MATCH ONE

Joey Styles: Good evening and welcome to Warfare! I'm Joey Styles, joined by Corey Graves, and tonight we're live from the sold out Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia!

Corey Graves: What an action packed night we have in store, Joey! We'll see the Best in the World, CM Punk, take on the King of Strong Style, Shinsuke Nakamura, in what's sure to be a hard-hitting main event.

Joey Styles: We'll also see AJ Styles return to action as he takes on "Reborn" Matt Sydal!

Corey Graves: That's all later on tonight though... up first, we've got a huge opening match as Paul Heyman's new client, Roman Reigns, takes on the Showoff, Dolph Ziggler!

"Here to Show the World" by Downstait hit and the crowd cheered as Dolph Ziggler stepped out onto the stage. Ziggler headed to the ring, a confident smirk on his face as he made his way down the ramp. When Ziggler was in the ring, "Trenches" by Pop Evil hit, and the crowd booed as Roman Reigns walked to the ring, accompanied by Paul Heyman. Upon entering the ring, Reigns stared across at his opponent. The referee called for the bell, and Ziggler ran at Reigns, going for a clothesline. Reigns ducked out of the way, then turned to face Ziggler and hit him with some right hands. Reigns dragged Ziggler into the corner and slammed his head against the corner, then pummelled him with punches and kicks. After pulling Ziggler out of the corner, Reigns lifted him over his shoulder, slamming him onto the mat. Reigns followed it up with a fist drop, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Joey Styles: A strong start from Roman Reigns!

At ringside, Paul Heyman shouted words of encouragement to his new protégé. Reigns got to his feet and stomped on Ziggler several times, then picked him up and whipped him into the corner. Reigns ran at Ziggler, going for a corner clothesline, but Ziggler got his knees up and blocked it. Reigns staggered backwards, and Ziggler went to the top rope, hitting Reigns with a dropkick. Both men got to their feet and Ziggler hit Reigns with a series of right hands, then went to whip him against the ropes. Reigns reversed the Irish whip, sending Ziggler into the ropes, then went for a back body drop. Ziggler countered with the Famouser!

Corey Graves: Great counter by Dolph Ziggler!

Ziggler hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! He pulled Reigns to his feet and hit him with some more right hands, then whipped him into the corner. Ziggler ran at Reigns and hit the Stinger splash, then as Reigns staggered forwards, Ziggler hit a swinging neckbreaker. He followed it up with multiple elbow drops on the mat, then went to the top rope for a jumping elbow drop. Ziggler jumped from the top rope... but Reigns rolled out of the way! Both men got to their feet and Reigns lifted Ziggler over his shoulders, hitting a Samoan drop. Reigns pulled Ziggler to his feet and hit a series of punches, then whipped him against the ropes. As Ziggler ran back towards him, Reigns hit a tilt-a-whirl slam, then got to his feet and roared, signalling for the Spear!

Joey Styles: Reigns is readying himself for the Spear... this could be it right here!

Ziggler stumbled to his feet, and Reigns Speared him to the mat! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3! The referee called for the bell and raised Roman's arm in victory. The Samoan Juggernaut celebrated with Paul Heyman, then made his way to the back, leaving the fallen Ziggler laid out in the ring.

MATCH TWO

“I Spit in the Face of People Who Don’t Want to Be Cool” The crowd gave a mixed reaction to Carlito, but they turned to boos when “Awwweeesssooommme” ushered in The Miz. The match was underway and they went to the floor early on with Miz hitting a suicide dive on Carlito outside the ring. Miz went up top while he was holding Carlito's arm in wrist lock as Carlito tripped him up to crotch him on the top. Carlito nailed a dropkick that sent Miz to the floor.

Joey Styles: These two men are taking it back into the ring.

Corey Graves: Great physicality so far.

Both men had gotten back into the ring. Carlito hit a suplex followed by a pin attempt and got a two. Miz came back with clotheslines followed by a top rope cross body block. Carlito tried to go for the backstabber, but Miz got his knees up. Miz hit the swinging reverse DDT for two.

Joey Styles: A near fall! What a huge kick out!

Miz charged with an attack, but Carlito countered with a dropkick and then applied the Figure Four Leglock. Miz was able to get to the bottom rope. Miz with a back body drop over the top to the floor. Carlito avoided another Miz dive to the floor. The ref was pulling Miz back, so Carlito poked him in the eye and then hit the Back Stabber.

Corey Graves: The ref didn’t see it!

Joey Styles: Carlito! Carlito beats Miz. The Miz can’t believe it!

Miz was complaining to the ref as Carlito celebrated up the ramp and Warfare went to commercial.

MATCH THREE

As Warfare returned from a commercial break, "The Reborn" Matt Sydal and AJ Styles were in the ring ready for the next match. The referee called for the bell and the two opponents locked up.

Jim Ross: Welcome back! In the ring right now are former EBWF World Champion AJ Styles and a man looking to pull off the upset and gain some momentum, Matt Sydal.

Sydal locked Styles in a headlock, but AJ broke free and shoved Sydal against the ropes. He took Sydal down with a clothesline and when Sydal was back on his feet, AJ hit him with a series of rights, lefts, and roundhouse kicks. He then kicked Sydal in the stomach and hit a DDT. He made the cover and the referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! AJ pulled Sydal to his feet and whipped him into the corner. He ran at Sydal but Sydal put his feet up and kicked Styles away before climbing the turnbuckle. Sydal leapt off the top rope and hit AJ with a crossbody! The crowd cheered the impressive maneuver as both men got to their feet. Sydal kicked AJ in the stomach and lifted him up for a bridging northern lights suplex, then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout!

Jerry Lawler: Great back and forth action so far! Matt Sydal is looking to make a statement tonight!

Sydal tried to pull AJ to him feet, but AJ shoved him away. He then got to him feet and ran at Sydal, taking him down with a spear. Sydal rolled through the spear and turned Styles into an arm bar! Styles struggled wildly, trying to break free. He kicked as far back as he could, scoring a shot to Sydal's head, causing him to break the hold. Styles leaned over Sydal and punched his head into the ring mat repeatedly. The referee intervened and pulled Styles off of Sydal. Frustrated, AJ then hit Sydal with a hard kick to the stomach before making the cover. The referee counted to 2 before Sydal kicked out. Styles pulled Sydal to his feet and slapped him before getting behind him and hitting a belly-to-back facebuster. He rolled Sydal into a cover and got a two count. When Styles tried to pick Matt Sydal up again, Sydal shifted his weight and grabbed Styles by the torso, going for a gutwrench powerbomb. AJ reversed it and spun around, stuffing Sydal between his legs. He lifted Sydal up, positioned his legs and hit the Styles Clash! He made the cover once more - 1... 2... 3!

Jim Ross: It's over! An impressive performance by both superstars, but in the end AJ Styles picks up the victory.

SEGMENT

As Warfare returned from a commercial break, a video package aired recapping Wes Ikeda's brutal attack on Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania, and his explanation for his actions last week. The camera then cut to Joey Styles and Corey Graves at ringside.

Joey Styles: As you saw just moments ago, Wes Ikeda betrayed his best friend, Chris Jericho, at Wrestlemania, then showed no remorse for his actions – not even wiping Jericho's blood on the face of his 12 year old son, Ash. Unfortunately Chris Jericho can't be here tonight, but earlier today Michael Cole visited him at his home in St. Louis, Missouri to interview him. We're going to show you that interview right now.

Warfare cut to the footage of the interview. Michael Cole was sat on the left hand side of the screen, with Jericho sat opposite him. Jericho had a cut and some bruising above his right eye, where Wes had busted him open. He was dressed casually, wearing a grey v-neck t-shirt and some dark blue jeans. His expression was that of a man who looked drained, both physically and mentally, by what had happened at Wrestlemania. There seemed to be a softness in Michael Cole's voice as he addressed Jericho, as if it was clear that Cole knew this was a sore subject for Jericho.

Michael Cole: Chris, thank you for allowing me to be here today, I know the past few weeks have been tough for you. I'd like to ask you about your match with Wes at Wrestlemania, but first of all I need to ask you about what happened after the match. Wes Ikeda attacked you, and worse, he then wiped your blood on the face of your son, Ash. I guess the most important question I have to ask is, how is Ash doing?

Jericho frowned almost as a reflex response to Cole's question. Before answering, he sighed.

Chris Jericho: Ash is still trying to understand why the guy he's called "Uncle Wes" his entire life attacked his father and then wiped blood on him, Michael. He's hurt, and confused. Have you ever had someone else's blood on you, Michael? It doesn't feel right, and I'm saying that as a professional wrestler who's seen more blood than he can remember. A few days after Wrestlemania, I noticed Ash's cheeks were raw, because he'd been scrubbing his face so hard. The blood has washed away, but he can't wash away the memory of that moment. He's not okay, at least not really... but he will be. He's a tough kid.

You could hear the pride in Jericho's voice as he told Cole how tough Ash was. Cole nodded empathetically, then continued.

Michael Cole: And how are you doing, Chris? It looks like you're still suffering physically from that hellacious match and the post-match attack at Wrestlemania, but what is your frame of mind like right now?

Jericho smiled. But there was something sinister about the smile.

Chris Jericho: You really want to know what my frame of mind is right now? I'm hurt, I'm confused, just like Ash... but more than anything Michael, I'm angry. Not about the fact that I lost – I mean that sucks, but I've bounced back from disappointing losses in the past, and I'll bounce back from this too. I'm not even angry about the fact that Wes attacked me, because I've done far worse to people in the past. No, what I'm angry about, is the disrespect he showed me when he brought my son into it. Wes can do what he wants to me, I don't care. He'll never break me. But when I saw what he'd done to Ash, I came pretty damn close to breaking point. Wes and I are more than friends; we're family. And I could never do anything to Blaine that would even compare to what he did to Ash, because that's below the belt. It shows a lack of class. And I will make sure he pays for what he did, you have my word.

Michael Cole: Well you are of course entitled to a rematch for the World Title, once you're cleared to—

Jericho cut him off.

Chris Jericho: I'm already cleared to compete. I wasn't ever not cleared to compete. Joanie gave me a leave of absence for personal reasons, to make sure my family was okay. For the past three weeks, I've focused on them. But next week, Michael, Warfare will be right here in St. Louis. So I'll be there. And I'll get answers from Wes. He can't brush me off the way he's brushed everyone else of... I'll beat an explanation out of him if I have to. I have nothing more to say, this interview is over.

The interview ended abruptly as Jericho walked out of the room and the camera was cut.

MATCH FOUR

Joey Styles: Women’s division action coming up next, as former Diva’s champion Velvet Sky takes on the lovable underdog Bayley.

Dale Oliver’s ‘Angel of My Shoulder’ brought out Velvet. She did her booty shaking on the ropes and played to the crowd, but with a very sour look on her face. CFO$’s ‘Turn It Up’ called out Bayley, who slapped hands with fans all the way around the ring, spending extra time with the young girls in the front row.

Sky was the aggressor from the bell, catching Bayley with a boot to the gut followed up by several forearms to the face, backing her into the ropes. She went for an Irish whip which Bayley reversed. As Velvet came back she caught Bayley with a jumping clothesline. She picked her off the mat and hit a snap suplex. The Queen of the Hug Life came up clutching her back. Velvet noticed and immediately set on her with hard kicks to the spine.

Joey Styles: Velvet seeming to be taking her frustrations out on the younger star.

Corey Graves: And in a brilliant way, Joseph. Vel Vel knows that compromising Bayley’s back takes out her lifting power, and that negates her suplex. I love a girl who’s hot AND smart.

Joey Styles: The former champion continuing her focus with a back drop, and going for the cover.

1!

2!

Bayley kicked out and rolled over onto her side. Velvet drove her knee into Bayley’s vertebrae multiple times until the referee pulled her away. She played to a mixture of female boos and lusty male cheers while the referee checked on Bayley.

Joey Styles: Referee asking Bayley if she wants him to stop the match, but she is refusing. We already know that Bayley has no quit in her.

Corey Graves: But she has to remember, bravery is only two steps away from stupidity.

Bayley pulled herself up on the ropes and Velvet pushed the referee away to choke Bayley with a high boot, using all of her five count before letting go and Bayley slumped back to the mat. Velvet lifted her up by her ponytail and an incensed Bayley punched her in the stomach.

Joey Styles: Bayley fighting back!

Creating some distance, Bayley nailed Velvet with a running axe handle and then a second. She kept running and hit a sliding elbow to a Velvet as she got back to a seated position. She tightened her scrunchie and signaled for the Bayley to Belly.

Joey Styles: Bayley wrapping her arms around Velvet’s waist.

Corey Graves: Lucky!

Joey Styles: But you were right Corey, she can’t execute the toss!

Bayley tried to lift Velvet but then released her grip to hold her injured back. Velvet capitalized on her hesitancy and grabbed her by the head.

Corey Graves: Beauty-T! Bayley driven into the mat and this one is over!

Joey Styles: Velvet with a cocky pin.

1!

2!

Bayley kicks out!

Corey Graves: What?!

Joey Styles: Velvet kneeling down to yell at Bayley, who is struggling to push herself up off the mat. What a disrespectful display, slapping the young girl.

Corey Graves: That’s how vets deal with the young lions, Joey, you’d know that if you were ever in the ring. It’s all about paying dues.

Joey Styles: And there’s her receipt! Bayley grabbing onto Velvet, guillotine choke! She pulls her to the mat and shifts into the body scissors!

Corey Graves: No! Come on Velvet, the ropes are so close!

Joey Styles: Not close enough, Corey! Sky is tapping out!

Ding! Ding!

Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, BAYLEY!

Joey Styles: A strong showing for the up and coming diva, with her eyes on a future title shot.

MATCH FIVE

'F.E' by 40 Below Summer greets us out of the break as Syxx jumps down the ramp, flanked by pyro. He lets the camera know that he is fired up and ready to throw down.

Christy Hemme: The following non-title contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, weighing 200 pounds, Syxx!

Joey Styles: It's been a whirlwind month for Syxx, as he went from winning the title to losing the title at Wrestlemania in an amazing ladder match, to last week taking a loss from Breakout Champion Carlito.

Corey Graves: Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, Joey.

'Fight' by CFO$ brings out Kevin Owens, with Intercontinental Title over his shoulder. He casually walks down the ramp, rolls into the ring and shoves the title belt into Syxx's face with a smirk before posing for the camera.

Christy Hemme: And his opponent, from Marieville, Quebec, Canada, weighing in at 265 pounds, he is the Intercontinental Champion, KEVIIIIN OOOOWEEEENS!

Corey Graves: Meanwhile, Kevin Owens has been on a roll leading up to his title win in that very ladder match! And just last week, he revealed his alliance with CM Punk.

Joey Styles: Right, the Last of Us made an impact in the main event last week, and now the entire roster has been put on notice.

DING!

Syxx started off by throwing sharp leg kicks at Owens, dodging Owens attempts to catch him and laying into his knees and shins. He finally hit a spinning kick to the midsection that sent Owens back against the ropes. He moved forward to hit Owens some more, but Kevin slid his torso between the ropes to lean outside of the ring. He yelled at the referee to tell Syxx, “No karate, this is a wrestling match! Wrestle!”

Kevin got back into the ring and made like he was going to lock up with Syxx, when Syxx brought up his leg, ready to kick him again. Kevin shot back into the ropes and leaned outside again. He shouted at Syxx over the referee’s shoulder. “No kicking! There’s no kicking in wrestling! WRESTLE!”

Syxx nodded and held out his hand in test of strength-style. Owens carefully approached, still yelling about Syxx’s leg. Finally he raised his own hand to grasp Syxx’s. Syxx held out his other hand to complete the lock up, Owens started to reach out but then put a boot into Syxx’s gut and then knocked him to the mat with a hammer blow.

Joey Styles: What a surprise, Owens is a hypocrite!

Corey Graves: That was a wrestling kick, not a karate kick, there’s a huge difference, Joey.

Joey Styles: I’m sure you think so too.

Owens beat on Syxx with punches and chops, pushing him into the ropes. He whipped Syxx and ducked for the backdrop, but Syxx rolled over his back and landed on his feet. Owens turned around, and caught a roundhouse kick to the side of the head. Syxx went for a cover.

1!

2!

Owens kicked out right at two, and the men traded blows in the middle of the ring, with Owens getting the upper hand. He scooped Syxx up and slammed him down, followed up by a senton splash. Owens went for his own pin.

1!

2!

Syxx kicked out at two and Owens stomped on him to keep him down. He lifted Syxx into his pumphandle neckbreaker then looked to the corner.

Joey Styles: The champion seems to have things well in hand now, and he is going up into the high rent district!

Corey Graves: This is what makes Kevin Owens so dangerous, Joey, he has the power and the size but he is also unafraid to fly.

Joey Styles: Bullfrog Splash! Syxx rolls out of the way!

Owens collided with the empty canvas, allowing Syxx to recover. Owens got to his feet and was caught with a superkick square on the jaw. He stumbled backwards and fell into the corner. Syxx hyped up the crowd and charged at him.

Corey Graves: Bronco Buster! What a sickening maneuver!

Joey Styles: And what sickening strength as Owens explodes to his feet out of the corner with Syxx still on his shoulders! Powerbomb! Syxx’s head is spiked straight into the mat! Owens with the cover.

1!

2!

2.9!

Syxx kicked out at the exact last possible moment, stunning the crowd. A confident but exasperated Owens lifted him off the ground, shouted “I’m the champ now!” and whipped him against the ropes. On the rebound he lifted him up for the Pop-Up Powerbomb but Syxx grabbed his head and changed momentum.

Joey Styles: Syxx Factor! He makes the cover!
1!

2!

3!

Ding ding!

Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, SYXX!

Joey Styles: The former champion just pulled one over on the current incarnation!

Corey Graves: Owens let his guard down for only a moment and that was all it took. You have to think that he will not let that happen again, Joey.

Joey Styles: And just like that, Syxx may be on the path to a rematch with Aftermath only two weeks away!

MATCH SIX

Joey Styles: Still to come, CM Punk takes on Shinsuke Nakamura in our main event, but first, we've got the PTG Champion PJ Black in action against the former World Champion, Sami Zayn.

"Worlds Apart" by CFO$ hit and the crowd cheered as Zayn made his way to the ring. Once Zayn was in the ring, "Obtuse" by Peroxwhy?gen hit and the cheers quickly turned to boos as PJ Black headed to the ring. Once both superstars were in the ring, the referee called for the bell and the two men locked up. Black went for a headlock, but Zayn countered with a hammerlock, then released Black and whipped him against the ropes. As Black ran back towards him, Zayn went for an arm drag, but Black blocked it and hit Zayn with a kick to the chest. He followed it up with an enzuigiri, then went to lift Zayn up for a back drop. Zayn landed on his feet behind Black, then hit a reverse DDT.

Corey Graves: Great back and forth action in these early stages, Joey... both of these men are working hard to gain the upper hand!

Both men got to their feet, and Zayn went to whip Black into the corner. As he approached the turnbuckles, Black held his arms out and grabbed the ropes, stopping himself. Zayn ran at Black, but Black reacted quickly, jumping up and causing Zayn to collide with the turnbuckle. Black landed on his feet behind Zayn, and he grabbed Zayn, slamming his head against the turnbuckle. Black punched Zayn in the corner several times, then went to slam his head against the turnbuckle once more, but Zayn blocked it and fought back, hitting Black with a back elbow smash. Zayn turned around, and Black went for a short-arm clothesline, but Zayn ducked out of the way and lifted Black up over his shoulders, throwing him up over the top rope. Black landed on the ring apron, and Zayn hit the Pele kick, causing Black to fall to the outside. Zayn rolled out of the ring and ran around the ring towards Black, diving through the ropes and hitting a tornado DDT! The crowd cheered, and Zayn got to his feet, lifting Black up and throwing him back into the ring. Zayn slid back into the ring and hooked the leg – the referee counted, but Black kicked out at 2.

Joey Styles: A strong start to the match but Sami Zayn, but PJ Black isn’t done yet!

Zayn pulled Black to his feet and whipped him against the ropes, then went for a leg lariat. Black ducked out of the way, then grabbed Zayn from behind, taking him down with a Russian legsweep. Black got to his feet and stomped on Zayn several times, then hit a leg drop. He pulled Zayn to his feet, and whipped him into the corner, then ran at him, going for a corner elbow smash. As Black ran towards Zayn, Zayn moved out of the corner, grabbing Black and hitting an exploder suplex into the turnbuckles!

Corey Graves: Incredible counter there by Sami Zayn! What an amazingly quick reaction, Joey!

Joey Styles: That sure was impressive, Corey... no doubt about that!

Zayn stepped back and waited for Black to stand, signalling for the Helluva Kick! The crowd cheered in anticipation, and when Black was on his feet, Zayn ran towards him. He went for the Helluva Kick, but Black ducked out of the way, causing Zayn to collide with the turnbuckle! Black grabbed Zayn from behind, hitting a spin-out powerbomb, then signalled for the 450 Splash! Black went to the top rope and jumped... but Zayn got his knees up, blocking it! Both men got to their feet, Black clutching his ribs as he did so. Zayn grabbed him, hitting a reverse STO, then applied the Koji Clutch! Black tried to reach for the ropes, but when he was unable to do so, he tapped out. Zayn broke the hold as the referee called for the bell, and then got to his feet, smiling as the referee raised his arm in victory.

Corey Graves: It's over! Sami Zayn gets the win!

Joey Styles: A great performance from him tonight, Corey... and surely one that puts him in contention for a shot at the title!

Zayn celebrated as Warfare went to a commercial break.

SEGMENT

The crowd began to boo as the EBWF World Champion, Wes Ikeda, and his wife, the anti-diva, Natalya, were seen walking down the hallway. Each were carrying a bag. Wes had on a suit, the jacket buttoned. Natalya wore a long black trench coat, striking against the wide, hot pink strip of hair that hung past her shoulder, accented by her long blonde hair. They appeared to be in mid conversation.

Natalya: I’m just saying, Atlanta isn’t good enough for you. It’s not good enough for us[/u]. What are we going to do, go to the World of Coca-Cola in one of the unhealthiest cities in Amer…

Renee Young: Excuse me, Wes?

From somewhere off camera, Renee Young stepped into the frame but she was quickly met by Natalya, who stepped between Wes and the interviewer.

Natalya: I’m sorry. Did we address you?

Renee looked a little dumbfounded.

Renee Young: I, um, well… I.. just…

Natalya: I just, um, I, well…

Natalie mocked her as Wes grinned.

Natalya: …what’s the matter, Renee? Don’t tell me. It’s being in close proximity to Wes Ikeda isn’t it? No, no… don’t tell me. It’s the awe inspiring gift of our presence. Renee, my husband, did not ask to speak to you, and since you’re clearly the most overrated…

Wes Ikeda: Now, Natalie, let’s let Renee ask her little question. I think I know what this is about.

Renee Young: Thank you, Wes. I was wondering if…

Natalya began to laugh, which caught Renee off guard.

Natalya: She wants to know… oh my gosh…

She doubled over with laughter, and then grinned up at her husband.

Natalya: She wants to know if you saw what Chris had to say about you earlier tonight. Is that it, you basic little thing? You want to know, if the best wrestler in EBWF, was affected by Chris Jericho’s words? Oh, we heard what Chris had to say.

Wes Ikeda: We did.

Renee Young: So, sir, your thoughts?

Wes adjusted his bag on his shoulder, and threw an arm around Natalie, pulling her in closer to him.

Wes Ikeda: Chris Jericho talked a whole bunch tonight, Renee, but he didn’t actually say a whole lot. Chris Jericho is on personal leave, taking care of his family. Let’s say that’s true. Let’s say that I believe that. I’ve traumatized our little Ash so much that Jericho has to stay behind in St. Louis to help him grieve. Okay, as a father myself, I get that. What I don’t understand is this ludicrous assertion that he doesn’t care that I attacked him, and he doesn’t care that he lost. Chris Jericho has an ego bigger than my bank account. You understand? That last speech of his was pure hot air. He can’t say that. He can’t be up in arms about that, because I made it personal. And if he let the world in on how much not being world champion truly bothered him? If he admitted that the fact that I’m still better than him eats him alive? He wouldn’t look like the good guy family man the EBWF deserves would he?

Natalya was shaking her head, and mouthing “No”. Renee interjected.

Renee Young: Chris Jericho said that your actions at Wrestlemania “showed a lack of class”.

Wes laughed a little.

Wes Ikeda: Me? An uneducated, bingo hall trained, Detroit City boy…classless?

Wes shook his head and then looked directly into the camera.

Wes Ikeda: Well, no shit.

Despite his recent actions, that made the live audience laugh, as the television audience was treated to a long beep from the censors.

Wes Ikeda: The only thing that Chris said that made any sense was that Ash would be okay. Because he’s a tough kid. He is. He is tough. And I have no damn clue where he got it from, because it certainly wasn’t his coward of a father who passed it on.

Renee Young: You’re calling Chris Jericho a coward?

Wes Ikeda: What else would you call a man who tucked his tail between his legs and went home for three weeks? A coward. I’ve been here, waiting for you, Chris. Next week, you won’t be able to avoid me anymore.

Natalie gave a chuckle, and gave Wes’ arm an approving pat. Wes kept his arm around her, and began to usher her toward the exit. Natalie gave a sarcastic wave in Renee’s direction as EBWF went to commercial.

MATCH SEVEN

EBWF returned from a commercial break and the camera was set at the announcers table.

Joey Styles: And now it's time for our main event.

Corey Graves: That's right Joey and it's going to be one hell of a match!

Shinsuke Nakamora theme song played over the PA and the fans began to cheer for the superstar.

Joey Styles: Here's Shinsuke Nakamura making his way to the ring.

"Cult of Personality" then began to play as CM Punk stepped out onto the stage. He did his “It’s Clobbering Time” taunt, before making his way down to the ring. After the referee checked the men over, the bell rang.

Corey Graves: Here we go ladies and gentlemen time for our main event of the night!

The two men locked up in a grapple testing each other’s strength. CM Punk then pushed Nakamura into the turnbuckle and slapped him across the chest with a body chop. Punk then hit him with two more chops and backed away, running a Nakamura in the corner. Punk hit him with a running clothesline, and then whipped him into the opposite turnbuckle. Punk ran at him again, hitting him with another clothesline, this time Nakamura dropped to the ground. CM Punk seized this opportunity and stomped on Nakamura several times. The referee then pulled CM Punk off of Nakamura. Nakamura began to slowly get up using the turnbuckle for support. Punk charged at him again but received an elbow to the face instead. Nakamura quickly
charged at Punk and hit him with a high knee drop. Nakamura quickly covered.

Nakamura got back to his feet and picked Punk up. Nakamura kicked Punk in the gut and then another kick, one to the face of Punk! CM Punk bounced back and hit Nakamura with a hard right. The two superstars locked into another grapple. However, this one was broken by a kick to the gut delivered from CM Punk. CM Punk quickly reacted and delivered a DDT to Nakamura. He began stomping on Nakamura. Punk then hit Nakamura with another DDT! Punk then covered.

1...2....KICKOUT!

Punk was in shock, and helped Nakamura up. Nakamura quickly reacted with three right elbows. Then he bounced off the ropes and delivered a dropkick
followe by an Enzuigiri. Shinsuke got up and delivered a high knee drop to the face of CM Punk. CM Punk was back on his feet, and both men paused for a tense stare down. The crowd offered up some “This is Awesome” chants. Punk hit Shinsuke with a kick to the gut and hoisted him onto his shoulder.

Joey Styles: Oh no, he's looking for the GTS!

Shinsuke wriggled off the shoulders, and he pushed Punk into the ropes, Shinsuke bounced off the opposite side’s ropes and nailed a flying yakuza kick. Punk was out cold and Shinsuke climbed up the turnbuckle. He turned around and went for a massive moonsault, however, CM Punk got his knees up and Shinsuke’s move was reversed.

Corey Graves: Both men are hurt now, Joey.

Joey Styles: Who's going to get up first?

The two superstars were in opposite corners, both trying to get up. They both walked to the middle of the ring and the fans were going crazy. They locked up in another grapple hold, this time Punk over powered Shinsuke, tossed him into the turnbuckle and as Shinsuke walked over CM Puck hit him with a crescent kick to the face, Punk covered.

1...2..KICKOUT!

Corey Graves: I thought it was over!

Shinsuke barely kicked out but he did get the shoulder up. Punk moved back into the ring corner, taking a breath. When Shinsuke got back to his feet, Punk charged for a shining wizard that Shinsuke barely avoided. Punk threw a right hand but Nakamura dodged it and with CM Punk's back turned Shinsuke hit Punk with an inverted powerslam. Shinsuke Nakamura headed for the corner and he waited for CM Punk to get to his feet. CM Punk made it to his knees only to get rushed by Nakamura and hit with a Bomaye! Shinsuke then pinned.

1...2...3

Joey Styles: What an unbelievable match!

Corey Graves: That's another victory for Shinsuke Nakamura. Join us next week for Warfare. What a night!
