christian shrugged.

Christian Cage:Now onto the last guy..Trent.

Christian chuckled after saying the name.

Christian Cage:Welcome back to EBWF i guess but just like the other guys in the final four you have no chance of beating me,in fact you are the least likely to win this tournament because let’s face it you are nothing more than a mama’s boy who hasn’t done a damn thing in years. Trent when you were away I came back to this company and made it number one again.Trent you are a joke and the only reason you’re in the semi finals is because of me. there’s no way in hell that you will become King of the Ring especially because it’s my tournament to win and unlike last year when I was screwed out of my victory by that dungeons and dragons son of a bitch Xavier Woods I will take my rightful place on the throne and finally get a shot at the EBWF World title. That leads me to the second thing I want to address and that’s the World title match tonight. Well it’s like this I don’t care who wins tonight whether it’s The Miz or Roman Reigns whoever is the champion come Gateway to Glory will fall to the Heartbreaker and lose the EBWF World Championship.

Christian smirked.

Christian Cage:Now the last thing I want to address is Hook,you see I know Hook is probably sitting at home right now crying because he’s not apart of the final four in the tournament tonight but the thing is Hook you brought this on yourself when you decided to talk about something that you had nothing to do with and it was none of your business so now you get to sit back and watch as I take my rightful palace as the King of the Ring.

Christian dropped the mic as “My Last Breath played again and the crowd booed him.
