It had been a long hiatus for The People's Champion- after a loss to The Miz- The Rock had disappeared from TV for quite sometime. Many close to The Rock- knew that it was so he could spend some much needed father/daughter time with his daughter. It had been announced on dirt sheets- and wrestling rumor sites worldwide, that The Rock would be making his much anticipated return to EBWF programming at Death before Dishonor in the King of the Ring tournament. His first round opponent would be Cesaro- and the fans without question would be looking forward to hearing from The Rock as he entered this important first round match-up.
The scene opened up at a house show in Greensboro, North Carolina- the site of EBWF Death Before Dishonor. We were just a few days away from the event- and the excitement was palpable. A match had just concluded and there was a small break in the action, when all of a sudden an eruption from the fans was heard when appearing on the tron in an "I Bring it" Black T-Shirt, and a pair of his signature sunglasses was none other than The People's Champion- The Rock. It was clear- The Rock was not yet in North Carolina and he was in his lavish home in Miami, Florida. The backdrop of the scene was the various championship belts that The Rock had earned over his illustrious career both in the WWE and EBWF. The Rock paused to let the cheers sink in- and a "Rocky" chant filled the arena. After several beats- the silence was broken.
The Rock: FINALLY.....
The crowd finished the catch phrase by yelling "THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO GREENSBORO"
The Rock: FINALLY... THE ROCK... HAS COME BACK....
"To Greensboro"
The Rock: TO THE EBWF...
The crowd erupted in cheers once more. It was clear The Rock was still very much loved in the wrestling world.
The Rock: You see Greensboro, it has been a long time.. LONG time coming.. and The Rock knows, he realizes, he remembers back when The Rock is EBWF Path To Glory Champion, the promise.. the promise he made to the MILLIONS..

The Rock: Of The Rock's fans. He made the promise- that he was back in the EBWF.. for good. Now The Rock knows that ever since he somehow was defeated by that little weasel faced punk bitch, The Miz, that the Rock has been out of sight and out of mind. Well allow The Rock to step back into sight.. and damn sure back INTO MIND.. because you see Greensboro at Death Before Dishonor, the trail blazing, eye brow raising, pie eating, jabroni beating, people's champ The Rock.. will be officially.... BACK.
The crowd erupted with cheers and another Rocky chant.
The Rock: Death Before Dishonor, The Rock goes head to head with... Cesaro. Now Cesaro, you may think that The Rock doesn't know who you are... you may think that you aren't even on The Rock's radar, you may think that because of this that The Rock has an ants chance in a parade of defeating you.. that's it isn't it? That's what you think, isn't it Cesaro? Well unfortunately for you THE ROCK WIPES A PANDA BEAR'S ASS WITH WHAT YOU THINK!
The crowd cheered.
The Rock: You see because there are some facts in life that The Rock is certain of. ONE.. The Rock is THE MOST ELECTRIFYING MAN.. in all of sports entertainment.. TWO.. DOUG FLUTIE.. should NOT be on Dancing with the Stars... THREE.. Carrie Underwood is the hottest chick on the planet.. and FOUR.. THE ROCK will not.. and THE ROCK MEANS.. will NOT lose to somebody who's best move is..
The Rock stood up and began pantomiming the swing by Cesaro.
The Rock: WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I'm swingingggggg... I'm the King of Swinggg... WEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEEEE HORRAY!
The Rock quickly went from the mockery to a straight face. The Greensboro crowd was going ballistic.
The Rock: You see Cesaro, you may be strong, you may be able to PICK THINGS UP.. and PUT THEM DOWN.. but there's no way that the People's Champ is going to get beat by somebody who's claim to fame.. is trying to swing other guys... you SICK FREAK!
The Rock paused to let that last line sink in. There was laughter- The Rock continued.
The Rock: You see Cesaro, there will be some swinging going on NO DOUBT this Sunday. Unfortunately for you, the swinging will NOT be done by you.. no no no no no NO. Instead the swinging will be done.. by The Rock.. bell rings WHAM.. swinging of The Rock's right hand... WHAM.. swinging from The Rock's left hand.. KA BAM.. Swinging of The Rock's size 15 boot..DIRECTLY INTO YOUR CANDY ASS! .. Cesaro- The Rock- thinks- no he KNOWS.. that you are going to come out here in front of all The Rock's fans.. look directly into the camera and start talking your monotone gibberish.
The Rock mocked Cesaro.. speaking in a slow monotonous tone.
The Rock: This Sunday..... I will.... beat The Rock.... This Sunday... I will... move on in the King of The Ring... Before this Sunday... I will.. bore every single one of you.... I can't... go on......
The Rock kicked back into his swinging pantomime.
The Rock: WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Remember this.. I'm swinginggggg... WEEEEEEE... I'm Entertaining... This is what I do to entertain you!... WEEEEEEEEEEE WEEEEE HORRAY!!

The Rock knows- it's got be extremely frustrating to be in a business that is predicated on entertaining- The Rock knows you probably practice in the mirror trying to improve.. The Rock knows you probably also practice OTHER THINGS in the mirror trying to improve..

The Rock is going to bring enough charisma.. enough talent.. enough of a Electrifying Foot meeting underachieving human baboon doppelganger ass.. to make the EBWF Universe look on with interest and delight. Simply put Cesaro.. The Rock.. is BACK.. and that's GREAT NEWS.. for everybody...except... for you.
