Austin seen at EBWF offices

The internet wrestling community was a hive of activity today as pictures emerged online of none other than Stone Cold Steve Austin leaving the EBWF head office. Recent rumours have stated that Stone Cold has been looking for a return to the squared circle and favours a move to EBWF as he holds closer ties to those on the roster than either WWE or TNA.

With the imminent launch of the WWE network and rumours gathering pace that John Cena may walk away when his contract expires later this year the EBWF may find themselves in need of a boost in the ratings war.

A source close to Austin said he's in the best shape of his life having been out of the ring so long, however he is trying to downplay that. He has told friends he feels amazing but wants Wes Ikeda to believe he is one headlock away from being a cripple so when they sit down he can negotiate himself a fairly flexible road schedule.

It is worth noting with the EBWF world tour in full flow it is not known if any senior members of staff would have still been in the USA to meet with Austin for the discussions.
