Paige tucks a lock of her black hair behind her ear as she props up against the arena in which Fanniversary is being held. She got a camera man in front of her she gives him a slight smile to let him know she's good.
Paige: Wrestling has been hereditary for me and I've been treating it as a joke. It toke my mother calling me and telling me that tonight win/lose/draw my perspective needs to change, when I came back to EBWF it was a chance for redemption. A chance to prove that I belong and to be fair I haven't proved that and I'm sure AJ feels the same way.
Paige tries to take a deep breath to keep herself under control.
Paige: Somewhere along the way I forgot my lineage is a testament to not only who I am in the ring but who I am as a person. Somewhere along the way myself and AJ forgot we are wrestlers first. We need to put the shitty comedy shtick behind us as we're professional wrestlers. We're the last of a dying fucking breed in this great fucking industry that we cherish with every fiber of our being.
Paige: Velvet, the fans get off watching you shake that ghetto booty of yours all over the place. Well tonight I hope god has mercy on you because I'm not going to. I'm tired of being looked at as a joke around here. I'm tired of being portrayed as some second rate talent. Before I was even fucking eighteen years old I was traveling the world trying to better myself so that I could have an opportunity to make it in the EBWF. I'm here to make a name for myself and not play second fiddle to you, Alexa Bliss, nor even my Frenemy AJ Lee, sure we're friends, but we're enemies because we have the same common goal that drives us and that is to be the very best that no one ever was before us. This is about to be my greatest test and I'm here to prove that I can pass that test by taking both you and Alexa Bliss out of the equation and follow the path to glory that is now in front of me.
The two of you may not want to believe this but I'm the new standard in women's wrestling. Alexa Bliss and Velvet, the both of you are nothing. I would suggest you both just get out of my was as the natural progression of women's wrestling is about to seal her mark by beating the both of you and then making the champ remember the name of Paige.
By the way if the two of you think I'm just another diva, Think Again, I am the natural selection and this is an extinction call for you ladies. Until Fanniversary where I will be one step closer to achieving my Destiny I bid you farewell. Say your prayers because Sunday, God may have mercy on you but I'm not.
Paige gives on more wicked scream before letting out her signature battle cry that makes the camera man cringe just due to how loud it was.
