Dreams do come true

A voice over introduced the latest episode of DreamTV, the purple wash on screen fade to show Velveteen Dream stood along in a plain studio. His hair was, unusually for him, simply slicked back. Two big feather earrings hung from each ear. He work a deep purple smoking jacket which was made of silk. It gently glistened under the studio lighting. His eyes were covered by over sized sunglasses which he removed and tossed aside to begin talking. He was using a very slow, methodical voice which still oozed his usual charm and charisma.

Velveteen Dream - At the Royal Rumble all your dreams comes true as it’s your chance to get a double dose of Velveteen. At last I’ll be getting my long over due shot at the Breakout Championship. I’ve been here long enough and paid my dues. It’s about time I was given the chance to show the world what the hashtag number one male diva looks like with gold fixed around his waist. And Chris Zero and Marty Scurll you are the lucky pair to get the best view in the house of the Dream’s first of many title wins.

Velveteen clapped his hands together as he began to speak in a more animated fashion, his flamboyant nature shining through.

Velveteen Dream - Now I know what all you Dreamers are thinking, why on earth am I being paired with two of the least worth talents in the locker room. I can’t blame Marty, if you were given the chance to work with the premium, headlining act in EBWF you wouldn’t turn it down. But is he diva enough to hang with the best in the business, I’m afraid not he’s more of a div-nah. The way he looks he’d be more suited to the “break into yo’ Grandma’s house and steal her prescription meds” title rather than the Breakout Championship. He’ come all the way over from good ol’ blighty to step in the ring with the best and who knew that chance would be given to him so soon. But you can see it when you look him in the eyes he’s out of his depth. He is not strong enough, he is not fast enough and he sure as hell is not fabulous enough to beat me.

Dream ran his hand through his hair pausing for a moment to think.

Velveteen Dream - Then we come to Chris Zero. I’d be surprised if that belt can even fasten up around his sizeable waist. The Breakout Championship has been left in his greasy fried chicken fingers until I was ready for it and at the Royal Rumble I’ll be claiming what is mine. He will simply be known as the guy who came before the greatest Breakout Champion in EBWF history. I can guarantee at the Royal Rumble when he is laid out his back and I mount him for the 1-2-3 count there will be a tear in his eye as he’ll realise that this is the pinnacle of his career. He knows all over the world there will posters of my chiselled, sweaty body on top of his on ever wall of my Dreamers. I am his chance to be a somebody. He’ll dine out on the story of being beaten by the best for the rest of his life.

He chuckled to himself briefly before carrying on.

Velveteen Dream - But to show there’s no hard feelings I’ll let you be the proud owners of the first two official Velveteen Dream EBWF tshirts. Don’t worry Chris honey they come in XXXXXXL so you should be fine.

Dream dropped his robe to reveal a light purple t-shirt with writing in black diamonds that said “I wrestled Velveteen Dream and all I got was this FABULOUS tshirt”. As Dream smiled he slowly turned around to reveal the back which in the same sparkling lettering had the words “and got my ass kicked”

Velveteen Dream – So you see .....

A knock at the door interrupted Dream who looked slightly taken back until the person walking in made him smile from ear to ear. And my goodness what a sight it was. A male drag performer confidently strode into shot. Wearing an impossibly glittering floor length, red gown that looked like it belonged in Jessica Rabbit’s wardrobe. H mocha skin looked perfect, like that of a porcelain dole and a cascade of chestnut hair fell over her shoulder. Her contoured makeup accentuated ever perfect detail and she cocked her head to the side as she and Velveteen Dream air kissed each other on no fewer than 6 occasions, never coming within a foot on making contact with each others skin.

Velveteen Dream – This is Miss Mariah-Whitney Spears-Swift the third and she will be gracing us with a few words on the Dreams next great achievement. Please Miss Spears-Swift enlighten my Dreamers.

The gorgeous lady stepped forward and quietly cleared her throat before a smoothly soft voice filled the room.

Mariah-Whitney Spears-Swift III – Good evening Dreamers it’s Royal Rumble time,
Get ready to hear from 29 other wrestlers about how this evening “will be mine.”
When the bell finally rings and the fans will all cheer,
Velveteen followers there’s no reason to fear.
Havoc and Jericho are numbers two and one,
But if you think they will win it then honey you must be dumb.
They’ll step in the ring ready for the battle of their life,
When they are together you can cut the sexual tension with a knife.
One after one more superstars will come in,
But lets be honest there’s no chance they will win.
Just as you heart sinks as each entrant ain’t our hero,
The clock counts down and ticks over to zero.
Number 19,
It’s the number one male diva Velveteen Dream!
Just the sound of his music the roof will be raised,
Whoever decided to sign Velveteen should be praised.
Each man in the ring their knees will go weak,
To share the ring with Dream they won’t even be able to speak.
Braun Strowman will be so scared even his beard will shake,
When he comes face to face with Velveteen he’ll have a tricky choice to make.
He’ll soon realise trying to compete there’s no hope,
And he’ll eliminate himself by jumping over the top rope.
Each new entrant is thrown out quicker than the last,
You’ve seen someone toss them out so fast.
It gets easier and easier he doesn’t even need to try,
And we realise those 29 other superstars who said they would win it was just a lie.
At the end of the match only Dream will be there,
And for all those doubters they will now have to care.
As those 29 look on and realise the EBWF will never be the same,
When the announce the new World Champion they will....

Velveteen lifted his hand slightly to interrupt Mariah-Whitney Spears-Swift III to finish the sentence.

Velveteen Dream – Say my name.

With that Dream and Spears-Swift linked arms and walked off screen.

Ahhh I just got around to being able to read this. I love it!! Velveteen Dream is awesome and you play him very well. I'm happy to see someone portray him. I also enjoyed the Mariah-Whitney Spears-Swift the third character xD. I def could see Noam Dar tail chasing Mariah-Whitney Spears-Swift III lol! Anyways welcome to EBWF and hope you enjoy it around here. =)
