Forgive Me Father

The Miz was on to the next round. This was by far his best showing in quite sometime in the King of the Ring tournament. His next foe was somebody that he didn't know a ton about but it was a man that had come up with a couple of big wins over the past couple of weeks, in Chris Sabin. In order for Sabin to advance once more he would have to come up with his biggest win to date, over a man who was red hot in the Miz.

The scene opened up in a church. The camera went inside to reveal several empty pews the camera panned even further inside and we were in a confessional. The Miz wore a white fitted t shirt and blue jeans. His hair was slicked all around and he had the intercontinental championship over his right shoulder. He had a wry smile on his face as he began to speak.

The Miz: Forgive me father for I have sinned it has been 2 weeks since my last confession.

A voice was heard from behind the window in the confessional.

Father: What have you done my son?

The Miz: It's not what I've done, it's what I am about to do. You see father, I am a pretty laid back easy going guy, but tomorrow night on warfare I have a match with Chris Sabin, the same Chris Sabin who week in and week out asks all my Mizfits to "hail" him to worship him. It's like really? We should hail you? Really? Who does this guy think he is?

There was a pause.

Father: I'm..I'm not sure.

The Miz: Me neither, but I can tell you what he is not and that is someone who can beat me. I have come to ask for forgiveness because tomorrow I am going to issue Chris Sabin the worst beating that he's ever endured. I am going to be vicious, remorseless, I am going to show no compassion for his hopes, his dreams, his confidence doesn't impress me, it annoys me. I am going to shut him up father, I am going to hurt him. Nobody should worship him. Nobody should hail him, and nobody should have to sit through another match of his ever again.

Father: Yes my son, but is violence the answer here?

The Miz: Indeed it is father. Violence is the only thing guys like Chris understand. You can't reason with him. He's got such a warped sense of reality. You can't explain to him that he's not even a third as talented as he thinks he is, The only thing he will get is be beating his hair part to the other side of his head. The only thing he is going to understand is his face being slammed into the mat, dashing his hopes of moving on in this tournament. So that's exactly what I am going to do. I may be asking gods forgiveness but I definitely won't be looking for Sabin's. You see father I could tell him that I'm the Miz and I am Awesome, but he won't hear it, so Monday night I am just gonna have to show him.

Miz stormed out before the father could issue him which prayers to say. The scene faded to static.
