Sequels are overrated.

EBWF Cameras were rolling as a Toyota Corolla rolled into the garage of the Golden 1 Center. It parked near the front as Randy handed the keys to a tenant. The camera approached him and an off camera voice called out to him.

Cameraman: Hey Randy, mind if we got a few words from you about your match tonight?

Randy looked over at the camera and cocked an eyebrow as he shifted the duffle bag on his shoulder.

Randy Orton: You mean the hastily cobbled together match between two multi-time former World Champions that should be main eventing a PPV?

Cameraman: Why are you driving a Corolla?

Randy rolled his eyes.

Randy Orton: Just because I make millions doesn't mean I'm going to spend extra money on a luxury rental. My hotel is a couple miles from here.

Cameraman: Yeah. Your daily driver is a Maserati. You're a model of fiscal conservatism.

Randy Orton: Feeling saucy today, aren't we Drew?

Drew the Cameraman: If you can't razz your friends, who can you razz? Anyway, your match?

Randy Orton: I have a match with AJ Styles. Last week I had a match with Tomasso Ciampa. I kicked his ass, and it didn't even close the show. This is what they bring me out for occasionally, Drew. And do you know what will happen once I beat AJ Styles tonight?

Drew the Cameraman: What will happen?

Randy Orton: Exactly nothing. No title match, no PPV main event, nothing.

Drew the Cameraman: You've been around when the Trilogy was a thing. Are you concerned that The Miz might get involved? Since they're the, um... "Sequel".

Randy Orton: I know, creativity is not the M.O. for these guys. I'm not terribly worried about the Miz getting involved. If he does, I'm likely to punt his head into San Fransisco, and leave AJ Styles alone as a failed reboot.

Randy smirked and walked off, leaving Drew to fade the shot to black.
