"The Universal Soldier" Phil Shatter has been billed for an upcoming edition of EBWF:Warfare. For those that don't know who Phil Shatter is he was formerly of iMPACT Wrestling. He went by the name Gunner there and he is a former Television Champion and Tag Team Champion. EBWF has been going through a recent spree of releasing so guess they're just trying to freshen up the roster. It will be interesting to see how Phil Shatter fits in with the EBWF Company.
