Aftermath Dean Ambrose

Post by Eric-Kenneth »

- Prologue -

This past week was a great Warfare. We witnessed the debut of Dean Ambrose on EBWF. His opponent was none other then the legendary Mankind in a singles match. The match wasn't easy but Ambrose was able to pick up the win. Dean Ambrose's next match is a Breakout Championship match, where Dean Ambrose will participate in an elimination fatal four way. He will be competing with Carlito, Matt Sydal and Shinsuke Nakamura. You can bet that each of these superstars will give it all they got with a Championship on the line. Last week after the match between Dean Ambrose and Mankind we seen another big match between Matt Sydal and Bully Ray where Matt Sydal was able to defeat Bully Ray. Another good match was Carlito versus Shinsuke Nakamura where Nakamura took the victory, now both those superstars will be taken part in this elimination fatal fourway for the breakout Championship.

SCENE ONE
"Backstage with jim Ross, an EBWF Network special."

The scene opens up in a room with burgendy walls with the Warfare logo placed in the center. On the right of the screen wearing black jeans, a black button up and a black cowboy hat. This is none other then the legendary Jim Ross.
Jim Ross: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to a half hour special of Backstage. I'm your host for the evening and we have a couple guests with us here tonight. My first guest is none other then the "Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose.
Dean Ambrose comes into camera view with his famous cocky grin on his face. He's wearing his usual black boots, blue jeansand a black "Dean Ambrose" t-shirt with a leather jacket. He shakes the hand of Jim Ross and takes a seat on the left side of the screen.

Jim Ross: Welcome, Dean Ambrose. This is a special night for the EBWF Network this is the first episode of "Backstage" and what a better way to kick it off then an interview with Dean Ambrose

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Thanks for having me I'm more then hapy then to be the first guest on your new show and I'm even more happy to meet the legendary Jim Ross.

Jim Ross: Wel lets get started shall we? This week on Warfare you participated in a singles match with the hardcore legend Mankind. Which anyone who's ever competed with him knows he's no easy guy to beat.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: It was a quick match to say the least, as we got towards the end of the match he hit me with some big elbows. I was able to return some of my own. Then I hit that flying elbow followed by my finisher the "Dirty Deeds". It felt good to win that match no matter how short it was. I mean making my debut here in the EBWF and winning my match against Mankind. Come on it doesn't get much better then that.

Jim Ross: I don't know if you've checked your email yet but you've been booked for a match at Aftermath.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Yes, I noticed that sounds like another great opportunity to show my worth to this company.

Jim Ross: Right, it's going to be a fatal fourway elimination match.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: A big match, you forgot to mention it's for the Breakout Championship. Carlito going to hav eto give it his all if he wants to come out of there the champion. Expecially considering his lost against Shinsuke Nakamura on this past Warfare this week.

Jim Ross: Ah, so you seen the match?

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Yeah it was a good match. I don't know if anyone can get up after the hellacious knee to the head. Shinsuke's a really great wrestler and I can't wait to meet him in the ring. Since Carlito lost that match he should be a little worried because coming on Aftermatch he's going to face Shinsuke Nakamura again but this time there'll be two other superstars in the ring with him. That being me and Matt Sydal.

Jim Ross: Now you did a lot in the WWE. For starters you held the United States Championship for three hundred and fifty-one days, defending that title a total of eight times.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: That is one of my greatest achievments in the WWE.

Jim Ross: Hell of a title reign.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Probably the greatest match of my life was the night I won that unted states championship, but it wont be the last and I get to prove it at Aftermath, by winning this fatal fourway match, by winning the breakout champion that fans can get behind. Anybody but Carlito.

Jim Ross: Are you and Carlito not getting well behind the curtains?

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: No it's not that I just get weird vibes from him and I don't think he deserves to be the Breakout Champion any longer. That's just another reason I want to win this match. I also want to win this match so I can prove to the EBWF that what I did in the WWE, I can do here aswell.

Jim Ross: I believe you but Carlito is no slouch, Matt Stryder can dish it out as we seen on Warfare after beating Bully Ray, which is no easy task, and I can't forget to mantion Sinsuke Nakamura who has been winning match after match, and he just beat Carlito.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Yeah, Carlito should be worried , he's going up a former WWE Champion,

Jim Ross: True enough, but don't get to cocky.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Me? Cocky? I doubt it. I can talk the talk and I can walk the walk.

Jim Ross: Yes I'm sure you can but the is a fatal fourway elimination challenge . That's you prespared for such a match. Beating Mankind was one thing now you go to win this elimination match.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Oh big deal! I'm Dean Ambrose in case you haven't heard I'm the "lunitic” here in the EBWF. I look forward to shocking you Jim Ross.

Jim Ross: and I look forward to watching your match.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Good , then you can see how good I really am.

Jim Ross: What About you, where do you fit in this fatal fourway.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Me? I fit in were I've always fit in, at the top baby. The question I want to ask you is, you really think I'm not coming out the Champ?

Jim Ross: I think you stand the same chance as anyone else in the match.
Dean Ambrose then smirks
"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Of course you do.

Jim Ross: Well winning a fatal fourway is no easy task.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose:
I don’t care! I don’t care what these superstars think. I’m coming out the Champ. Not Carlito, not Shinsuke and not Matt Styder. Aftermath is my night, my night to shine. LAst week I won a singles match in St. louis, Missouri. Just like I’m going to do again in Rosemont, Illinois. I’m destined for greatness and I’m on the way to the top of EBWF.

Jim Ross: While have faith in your wrestling skills I don’t think this is going to be as easy as you think.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: It’s not going to be easy. I just believe I have more in the tank, or did you forget that I held the U.S Championip for three hundred a fifty-one days. Tht’s the third longest reign in WWE history. I made history inthe WWE and I plan on doing it again here on EBWF.

Jim Ross: I hope we get to see you do the same here. Well folks that’s it for Dean Ambrose thanks for coming to the show.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Thanks J.R, it was great to meet you, have agood show maybe I’ll see you again

Jim Ross: I’ll be seeing you Dean.

Dean Ambrose gets out of the chair and exits to the left of the screen. Leaving Jim Ross sitting alone

Jim Ross: That’s it for tonight folks I’ll catch up with you next week. Hopefully this weeks Pay Per View “Aftermath” will be as good as it’s hyped up to be. We got five Championship matches, including the Breakout Chamionship. The Path to Glory championship. Womens tag team championship. The womens championsip and of course the biggest title of them all, the World Heavyweight match between Chris Jericho and Wes Ikeda. You heard it here first, this has been “Backstage” with Jim Ross .

The scene then fadest black as the show comes to an end.

SCENE TWO
"At the arena"

The scene opens opens up in Rosemont, Illinios. At the Allstate arena. The fans are going nuts for the Pay Per View, Aftermath. The first match is about to take place and it's a fatal fourway. The camera then cuts to the announcer's table where Joey Styles and Corey Graves begin to speak about the match.

Joey Styles: Our first match here on EBWF Aftermath is a fatal fourway match!

Corey Graves: Not any fatal fourway it's an elimination fourway match.

Joey Styles: AND the Breakout Champinship will be on the line.

Corey Graves: Oh man, Carlito's got his hands full tonight.

Joey Styles: That's right he's taking on three great superstars uncluding the man who beat him on Warfare this past week. The other two superstars both picked up a win. Corey Graves beating Bully Ray and Dean Ambrose beating Mankind.

Corey Graves: All three of those were great matches, Now we get to put them all together in one match and see who really deserves to be EBWF Breakout Champion. Now lets take it backstage Renee Young says she has a superstar to interview.

The scene then jumps backstage where Renee Young is seen alone holding up a microphone to her mouth.

Renee Young: Thanks guys, I'm Renee Young and tonight I'll be interviewing the "Lunatic Fringe", Dean Ambrose.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: Well thansk for seeing me doll, I know what you want to talk about it's my match.

Renee Young: Well some of the talent in the back we're saying that you don't deserve a title shot, you've only had one match in the EBWF and you get a title shot. They're saying the same thing about Matt Sydal.

Just then Matt Sydal comes into camera view. Dean Ambrose then gets a cocky smirk on his face.

Matt Sydal: Wait what? You think I don't deserve a match even after I beat Bully Ray in a singles match?

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: She saying we aint got what it takes.

Renee Young: No nothing like that, I'm saying the superstars the super....

Renee Young then gets cut off by Matt Sydal.

Matt Sydal: Well whoever is saying these thing are right about Dean Ambrose, he doesn't deserve a title match.

"Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose: I deserve a title shot more then you I defeated a legend, Mankind]

The two superstars then get face to face cutting Renee Young out of the shot. The two men stare eachother down untill Matt Sydal delivers a hard right elbow and a few right punches.

Joey Styles: Oh what a cheap shot!

Corey Graves: Amrose should have been expecting that, you don't just go toe to toe with a man and expect no noe to throw a punch. Matt Sydal just hit the first one.

Ambrose falls to a knee. Sydal goes for a boot to the face but Ambrose catches his leg and gets back to his feet. The two superstars then begin to exchange hard rights to each other.

Joey Styles: Now this is more like it!

Just then four security guards pull the two apart

Corey Graves: Ah man it was just getting good.

Joey Styles: They're just doing their jobs Corey.

Sydal breaks free and hits a running knee to the face of Ambrose. Dean Ambrose then falls to his knees with the security guards still pulling him away from Sydal. The security guards do the same to Sydal and pull him away from Dean Ambrose and they seperate the two competiters.

Joey Styles: These two can't wait for their match.

Corey Graves: and that match is next, the wait is over!

That's cool, thanks for letting me know - in future, please add an OOC note or something just to avoid confusion :)

I enjoyed this RP, thought you told a good story. Although I did notice a few spelling and grammar errors. Where possible, try and proof read your RPs before posting if you can - I know I tend to make a lot of mistakes if I'm writing in a hurry. Apart from that, keep up the good work!
