Following a successfull EBWF debut at Sacrifice, and a busy week of house shows and media, Bo Dallas is in Oak Cliff Park, Dallas Texas, to meet with Jonothan ''The Coach'' Coachman for an exclusive interview for EBWF.net. Bo is wearing a black tank top, with grey sweatpants and has his hair tied in a ponytail, while Jonothan Coachman sports an expensive pair of designer sunglasses, a maroon silk shirt and black suit pants.
Bo and The Coach take a slow stroll along a pathway of the park, as a cameraman follows with a boom microphone. People in the background can be seen having picnics and playing catch.
Jonothan Coachman: So we're here in the beautiful Oak Cliff Park in Dallas Texas and EBWF fans, boy do we have a treat for you, the first interview with one of EBWF's newest stars, Bo Dallas. Bo, first things first, congratulations on a successfull debut, you must be feeling on top of the world.
Bo grins from ear to ear as the two continue to walk along the pathway.
Bo Dallas: Thanks Jonothan, and yes Sir I am, I was a little nervous to get started but as soon as I got out in front of that crowd and the adrenaline kicked in, nothing was going to stop me getting that victory.
Jonothan Coachman: Well you certainly didn't look nervous, defeating three other men in your first match is no easy task. Now, it's no secret that wrestling is a tradition in your family, your a third generation superstar, did you speak to your father at all before making the decision to join the EBWF?
Bo Dallas: I did, and he was actually very supportive, he told me to think things over and go with what my heart said, and now I'm here I know that making the move was the right decision. EBWF is the elite in the world of professional wrestling, all the top talent are here, so it wasn't a question of if but when I was going to join.
Jonothan Coachman: Well I for one agree with you, tell me, is there anyone in the locker room that gave you a hard time upon joining? Or have you fit right in?
Bo Dallas: Nah, man. Everyone was pretty much cool with me, there are still a lot of people I haven't had the chance to meet yet that I would like to, but so far it's been an awesome experience.
Jonothan Coachman: Speaking of the guys in the back, is there anyone on the roster that's a hero of yours, Bo?
Bo Dallas: Um ..... kinda, I wouldn't say anyone is my hero but there are lot's of guys that I've looked up to for a lot of years that I'm still in awe of when I see them, like Randy Orton, Syxx, Chris Jericho to name a few. But I'd say the main guy I look up to is John Cena, I try to take note on how he carries himself in and out the ring, he's a true role model and that's what I strive to be. Not to mention the fact that he's overcame a lot of unwarranted heat from the fans, which for some reason I seem to be having issues with.
Jonothan Coachman: That's actually what I was about to get to, Bo. Your somewhat of a controversial figure in the world of pro wrestling, very polarizing. Most fans seem to get behind you, but there are sections of the crowd that seem to have a problem with you, how hard is it to cope with that?
Bo Dallas: You know what, man. I just take it in my stride, some people are gonna love you, and some people, well, some people aren't. I don't think a lot of the fans realise how dedicated I am and how hard I work everyday to become the best. And to be honest ninety percent of the people I meet in the street are real friendly, but as soon as I look at my mentions on twitter it's a different story, I've been called every name you could possibly think of, but that just makes me work even harder to get better and the more I do that, the quicker they'll come around.
Jonothan Coachman: Do you think there's a reason behind it?
Bo Dallas: I really don't know, my Grandfather told me that it doesn't matter if they boo or cheer, as long as they're not silent. And in a way he's right, but I just don't understand why people are so cruel when I've done nothing wrong to them, I always try to be a nice guy. The funny thing is when The Rock first started in the business, he went through a lot of the same things I'm going through. And look at him now, everybody loves him. I'm not trying to compare myself to The Rock in any way, shape or form, but it just goes to show that people's opinion can change over time.
Jonothan Coachman: Well you've got plenty of time to do that, Bo. Did your Father or Grandfather come to your debut match?
Bo Dallas: No, they actually could't make it but next time the EBWF goes to Florida my Dad said he'll be there, and my Grandfather actually lives in Texas so he'll be coming to watch me this week, I'll have to be on my A game.
Bo and Jonothan stop walking as they near the exit of the park, as floods of people start crowding behind them trying to get their face on camera. Sporadic yells can be heard over the top of the conversation.
Jonothan Coachman: I think we're going to have to wrap this up because it's starting to get a little crazy out here. One last question, this week you've been matched up against another newcomer who has also made an impressive start to his EBWF career, Xavier Woods, how do you think you'll fair in this match up?
Bo Dallas: Well, it's a huge challenge but one I think I'm ready for. I haven't got anything bad to say about Xavier, he's a nice guy. So it's nothing personal, just competition, but when that bell rings, I don't care who's in front of me, I'm coming to fight and I'm not giving up until my arm's raised and Christy Hemme is announcing me as the winner. I'm not here to just be a part time player, I'm striving for some Gold around my waist and this is the next step towards that.
Jonothan Coachman: Well, good luck on Monday, Bo.
Bo Dallas: Thanks Jon. EBWF dot net baby!
Fans in the background can be heard chanting ''EBWF'', ''Let's Go Dallas'' and ''No more Bo''. The crowd around the men begins to increase and Jonothan and Bo smile and take pictures with fans as the scene faids.
