"City Is At War" by Cobra Starship played over the P.A. system of a filled arena on the house show circuit. This led to the arrival of Taeler Hendrix who was all smiles. She headed down to the ring and struck a little pose on the apron before entering the ring via the bottom rope. The redhead was met with mostly boo's but this did very little to change her sunny disposition. She requested a microphone and when she received it gave an appreciative bow to the time keeper.

Taeler Hendrix: "What is UP with all of this negativity, people? Let's turn those boo's into cheers and turn those frowns into smiles!"

Taeler motioned to her own wide smile which only made the crowd boo her a little louder.

Taeler Hendrix: "That's OK! That's just fine! You guys are going to completely love me! I'll prove myself! When I become the new Sky High Champion I know I will have worked my way into your hearts!"

She struck another pose and thrust her pointer finger skywards. It didn't do much to endear herself to the EBWF fans.

Taeler Hendrix: "You know.."

The Diva tapped at her chin a few times.

Taeler Hendrix: "I think I understand! You all are SO unhappy! I can see that now! Your lives are just making you down in the dumps! You're all probably poor and your kids are probably extra chubby and I assume you had to cash in your welfare checks just to get tickets!"

Being insulted by someone who was smiling so brightly and speaking so joyfully must have been terribly irritating because the jeers had gotten louder.

Taeler Hendrix: "But I can show you all how to be happy! I can show you how to make your lives have some actual meaning! Just like I'm going to show Maria this Monday night at Warfare! And I really do think she needs it. Despite being a champion she looks like such a gloomy Gus lately! I think the burden of being a champion must be too much for her! Well, that's where I come in!"

She proudly directed a thumb towards herself.

Taeler Hendrix: "I will help to ease her load by winning this match to guarantee myself a title shot! Now I know she managed to pin me at Survivor Series. But this time it's going to be so much different! And just look at me! She couldn't wipe the smile off of my face! And that's what she needs to learn how to do! And that's what you all need to learn as well! Your lives and Maria's might be horrible and awful but you just have to smile, smile, smile! Even when things seem bleak and at their worst a nice big smile can turn everything around! When I become champion everyone will be on the fast track to HAPPY TOWN!"

Taeler's music played again as she waved to the crowd. She seemed oblivious to the fact that they were anything but on her side. She eagerly headed back up the ramp and disappeared backstage. As she headed down a hallway, one the referee's stopped her.

Referee: "Hey. Taeler. You've got a visitor. Someone who says they know you trying to get in just outside of the arena."

Taeler Hendrix: "Really? I do? Is it Maria? That's silly! Why won't they let her in? I need her to get inside so I take that title off of her hands!"

Referee: "It isn't Maria. It's a guy."

Taeler Hendrix: "A guy? I guess I had better check it out!"

After being directed by the ref to the appropriate door, Taeler pushed it open and poked her head outside. A dark haired man was pacing back and forth. Nothing extraordinary about him. He just looked like your average Joe. He snapped his head towards the door once it opened.

Man: "Taeler!"

Taeler Hendrix: "Yes? Have we met before? I never forget a face."

The guy looked completely dumb founded.

Man: Taeler. I'm your brother."

Taeler Hendrix: "Brother?! Well, I don't have a brother! I would remember that!"

Man: "Once you got signed here you stopped answering phone calls. I was worried. I mean, I still am worried."

Taeler just smiled blissfully.

Man: You should come with me.

He held out a hand for her but another clasped it's way around his neck. It large and covered by a leather glove.

Kane: "No. She shouldn't."

The man looked up at the incredibly intimidating sight of the giant in the crimson mask. He found himself roughly shoved against some trash bins where he fell over with a loud crash. Taeler just continued to smile with her hands resting behind her back.

Taeler Hendrix: "Poor fella."

Kane: "..Don't stop smiling, Taeler.."

Kane smiled as well but his was a couple notches towards the unnerving side. He slowly lurched away while Taeler continued to gaze off while flashing her pearly whites.
