Joey Styles: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to EBWF Warfare!
Corey Graves: We are just two weeks away from crowning the EBWF King and Queen of the ring!
Joey Styles: We are in the quarter finals of the Queen of the Ring and we kick things off with Alexa Bliss versus Eva Marie.
Alexa made her entrance first, followed by Eva Marie. Christy Hemme announced them both, and then the bell rang to signal the start of the match. Eva started off with some forearm shots, and then a flurry of kicks. She hit a swinging neckbreaker and went for the two count. The two women were offensively evenly matched, until Alexa blocked a baseball slide kick and threw Eva down to the ringside floor. Alexa went outside to help her back into the ring, and Eva came back with some kicks and a fisherman's suplex for the two count.
Corey Graves: Eva almost had it there.
Alexa fired back with some elbows to the face and kept Eva grounded until Eva blocked a splash in the corner and hit a hurricanrana. Eva got a kick and blocked a DDT attempt, but Alexa came back with a forearm to the face. She followed up with a double knee drop and connected with the moonsault. Alexa Bliss took the pin.
1...2...3!
Corey Graves: Alexa Bliss is on top! She'll find out who she'll face tonight, will it be Trish Stratus or Alicia Fox?
Jinder Mahal came to the ring first, followed by Enzo Amore whow got a huge ovation from the crowd. Jinder started off strong, but Enzo stopped him in his tracks with a dropkick to the head. Jinder stopped Enzo's momentum with a shot to throat, then slammed him into the corner. Jinder laid into Enzo with knee drops and threw him out to the apron. Jinder tried to suplex Enzo over the ropes, but Enzo knocked Jinder back and leapfrogged over the top rope with a forearm to the head of Jinder.
Corey Graves: Jinder Mahal impressive here tonight.
Joey Styles: Might not be enough to beat Enzo.
Jinder took Enzo up top, but Enzo knocked Jinder down. Jinder kicked Enzo in the face, but Enzo came back with a dropkick and both men were down. Once they fought back up to their feet, Enzo kicked Jinder's leg out from under him. He followed up with a forearm shot to the face and then helped Jinder up. Jinder took Enzo to the corner with some shoulder strikes, then got a big boot to the face. Enzo ducked an elbow and hit a Pele kick on Jinder. He followed up with a forearm into the corner, and then hit Air Enzo! Amore went for the pin!
Joey Styles: Enzo Amore has done it! He goes on to face edge in the quarter finals of King of the Ring.
Corey Graves: This one is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Two great talents, Kevin Owens and Dean Ambrose.
After the entrances and ring introductions there was a bit of a chopfest early on. Owens hit a back elbow to get control and he hit a DDT for a two count. Owens put Ambrose in a headlock, but Ambrose got away and nailed Owens with a forearm that sent KO to the floor. Ambrose nailed a Suicide Dive to take him out. Owens sent Ambrose over the announce table into the leather chairs. Then Ambrose fought back and did it to Owens.
Corey Graves: Excuse me gentlemen, we're trying to work here!
Ambrose hit the bulldog, and Owens followed up with the cannonball attack. He went for the pin.

Kickout. Ambrose tried to mount a comeback but KO sent him over the top to the floor. Owens gave Ambrose a Frog Splash off the apron onto Ambrose on the floor. Ambrose got back in before the count of ten and was greeted with a big boot from Owens. Ambrose set up for an attack off the top rope, Owens went to the floor and Ambrose nailed his flying elbow attack to take him out. Ambrose followed up with a huge clothesline led to Owens flying in the air leading to a two count.
Corey Graves: The odd athleticism of Kevin Owens!
Ambrose got a near fall with a superplex, but when Owens kicked out and got the powerbomb. Ambrose got his knees up to counter an Owens splash. Then Ambrose moved out of the way of a cannonball attack. Ambrose rolled him through and hit the Dirty Deeds for the pinfall win!
Joey Styles: And Dean Ambrose has done it! Dean Ambrose is going to face Randy Orton in the quarter finals!
The crowd was hot for Zahra as she made her way to the ring, and they gave a mixed reaction for "The Boss" Sasha Banks. After the introductions the two women were checked over and the bell rang.
Corey Graves: It's nice to see Sasha Banks trying to make a comeback here in EBWF. Do you think she can win Queen of the Ring?
Joey Styles: I'm not counting either of these ladies out.
Sasha took control early on, but she did a little too much show boating and Zahra was able to take her down from behind. Zahra slammed Sasha's head into the middle turnbuckle, but Sasha came back and hung Zahra across the middle ropes in the corner. Sasha followed up with the double knee drop, and then she got Zahra into the Bank Statement, sending Zahra tapping and giving Sasha the victory!
Corey Graves: Sasha Banks with a convincing victory over Zahra Schreiber, she goes on to face Alexa Bliss in the queen of the ring semi-finals!
Joey Styles: Up next, the two time King of the Ring Sami Zayn takes on Tommaso Ciampa for a place in the quarter finals!
Ciampa was already in the ring when "Worlds Apart" hit and Sami Zayn stepped out onto the stage. The crowd cheered and sang along to Zayn's theme as he made his way down the ramp. Once Zayn was in the ring, his music was cut and the referee called for the bell. Zayn locked up with Ciampa, and Ciampa applied a headlock, but Zayn broke out of it and whipped Ciampa against the ropes. As Ciampa ran back towards him, Zayn hit an arm drag, then as Ciampa got back to his feet, Zayn hit him with a dropkick. Both men got to their feet and Zayn applied a wrist-lock, dragging Ciampa towards the corner before hitting a springboard tornado DDT. He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Corey Graves: A strong start by Sami Zayn! The reigning King of the Ring is taking the fight to Tommaso Ciampa.
Zayn pulled Ciampa to his feet and hit him with a series of punches, then whipped him against the ropes once more. Zayn went for another arm drag, but Ciampa blocked it, then hit Zayn with a headbutt! Zayn staggered backwards, and the crowd booed in response to Ciampa's aggression. Ciampa took Zayn down with a clothesline, then stomped on him several times. He pulled Zayn to his feet and set him up for a suplex, but Zayn blocked it, countering with a suplex of his own. Both men got to their feet and Ciampa went for another clothesline, but Zayn ducked out of the way, grabbing Ciampa from behind and hitting the Blue Thunder Bomb! He hooked both legs and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Joey Styles: Another near fall! Zayn continues to impress in this match.
Zayn pulled Ciampa to his feet, but Ciampa hit him with an uppercut, then whipped Zayn into the corner. Ciampa ran at Zayn and hit him with a forearm smash, then as Zayn fell into a sitting position, Ciampa ran at him once more, this time hitting a knee to the face. Ciampa pulled Zayn to his feet and set him up for Project Ciampa, but Zayn blocked it, then hit an exploder suplex into the turnbuckles! Zayn stepped back, then ran at Ciampa and hit the Helluva Kick! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! Sami Zayn advances to the quarter finals!
Joey Styles: He'll take on either Bobby Roode or Jimmy Havoc next week – we'll find out who later on tonight!
Joey Styles: Up next, we've got the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman, against the leader of the Varsity Club, Alex Riley!
"I Am Stronger" by CFO$ hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Braun Strowman made his way to the ring. When Braun was in the ring, "Say It to My Face" by Downstait hit and the crowd booed as Alex Riley headed to the ring, accompanied by the Varsity Club. Once Riley was in the ring, the referee called for the bell. Riley ran at Strowman, but Strowman took him down with a stiff clothesline
Corey Graves: Alex Riley needs to be smart if he's going to do what no one else has done in EBWF and beat Braun Strowman, Joey!
Strowman pulled Riley to his feet and threw him into the corner, then hit him with a series of chops to the chest. Strowman stepped back, then charged towards Riley, going for a bodypress, but Riley moved out of the way, causing Strowman to collide with the turnbuckles. Riley grabbed Strowman from behind, hitting a hangman's neckbreaker, then ran against the ropes and hit him with an elbow drop. He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... Braun kicked out!
Joey Styles: Not even a two count there for Alex Riley!
Corey Graves: It will take a lot more than that to keep Braun Strowman down, Joey!
Strowman sat up, and Riley went to kick him in the face, but Strowman grabbed Riley's leg and took him down to the mat. Strowman got to his feet and stomped on Riley several times, then pulled him to his feet, whipping him against the ropes before taking him down with a sidewalk slam. Riley got back to his feet, and Strowman grabbed him by the throat, lifting him up and hitting a huge chokeslam! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Joey Styles: So close to a three count! Alex Riley could be in trouble now, Corey!
Strowman pulled Riley to his feet and lifted him up over his shoulder, setting him up for the running powerslam. Before he could hit it, The Miz got onto the ring apron, distracting the referee. The crowd booed, and Strowman dropped Riley, then walked towards Miz. Miz quickly climbed down from the ring apron, but on the other side of the ring, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil tried to enter the ring! The referee ran across the ring, trying to keep the Prime Time Players out, and Strowman turned to face them. As Strowman walked towards Young and O'Neil, Miz re-entered the ring with a steel chair and hit Strowman across the back with it! Strowman turned around and snatched the chair from Miz, then swung it at Miz, but Miz ducked out of the way and rolled out of the ring. The referee heard the chair shot, and as he turned around, Alex Riley held his head in his hands, crying out in pain. The referee saw Strowman holding the chair, looked down at Alex Riley... then called for the bell, disqualifying Braun Strowman!
Joey Styles: I don't believe it! The Varsity Club just got Braun Strowman disqualified from this match!
Corey Graves: I told you Riley would need to be smart to beat Braun Strowman, Joey! That was brilliant!
Riley quickly rolled out of the ring and began celebrating with The Miz at ringside. Strowman hit the referee with the steel chair then dropped it, and was about to go after Miz and Riley when Young and O'Neil entered the ring, attacking Braun Strowman from behind! The Prime Time Players pummelled Strowman with punches, but Strowman fought back, taking them down with a double clothesline. Strowman then hit Darren Young with a chokeslam, then lifted Titus O'Neil over his shoulder, powerslamming O'Neil onto Darren Young!
Joey Styles: Well Alex Riley might have advanced to the quarter finals of King of the Ring, but if I was him I'd steer clear of Braun Strowman for a while!
"Illest" hit the PA and Liv Morgan came to the ring to face Carmella.
Joey Styles: We'll find out which of these women will take on Sasha Banks next week in the Semi-Finals!
"Fabulous" brought the arrival of the hometown girl who got a positive reaction.
The bell rang and Carmella and Liv traded leg kicks back and forth until Liv appeared to get the upper hand. Liv hit several unanswered kicks before the action spilled out to ringside. Carmella hit a superkick on Liv at ringside which left Morgan laying on the floor. Liv rolled in the ring at the referee's 9 count, and Carmella continued the offense.
Corey Graves: These two ladies seeming evenly matched here.
Joey Styles: They've certainly faced each other enough.
Liv came back with a kick, then a flying clothesline, before following up with multiple high kicks. Liv hit the jawbreaker and then a kick to the head. Liv took the opportunity to whip Carmella off the ropes, but Carmella caught herself and hit the Code of Silence!
1..2..3!
Carmella took the pin!
Joey Styles: Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Carmella... who will be the forth? Will it be Alicia Fox or Trish Stratus? We find out later tonight!
Joey Styles: Still to come, Alicia Fox takes on Trish Stratus and Jimmy Havoc goes one on one with Bobby Roode in our main event. Up first though, The Miz is in action against the Gateway Champion, Samoa Joe!
"I Came To Play" by Downstait hit and the crowd booed as Miz made his way to the ring, accompanied by Alex Riley.
Corey Graves: No sign of Titus O'Neil or Darren Young. I guess they're still feeling the effects of being beaten up by Braun Strowman!
Joey Styles: What's interesting about this match is that if The Miz wins, he'll actually face his protégé Alex Riley in the quarter finals.
Corey Graves: Assuming he can beat "The Destroyer" Samoa Joe!
Joey Styles: After what happened in Alex Riley's match with Braun Strowman earlier, I wouldn't put anything past Miz and Riley, Corey!
When The Miz had entered the ring, "Destroyer" hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Samoa Joe headed to the ring. Upon entering the ring, Joe stared at Miz, who looked unnerved at the prospect of going up against the Samoan. The crowd chanted "Joe is gonna kill you", and as the referee called for the bell, Joe pummelled Miz with a series of punches. He whipped Miz against the ropes, before hitting a Samoan drop. Miz got to his feet and Joe hit him with some more right hands, then went for a lariat. Miz ducked out of the way and kicked Joe in the back of the knee, then hit a reverse DDT. He followed it up with a knee drop and hooked the leg, but Joe kicked out at the count of 2. Joe got to his feet and Miz went for the snapmare driver, but Joe blocked it, then hit a bridging dragon suplex. Miz's shoulders were down, and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Corey Graves: Miz is putting up a good fight here Joey, but he still needs to deal with the sheer power of Samoa Joe!
Joe pulled Miz to his feet and hit a folding powerbomb, which he transitioned into an STF. Miz cried out in pain, but he was able to get to the ropes. As Joe got to his feet, Riley reached underneath the bottom rope and grabbed Joe's leg, trying to trip him up. Joe turned around to confront Riley and The Miz took advantage of the distraction, hitting a low blow! The referee didn’t see it, and Miz hit the snapmare driver. He stomped on Joe several times, trying to keep him grounded, then when Joe got to his feet, Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale! He hooked both legs, and used the ropes for leverage! The referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Joey Styles: I told you not to put anything past The Miz, Corey! The former World Champion just got a cheap victory over Samoa Joe!
Corey Graves: The important word there is "victory", Joey! Before the start of this tournament, The Miz hadn't wrestled a match in over seven months and now he's in the King of the Ring Quarter Finals! Amazing!
Miz rolled out of the ring and celebrated with Alex Riley at ringside as Warfare went to a commercial break.
Corey Graves: And now we find out who will face Alexa Bliss in the Semi-Finals!
Joey Styles: Will it be Alicia Fox or Trish Stratus...
"Foxy" hit the PA and Alicia Fox came to the ring. "Bossy" hit next...
Corey Graves: The living legend!
Christy Hemme: And her opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, she is...Trish Stratus!
The bell rang and Alicia got the advantage early on and took control of the match early. Alicia hit Trish with a stiff slap to the face and then attempted an STF. Trish was surprised but she fought her way to the ropes. The two women got outside and Trish hit a Michinoku Driver on the ringside floor. She rolled back into the ring to not be in danger of being counted out. Alicia made it back in at the count of eight. Alicia got into the ring and ate a Chick Kick.
Joey Styles: Trish! Trish is going for the pi...NO!
Instead of pinning Alicia, Trish flipped her over onto her stomach and...
Corey Graves: SHARPSHOOTER! SHARPSHOOTER! Trish Stratus is sending a message to Natalya!
Joey Styles: THE QUEEN IS COMING FOR THE THRONE!
Alicia tapped out, and Trish broke the hold as the bell rang, signaling her victory as Warfare went to commercial.
Joey Styles: Up next, our main event... the former Gateway Champion, Jimmy Havoc takes on the Glorious One, Bobby Roode, for the final spot in the King of the Ring quarter finals!
"I Hope You Suffer" by AFI hit and Jimmy Havoc came out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Havoc was wearing one of Bobby Roode's charred robes as he made his way to the ring.
Corey Graves: Every time I think Jimmy Havoc can't get any weirder, he surprises me Joey.
When Havoc was in the ring, "Glorious Domination" by CFO$ hit and the crowd inside the Barclays Center sang along as Bobby Roode stepped out onto the stage. Roode, who was wearing a glorious royal blue robe, looked at Havoc's charred robe with disdain as he entered the ring. After both men had removed their robes, Roode shouted "you're not glorious!" to Jimmy Havoc. The referee called for the bell and the two superstars began exchanging right hands back and forth. Roode gained the upper hand, and he whipped Havoc against the ropes, then went for a clothesline. Havoc ducked out of the way, ran against the opposing set of ropes, then hit Roode with a discus elbow smash! Havoc then whipped Roode into the corner, before hitting a corner dropkick. As Roode staggered out of the corner, Roode hit him with a snap suplex, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Joey Styles: A strong start by Jimmy Havoc!
Havoc got to his feet and stomped on Roode several times, then pulled him to his feet, setting him up for a piledriver. Roode blocked it, countering with a back body drop, then as Havoc got to his feet, Roode took him down with a spinebuster. He followed it up with a knee drop, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Havoc kicked out! Roode sat Havoc up, and applied a headlock, but Havoc fought out of it and both men got to their feet. Roode and Havoc exchanged punches, but this time Havoc gained the upper hand. He hit Roode with a knee to the midsection, then went for a clothesline, but Roode ducked out of the way, then hit a neckbreaker. He hooked the leg once more - 1... 2... again Havoc kicked out!
Corey Graves: Roode has taken control of this match, but Havoc still won't quit!
Roode looked frustrated, and he pulled Havoc to his feet, then whipped him into the corner. Roode ran at Havoc, going for a corner clothesline, but Havoc got his knees up and blocked it. As Roode staggered backwards, Havoc went to the top rope, then hit a missile dropkick! Both men got to their feet and Havoc hit the Death Valley Driver, then hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... Roode kicked out! As both men got to their feet, Havoc got behind Roode, applying a sleeper hold. Roode broke free, then turned around and hit Havoc with a big boot. Havoc looked dazed as he got to his feet, and Roode set him up for the Glorious DDT... but Havoc blocked it, countering with a wrist lock then hitting the Acid Rainmaker! He hooked the leg once more - 1... 2... 3!
Joey Styles: It's over! Jimmy Havoc advances to the Quarter Finals!
Corey Graves: What a great way to end the show!
Havoc celebrated his victory as Warfare went off the air.
