Illumination of the Mind

A large room with nothing but a chandelier hanging from it's ceiling was shown very precariously dangling and swinging back and forth, its fall was visibly imminent as at each swing, pieces of the roof collapsed. As expected the chandelier falls straight into the camera, knocking it down. The scene went to black for a few seconds before showing the haunting blue eyes that have been appearing across EBWF, now looking and moving as if they were actually in front of the camera, and the person to whom they belong was speaking directly in front of it.

"Well when one's mind is filled with useless clutter, then it isn't a proper mind and it shouldn't be allowed to exist. What intrigues me, though, is that it is rare to find a person free of mind-numbing clutter. I feed off of darkness, I'm a being of the night. I deny most forms of Illumination, being that the only form I embrace is illumination of the mind. EBWF, you will soon know who I am, and you shall witness my ascension as you gaze upon this darkened soul with fear. I... WILL... RISE!"

The camera went to static, ending this confusing and puzzling promo, that may very well have left more questions than answers. Who is this shape in the shadows? Whomever it is, it is arriving to EBWF to leave its mark.
