“Ghana currently fits into the biblical description of hell; a scorching hot place, filthy and dangerously polluted, packed with criminal, wicked and merciless people, liars, thieves, hypocrites, greed and selfish people, self centered and self righteous people, seriously rotten society full of rude and arrogant people, nation wreckers, hero worshipers and blind follower, poisonous snakes. That is the true picture of Ghana today if anyone dares to face it.”
The camera turns to come face to face with a grinning and masked Mankind.
“Those are not my words, I simply borrowed them from an article. An article written by a citizen of Ghana, a citizen who loves Ghana so much that he felt that he needed to tell the truth about it. Truth, that is apparently something that you cannot bring yourself to admit, Kofi. You want to grab the flag of Ghana and wave it high, then maybe you should know the truth of the place you claim is so great to be your inspiration. You want to fight for those criminals, liars, and thieves then you go right ahead. But don’t preach to us about how great a place it is you come from. A place where piracy still runs rampant. I may not be in my right mind all the time but I do know that I represent one of the greatest nations on earth, the good ol’ U, S of A!”
He brings a hand up to his mouth, biting his fingers as he goes into a fit of giggles, rocking back and forth where he stands, head bobbing up and down for a moment before he rips his fingers from his mouth with a cry of rage, using the same hand to smack the side and back of his head.
“Kofi! We enter this match with one goal in mind. The goal of moving forward in the King Of The Ring tournament. You do not have what it takes to be a king! Your stance on anti-establishment alone makes you unworthy of the title. I may be a lot of things, Kofi, but I am ready and focused on our match this week which is more than I can say for you. You can go ahead and discount me before you even step into the ring with me, but that’s your own funeral there.”
He lets out another laugh, shaking his head back and forth quickly.
“NO! No, Kofi… You are not a proven talent. Your past has nothing to do with the here and now, nor the future. You have nothing but confidence in yourself and your ability but when was the last time anyone cared about you? Now you come out here and down talk America. You turn an entire country against you and more importantly you turn them onto my side. Yes Kofi, because of you I have an entire country behind me, cheering me, eager to see me kick your ass from ring post to ring post. Thank you Kofi, you are pushing my legendary status further and further with each self diluted word you speak. So I guess in the end all I have to say is… thank you?”
He offers a shrug before turning and just randomly walking off.
