Jonathan Coachman was backstage at the Smoothie King Center for Fallout. With his trusty camera crew he was walking around trying to find one of the many different EBWF superstars who are competing tonight for an interview. As he searched he came across Tyler Breeze, who was thoroughly engaged in styling his hair in a floor length mirror. Seeing his opportunity Coachman walked over to Breeze. Catching sight of Jonathan in the reflect of his mirror, Tyler let out a loud sigh.
Jonathan Coachman - Tyler is it possible to have a quick word with you about your match later with the Breakout Champion Mankind?
Pausing for a moment, Breeze titled his head to the side and quickly changed his exasperated look on his face to a false smile.
Tyler Breeze - Of course it is Jonathan, it would be a crime to deny my fans a little more screen time with Prince Pretty don’t you think?
Jonathan Coachman - Ermmm, yeah I guess so……. Anyway you’re challenging Mankind tonight for the EBWF Breakout Championship and it seems lately you’ve been spending a bit more time with you opponent, why is that?
Tyler Breeze - Well Jonathan, I have a little saying, it’s good to keep your friends nearby, but it’s also extremely advantagious to keep people you don’t like pretty close as well.
Jonathan Coachman - You mean keep your friends close, but your enemies closer?
Tyler Breeze - Well yeah that’s a pretty good way to summarise what I said. Anyway I decided that if I am forced to wrestle Mankind, then I’d try and make him look as presentable as possible. After Fallout I wouldn’t want the pictures of me as the champion to be ruined by that uggo. But you know what Jonathan, in that time we spent together I’m pretty sure Mankind grew to love me. Kind of how a dog loves it owner. And I’ll admit I became quite fond of him, well not actually him but the Breakout Championship. You see Jonathan, Mankind is a disgusting excuse of a human being but he has an accessory that I want. Nobody enjoys seeing the title slung over his hunched shoulder, or around his rotund waist. This is the 20th century…
Jonathan Coachman - Actually it’s the 21st century.
Tyler Breeze - Well whatever Jonathan, I’m not here to get bogged down in numbers. I’m here to tell you that the cold hard facts are that the world wants to see the King of Cuteville holding that title. Do you know what is trending worldwide on Twitter right now Jonathan? Everyone is hash tagging BreakoutBreeze and Tyler4Champ no one in their right mind wants to see Mankind carry on his reign. Do you enjoy switching on your television Jonathan and seeing that thing limping around holding one of the EBWF’s most prestigious titles? Of course you don’t. Mankind you might rock back and forth in your darkened room thinking about what a great week you’ve had spending time with me. But then you’ll come out and talk about how you want to win and keep your title. But we both know the truth that I am in every way possible a better champion than you’ll ever be. I am the future of wrestling and tonight, here at Fallout you become consigned to the past.
Jonathan Coachman - Checking Twitter there seems to be alot of talk about you not being up to the task of beating Mankind, that you won’t get the job done, do you have anything to say about that?
Tyler Breeze - Jonathan, there will always be negative Nancy’s who try to put you down. When you are the definition of delish people will always try to knock you. But to all of those people I say be jealous. Be jealous because I’m Tyler Breeze and you’re not.
With a flash of his pouting lips Tyler spun and his heels and walked away.
