Oedo Tai Members Suspended

This evening EBWF announced official disciplinary actions for members of Oedo Tai after their brazen attack on Io Shirai prior to her match with Jamie Hayter. After several unprovoked assaults on fellow wrestlers, it was revealed that three members of the unit will see consequences for their actions effective immediately. An official representative of Wes Ikeda read a statement from EBWF's chief which stated, "In light of Oedo Tai's consistent disregard for the safety of the fans at live events, as well as their brazen disregard for the norms of engagement, I have no choice but to punish the perpetrators of this most recent attack."

The punishments are to include: Tam Nakano, Jamie Hayter and Himeka are suspended for one week without pay, and each will be fined $25,000. All three are barred from entering the building for this week's Warfare as well. Should any of them be seen at or near the arena on Monday, they will immediately forfeit their berth in the 2024 Queen of the Ring Tournament.
