A New Level

The crowd erupted as "Fear Nothing" blasted onto the sound system. That meant only one thing, and there he was. Justin Gabriel walked out onto the stage and smiled out at the crowd. He crouched down as he looked out over the audience and took in all the cheers. He could hear the women over the men as they screamed at the top of their lungs. Gabriel waited for a second before he stood up and made his descent down the ramp towards the ring. The crowd continued to cheer as he made his interactions with them down the aisle. Gabriel slid into the ring and jumped up onto the turnbuckle. He arched his back and raised his chin and let out a large howl into the air. The crowd howled along with Gabriel. He smiled and jumped off the turnbuckle and turned and asked for a microphone. With the microphone in hand, Gabriel turned and walked to the center of the ring. He raised the microphone up to his lips and spoke out once the crowd quieted down.

Justin Gabriel: "I know it's not a full moon tonight, but it looks like there's a lot of werewolves out tonight!!!"

Justin got another loud pop of howls throughout the arena. He chuckled a little before he spoke out again.

Justin Gabriel: "Well werewolves, here we are again, the Finals. This isn't the King of the Ring. This isn't a tournament for glory, no. However, this is the Path to Glory. Tonight, I fight for a chance once again to make history. A chance again to make my name known all over the world. Later tonight, I will walk back down that ramp and I will step through these ropes to compete for chance to be the Number One Contender for the Path to Glory Championship."

The crowd cheered out as Gabriel mentioned the Path to Glory Championship.

Justin Gabriel: "I've been the EBWF Intercontinental Champion. I've been the EBWF Tag-Team Champion. I've held championships in other companies. I've made it so close to greatness. I've made to the Finals of the King of the Ring Tournament. I've done all that, but I haven't closed the deal. I haven't made it to that next level. I've failed to reach the top of the mountain so many times. And I'm tired of trying. I'm tired of failing. I'm ready for the next step. I know you're all ready for me to get to the next step. Am I right?"

Justin held the microphone high in the air and allowed the EBWF Universe to scream out their approval.

Justin Gabriel: "So tonight, I make the changes need to get to that next step. Tonight, I will come back out here and I will square off against Adam Rose. I will win the this number one contendership, no offense to Adam, but I need this win more than he does. Then once I win this, I will go on to win the Path to Glory Championship. Then it will be my time to shine. I will be on the right path. I will be on the Path to Glory and I will be one step closer to reaching my goal. I'll be one step closer to becoming the new EBWF World Champion. A goal and a dream that I have had since I stepped foot into this company. A dream that I have had since I became a professional wrestler. This is a dream job. What I do in this ring, I do because it flows through my veins. I live, I breathe, and I sweat this business."

Gabriel took a pause as he stood there in the center of the ring. The crowd waited as it looked at he wasn't finished speaking. After a few moments, Gabriel raised the microphone back up to his lips and spoke out once again.

Justin Gabriel: "Adam, we have both battled in this tournament. Tonight it all comes to a head. Tonight, the real competition comes out. I know you're new here in EBWF, and you've made quite a name for yourself as you advanced up through this tournament. I've noticed you aligning yourself with certain people, and honestly, they're going to help you out. They'll show you how to get to the top faster than anything. But the way they're going to show you is the dirtiest way that you can get there. They're going to show you how to lie, cheat, and steal your way to victory. And if that's the way you want to go, if that's the path that you want to take, then so be it. My path however, my path is going to be the right path."

Gabriel paused for another second.

Justin Gabriel: "I've fought through everything to make it here. I've gotten let go from this company, but here I stand before you now. Why? Because I showed up when it matters most. I've had a few set backs, but I've worked and I've worked and now, I'm showing just what that work has done. I'm back here in EBWF to prove a point. Not just to myself, but to everyone that doubts me. To all those that were behind me getting let go before. I'm Justin Gabriel. I'm the real deal and no matter who says other wise, I will prove you wrong. I'm not afraid to fly higher than I've ever flown before. I'm not afraid to get hurt worse than I've been hurt before. I'm used to the pain, I'm use to the hurt. That is why I do this. I do this because I'm not afraid. I fought AJ Styles in a Glass Tables Match and I lost. I was picking glass out of my back for days, but you know what. I'm still here and I'm still doing things that could put me in a wheelchair. Why? Because that's just who I am.

So Adam, I'm not saying that you don't have a chance. I'm not going to stay that this is going to be a walk in the park. I'm not expecting that. What I am expecting is a fight. Heck, I'm wishing and praying for a fight. I want you to come out here tonight ready to do whatever it takes to win. So take all the training that you can, because like I said, I want this to be a fight. There will be no doubting. There will be no second guessing anything coming out of this match. Tonight, Adam Rose and Justin Gabriel will prove to the world that the next generation of stars are here. Tonight, there will be a rebirth in the title pictures of EBWF and everyone can believe that."

The crowd cheered out again.

Justin Gabriel: "The Rose vs The Werewolf. All I have to say, you better have some thorns Adam because I'm coming to trample you. Believe that, and believe in the unbelievable."

Gabriel dropped the microphone and exited the ring. The crowd cheered as "Fear Nothing" blasted back onto the sound system. Gabriel walked back up the ramp and escaped through the curtain.
