• Sharing some Harsh Words

“They say that a man with nothing left to lose is the most dangerous man there is. What more can this life take away from me that it hasn’t done so already? How much deeper can my hell become than it already is. There is no where for me to go but up. I’ve hit rock bottom, I’ve seen how deep and dark life can be and now it’s time that I start looking for the light at the end of that tunnel and claw my way back.”

Mankind rocks back and forth on screen as he speaks, surrounded by darkness.

“But now I find that light obstructed by a single person. No… not a person, he is a monster. Kane has been standing in my way ever since I started to make by ascension here in the EBWF. He stands in my way at every turn, taking chances and opportunities from me. But I’ve had enough!”

He shouts, grabbing at his hair and ripping some out. A sound makes him turn and suddenly Kane walks into view, standing next to Mankind, looking down at him from beneath that emotionless mask.

“Mankind, I am not here to listen to you throw yourself a pity party. I am not here to feel sorry for you. I am here to push you to elevate yourself and push this whole company to a higher potential. So you can take all your whining and complaining and sniveling and shove into someone else’s face.”

“You could have targeted anyone on that roster, Kane! You came bursting down my door.”

“That’s right, I came after you. I decided to start with the lowest man on the totem pole and work my way up the roster. You got a problem with that then you take that up with yourself, not me.”

The two men stare each other down for a moment.

“You started this whole thing and tonight, I am going to finish it.”

“No, Mankind, tonight is when I actually get things started. And make no mistake, this will not be over for you quick or easy.”
