Dear esteemed EBWF friends and colleagues. Lynne here! Can't believe it's that time of year. The following is the schedule for Wrestlemania XII! Given that all activities were canceled around Fanniversary last year I am sure that we are all eager to go out there and do our very best around Wrestlemania. I'm sure you are all thrilled that Joanie Helmsley has returned to EBWF as Executive Vice President of Production and Programming. Joanie has taken a little over 18 months off, but she is jumping right back in. If you haven't worked with her in the past you will love her knack for keeping everyone on the same page. Sometimes, I think we'd all just like to be in the same building. Anywaaaayyyy….

Hotel Rooms have been blocked out for Tuesday, March 26 through checkout on Monday, April 1. (Happy Birthday, Mr. Orton!) We have reserved two hotels. There are two people per room or four people per suite, and we have tried to accommodate requests.

If he is it has been decided that it will be in a unofficial capacity and he will only be there for the sponsors, to shake hands and to see you. It looks like Wes will not be attending any of the events in New York and does not plan to travel to Wrestlemania. He feels with Joanie and Chris both on hand their shouldn't be any problems. I asked that pretty, talented, lead photographer Danielle Costa to be my date to the mixer and, after much courting that included "dimple flashes," flexing, guilt trips, edible sweets, tight shirts and, yep you guessed it, more flexing, and even a little begging (which I will deny wholeheartedly if you choose to share that piece of information) she has agreed to go with me. Unfortunately Danielle has to work the Make-a-Wish event so I'm kinda, sorta going with Brooke to that though I'm not sure hosting will leave me much time to amuse a date. One of those "meet ya there" kinda deals. (Have I told you guys in the offices lately that you are great? Cause you are! The North Eastern Regional Chapter contacted me yet again today to thank the EBWF for the event so feel free to pass that info. on!!!)

So I have no real shame, and neither does Lynne, so I just hit the forward button on the whole conversation Lynne and I have been chain emailing this afternoon.
1) Do you think Dani is a good idea? I mean, I know you already invited her. So now I basically have to put her on the list and let her go. But these are reallllly important people. You know this girl? You can vouch for her in front of these people who spend literally 10s of millions of dollars on our product? I mean, obviously you don't think she's going to embarrass you. Us. This is the person you want in the room with you. In front of Jess & Phil, Randy and Nicole, Joanie & Hunter, Jessica & Chris? You've thought about this?
2) Lynne, as your publicist... and I as your friend.. insist that you walk the carpet at the Slammys alone. Lynne outlines why below. In her hilarious Lynne way.
Or show up with Christy.... and reallllly make Lynne's Sunday interesting.

Have they seriously locked you out of your work email account?! I'm about to have a coronary over here! I tried to call your phone, but I know there are times of the day where it's still turned off. So Anyway, I'm using your personal email to forward you this message I got from John.
I almost replied to tell him that no Brooke had not contacted me, but I was well aware from Nicole's full on, heel clicking, door slamming FIT this morning that yes, he was indeed, otherwise claimed for Dinner with the Divas. lol So, Danielle Costa. Don't know much about her, other than she's rather vocal backstage. Do you think she can be trusted around sponsors? I hadn't even heard that John was interested in her.
Also, if you could put a bug in his ear that as his publicist I really MUST insist that he walk the press line at the Slammys alone I would appreciate it. Between, Joanie and Hunter stepping out at the Slammys for the first time in two years, you not being there for the first time in ever, Randy NOT being with Nikki for Dinner with the Divas!? Chris Jericho's debut as interim CEO. Steph in hot water. Miz and Maria Menounos. Natalie's post baby bod. I'm about to go tell Jessica she can't eat before the Slammy Awards. Like at all, because god forbid she have a REALLY big dinner and a TOO TIGHT DRESS and make for all these pregnancy rumors a REALLY TERRIBLE Sunday for me. The last thing I need is John Cena walking the green carpet with Brooke Tessmacher. God damn soap opera around here, the media is going to forget we're having our premiere PPV event on Sunday. And how's my favorite publicist and administrative assistant doing today?! Eleven years and you finally made your first clerical mistake... I wouldn't be too hard on myself. That's a pretty damn impressive track record.
I just wanted to give you the heads up for Mania week. I asked that pretty, talented, lead photographer Danielle Costa to be my date to the mixer and, after much courting that included "dimple flashes," flexing, guilt trips, edible sweets, tight shirts and, yep you guessed it, more flexing, and even a little begging (which I will deny wholeheartedly if you choose to share that piece of information) she has agreed to go with me. Unfortunately Danielle has to work the Make-a-Wish event so I'm kinda, sorta going with Brooke to that though I'm not sure hosting will leave me much time to amuse a date. One of those "meet ya there" kinda deals. (Have I told you guys in the offices lately that you are great? Cause you are! The North Eastern Regional Chapter contacted me yet again today to thank the EBWF for the event so feel free to pass that info. on!!!)
I'm not sure if she emailed you yet but Brooke invited me to be her date to Dinner with the Divas. That is a story for another day, and a couple drinks... which reminds me, you still haven't had that drink with me Lynne! Four years of excuses and I'm not going away. I'm John Cena! I NEVER GIVE UP! Just ask Danielle Costa... you can't possibly have that many cats that need flea baths and how many times has that uncle of yours died now? Persistent SOB isn't he?

Well I THOUGHT I felt my ears burning. Good to know it's not just from this fuckin' wind chill. You have no shame?! REALLY?!? I would have never guessed... okay so seriously, thanks for the interesting read.
1) I think Dani is a good idea. Don't worry, I've thought about it. A lot actually. I've been to enough of these things to know just what kind of people will be there, what the "right" things to say and do are, and if I didn't feel absolutely a hundred and ten percent confident that Danielle could handle herself and represent us in anything but a truly positive way, then I wouldn't have invited her. No matter how much I would want to or how much fun it would be. I've been spending some time with her and while she can be kinda loud , silly, and opinionated (like you Intercontinental Champion knows he can be) she is also a very well-spoken, sweet, classy woman. I think the sponsors will want to take her home with them. But I will the line at that Wes, just so you know, lol. She is the person I want in the room with me. In front of Jess and Phil, Randy and Nicole, Joanie and Hunter, Jessica and Chris. Who knows, it may even help promote that sense of "family" or "unity" or something. What divide between crew and cast? There's no divide in this company! Just look at who John Cena brought as his date!
2) Okay... I think I'll take option B and show up with Christy at the Slammy's. Let's make this thing interesting!!!! Of course I'm kidding. Unless you weren't. Okay now I really am kidding. Granted, I'd have a stunning date, but Lynne would definitely kill me. I will walk the carpet alone because I understand why. Play up the "eligible bachelor" thing a bit. Tbh, I hadn't actually even thought about it too much. I just knew that a seat was going to be saved beside me at our table for a certain photographer once inside...
You know, sometimes I think Kenzie is the reason I associate with you. I really do. Love that little girl. You are a lucky man. See you soon. And don't mess up the beamer too much in the next two days!!! lol
