OOC: Wrote this on the spot-- sorry for no pretty colors. Good luck, Jayme!!!

Since the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments came to an end, it seemingly appeared to be the same thing for The BOSS, Sasha Banks, who had yet to make it known. At the moment, we are backstage at the famous Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Sasha never took herself to be a California girl, mainly because she refused to associate herself with the likes of someone like Katy Perry. However, Renee Young, with her highly inquisitive nature, knew just how to poke and prod her way into the queen of the ring winner’s mind and keep her “Wide Awake”. Puns were the new thing now and most definitely cute, so Sasha had to learn to embrace it (in her mind, at least).
Renee Young: It’s unlike you to be so quiet. We’ve had Jimmy Havoc out there every week, but absolutely nothing from you, Sasha. What’s going on?
Sasha clutched a blingy hand to her chest, clearly offended.
Sasha Banks: You sayin’ I’m loud ain’t exactly a reason for me to come around these parts, Renee. Tuh. You call it quiet, like I don’t have the ability to come out here and speak my piece. What you really need to be sayin’ is I’m on the down low.
Renee raised an eyebrow, clearly not satisfied with this answer.
Renee Young: But why?
Sasha Banks: But why?
Sasha mocked Renee in a tone that would have rubbed even the coolest of cool the wrong way.
Sasha Banks: And they say you’re the best. Tuh. Look, this time last year I was flexin’ on everyone, but apparently I chose the wrong one and got snatched. Natalya gave me a grade-A scalping. It only takes a BOSS once to learn something. I have good memory. I remember things. I remember how I was back then, and I’m changing that so I don’t repeat what happened last time.
Renee Young: I still stand by my statement that this isn’t how you normally are, Sasha.
Sasha Banks: Ok, you do you, boo boo. You stay the same like you always have with your blonde hair and your extra dark eyeliner and side eye.
Renee’s eyes narrowed slightly at the remark by the HBIC, but kept going.
Renee Young: There’s still one other thing we need to address, and that’s your match tonight against Zahra Schreiber.
Sasha Banks: Just two seconds ago I mentioned how I don’t wanna repeat history… But now I’ma look like a fool by saying history will repeat itself in about 10 minutes.
Holding up her wrist, Sasha tapped at an imaginary watch face.
Sasha Banks: Me beating this chick and continuing about my business, like a BOSS. Scratch that name out like a DJ. And you, Renee, needs to swerve like Luda and MOVE! Get out the way.
Sasha stepped up to Renee, who eventually took a step back out of Sasha’s way with a slight yet defiant hesitation. Renee then gave the ultimate side-eye to Banks as she left.
Renee Young: In just a few minutes, we’ll see Sasha and Zahra face off in the ring. Joey, Cory, back to you.
