[[As EBWF returns from it’s commercial break, the camera pans around the jam packed Chesapeake Energy Arena. The Oklahoma fans are rowdy and the air buzzes with electricity as the premier wrestling promotion in the world continues it’s march towards WrestleMania.]]
Jim Ross: Well ladies and gentlemen, we are quickly approaching WrestleMania XIII.
Jerry Lawler: Oh you said it JR, everything is coming together. Every year EBWF does is bigger and better, and this year looks like it’s going to be the best there’s ever been!
Jim Ross: I think you may be right King. I have called a lot of events in my time, but I can’t remember anything that looked as promising as WrestleMania thi-
[[Before JR can finish his thought, the lights go out. The entire arena quickly falls into darkness.]]
Jim Ross: Folks, I’m sorry. It seems we’re having a little bit of technical difficulties.
[[No sooner can good ol’ JR finish his apologies than the giant screen flickers with an image of fire dancing on the top of a stick bring some illumination to the situation. As the small flame is drawn to a lamp we can see the cause. Bray Wyatt sits with his family Luke Harper and Erick Rowan standing behind him. Luke and Erick are wearing their tradition garb. Luke’s shabby and stained wifebeater tee hangs loose over his towering 6’5” body. Rowan has on his moss green jump suit and bizarre sheep head mask. He looms even higher than Harper at 6’8” of intimidation. But both men’s dominate physical presence is muted by the sheer volume of insanity emitted by the man sitting in the lone rocking chair. Bray has on a black EBWF logo shirt on under his Hawaiian luau top. His beard scratched against his clothes as he slowly rocks his head back and forth. Menacingly grinning with his twisted smile. His straw fedora pulled down perhaps a little too far, done so to conceal his eyes that drip with evil intentions.]]
Bray Wyatt: How quickly people try to forget. You see, it’s natural to want to hide themselves from the truth. But the truth doesn’t disappear simply because you wish it away. That scratch against your window isn’t always just a tree in the wind, sometimes it something much darker. It’s the truth. And you can close your eyes! Pretend it’s nothing but illusion! ...But deep down, in places you don’t talk about, you know what’s there. The truth.
A couple of weeks ago, Ron Killings, a man who claims the moniker of Truth, defeated me. And the people celebrated. Because they wanted this false prophet of LIES to have vanquished the real truth from their lives. If they could drive him away, if they could rid themselves of the vessel, than maybe they wouldn’t be forced to look upon the 1,000 Truths I speak about. They could return to worshiping false idols and basking in the fictitious glory of all those lights, and fireworks, and the warm embrace of idolatry habits.
[[At this point Erick Rowan begins to lean in, closer and closer. The painted eyes on his rubber sheep mask seemingly staring their dead gaze into the camera. Bray slowly pats Erick on the head.]]
Bray Wyatt: I think it’s time the people receive their shepherd. You see sheep don’t wander from the path out of malicious intent. Sheep just follow the herd. And that is what you have done. You have closed your eyes to the truth, and allowed this dream, this fantasy to take you over. The shinny objects of affection, the constant affirmation that you indeed are special, the lies you so desperately want to be the truth. WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WAKE UP AND SEE THE WORLD FOR WHAT IT IS! You are not in the company of your brothers, you are lost in a barren wasteland. The sheep you have followed are not leaders, they are followers of lies, and they have led you to this point! The point from which there is no return.
[[Wyatt laughs and begins to hum the tune of “Mary Had a Little Lamb.” Luke Harper now slouches down and joins his brothers as they stare into the camera.]]
Luke Harper: We are not here to save you, we are here to destroy you.
[[Both Luke and Erick draw back and stand upright again allowing Bray to continue his maniacal rant.]]
Bray Wyatt: The time for salvation is upon you. And it is for you to seek out. I am the Man of 1,000 Truth, which you have been preview to. But those who hide from truth must be dealt with. Those who can not embrace truth must be destroyed. For when one little lamb begins to venture off the righteous path, they take with them the flock. The time for patience is over, you have had your chance to join with us and Sister Abigail. Her touch could have saved your world, but now her kiss will see it destroyed. You will know why I am The Eater of Worlds!
[[Bray rocks slowly in his chair as he quietly laughs.]]
Bray Wyatt: This is the way the world ends – This is the way the world ends – This is the way the world ends – Not with a bang but a whimper.
I will hear the echo of your cries, the screaming of the people, it will be loud and violent. But one by one, those voices will disappear. Until there is only the last of you. And you know you are alone, you will whisper in my ear, making your final pleas for compassion and forgiveness. But I will turn away from your desperation, as you have turned away from us in this moment. Opportunity is growing dim, as this lantern’s oil is burned in time, so too is your fate. And when the fate of all the EBWF is burned, the flame will go out, and darkness will fall.
[[Bray Wyatt then blows out the lantern.]]
Jim Ross: That is a dangerous man King.

O.O.C. - So, for the time being I'm taking over the Wyatt family. I have no idea if Justin is going to be back or not, if he is, than I'm just keeping his seat warm so-to-speak. It feels weird RPing as someone other than Nash...or the occasional Braden Walker...but it's also kind of exciting to get to try out some new digs and see how they fit. I'll still be harassing everyone over Twitter as Big Kev, but this was just something I wanted to try out.
Obviously feedback is appreciated. In truth, I have only seen like 2 Bray Wyatt promos ever, so I hope I'm not too far off the mark, but if I am, would you kindly nudge me in the right direction? Thanks and love to you all. :)
Only truth can save you.
Re: Only truth can save you.
Nick, I always love what you write and this is another one. Even though I want more Nash and Walker, I can deal with Wyatt. Lol.
Re: Only truth can save you.
Yeah, this was really sick! If you were able to do this with two Wyatt promos, you my friend are a ledge (legend) in my book aha! X
