The mean duo of Eva Marie and Summer Rae made their way from the back and out to the audience, who were not at all receptive of them. But, why would they be? No one likes those who are better than them, and Eva and Summer were most definitely that. The Women's Tag Team Champions looked at each other, then out to the crowd, then back at each other in disgust.
EVA MARIE: I don't know about you, Summer, but all of this...it's old to me.
SUMMER RAE: I couldn't agree with you more, Eva. I mean, every time we come out here, it's the same old story. We look good, they look bad, we dominate, they boo us out of jealousy...yada, yada, yada.
EVA MARIE: Right? You'd think they'd learn to appreciate all we do for them. Do they not realize that we could come out here looking like Becky Lynch and Emma every single week? Now that would be something to really boo.
SUMMER RAE: But, we're better than that. We're better than these people...which, duh. And we're a whole hell of a lot better than those two fools Becky and Emma...which, also duh.
EVA MARIE: And just an fyi to all of you people, we are once again going to prove that at Summerslam when the two of us run through those wannabe midgets just the way we did the last time they tried to step to us.
Eva and Summer smirked to each other, the crowd not at all feeling them or this shtick.
EVA MARIE: When are you going to get it through your heads, people? Just like our girl, Sasha...Summer and I are going to hold these titles until the end of time.
SUMMER RAE: And that's because The Mean Girls run this place, and EBWF would 100% collapse if we were to ever lose them.
EVA MARIE: Which we won't.
SUMMER RAE: Totally won't
EVA MARIE: So, Becky, Emma...get your pillows ready, because when Summerslam is over and you walk out the losers that you always have been and always will be, you'll need them for a good cry-baby-cry. Remember that.
The Mean Girls snapped before heading to the back, obviously not phased by their Summerslam opponents. Though they probably should be.
