Damian Priest was in his locker room lacing up his boots, his Gateway Championship belt propped up next to him.

Damian Priest: So let me get this straight. Me, Damian Priest, Gateway Champion, former EBWF Heavyweight Champion, is jerking the curtain for the less talented nepo baby of the less talented New Age Outlaw? That's really how we're gonna do me?

Damian shook his head, pinching the bridge of his nose and letting out an exasperated grumble.

Damian Priest: This kinda shit is why Randy Orton and Edge wander around catering to collect their downsides.

Paul Heyman: It's absolute disrespect.

Damian Priest: You know what? It is, but it's fine Paul. Your boy's been getting tired of kicking around a bag of sand in the gym, so maybe it's time that I kick around a human with just about the same chance of beating me in the ring.

Paul Heyman smirked.

Paul Heyman: Look, I wouldn't be your manager if I didn't point out that Austin Gunn is a former Last Survivor winner and someone with a fairly impressive list of accolades.

Damian Priest turned and looked at Paul like he had three heads.

Damian Priest: What?!

Paul nodded silently.

Damian Priest: Austin Gunn?

Paul Heyman: Yes, 2022.

Damian Priest: Was this on TV?

Paul gave Damian a look and Damian put his hands up in surrender.

Damian Priest: Alright, so he won Last Survivor and he did some stuff. Cool, good for Austin Gunn. Love that journey for you. I'm still gonna punch his dumb teeth down his throat and take out my anger on his flash in the pan ass.

Paul looked at the camera.

Paul Heyman: As you can see, my client is in a rare mood today. He's itching for a fight. And Austin Gunn is the unlucky recipient tonight. The Gateway Champion has grown weary of the level of disrespect that has plagued the recent era of his career. But tonight, Damian Priest will get himself back on track with a convincing win against a former hot talent of EBWF. A number one prospect that flashed and then fizzled. Tonight, Damian Priest takes care of Austin Gunn, and moves on to bigger, and much better things. And that's not a prediction...that's a spoiler.

Paul gave the camera a toothy smile before Damian shoved it away and the scene faded to black.
