The Legend Lives
The Legend Lives
There is a chill in the Philips Arena, and smoke fills the entrance way and the ramp down to the ring. As smoke fills the entrance and ramp way you here The Undertakers gong, and the fans in the arena rise to there feet waiting to see The Phenom. Rest In Peace plays throughout the Philips Arena, and The Undertaker, steps out onto the stage and walks slowly to the ring. As The Undertaker, walks up the ring steps the fans are chanting Undertaker. The Prince Of Darkness, walks up the ring steps and signals for the lights to comeback on in the arena, he gets inside the ring and grabs a microphone and brings it to his lips and begins to talk.
The Undertaker: I have nothing but, respect for my opponent Mick Foley, we have had some legendary battles in the past. For those battles he has my respect but, just because he has earned my respect doesn't mean I'm not going to strike down upon him with a demons fury. Mick, you didn't get the job done at Wrestlemania, and you won't get the job done against me neither.
Undertaker, lowers the microphone and listens to the fans chant Undertaker, the fans are showing The Deadman respect, because he's a legend in the business Taker brings the microphone back up to his lips and begins speaking.
The Undertaker: Mick Foley, you failed to live up to your own expectations and you will fail to live up to your expectations again on Warfare when you face me. You will fail to beat me, your body will be left laying lifeless in the middle of the ring because, I'm going to take your soul. Mick, your going to step up to me and you will fall to me Monday, on Warfare. There is no doubt me and you will have a battle but, I'm going to win the war.
Taker, steps more towards the camera and looks into it.
The Undertaker: Mick, your rise back to the top will fall to me. Your quest to the breakout championship failed, just like your rise back to the top will fail as well. Foley, your right your chances against me are not good at all and the people you expect to see you broken and battered in the middle of the ring thats what there going to see. Mick Foley, your soul will be mine.
The Demon Of Death Valley, walks back away from the camera and to the center of the ring.
The Undertaker: Foley, me and you both are legends but, I will be the legend that leaves the ring. You see Mick, two legends will step into this ring to do battle but, I will be the survivor. I will come out of this war being the Last Outlaw, Mick Foley your doubting yourself and your questioning your legacy. This Monday, on Warfare, Mick you have to prove to yourself that you still got it and you have to prove your legacy. Mick Foley, your soul belongs to me and come Warfare, you will Rest In Peace.
Rest In Peace begins to play throughout the Philips Arena, as the camera slowly fades.
Re: The Legend Lives
Hi John,
Welcome to the EBWF! Happy to have you aboard. I wanted to offer you some feedback about your first RP. I like some of your description, and you write a good Undertaker. My suggestion would be to consider writing your RPs in a word processor, such as Microsoft Word. There are some spelling and grammar errors (there/they're/their, your/you're, etc.). If you don't have Microsoft Word, another popular word processor that has grammar and spell check is LibreOffice ( http://www.libreoffice.org ), and it's free. Spelling and Grammar are two things that are considered when judging RPs, so improving this can improve your chances of winning dramatically.
This was a good first RP, looking forward to reading more from you.
