MATCH ONE

Joey Styles: Good evening and welcome to Warfare! I'm Joey Styles, joined by Corey Graves!

Corey Graves: We are live from Kansas City, Missouri, and tonight we're kicking things off with the debut of EBWF's newest superstar, Baron Corbin!

Corbin came to the ring first, then RVD made his way down the ramp, slapping hands from the fans and doing his RVD trademark taunt, he wasted no time in running up the steps and circling around with his arms up in the air... Corbin wasted no time in levelling him down with a thunderous clothesline!

Joey Styles: Oh my God! This Wolf is not messing around!

Corey Graves: Are you kidding me? He almost took his head off!

The referee shoved Corbin onto his corner while RVD got back up, the bell rang and both men locked in the middle of the ring.

Joey Styles: Here we go, two men, both of them looking for a victory tonight as a way to cement their place in EBWF!

Corey Graves: I guess with King of the Ring around the corner, both of them will be looking to make waves in EBWF!

Joey Styles: Make waves?

Corey Graves: You know, the other word that describes what happens when two objects collide is the name of a rival wrestling show so...

Joey Styles: Eh.

Baron Corbin had Rob on a headlock in the center of the ring, applying pressure as the referee asked RVD if he wanted to quit. RVD shook his head and tried to regain a vertical base, proceeding to elbow Baron Corbin's midsection... Corbin chose to break the hold and whip his opponent against the ropes, receiving him with a massive overhead toss! Corbin knelt over RVD and began hitting his opponent's skull with rights and lefts!

Joey Styles: Look at him go! Baron Corbin means business!

Corbin picked his opponent up by the hair, the ref tried to break the hold but Corbin was too strong, he picked RVD and hit him with a massive scoop slam, followed by an elbow drop. He went for the cover but RVD raised his shoulder on 2.

Joey Styles: Corbin here with the early pinning attempt!

Corey Graves: You know him more than I do, but you can be damn sure you need a lot more to put down someone like RVD, an ECW Original!

Corbin had picked RVD up, bounced him onto the ropes and went for a big boot, but RVD ducked under the boot, bounced on the ropes and clipped Corbin's knee from behind! Corbin fell to one knee and RVD followed up with a combination of a front kick, a push kick, finishing up with a roundhouse to bring Corbin down! RVD hooked the leg, Corbin kicked out early as well!

Joey Styles: A massive rush of martial arts from RVD, that was not enough to put Corbin down!

RVD rolled onto his feet and kicked Corbin as he was sitting up, he followed up with a discus leg drop! Van Dam tried to grab Corbin from his neck and lift him back onto his feet, but Corbin pushed him aside and whipped RVD to the outside!

Corey Graves: Baron Corbin is way too strong! RVD needs to be a lot faster and deadlier if he wants to beat him!

Corbin followed RVD down onto the ringside area and as he was trying to grab him by the shoulders to lift him up, RVD used his feet to propel Corbin onto the barricade! The ref began counting 1...2 as the crowd started a "holy shit" chant as RVD tried to climb onto the apron, he went for a Diving crossbody, but Corbin had already stood up!

Joey Styles: Corbin caught him in midair!

Corey Graves: This doesn't look so good for RVD!

Corbin slammed RVD against the nearest ring post, and continued holding him... He tossed him over his head face first onto the protective padding! The ref continued counting 3...4...5...

Joey Styles: Baron Corbin with a fallaway slam to the outside!!!!!

Corey Graves: That man is insane!

Corbin made his way back to the ring 6...7... He began working the crowd, who booed in return... 8...9... He hadn't noticed RVD had climbed to the apron, as Baron Corbin turned around, RVD slingshot himself onto the ropes and towards Corbin! The crowd popped as RVD landed on top of Corbin, bringing him down.

Joey Styles: Slingshot diving crossbody from RVD! Could this be it?

RVD clutched his midsection while Corbin laid out next to him, he slowly made way towards the turnbuckle and jumped onto the top rope, he pointed at himself and mouthed out "R...V...D"

Corey Graves: You know what's coming...

Joey Styles: Look out!

Corbin had stood up and rushed towards the turnbuckle to strike RVD with a forearm to the face!

Corey Graves: Momentum shifted right here!

Corbin grabbed a stunned RVD and planted him onto the mat with a superplex! The crowd was loving every minute of it. Corbin stood up and picked his opponent up, he sized RVD up...

Joey Styles: End of Days! End of Days!

Corbin hooked RVD's leg for a three count.

Corey Graves: I don't know if this means the end of days for RVD but he certainly put up quite a match against this monster they call Baron Corbin!

Corbin got his hand raised by the ref as Warfare went to a commercial break.

MATCH TWO

Joey Styles: Up next, we've got women's action as Eva Marie takes on Gionna Daddio!

Gionna Daddio came to the ring first, followed by Eva Marie. When both women were in the ring, the referee called for the bell. Eva and Gionna locked up, and Eva took Gionna down with a snapmare. Gionna got to her feet, and Eva whipped her against the ropes, before taking her down with a bit boot. Gionna got back to her feet once more, and Eva hit a snap suplex, then floated over into a pin. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Corey Graves: A strong start by Eva Marie!

Eva pulled Gionna to her feet, and went to whip her against the ropes, but Gionna reversed the Irish whip, sending Eva into the ropes. Gionna hit a single leg dropkick, then as both women got to their feet, Gionna set Eva up for a DDT. Eva fought out of it, then hit Gionna with a jawbreaker. She stomped on Gionna several times, then pulled her to her feet. Eva ran towards the corner with Gionna, hitting the Sliced Red #2! She hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!

Joey Styles: It's over! Eva Marie gets the victory!

Eva celebrated as Warfare went to a commercial break.

MATCH THREE

When Warfare returned from a commercial break, "SAWFT is a Sin" hit, and the crowd cheered as Enzo Amore made his way to the ring for the next match.

Joey Styles: Welcome back! Up next, we've got a fatal four way to determine Bully Ray's new tag team partner.

Corey Graves: Bully Ray wasn't too happy about this match, Joey... as far as he's concerned, no one in the EBWF is good enough to team with him!

Joey Styles: Well, whether Bully Ray likes it or not, someone will earn that opportunity here tonight.

When Enzo had entered the ring, "Here to Show the World" by Downstait hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Dolph Ziggler headed to the ring. Once Ziggler was in the ring, "#MMMGORGEOUS" by CFO$ hit and the cheers turned to boos as Tyler Breeze stepped out onto the stage. Finally, "Fight" by CFO$ hit, and the crowd continued to boo as Kevin Owens made his way to the ring. After Owens had entered the ring, the referee called for the bell. Owens went after Ziggler, while Enzo battled Tyler Breeze. Owens hit Ziggler with a flurry of punches, then went to apply a headlock. Ziggler broke free, pushing Owens into the ropes, then as Owens hit the ropes, Ziggler hit a clothesline, sending Owens over the top rope. Meanwhile, across the ring, Enzo hit Breeze with a kick to the midsection, and set him up for a suplex. Breeze blocked it, countering with a suplex of his own. Breeze got to his feet, and turned his attention to Ziggler. Ziggler challenged Breeze to come at him. Breeze smirked, then ran at Ziggler. Ziggler went for a superkick, but Breeze ducked out of the way, then hit Ziggler with a superkick of his own.

Corey Graves: Supermodel Kick!

Breeze hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! As Breeze got to his feet, Owens re-entered the ring and attacked Breeze from behind, hitting him in the back of the head before throwing him shoulder first into the ring post. Breeze fell to the mat, clutching his shoulder in pain. Owens then turned his attention to Enzo Amore, who was beginning to stir. Owens pulled Enzo to his feet, whipping him into the corner. Owens ran at Enzo, going for a bodypress, but Enzo got his knees up and blocked it. As Owens staggered backwards, Enzo went to the top rope. He hit Owens with a diving crossbody, then covered him. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Joey Styles: So close to a three count!

Enzo got to his feet and stomped on Owens several times, trying to keep him grounded. Ziggler then got to his feet and Enzo went after him, hitting the Showoff with a series of punches. Enzo went to whip Ziggler against the ropes, but Ziggler reversed it, sending Enzo into the ropes. As Enzo ran back towards him, Ziggler hit him with a dropkick. Both men got to their feet, and Ziggler hit Enzo with the Famouser! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... Breeze interrupted the count! Breeze hit Ziggler with a series of punches, then threw him out of the ring. He then went to pull Enzo to his feet, but Enzo rolled him up with a small package! The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Corey Graves: Enzo almost stole one!

Both men got to their feet, and Enzo took Breeze down with a DDT. As Enzo got back to his feet, he was met with a boot to the face by Kevin Owens! There was a loud thud as Enzo hit the mat, and he rolled to the edge of the ring, clutching his head in pain. Owens looked pleased with himself, and he turned his attention to Breeze. After dragging Breeze to his feet, Owens whipped Prince Pretty against the ropes, going for the Pop Up Powerbomb. Breeze countered, hitting Owens with a hurricanrana!

Joey Styles: Oh my god! What a counter!

Both men got to their feet, and Breeze hit Owens with the Beauty Shot! He hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3! The referee called for the bell, and raised Tyler's arm in victory.

Corey Graves: Well there you have it, Joey! Tyler Breeze is Bully Ray's new tag team partner, and one half of the Tag Team Champions!

Joey Styles: You've changed your tune, Corey... I thought you didn't approve of this match?

Corey Graves: I just didn’t think it was fair to force Bully Ray to work with someone against his will, Joey... but after seeing how impressive Tyler Breeze was tonight, maybe Bully Ray will change his tune too!

Breeze celebrated, then made his way to the back.

SEGMENT

An unfamiliar, stomping glam rock filled the arena.

Joey Styles: What's going on?

Corey Graves: Wish I could tell you, Joseph.

A large, burly, impressively muscled man in shorts and a masquerade mask stepped onto the stage.

Joey Styles: Look at the size of that man!

Corey Graves: Don't sound so excited there, Joey.

Joey Styles: If this behemoth is a new superstar, he is cutting quite the formidable figure!

A second, slightly smaller but still impeccably toned man in a similar outfit steps out next.

Corey Graves: Well there are your next tag team champions.

Two more specimens came out and stood next to the first men, forming a wall of pure muscle.

Joey Styles: It's a whole squad of them! We're used to seeing big debuts after Wrestlemania but I've never seen such a physically imposing stable all appear at once!

Corey Graves: Hold on to that thought, Joey, I think I recognize those masks.

The four men whipped out large fans made out of peacock feathers and used the fans to obscure the entrance. With a dramatic flourish, they pulled the fans away to reveal a smaller man with wild hair and an immaculate jumpsuit.

Corey Graves: I knew it! It's Dalton Castle?

Joey Styles: Dalton Castle?

Corey Graves: You're in for a treat, old man. He's been a rising star on the independent scene but it looks like Castle has jumped into the big leagues!

Dalton shouted his rallying cry. “Come on, boys, let's go break some hearts!” and began to lead them down the ramp, ranting the entire way down.

Joey Styles: He certainly knows how to make an entrance!

Corey Graves: He's a consummate showman, and he knows how to unnerve his opponents, but more importantly he is an NCAA wrestler with supernatural strength and center of gravity. By the time you've processed his antics, he's already suplexed you out of your boots.

Dalton pointed at the ring and his attendants formed steps. He walked up their backs and entered the ring. The burly men rolled in behind him and posed beside him with their feathers as he opened his arms to reveal a colorful cape.

He struck a pose and awaited a microphone to be placed into his hand. “Salutations. My name is Dalton Castle, and THESE are my BOYS! We've come to your drab, sad corner of the world to bring it a little bit of color, and show you all what a real man looks like. A few weeks ago, the boys and I were watching Wrestlemania, on a BIG SCREEN, and what I saw made me spit out the grapes that were being carefully placed between my lips. I said 'BOYS! THAT'S where I GOTTA BE! Dial the phone!' It's an iPhone 6, if you need to know those things, and Apple can try to crack me all they want, I'll never tell my secrets. I called good old Junior, but he must have been busy in his barbeque sauce bath and didn't hear me. So I left a message. And another. And another, because when I see something I want...,” he paused to pat one of the attendants on the cheek. “I don't take no for an answer.”

He pushed the 'boy' down, and they took the position on all fours. Another 'boy' stood behind him and squatted with his arms out and a third laid down on his stomach. Dalton sat on the human chair and put his feet on the lowest 'boy,' then continued. “My first message went something like this. 'Hellooo, Jim. This is the Party Peacock, Dalton Castle, and I just saw a feather duster win your Breakout Championship. Silly duster, feathers belong on fans! If you want a real man to wear that belt, give us a call. DC out!' After getting NO ANSWER, I left my second message. 'Helloooooooo, Jim. This is the Party Peacock, Dalton Castle, once again, and I was watching a chubby Canadian pull your Intercontinental Belt off of a wire. Canada's still a part of THIS continent! If a North American can still be Intercontinental Champion, why not one who personifies the can-do spirit of our nation, because I'll let you know, I can. And I do. Call me back. SQUAAAAW!' That's the cry of the peacock.

But STILL NO ANSWER. So my third message was very simple. 'James. ThisisthePartyPeacockDaltonCastle. You need me. Call me. DC OUT!' I waited for weeks to hear back from him and nothing. So the boys and I took a little road trip to Illinois, with THIS in hand.” The fourth attendant pulled a packet of multicolored paper and handed it to Dalton. “I walked up to Junior and said 'JAMES! This is my contract. You'll find the terms fair and the font Helvetica. I already signed my end, all it needs is you, talent guy.' And the rest, will BECOME HISTORY. Dalton Castle is here now,and I can promise you this. EBWF is about to be a twenty four hour party!”

The music started back up again and the 'boys' carried Dalton out of the ring and up the ramp to the cheers of the crowd.

MATCH FOUR

Both competitors entered to cheers and shook hands in the middle of the ring. They circled each other to dueling chants and finally locked up. Zayn grabbing Sydal into an arm wringer that Sydal rolled through and reversed into his own. Zayn did the same reversal, and the two went through that series a few more times until Matt instead transitioned into a headlock. Zayn walked him back to the ropes and tried to push him off but Sydal kept his grip and brought Zayn down to the ground. Zayn struggled to his feet and attempted to backdrop Sydal, who flipped out and landed on his feet. Matt hit the ropes and ducked a Sami clothesline. Sami turned and ran behind Matt, passing him as he rebounded and catching him with the second lariat. The two exchange strikes with Sydal getting an advantage which he pressed by using a flying headscissors to whip Zayn through the ropes and to the floor.

Joey Styles: You know what's coming next, Corey! Sydal goes flying over the ropes!

Matt crashed onto Zayn and rolled him into the ring to cover him but only got 2. Getting to his feet, Zayn hit a flurry of strikes ending with a slap. An incensed Sydal chases a backpedaling Zayn until he gets to the ropes and pulls the top one down, causing Matt to spill to the floor.

Corey Graves: And Zayn is about to hand Sydal his receipt! Sami Zayn sailing over the rope!

Zayn crashed into Sydal and rolled him into the ring. He hit the half and half suplex for a 2 count. Zayn whipped Sydal into the corner and charged for the Helluva Kick. Sydal countered with a double stomp into the chest. Another exchange of strikes as both men struggled to their feet until Sydal hit a reverse roundhouse to the gut and a rolling soccer kick to the head. Another cover for a 2 count. Sydal kept Zayn on the mat with sliding forearms and dropkicks, but only got 2 each time.

Joey Styles: Matt Sydal getting frustrated, like so many opponents who have tried to overcome the heart of Sami Zayn.

Corey Graves: He's measuring him for another hard strike, Zayn with the dodge.

Joey Styles: Blue Thunder Bomb! This put away CM Punk last week, will it do the same to Matt Sydal?

Joey Styles: Mini Clutch! Zayn catches Sydal in the Mini Clutch! Sydal struggling, trying to get to the ropes but they're just out of reach!

Corey Graves: He's holding on, Joey, but there is nowhere to go at this point and he's fading fast.

Joey Styles: The referee checking...and Sydal is out!

DING DING!

Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, Sami Zayn!

Joey Styles: Another big win for the Nicest Man in EBWF, and another great showing from the fan favorite Sydal, who is starting to come around on the mat. Zayn checking on him, and extending another handshake, great sportsmanship on display from these two men!

Corey Graves: I think I'm going to be sick.

MATCH FIVE

Joey Styles: Up next, it's time for our main event. The "Phenomenal One", AJ Styles, takes on the "King of Strong Style", Shinsuke Nakamura!

Corey Graves: What a match this is going to be, Joey!

"Subconscious Entry Version" by Julia Claris hit and the crowd cheered as Shinsuke Nakamura made his way to the ring. When Nakamura was in the ring, "Get Ready to Fly" by GRITS hit, and a chorus of boos echoed through the arena as AJ Styles headed to the ring. Upon entering the ring, Styles glared across the ring at his opponent. The referee called for the bell, and Nakamura taunted Styles, goading him to make the first move. Styles snarled at Nakamura, then ran at him, going for a forearm smash. Nakamura reacted quickly, ducking out of the way, then hitting Styles with a kick to the back of the head. Styles turned around, and Nakamura hit him with a series of kicks, then whipped him against the ropes. As Styles ran back towards him, Nakamura took Styles down with a lariat. Nakamura continued to dominate Styles, stomping on him several times before hitting a knee drop. He then pulled Styles to his feet, hitting a double knee backbreaker, before hooking the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Joey Styles: A great start by Shinsuke Nakamura! He's taking it to the former World Champion!

Corey Graves: Nakamura is showing why they call him the King of Strong Style, Joey!

Nakamura pulled Styles to his feet and whipped him into the corner, then ran at him and hit a high knee. Styles staggered out of the corner, and Nakamura grabbed him, applying a front sleeper hold. Styles managed to fight out of it, and he got behind Nakamura, lifting him up for a back drop. Nakamura landed on his feet behind Styles, then hit a German suplex! Both men got to their feet and Nakamura hit a superkick, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!

Corey Graves: What a counter that was, Joey!

Joey Styles: Incredible athleticism from the Japanese superstar!

Nakamura got to his feet and went to apply a cross armbreaker on Styles, but Styles fought out of it, rolling away from Nakamura and getting to his feet. Nakamura went after Styles once more, but Styles hit him with a couple of punches, then hit a shoot kick. He followed it up with a spinning backfist, before taking Nakamura down with a lariat. Nakamura got to his feet and Styles hit a brainbuster, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! Styles got to his feet and went to apply the Calf Killer on Nakamura, but Nakamura kicked him away and both men got to their feet. Styles was in the ascendancy now, and he hit Nakamura with an enzuigiri, before lifting him over his shoulder and hitting the back to belly piledriver. Styles moved onto the ring apron and went for Superman... but Nakamura got his knees up, blocking it!

Joey Styles: Oh my god! Styles went for a springboard 450 splash, but Nakamura was able to block it!

Corey Graves: That could have been it, Joey... quick thinking from Nakamura to keep himself in the match!

Styles was laid on the mat, clutching his ribs in pain, which allowed Nakamura time to get to his feet. As Styles sat up, Nakamura brushed his foot against Styles' head, taunting him. Styles got to his feet and went for a discus clothesline, but Nakamura ducked out of the way, then hit the Death Valley Driver! Styles looked dazed, and Nakamura stepped back, watching Styles closely. When Styles was on his feet, Nakamura hit him with the Boma Ye! He hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3! The referee called for the bell, and raised Nakamura's arm in victory.

Joey Styles: It's over! Nakamura picks up what's probably his biggest victory in EBWF to date!

Nakamura continued to celebrate as Warfare went off the air.
