Solomon Crowe vs. The Rock

Post by Raza »

Sunday November 30th 2014 – Survivor Series – The Resch Center – Green Bay; Wisconsin

It had been a whirlwind two weeks or so for Solomon Crowe, one week he was teasing an appearance on his “Crowe’s Nest” blog, the next he made his in-ring debut in the open Battle Royal to be crowned the number one contender to John Cena’s EBWF World Championship, and now he would be competing opposite the face of the company and to top it all off it was at the Survivor Series pay-per-view, an event which has seen a number of debuts. Solomon Crowe had talked a lot in this build up, some would say too much but he knew he would need to do whatever it takes to dethrone John Cena and he would stop at nothing to do so. With all the talking and mind games over, Crowe finally had Cena standing opposite him. Crowe knew Cena disliked him, and dislike was probably being too generous as Cena believed Crowe was nothing but a waste of time, someone who didn’t deserve that spot and would be a forgotten memory, and at the conclusion of the match it looked as if Crowe’s antics would backfire when Cena called for the Attitude Adjustment and lifted Crowe on to his shoulders. Crowe wriggled free and countered the AA with his Headlock Driver, driving Cena’s head into the mat and made the cover; shocking the wrestling industry by defeating John Cena and being crowned the new EBWF World Champion in the process. The commentary team were clearly surprised, the silence amongst the crowd clearly indicated they couldn’t believe what had actually occurred and who knows what the fans at home were thinking? The referee was handed the championship as Crowe was sitting on his knees, breathing heavily with his eyes shut and looking up towards the roof of The Resch Center, a few seconds later his hand finally touched the belt as Christy Hemme made the announcement nobody wanted to hear.

CHRISTY HEMME
Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match and…NEW EBWF World Champion…Solomon Crowe!

Fans could tell by Hemme’s voice that she too couldn’t believe, after becoming used to repeating John Cena’s name as the victor on numerous occasions. Crowe then stood up, looking at the championship in his hands and smiling sadistically as he slowly lifted the gold over his head, as he stood tall over a fallen John Cena. The silence spoke for itself, the only things that could be heard was Space Dementia hitting the PA system with the eerie piano introduction taking Survivor Series off-air whilst Crowe continued to stand in the middle of the ring with the EBWF World Championship being held high over his head.

What would this now mean for the EBWF going forward? What would this do for the careers of Solomon Crowe and John Cena? The competition knew that Crowe still has a lot to prove, and they’d all be looking to pounce and try to take the gold from Crowe so soon after his victory. But that would all be dealt with when a problem arises for Crowe, for now Crowe looked down at John Cena and the referees who were tending to him as the feeling of becoming the number one man in the company was sinking in. The calm and confident exterior was the one fans were all seeing and shaking their heads at, but inside Crowe was a nervous wreck, this was all new to him and now a huge burden of responsibility was on his shoulders. Eventually he moved from the spot he was frozen in for a while before anyone noticed he was nervous, he continued to look at Cena as some of the fans started to leave the arena whilst some stayed to take pictures and check to make sure John Cena was okay. Upon leaving the ring, Crowe threw the World Championship over his right shoulder and put his hands on his hips and looked up into the air, sighing a number of times before wiping the sweat off of his forehead and running his fingers through his hair to slick it back. He continued to walk up the ramp and through the curtain and as soon as the fans weren’t visible to him he leaned against the wall with some of the EBWF personnel approaching him to congratulate him as he thanked them all. He shook their hands and appreciated their well-wishes; he then walked towards the locker room of his friend, Sami Zayn but was stopped in his tracks so Renee Young could catch a quick word with Solomon Crowe in what would be her first meeting with him.

RENEE YOUNG
Solomon, if I can just catch a quick word with you…congratulations on a HUGE victory, you’ve just defeated John Cena to become the new EBWF World Champion, you’ve done something the likes of CM Punk and Randy Orton have failed to do, what are your thoughts?

Crowe quickly got himself back into character as he knew they didn’t have much time, he stared at Renee for a second before snatching the microphone from her little hands and talking directly into the camera.

SOLOMON CROWE
I told everyone before that John Cena has never faced anybody quite like me but he refused to embrace that, he refused to embrace change and he only has himself to blame for what happened and what could happen in the future, he means nothing to me now…now he is JUST John Cena. I am no CM Punk, I am no Randy Orton and I don’t have the desire to be superstars who are content with failure, I am far more dangerous, someone who is capable of far, far worse than what you saw tonight against John Cena and it’s only a matter of time before that chaos, that destruction is brought to EBWF on a more frequent basis. I have done things and said things he has hated me for and that was the reason he fell tonight, what do I have to lose? Absolutely nothing! That match out there, I personally, dedicate it to John Cena senior, I hope you are genuinely proud of your son, he did you very proud I am sure…I am Solomon Crowe, and I am your new EBWF Champion.

He then slammed the microphone back into Renee’s hands who looked a little startled as Crowe then stormed off the set. He thanked Renee once the camera had turned off as he then continued to walk towards the locker room of Sami Zayn to share a few words with his friend.

After meeting with Sami Zayn, Crowe walked towards his own locker room to clean himself up and meet with Sami, so they could set off in the same car to the next city where Monday Night Warfare would be taking place. He opened the door of his locker room and then closed it behind him, slowly sitting down on a chair as he felt the pain of the match run through his body, but staring into the championship for a brief moment made Solomon realise that it was all worth it in the end and now is when the hard work begins in his EBWF career which will hopefully be a long and successful one. After showering up and getting changed, he packed his things and left his locker room to meet up with Sami Zayn as they got into the car and hit the airport to catch a flight to Knoxville, Tennessee in time for Monday Night Warfare.

SAM JOHNSTON
You’re driving.

RAMI SEBEI
As you wish, your highness.

SAM JOHNSTON
I can’t wait to get this flight out of the way, it’s been a long day, great event though.

RAMI SEBEI
Yeah, you would say that. Plus you’re not competing tomorrow you lucky son of a bitch.

SAM JOHNSTON
Hey, that just comes with the territory of being the World Champion buddy, maybe you’ll get that feeling one day.

RAMI SEBEI
Well, you might be the World Champion but I think we both know the Intercontinental Champion would kick your ass.

SAM JOHNSTON
Who is the Inter…oh yeah. Yeah, that won’t happen.

RAMI SEBEI
Ha-ha we’ll find out soon hopefully. For now I need to focus on getting past Justin Gabriel and you just need to sit pretty and wait for your next challenger.

SAM JOHNSTON
I wonder who it is, I mean there’s a lot of options and all but it’d be nice to know who or what you’re preparing yourself for, all I know is that I’ll defend the title at Christmas Eve Of Destruction.

RAMI SEBEI
I guess we’ll know more next week, hell; I don’t even know who I am against on the night, at least you’re guaranteed a match and a main event match at that. Who would you want to face anyway?

SAM JOHNSTON
I really don’t know dude, this is totally different to what I’m used to back in the indies. I mean Cena was out of my comfort zone in the first place but I’m glad that worked out well and all. I don’t know, the only stand out guys I’d love to compete with are Punk and Ambrose, that’d be fun.

RAMI SEBEI
Let’s wait and see, who knows maybe Cena will invoke his rematch clause.

SAM JOHNSTON
I don’t know, we know he’s okay and all but I got the feeling in the match that something was wrong, either he dislikes me, or he hates me but I don’t mind either as I got what I want. Next stop Warfare and I make every single wrestling fan hate me even more, I can’t complain.

The two continued to talk for the remainder of their journey as Solomon was eager to find out who his next challenger would be, something he wouldn’t be finding out in 24 hours but a whole week later. For now all he had to focus on was Monday Night Warfare and sending a message to the EBWF Universe.

Monday December 8th 2014 – Monday Night Warfare – Thompson-Boling Arena – Knoxville; Tennessee

The EBWF Universe was still in utter shock, almost 24 hours had now passed since the annual Survivor Series pay-per-view and the big talking point coming out of the historic event was that the undisputed face of the EBWF had finally lost, John Cena lost his EBWF World Championship to Solomon Crowe. “Who?” was right, 95% of fans had never heard of him, never seen him either; yet he walked through the EBWF doors with a big mouth and walked out a champion like it was nothing. Fans were left wondering just what this would mean for the future of this business and the careers involved, and what a bold move it was to give the title to an unproven, up-and-coming superstar. Monday Night Warfare was now taking place in Tennessee at the Thompson-Boling Arena with the annual Christmas Eve of Destruction pay-per-view not far away and Crowe knew there would be a tough, dangerous test awaiting him but what wasn’t clear was who his first title defence would be against. Solomon Crowe arrived at the arena knowing just how many people would be looking at him, and listening to what he has to say in terms of his championship win. The opening half an hour of the show was already over with the opening match in the books where Adam Rose defeated Bo Dallas. After the match, Solomon Crowe did make his way into the ring to deliver a message to the EBWF, the fans and the superstars, talking about how he told them what would happen and he followed up on his word. As the evening went on the cameras were backstage once more, Michael Cole was standing backstage in the interview area but little did he know that Solomon Crowe would soon be ruining his day again. Michael Cole looked to his right and froze, as the camera panned to the left to see Solomon Crowe standing there with a big, cheesy grin on his face to really get under the nerves of Michael Cole having proven him wrong in the process.

MICHAEL COLE
Not you again.

SOLOMON CROWE
Come on Michael, it’s a new day, it’s a new era, I’m a new person now Michael, don’t be so bitter.

MICHAEL COLE
Do you think I’m afraid of you, Solomon? Okay, maybe a little but I’ve seen worse and you embarrassed me on TV last week when you kicked me off of my own set, I refuse to interview you!

SOLOMON CROWE
Michael, Michael, Michael, why so serious?

Crowe then leaned in and put his arm around Cole like his buddy and started to talk to him whilst Cole looked more nervous than he already was.

SOLOMON CROWE
Look, I know you’re afraid and it’s okay because so many others are too but I won’t hurt you, you’re just a commentator, an interviewer, a reporter; in fact you see this? THIS championship belt is why you need me. A ten second interview with the EBWF Champion could resurrect your career; from being the voice of Monday Night Raw to being the bitch boy of the EBWF …is what I thought of you until you showed me your true journalistic value last week and since I became champion I am a changed human being, really you’re great, in fact I’m willing to talk into that camera right now and that would make you look good. Trust me buddy, you have no idea how many people have been talking about me, I see everything, Wes Ikeda, Lance Storm, Trent – who’s MySpace is safe for now – to the media, Michael. Imagine what they will all think when they see you, the great Michael Cole managing to stop the mystery that is Solomon Crowe on live television and talking to him, getting inside his heads, his thoughts, are you imagining it, Michael?

MICHAEL COLE
I’m imagining it Solomon, you promise to make me look good?

SOLOMON CROWE
I made John Cena look like a warrior last night, I am pretty confident I can make you look like an A+ reporter, trust me for once.

MICHAEL COLE
Okay, I’m ready, are we ready to roll?

The cameraman was signalling to Michael Cole as to when the interview could begin, all whilst the build-up was being recorded to be shown on the EBWF App before the interview could go live, within minutes the cameraman signalled to Michael Cole to begin as Solomon Crowe stood next to him looking as intimidating as he possibly could.

MICHAEL COLE
Ladies and gentlemen, joining me at this time is the new EBWF Cham…

Before Michael Cole could finish, Solomon Crowe pushed Michael Cole out of shot with great force that he fell to the ground, as Crowe look on in great anger at Cole before Crowe looked back into the camera and straightened his hair and grinned.

SOLOMON CROWE
Nobody can escape from me, I will be here, on your television sets, on the titan-tron, online, inside your heads whenever I want so let this be a reminder that Solomon Crowe is not like any champion you have ever had in this company. He will stay in the EBWF as a constant reminder to you all that the heroes you worship and continue to worship will all fail, what we do not need in this business, Solomon Crowe will get rid of, free of charge just like John Cena last night and you will all be forced to live with it because let us be honest, what can YOU people actually do to change this? You think voicing your displeasure at myself and Wes Ikeda will change the fact that Solomon Crowe is the champion? You think threatening to burn down homes will actually make you stand out? It changes absolutely nothing, the only thing you can hope for is that there is somebody at the back who is stupid enough to think he represents the people, and when you find him, when your cheers bring him out of his cave, you let Solomon Crowe know because just like John Cena he will fall. Right before your eyes you will see those you think represent you, those that you think are a part of you, fall. Because the harsh reality is, Solomon Crowe is one of the people, not anybody else on the roster. Now, it can take days, weeks, months or even years but one day, whether I am still around or not, you people will think of Solomon Crowe and you will realise that deep down, Solomon Crowe was one of you, he fought for you, he did everything he had to…for you. But nobody can see that, Solomon Crowe remains the antagonist and you know what? He has never been a good person, he likes it that way. You can cheer for who you want, you can chant John Cena to get yourself a rematch but you ask him if he wants to step into a ring with Solomon Crowe once more and you tell Crowe what he says. You can cheer for Randy Orton, because Solomon Crowe will not blink twice when it comes to slaying The Viper. What next? You will cheer for Chris Jericho to lace up those boots once more, because I have no problem in ensuring the man wears a suit for the rest of his career, and make he never, ‘eeeeeeeevvvvvvvver’ steps foot, inside a ring, again. Then what? Once he fails and you have all moved on from the Chris Jericho phase, you will want, oh of course how can I forget the man we are all supposed to love and be in awe of, in Dolph Ziggler? Or, or maybe you want Sami Zayn? Yeah that seems okay because you all look as stupid as him when you are all singing and dancing anyway, I will make it my mission to make sure these two are never in touching distance of this Championship because the man who soiled the legacy of this belt has already been taken out, Solomon Crowe will not let this happen again as long as he is still around. Now, Solomon Crowe cannot stop anybody from becoming the number one contender as that is what being the champion entails, instead let Solomon Crowe give you all a warning, that you are all wasting your time and energy because ask John Cena, you step inside the ring with Solomon Crowe your life will never be the same again. Now ask yourself, is that a risk you are really willing to take? Is it all worth it when the outcome will be the same? I guess time will tell which fool does not listen, his fate will be the same. The future of the EBWF has arrived with a bang people, now you choose whether you are with him, or whether you are against him.

Solomon Crowe stared into the camera for a while after delivering his message as he became a lot more serious towards the end throughout his third person promo, telling the EBWF superstars and fans that he’s here to stay and gave a warning to whoever would be his next challenger, that he’s nothing like John Cena and will do anything it takes to retain the championship he believes he deserves to hold, regardless of who the fans want inside the ring next. As the night rolled on, the events that surrounded John Cena and the attack closed out the show, but as Crowe said earlier on in the evening he was sticking around for good and he too saw how the medical team rushed to John Cena, but showed no signs of feeling sorry for whatever had happened to him as his focus had now turned to next week where the number one contender for the EBWF World Championship at Christmas Eve of Destruction will be revealed.

Wednesday December 10th 2014 – The Crowe’s Nest – Anonymous Location

Two days had now passed since that eventful ending to Monday Night Warfare, Solomon Crowe made his first appearance since his championship victory but all attention was on John Cena and the attack which took place, leaving the EBWF Universe wondering how long the former champion would be out for. Of course, as satisfying as the outcome was for Solomon Crowe he wasn’t the happiest of superstars following the events that unfolded especially since he would probably be one of the first people the fans and management would think had a role to play. As per the script he would once again welcome the viewers to The Crowe’s Nest, a place he calls his own and vents his frustration and opinions he then uploads to the EBWF website without their knowledge. The scene opens up with the camera looking as if it’s sitting on a table, and we can see Solomon Crowe pacing back and forth with his hands behind his back. All the camera can pick up is his figure from the abdomen downwards and the sound of his shoes hitting the concrete floor, he continues to pace back and forth and without taking a seat or even lifting the camera he decides to talk meaning the camera couldn’t see his face but his voice could be heard clearly.

SOLOMON CROWE
Well…a normal person could only sympathise with the entire Cena family, what a horrible couple of weeks that man must be going through, am I right? I mean not only did he lose the EBWF World Championship, not only did he look terribly unhealthy inside that ring, but he was attacked less than 48 hours ago and left a bloodied and bruised mess, with a hammer. A beautiful sight, really a work of art for whomever decided to take that big of a leap, but let it be clear that Solomon Crowe was nowhere near John Cena before, or after that match. I caused John Cena damage inside the ring, now somebody decided to take advantage of the hard work and effort I put inside that ring at Survivor Series and decided to steal the thunder, steal Solomon Crowe's moment in the spotlight because the whole wrestling industry was buzzing…for me John Cena is nothing but a distant memory, I have no reason to take down somebody who is at the lowest point in his career, so I hope that the individual or individuals that did this please come forward and admit what they did because we are all so worried and upset and we need to fix this as soon as possible...

Crowe than sopped walking and stood still and faced the camera, before pulling back the chair and sitting down, he stared into the camera as he forcefully held in laughter before finally cracking.

SOLOMON CROWE
Admit it, I had you there, you all fell for it. I applaud whoever committed such an act because I am all for making an impact just like I did when I arrived, I am glad somebody is beginning to see the change the EBWF desperately needs and let us hope, and pray that John Cena makes a swift recovery because he needs to embrace this change, he needs to suffer for holding back the true talent just bursting at the seams and I am the lucky one that fell through and exposed him. He needs to meet that long queue of superstars forming very quickly looking to take him down because for some reason THAT is the only way you can make yourself known so please, continue and enjoy yourselves in this playground of chaos I am creating. Now that this chapter is officially closed, it’s time to move on to my next order of business.

Crowe screeched his chair back a little and looked to pick something up which was next to the table, he was then seen pick up a torn up box and then proceeded to pull out action figures and stood them up next to ear which would surely confuse the viewers and wonder just what is going on in Solomon Crowe’s eyes. It was then clear that the action figures he rested on the table were of certain EBWF superstars, Wade Barrett, CM Punk, Tyler Breeze, Edge, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and The Rock, he then followed it up by getting out an action figure of himself and a championship belt around his waist. He then looked at them all for a second and straightened them up before lining them up next to one another in one long row with Crowe at the back.

SOLOMON CROWE
Now, before you all decide to take this to social media, no this isn’t a collection I ‘borrowed’ from Trent. The difference between myself and previous champions is that they all chose to look at the smaller picture, they didn’t have the ability to look at the bigger picture and that is one of the many reasons I am your EBWF World Champion, I look at the bigger picture. As you know by now, next week will be a very interesting week on Monday Night Warfare because we will all find out who the number one contender for this World Championship will be and we have these three guys over here, CM Punk, Edge and…The Rock. But that is not all, oh no we will also find out the number one contender to the Path To Glory Championship where we have these four guys, Wade Barrett, Tyler Breeze, Daniel Bryan and…Dean Ambrose. Now a regular champion would overlook the final four men and focus on the main event, but not me, oh no I have all seven men in my sights, well…six men.

Mockingly, Solomon Crowe unknowingly knocked the Daniel Bryan action figure off of the table with his elbow effectively ruling him out as a serious threat before continuing.

SOLOMON CROWE
Any of these six men could be inaugural to my eventual yet unlikely demise, as one could and should defeat Justin Gabriel and eventually cash in that opportunity against me once I defeat either CM Punk, The Rock or Edge. But come on, wake up and stop mixing up your wishes and fantasies with reality and facts. As much as you would love to see this championship leave my hands as quickly as it arrived the fact is it just will not happen.

One by one he then snapped the action figures, the bodies were twisted and the heads had been detached to create a big mess, showing an early indication of the chaos he wants to cause amongst the EBWF before he smiled at his own work and wipes his hands with a white towel at the side before looking into his camera and finished off his message.

SOLOMON CROWE
I do not care which one of these men rise up to the challenge because they will fall just as quickly, I will be paying very close attention on Monday night and I genuinely look forward to meeting my very first challenger, whether it’s the supposed best in the world or the supposed most electrifying man in all of entertainment, we shall see. One thing is for certain though, I leapfrogged every single superstar to get where I am today, and I can assure every single one of you, that I am staying here.

As Crowe was describing everything that would happen, he used his Solomon Crowe action figure to knock down the remaining figures as he stood tall over the remainder, assuring the fans that the exact same scenes would be recreated at Christmas Eve of Destruction. He stared into the camera again as he smiled before leaning forward and shutting off his camera leaving the viewer’s wondering what he and his twisted mind could possibly do next.

Monday 15th December 2014 – Monday Night Warfare – Cajundome – Lafayette, Louisiana

This week’s episode of Monday Night Warfare was a great one for the fans but a nervy one for the champions as they would fine out their opponents for the brutal Christmas Eve of Destruction pay-per-view. One of those matches will see Solomon Crowe defend his EBWF World Championship against one of either CM Punk, Edge or the recently-returned The Rock. The night had already seen Bray Wyatt be crowned as the number contender to the Breakout Championship, a Stairway to Hell match between Trent and Chris Jericho had been confirmed for Christmas Eve of Destruction, AJ Lee will be challenging Velvet Sky for the Women’s Championship, Syxx and Sami Zayn will be going one on one again for the Intercontinental Championship in an Electrified Cage match as Zayn picked up a victory over the Path to Glory Champion Justin Gabriel, and most recently Dean Ambrose had been crowned the number one contender for said championship and as Solomon Crowe told the world last week, he did indeed pay attention. As Dean Ambrose’ theme music was blasting the PA system the cameras went backstage as Solomon Crowe was standing in a darkened area watching closely on a monitor, prompting a chorus of boos to hit the arena as he had a sinister grin on his face, watching Dean Ambrose celebrating his victory inside the ring, eventually the monitor turned off and Crowe faced the camera and spoke to the fans who clearly let their feelings towards him be known.

SOLOMON CROWE
So it will be Justin Gabriel losing his championship to Dean Ambrose in a Sadistic Madness match, a match suited to the unstable Dean Ambrose. But now attention turns to the main event, CM Punk, Edge and The Rock will all do whatever it takes to meet me inside the ring on Christmas Eve, but do they really have what it takes? Now I know somebody like Dean Ambrose can be successful in his mission because look at the name of this event, look at the stipulation he is in, it is tailor-made for a lunatic like Dean Ambrose to run amok, which I am hoping for because the two of us inside that ring, well…we will discuss that when we are there. But…Edge? I am not going to be someone who acts all surprised and sarcastically asks “Oh, does Edge still work here?” but I will offer him one piece of advice if he is to ever make a wise decision in his career he will listen to me before he decides to go out into that ring. Run. You may have achieved what you may think as a lot in your career but you have sustained more injuries than the best of them, ask yourself whether it is worth the risk? Putting your career, your day-to-day life on the line simply because you want a shot at Solomon Crowe and the EBWF World Championship? I actually feel sorry for you, so many injuries so many setbacks yet you, you still could not be ‘the man’, do you know where I am coming from, Edge? You just could not dislodge John Cena from that top spot regardless of how much better you are than him, you put your body on the line, literally your neck on the line and now you are wanting a chance at an event with the name destruction in the title? Edge, do not be stupid because if you do ignore me, and you do decide to go ahead with the match and you win, that means you will stand opposite me on Christmas Eve and I will not show any remorse, I will not go easy on you and I will put you through a glass table and I am afraid your family will be forced to come and visit you in hospital on Christmas morning when the doctors tell you that your life will never, ever be the same. CM Punk…

This prompted a loud CM Punk chant as Solomon Crowe couldn’t help but smile at his reaction before he looked down at his championship title and then back into the camera.

SOLOMON CROWE
As far as I am aware Philip, the one holding the EBWF World Championship is the best in the world, now correct me if I am wrong but the last time YOU WERE the best in the world was back in March and oh, would you look at that, you were the best in the world for thirteen days when a certain Mr. Ambrose took that championship away from you at WrestleMania. You can go around the world Philip and tell the world, force them to believe that you are the best in the world but when they look down at your waist or over your shoulder there won’t be a title, they’ll all remind you that Solomon Crowe is the best in the world because he is the EBWF World Champion, not you. What happens then, when I take your best in the world gimmick away from you? When I persuade even you, that you are no longer the best, then what? Then you are just an ordinary man with hideous tattoos who will amount to nothing. But, I will admit I will gain the most pleasure by defeating you in a Taipei Death Glass Tables Match because I simply cannot stand that smug look on your face when you actually believe you can defeat me, I will use the glass on my hands to scrape those eyeballs out and leave scars on your face that you will never leave your house in fear and embarrassment. You, you could not even defeat John Cena on many occasions so why, WHY should I believe you when you tell me you are a threat? You are nothing, I accept your congratulations on my big win because I know you wish that it was you in that ring instead of me, jealousy is a cruel trait Philip, and I too hope I see you next week but I will still be the best in the world, and you will believe that when you hear and feel your back crashing through a table of glass and you squirming in pain wishing it would all just go away. Philip…maybe you should accept that these rumours are true, and leave this squared circle for an octagon because I know you are afraid, you would rather have someone beating his fists into your face with gloves, rather than having Solomon Crowe beating fistfuls of glass into your face. And then we come down to the third and final competitor tonight, The Rock.

The fans erupted in cheers as ‘Rocky’ chants broke out throughout the Cajundome as Crowe stood still waiting for the commotion to end, even though it didn’t Crowe was forced to speak over the rowdy fans in attendance.

SOLOMON CROWE
Where does one even begin? This is like, this is like John Cena all over again, except with a lit...lot more oil and a lot less hair, but a bigger mouth…and bigger arms…and an intimidating figure to some…but obviously he shares one – how would he understand – ah, fruity pebble with John Cena. Why are you here? Do you still think we are in the 90’s? Do you still think you can mouth off and crack jokes to your millions and millions and everyone will laugh with you, yeah I hope they do laugh because if you win tonight I will be cracking the greatest of jokes when the glass shatters all over your juice-ridden body and an entire arena laughs at you because you thought you could waltz right in and do what you want, again. This isn’t the World Wrestling Federation, you’re not kissing Vince McMahon’s ass to get a championship match but we already know that you and John Cena are probably the ass-kissing tag team champions of the world and even people like you two can end up as God’s wherever you go even though it is definitely undeserved. Go ahead and compete tonight, your jokes will not take you to victory but if somehow you do finally snap Edge’s neck once and for all and walk out the victor, then I genuinely look forward to ending your comeback and ensuring that it is the final one we have to endure.

The camera faded to black as Warfare went to a commercial break before the main event would kick off. After a great main event it was finally confirmed that it would be The Rock who would challenge Solomon Crowe for the EBWF World Championship and as The Rock was celebrating in the ring, Space Dementia by Muse hit the arena and the familiar boo’s were heard once more, as Crowe stood on top of the stage with a sinister grin on his face as he held up his EBWF Championship, showing no signs of backing down to The Rock who would be a formidable first title defence for Solomon Crowe. If he was to beat The Great One he would need to prove it to the world and even create the doubt in Rock’s mind that it is only easier than it looks, now the two would clash on Christmas Eve in what would surely be a hellacious, but entertaining bout.

Wednesday 17th December 2014 – Peak of Ohio Radio Station – Bellefontaine; Ohio

With the EBWF hitting various cities for house shows across the country, one of those stops was Ohio, the home state of the EBWF World Champion Solomon Crowe and he was stopping by his local radio station to hype up the current tour and the upcoming Christmas Eve of Destruction pay-per-view where he will be defending his championship against The Rock, not something every superstars gets to boast about but for Crowe it was extra-special to carry on getting big names so early into his EBWF career. Solomon Crowe was out of the window as the Peak of Ohio station and host Brett McCarthy were joined by the man behind Solomon Crowe, Sam Johnston who was paying a visit with his EBWF Championship in tow.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Well ladies and gentlemen moving on with the show and what a special treat we have for you guys, I hope all wrestling fans are tuned in right now because sitting right opposite me is EBWF superstar, Bellefontaine’s very own Sam Johnston or you may know him better as Sami Callihan or the current, reigning EBWF World Champion Solomon Crowe; who defends the title in a…what was it again?

SAM JOHNSTON
Ha-ha it’s a Taipei Death Glass Tables Match, it’s actually a lot more violent than it sounds.

BRETT MCCARHY
We’re counting on it! Well Sam, what a whirlwind couple of weeks it has been for you man, one week we’re wondering just when the hell we’ll be seeing your face on screen after you attacked Sami Zayn and the next, you’re sat here talking to me about defending your EBWF WORLD Championship.

SAM JOHNSTON
It’s been crazy, but I’ve loved every second of it. This is what I’ve worked for my entire life and the EBWF management know just how grateful I am for this opportunity and they now how much I appreciate the belief they have had in me to pin this beautiful title on me so early in my career, but yeah it’s been crazy. From being a “star” on the independent scene where you wrestle for a couple hundred bucks when you’ve reached that level and being applauded by the IWC, to actually being stopped in the streets and getting calls by the media, like you did, it’s…it’s surreal but fantastic.

BRETT MCCARTHY
That’s expected, you’ve taken the wrestling world by storm in only two matches and another big match to come. Who can boast that on their resume so early? I mean you’ve been inside the ring with Trent, Vampiro, John Cena and now…The Rock!

SAM JOHNSTON
As I said, all of it has been surreal, you know…one day you’re taking bookings, the next you’re the main topic of conversation on social media from the likes of Lance Storm and Wes Ikeda so you just take everything in your stride and play it cool ha-ha. Look I am grateful for what I’ve been given and worked for, John Cena in a one on one match was absolutely brilliant to be a part of, not only the match but the build up to it was just so creepy and weird and crazy and it fits me so well! But beating John Cena and going on to face The Rock? No complaints here. I’m in back to back matches with two of the all-time greats and I can only hope that it continues.

BRETT MCCARTHY
You talk about being given a chance, obviously you’ve put hard work in and dedication in but do you think this sits well with superstars who have been around the block for longer, waiting for their chance a lot longer than you have?

SAM JOHNSTON
This is the business we’re in, we get told what to do and we go out and do it. I know there are guys and girls for that matter at the fact who look up and think “what the f---, really? Solomon Crowe?” and y’know I cannot do anything about that. I have belief in my own abilities to be a great champ and the management believe in me, if they’re mad they will probably let me know to my face but some won’t, that’s the nature of this business. I can’t tell you what John Cena thinks, I can’t tell you what The Rock might be thinking heading into the pay-per-view, I can’t tell you what CM Punk, Chris Jericho and so on, they all have their opinions, some will say it honestly and others won’t, you can’t do anything about that.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Your journey to the EBWF hasn’t been well documented but you’re still one of the more unknown superstars even though you’re the World Champion in this huge wrestling company, how has your own life changed in terms of going from Sami Callihan to Solomon Crowe?

SAM JOHNSTON
I think that’s the beauty of Sami Callihan that he’s not a global superstar and for now that chapter is closed, but I’m a lot busier now, a good busy because you’re always doing something related to wrestling because on the independent scene you’re spending most of your days taking bookings and waiting for opportunities but now here I am almost behind a camera every day shooting these video diaries which some fans seem to love and I feel like as this journey continues I can hopefully become an integral part of the company.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Now, you’re one of the more…eccentric characters in the EBWF, you’re out there, you’re edgy, you’re different, and even I can say as a fan some think you take that too seriously but others believe that you’re just that damn good that you can be so believable.

SAM JOHNSTON
I’m taking that as a compliment! I’d like to think I am more dedicated to my craft than others, and I think that makes it more difficult for a guy like me. I mean come on, look at me. At a first look right now people will think I should be skipping school at the nearest skate park not preparing for a World Title match with The Rock, for me it is a lot more difficult because I don’t have ‘the look’. Brock Lesnar has it, The Rock has it, and John Cena has it so they can get away without having a solid character or gimmick, they show the world what they truly are. For me, I take it very seriously, I’ve got enough control over my character to make him look like the biggest a-hole on the roster and my aim is to make people want to literally attack me when they see me, and that started when Solomon Crowe defeated John Cena. When you look at CM Punk, he’s competing as what he is in reality, he doesn’t drink or do drugs or anything like that in his personal life nor his professional like, he’s a self-confessed jerk and that’s why everyone either loves him or hates him, because he is CM Punk both inside and outside of the ring because he’s normal. The same applies to the current John Cena and to a lot of other guys too, but then you have guys like myself and one of our own in Dean Ambrose and even Bray Wyatt who are probably the most different from their professional life. I mean Dean Ambrose isn’t a lunatic outside of the ring, Bray Wyatt doesn’t preach when he’s at home and I don’t spend my night making video diaries and hacking computers and stuff. It’s fun, it’s edgy as you said, it’s different but if fans think you’re taking it too seriously and you’re living it, then you know you are doing something right in creating a solid character than fans actually believe are real.

BRETT MCCARTHY
I agree 100%, it’s entertaining so that’s the main thing. Now…Dean Ambrose, I have to touch on that, both Ohio natives, there’s a little bit of history between the two of you and who knows maybe something in the future if things go your guys’ way too?

SAM JOHNSTON
There’s actually a lot of Ohio guys here, representing the state very well, Dolph and Miz and Ambrose too. Yeah there’s history but that’s what’s gotten us here, Moxley and Callihan – I hope – are names that are received well and those days were good and now we’re in the big leagues. He’s got his own match which could mean the two of us could clash and that’s a match I definitely want to happen some day and to have this EBWF World Championship involved would be the icing on the cake. We’re both good workers, we have a unique style and for you independent fans seeing Moxley and Callihan main event an EBWF pay-per-view would be epic, I do think Dean Ambrose vs. Solomon Crowe could be a winner but, let’s wait and see if it ever comes to that.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Oh it’d be great for you both, the fans and Ohio as well a whole state would be watching. Now, you’re preparing for your match with The Rock, this huge, mega star in every single field he dips into, what’s your relationship like with him?

SAM JOHNSTON
I am surprised that as a fan I can contain myself, he’s a great guy, helpful and a legend for a reason. That doesn’t mean I’m going to be a pushover, I’ll do anything and everything it takes to make sure this belt remains with me, regardless of how big of a name he is. I don’t want to be one of those guys who gets the gold and the management lose faith and loses it within a month, that would suck but, I’m positive I will still be the champion and will still be pissing people off wherever I go.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Are you pleased he’s back? That’s always a popular and dividing topic whenever it arises.

SAM JOHNSTON
I…I think it’s good for him and good for the business, he’s a money maker and he brings in the ratings so for the company it’s a great feat to bring him in, me personally, I don’t mind either way but at the same time it’s a huge thing for me to be working with him.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Now before you leave, just very quickly on the spot, let’s wake Solomon Crowe up and say The Rock is somehow, listening right now, what would Crowe say?

SAM JOHNSTON
Jeez putting me on the spot there…

Sam composed himself before getting back into the Solomon Crow character and answering Brett's question as to how he would call out The Rock, after a drink of water he seemed to shake off the nerves and start talking.

SOLOMON CROWE
You have done a lot in your career, you have seen more success than people can dream of, you have been in the ring with the Hogan’s of the business, the Stone Cold Steve Austin’s, the Triple H’s, Chris Jericho’s and the list goes on and on and on, and you defeated all of them. But…that was then. This is now, and now my friend the times have changed and those big victories you can boast about mean absolutely nothing when half of your opponents are close to meeting the reaper, nobody is impressed. Nobody is impressed anymore when you step into the ring to compete and sweat profusely after one of your silly little punches with all of the ridiculous theatrics behind them, nobody cares when you open your mouth because we hear the same thing over and over and over again. Come Christmas Eve it won’t matter who sells the most shirts, it won’t matter who cracks the funniest of jokes, it won’t matter if you still believe you have millions and millions of fans, it won’t matter who has made the most at the box office, it won’t matter if you’re the tooth fairy or detective Luke Hobbs and it certainly won’t matter what YOUR name is because I’ll be spreading the Christmas cheer when I put a smile on everyone’s faces, including yours. When I get the opportunity to run that glass through your face, I’ll be putting a permanent smile on it and when my music hits and I walk out as champion, even though you’ll be broken inside your new and improved smile will suggest otherwise. Christmas Eve of Destruction will be the night you realise ‘maybe it was one too many’, and this time you will seriously consider calling it a day, for the sake of all of us, I have already freed them from John Cena’s clutches, I will not hesitate doing the same with you.

BRETT MCCARTHY
Amazing, well ladies and gentlemen please, please tune into the Christmas Eve of Destruction event, live on pay-per-view, some excellent matches on the night including Solomon Crowe vs. The Rock, thanks for stopping by and good luck in your match Sam.

SAM JOHNSTON
Thank you for having me, it’s been great fun.

Sam was pleased with the interview he did with his local radio station as he continued his preparations to face Dwayne Johnson in a short amount of time, now he would go and continue that hard work into becoming the best heel he could be by laying into The Rock in the way only he can, and creating the doubt in the fans’ minds that he could actually defeat The Great One, whilst others will continue to think defeating John Cena and The Rock back-to-back would be unthinkable and definitely won’t happen.

Thursday 18th December 2014 – The Crowe’s Nest – Anonymous Location

Less than a week remained until the Christmas Eve of Destruction pay-per-view and the nerves were definitely kicking in but Crowe couldn’t and wouldn’t show any signs of showing them especially when someone like The Rock was always as cool as a cucumber. If he was to make the fans doubt The Rock’s ability to win the match, he would need to try and get inside of his opponent’s head better than anyone in the past, he didn’t have the physical ability of guys like Kane and Brock Lesnar, he didn’t have the star power like Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin and his eerie presence wasn’t even close to what The Undertaker could do in his heyday. He could only hope that he could sway enough fans into believing he was the next big thing in the wrestling industry and his unique-yet-bizarre personality could possibly achieve that. Once again, Solomon Crowe was at where he’s more comfortable, his own lair the fans know as The Crowe’s Nest, but don’t exactly know where it’s located. The shot opens up as soon as Solomon Crowe leaned forward and turned the camera on before leaning back, slumped into his chair and tapping the table in front of him, obviously look frustrated, moments later he coughed before eventually starting to speak to the viewers.

SOLOMON CROWE
The People’s Champion…YOU are The People’s Champion? YOU are claiming to be one of the people? You are far, far from being one of US. You do not understand the struggle, we, the people have been through. Now, before you bore us all with your same old sob story, we know you only had $7 dollars in your pocket, we know you changed your entire life around and you have gone from being that failure of a football player and having $7 dollars in your pocket to being the biggest box office draw on the planet today, a star attraction wherever you go, but along the way you have become something that 20 years ago, even you would have hated, yet you claim to be The People’s Champion? That does not sit well with somebody like me and for that you will pay in just under a week when destruction comes your way in a manner not even you are expecting. Now, I do not even expect you to hear or watch anything I say because whilst you are sitting comfortably in your private Boeing private jet the last thing you will want to watch is Solomon Crowe making you doubt your own abilities before the biggest, most physical match where your life will never, ever be the same. Me? What difference does it make to me? You can rub that glass all across my face Dwayne, I will still be on my knees telling you to keep bringing it because I will not rest until like John Cena, you are taken out of the equation for good, the two greatest glitches in our system and the burden of taking them out has fallen on the shoulders of Solomon Crowe and he will kindly oblige with a big smile on his face.

Crowe then exhaled and calmed himself down as he then laughed and continued to talk into the camera, looking as if he was on the verge of madness.

SOLOMON CROWE
You know something Mr. Dwayne Johnson, you are actually very similar to John Cena, I do not care if you like each other or not but the fact remains, you both are very, very similar. John Cena, the possibly the biggest draw in the wrestling business over the last fifteen years compared to The Rock, apparently the biggest draw…ever. You both have that stupidly-large physique which makes you both look more ridiculous than you already do. I never thought I would be the one saying this…but you both talk…a lot. John Cena, he cannot stop chirping every single time a camera hits his face and Dwayne, look where that got him? Where is he? Now I agree with him and what he has been saying for so many years, I genuinely cannot see John Cena and very soon the same will happen to you because the difference between you and I is that when I open my mouth, I do it because whatever I speak is the truth, when YOU open your mouth it is to remain relevant. Yes, I get it you were huge back in the day but I simply cannot comprehend how you genuinely think this will be a walk in the park? Only the truly special, talented individuals can waltz in and cause an impact, kind of like Solomon Crowe. You are no longer relevant, nobody cares anymore; “Oh The Rock came back? Cool”, there’s no electricity, there are no goosebumps, there is no passion and you’re certainly not The Great One anymore, just like Solomon Crowe is the real best in the world, Solomon Crowe is The Great One because the EBWF Championship is around my waist, not yours and you need to understand that come Christmas Eve of Destruction, you cannot take the belt from me. No matter how hard you try, no matter what lows you hit, no matter how many more asses you need to kiss to get into a match like this, Dwayne Johnson can never become the EBWF World Champion. You and John Cena will tell the stories of Solomon, how you did not take any of his warnings and now because your lives will never be the same you wish you could turn back the clock and do things differently. You are a weak individual, it doesn’t matter how much you can lift in a gym Dwayne, it doesn’t matter how much stronger you are than me because that won’t matter in our match, what matters is that when the glass is glued to my hands I will not stop hitting your face until you are unrecognisable, a bloodied mess lying in a mess of a career.

Solomon Crowe then picked up the camera as he slowly walked around, he entered a different room and rested the camera on another table before he took a seat, standing next to him were two cardboard cut outs, one of The Rock in the 90’s, and one of The Rock in the present day, he sat down in his seat and stared at them both and laughed.

SOLOMON CROWE
Relevance, relevance, relevance. THIS Rock, the 90’s Rock with the sideburns and that silly little bull tattoo, THIS is The Rock that was relevant, the one that could electrify, the one that could steal the show and do the unthinkable and truly prove why he was The Great One, but one mistake he made was that he did not know when to call it a day. He should have followed the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin out of the door because no you are embarrassing yourself by trying to remain ‘down with the kids’ and actually force yourself down our throats….but I understand why you are doing it, you….you actually took me by surprise. You see THIS Rock, the 90’s Rock…he was good, but he was never the one. He was never able to solidify that number one spot to himself, because Stone Cold Steve Austin took that spot and rode away into the sunset with it and now HE is considered better than The Rock. But The Rock cannot rest there and let that happen, can he? Definitely not. No, The Rock knew time travel was impossible and he could not go back and do things differently and dislodge Mr. Austin, and now he is here for chance number two at being the best. He KNEW just like everybody else that John Cena was the one, the undisputed face of the company who would give even The Rock a run for his money at going down as one of the all-time greats, and he decided to come back…to the same company John Cena was competing in, what great timing…coincidence? I very much doubt it. But guess what? Solomon Crowe ruined your plans and now you will NEVER go down as the best and these fans, my people have me to thank for it all, for saving them from all of this happening, THAT Rock, is dead.

Crowe then quickly grabbed the older cardboard cut-out version of The Rock and ripped it with his hands and throwing it to the side, before bringing closer the newer, aged-version of The Rock. Once more he laughed and started to talk to it.

SOLOMON CROWE
You think you are the man don’t you? You think, you think this world still revolves around you, you used to make me laugh, you really did, and I liked it. But right now I cannot if I am talking to The Rock, or am I talking to one of your many movie characters because you are all the same, but now just as your movie career your character, your humour has grown to become stale, and predictable. What, you think you can actually pull something different out of the bag to somehow surprise me and cost me my Championship? You, you think you will shock me and the world on Christmas Eve? No, you cannot do that because you are not capable of doing that. You will aim for those cheap pops, those same cheap pops that created the wave you were riding throughout your so-called career to get to the very top and that is where you became even more stupid than you already are, you thought it was over that you had achieved it all but now, THAT was when you are supposed to become greedier, and have a bigger appetite and want more and no you didn’t have the audacity to do things differently because you entered an era when all of it was acceptable and you still refused to reach further, no you were content with what you had and you left at the first chance, that first horrible movie offer came in and I still cannot seem to understand why me and my friends queued up to watch it. That is a difference between you and I, amongst many…I reach further than what is expected, I go deeper than what is required, I have the audacity to do and say things that are not needed or wanted and I do things that are unexpected and at one stage your returns were unexpected but when they occur over and over and over and over again, that sense of unpredictability disappears too, and then you just become the man who returns for a paycheck and will disappear when you get the opportunity to reprise your role as the Tooth Fairy once more. You. Are. Predictable. You are predictable because you cannot adjust to change, because you will crack the same jokes about me sitting in front of a computer and not fondling with the female gender and getting pie and shoving my belt straight up my candy…these jokes do not work with me. You are a lot slower in that ring, the strength has gone, that explosiveness has disappeared, by the time you try to hit that elbow on me I will already be celebrating the victory up on that ramp. Take my advice, and talk to John Cena. Ask him if it really is worth it, now I am giving you the chance to alter your own destiny and quit while you are ahead because I will not leave that ring until The Rock is no longer the same superstar he was when he entered. This is your opportunity to time travel, somebody please talk some sense into this man, this is your chance to travel into the future and work on those movie sets and sit on your private jets and rest on those beaches sipping on those ice cold drinks without any pain in your throat knowing you made a fantastic decision in deciding to not compete against Solomon Crowe and that will be the best decision of your life. But if you don’t…then I refuse to back down against you, I refuse let you look good when really you are a shrivelling piece of meat who does not belong inside the same ring as the EBWF World Champion. You need to read the title very, very carefully; Christmas Eve of Destruction, you step inside the ring with Solomon Crowe in a Taipei Death Glass Tables Match…do you understand what I am saying to you? There is no way you can come out of this match as the same person who walked in, and that is a risk only few are willing to take, those that REALLY do it for the people and those who have nothing to lose, those like me. This match is MADE for Solomon Crowe because I will unleash a whole new level of destruction on you and this death glass sounds like it is right up my alley, this is made for me, it is all in favour of me and I am in an advantageous position. There won’t be anybody in the corner to take care of any little boo-boo you might suffer because trust me there will be plenty of them from all different areas. I can deal with the blood I lose, because the fact remains I will still be here the next night and the night after making everybody’s life a living hell but you will just split because you just cannot handle that kind of pain, you have never felt pain like that before. I am excited, it sounds like Santa has listened to me and is giving me my present a night earlier because what I want is The Rock inside a ring with nothing stopping me from ending his career and changing his life for the worse. I cannot wait until I get that glass, those sharp shards of glass glued on to my angry, uncontrollable hands and while you are busy with your theatrics of your punches, I will be on top of you laying into that pretty face you rely on and I will disfigure it, I will scar you for life both mentally and physically. I will make you feel comfortable though, I will re-enact it like a horror, bloody movie scene with your blood spraying everywhere until you are unconscious and trust me these people will want more, and more and more and I will kindly oblige. This is way out of your league, I will change your life, do you understand me?! There are no rules to stop me from doing that, I will leave your body and face in such a state that these fancy Hollywood producers do not even look twice at you…unless they desperately need an extra or whether they decide to make a live-action movie of Quasimodo. I cannot wait, I have been a very good boy this year and I am getting the gift I wanted, and I cannot wait until Christmas Eve because it will be a red Christmas, a painful Christmas, a bone-snapping Christmas and as soon as I lift you up and drive your head through that glass table, that signals it is over, the war is over and Solomon Crowe retains his EBWF World Championship. But most of all, you will remain only one of the greats, not THE great and you fail in your mission to be known as the greatest of all time, all of your nicknames, and your legacy will go through that glass table with you and fans will rise and applaud Solomon Crowe when he frees them from Dwayne Johnson’s clutches. Come Christmas Eve of Destruction, the man known as The Rock…will be gone, it will be over.

As Crowe finished off what he was saying, he quickly lifted a large piece of glass and smashed it over the cardboard cut-out which resulted in the glass bouncing off the wall and hitting Crowe as well, but he didn’t care. He then slowly picked up the larger pieces of the glass and then squeezed them in his hand, before unclenching his fists as the glass dropped down to the ground in much smaller pieces with his hands bleeding as a result is his reaction was blank, he stared into the camera and watched the glass and blood fall looking forward to the pain that would follow. He told The Rock exactly what is in store for him and was confident of defeating The Great One in a match he feels he was clearly made for.

Saturday 20th December 2014 – EBWF House Show – The Quicken Loans Arena – Cleveland, Ohio

This was one of the final house shows the EBWF would be putting on in the year, visiting the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio with around four days remaining until the Christmas Eve of Destruction pay-per-view is going to take place in Kansas. The Newark crowd were loud the entire night as they were excited to see their favourite superstars up close and personal, but one thing they definitely didn’t expect was the sound of Space Dementia hitting the PA system. Now usually Solomon Crowe was a guy you couldn’t help but hate, but the fact that the house show was in his home state of Ohio, the majority of the crowd actually broke out in cheers for him as he slowly emerged on the stage in unfamiliar territory with fans actually chanting his name. His name was announced by Christy Hemme which resulted in even louder cheers as he walked down the ramp with a confused look on his face. He finally got inside the ring and asked for a microphone which he received before looking on to his right shoulder, smiling as he looked into his EBWF World Championship, before lifting it in the air, toying with the crowd as they cheered for him. He showed no reaction as he walked around wearing black suit pants and a black shirt over it, walking around the ring as his music eventually faded away and Solomon Crowe had something to say.

SOLOMON CROWE
That was unusual but each to their own, my name is Solomon Crowe and in case you had not noticed by now I am your EBWF World Champion, a championship I defeated John Cena for at Survivor Series and in four days I will defend and retain my championship against The Rock, at Christmas Eve of Destruction. I know what you all are thinking right now, “why is Solomon Crowe here?” Well, I could not leave you all out of this, I know you people cannot afford to go to live shows so I thought I would make the effort instead, because we know I am one of you, one of the people, you know, literally the people’s champion and I thought what kind of champion would I be if I did not appear at this particular show where I know the Ohio crowd always see things from the correct point of view.

Fans cheered for him even though he tried to insult them before mockingly pulling out with a Rock tactic and gaining a cheap pop by mentioning the city or state.

SOLOMON CROWE
I am a man who enjoys distributing pain, it just feels…right. I intend to do that and give myself the greatest gift of all time and to fit in with the festive occasion I will also act surprised that I win and then hug my championship title as I stare into The Rock’s bloody face. You all know, what is in store for The Rock and he does too but he needs that big, fat paycheck so my words probably cannot stop him, and that too is fine by me because if I can take out John Cena then I can just as easily take out Dwayne Johnson! The fact is, only Solomon Crowe can take out The Rock, because one way or another he will be on our screens either cracking bad jokes in bad matches on television or playing bad characters in bad films on television or even straight to DVD films. This is not a film Dwayne, this is reality and you will feel that reality, that sharp reality continue to pierce through your face and your throat and the remainder of your body because destruction is coming your way one way or another. Nobody here is impressed by you, in fact Solomon Crowe knows what you will do in the preparation, because it is always the same every single time. I can assure you that The Rock will wake up on Christmas Eve, bright and early at 3:15am and by 3:30 he will be eating his breakfast, and within the next fifteen minutes he will Tweet out a very, very bad joke where he pokes fun at the EBWF World Champion and admits he is confident about becoming the new champion to whoever remains in his silly little ‘Team Bring It’ fan club around the world, almost as stupid as the Cenation, almost. Let me guess, by 4:30 on that dark morning you will be hitting your gym after injecting yourself with…children are in this arena I can see, injecting yourself with Christmas cheer and then lifting up those weight and smashing them into the ground, clanging and banging clanging and banging just THINKING what you would love to do to Solomon Crowe. Then you will get on to your private jet paid for by your fancy Hollywood companies and watching back The Rock’s greatest moments on YouTube because you will simply be a distant memory and the only thing left about you will be those compilations you make for your own viewing pleasure. Then he will land in Kansas and he will eat at his favourite restaurants, he will see all of the sights Kansas has to offer as he turns right at this lane and left at that building and then entering the arena and competing in the match and then afterwards he picks up the microphone to say “FINALLY! THE ROCK! HAS…realised that Solomon Crowe is the future of the EBWF and I cannot defeat him.”

The Ohio fans in attendance cheered for the EBWF Champion as he looked to grow more and more in confidence as the days passed by. He then walked around the ring again with his championship in tow, he then turned a little more serious before he had to finish and let the show continue.

SOLOMON CROWE
Rock, there is very little time left and by now you have chosen the path you are taking and let me tell you as a regular visitor of this path, it is a very, very dark one and one I hope you can live with because the consequences far outweigh the rewards, in your case anyway. I wish you the best of luck with your future, and I hope you look back in however many years you are here, and think yes it was worth it. I hope, you are remembered not only for your bad jokes and your millions and millions but I hope you are remembered for the time you thought you could defeat Solomon Crowe and how he made you pay. I hope the rest of your talentless family from those high-flying twins to your freakishly large female cousin to your other wooden cousin in Roman Reigns can learn from your mistakes but I think we all know they can’t and they won’t because they cannot reach this level in the first place. I hope your family finds you a fantastic hospital with a nurse by your side 24/7, I hope these Hollywood studios still give you bed-ridden roles in their blockbuster films out of sympathy and I hope your family has a wonderful Christmas.

Solomon Crowe dropped the microphone as he was nearing the ropes and the fans continued to chant his name, even though boo’s still got through, but he didn’t leave the ring as he stopped with one leg out, but he then shook his head and walked back inside the ring and picked up the microphone before lowering the championship and looking directly into the camera.

SOLOMON CROWE
Before I forget... I have already ruined one family during a time of celebration and I plan on doing the same on another festive occasion. Dwayne, I think you need to ask your Father for help because he seems to be a wise man, I think he will talk some sense into you. Only if... John Cena senior could have done the same to his son, perhaps only one family would have broke over the holidays. He was not around to watch his son fail…perhaps it would be best if yours wasn’t…around to witness the same and feel the same pain… enjoy your Christmas Johnson’s, I will be sure my Christmas card reaches the right hospital.

Space Dementia then hit as Solomon Crowe stooped to an all-time low, the boo’s now seemed to grow louder than the cheers. But Crowe’s sadistic smile emerged once more as he walked up the ramp and stopped on the stage, turning around to raise his EBWF Championship high in the air knowing The Rock would give him everything he has got on Christmas Eve.

Wednesday 24th December – Christmas Eve Of Destruction – Sprint Center – Kansas City; Missouri

The time had finally come, the exciting event that is Christmas Eve of Destruction was finally upon us and fans were flooding in to witness the excitement, the blood and obviously the pain that the evening would bring as well. Before the main event match between Trent and Chris Jericho, we would be seeing the EBWF World Championship clash between Solomon Crowe and The Rock, and Solomon Crowe was fully confident he could win this match and put The Rock on the back foot even before the match had begun. There was still a while to go before the championship match and the fans knew Solomon Crowe wouldn’t rest right until the match had started and would try to get under his skin a lot more in what would surely be a hellacious match between the two superstars. The scene opened up with the cameras fading in backstage, and Solomon Crowe was seen standing in front of the camera with his EBWF Championship title over his shoulder. He was already in his wrestling attire, his shiny black wrestling tights with a black vest, looking ready to compete in his biggest match to date. Eventually he adjusted his championship which was falling off of his shoulder before speaking directly into the camera.

SOLOMON CROWE
I can feel it, I can feel that festive, Christmas spirit running through my body, that feeling I never received when I was a child growing up. Christmas was not anything special in my home, I woke up, I sat on my computer and played video games and I had a normal dinner and I opened the same Christmas card I received every single year, usually the story goes that the older you get, the more you grow out of Christmas, but it is quite the opposite for me. The older I have gotten, the more I love Christmas and the EBWF have given me the greatest gift a man of my nature could ever had asked for. A Taipei Death Glass Tables match, where in an hour or so myself and The Rock will feel glue running over our hands and shards of glass sticking to them, you have no idea how much the little boy inside me is enjoying Christmas right now. It is, wow, I can already picture just how bloody this match will be, I can taste the victory, and I can just hear The Rock screaming in agony, hitting pitches we have never heard before. Let me tell you a story Dwayne, as a kid I had a desire to have a dog, nothing ridiculous but something to keep me company and think of as my own, eventually my family got me one, a small one and they started to love him, love him more than me in fact. But, but I was okay with that because we all loved him and we took good care of him and fed him and grew up with him and we taught him tricks. Great tricks too, he could do things the neighbour’s dogs couldn’t and it was a lot of fun. We all grew older, the tricks stayed the same and eventually everybody got bored of the dog and then he was not with us anymore, and you know what? I did not feel a damn thing when he left, he was there to keep me entertained, and he was there so people could tell him what do and control him and when the fun was over, he would disappear and everyone would go back to their ordinary lives and act as if he never existed…he reminds me of you, Dwayne. You pull the same old tricks, you did it because at one point the fans wanted it and you let them control you, and when YOU disappear WE will all carry on like you were nothing. The difference between you and my dog…was that at least had the brain to realise when his time was up and he left and left permanently, unlike you who thinks he comes back and goes whenever he pleases. In tonight’s match Dwayne you will bleed like you have never bled before, you will scream like you have never screamed and you will want me to stop, tonight you are the dog and I am the one in control, when all the dust has settled and the blood has been cleaned from your face and the mat and everywhere else I drag your bloodied face, you along with everyone else will eventually be singing, the songs of Solomon. Tonight Rock I bring it like nobody has ever brought it before, tonight I am asking YOU…to please bring it.

Solomon Crowe smirked into the camera as it faded out, before he could go and start his final preparations for his massive match-up against The Rock, hoping that he did enough to prove he is in fact the right man to hold the championship and he did have what it takes to defeat two of the biggest names in history one after another. So it was only a matter of time before the fans would be watching this unique match, who would be put through the glass table? How much blood will spill in the match? Would Solomon Crowe retain his Championship and prove his doubters wrong? Or would The Great One go on to end the very short title reign and continue his legacy as one of the all-time greats?
