The scene opened up backstage at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg. Renee Young was stood in the designated interview area with two cameras pointed towards her. She was nervously rearranging her hair in a mirror being held by an assistant.

Assistant: You're never this nervey, Renee. What's up, sweetie?

Renee Young: I AM NOT DISCUSSING THIS NOW.

The assistant looked taken aback by this sudden outburst, and continued to hold the mirror silently.

"Hey Renee!"

Renee jumped, knocking the mirror into the assistant's face and turned to the side of the set. The source of the voice became apparent, as Seth Rollins stepped into the interview area. He looked at Renee, who couldn't seemed to muster a word, her hair a mess.

Seth Rollins: What's wrong? I haven't seen you since our last interview, I've missed y-

Seth stopped as he noticed Renee's gaze shift suddenly from his face to over his shoulder. Her eyes had widened. Two beams of light shone bright, and through them emerged an almost radiant figure. The lights from behind shone through his apparently golden locks of hair. The figure poured some water on his head, and it appeared to happen in slow motion as he walked into the interview area, taking his place at the side of Seth.

Dean Ambrose didn't even acknowledge his brother. He came to a halt as he locked eyes with the blonde opposite him. Her eyes met his and the air grew suddenly icy. They both stared at each other, facing one another in some kind of silent stand-off.

Seth Rollins: ...oh.

After a few more awkward seconds - which felt like a thousand - Dean spoke through gritted teeth.

Dean Ambrose: Where... is... Grisham?!

There was no response, until eventually one of the cameramen spoke up nervously.

Cameraman: He's, uh.. He's doing a follow-up to his documentary on the catering area.

Dean stared at the cameraman, his eyes wide and frightening. There was more awkward silence - Renee not taking her eyes off of Dean, Dean's eyes locked with a frightened cameraman, and Seth's eyes switching between each person, looking utterly beyond words.

Cameraman: ...the first one won awards-

Cameraman #2: Dude-

Dean suddenly made a shushing noise, putting his finger to his lips. He turned his head to Renee once more and his eyes narrowed.

Dean Ambrose: Let's just get this over with.

He turned to Rollins and slapped him on the back.

Dean Ambrose: Hey bro.

Seth just looked at Dean and shook his head slightly, his mouth open.

Renee cleared her throat, brushed herself down and turned to the camera, speaking quietly to herself.

Renee Young: Just remember what mom told you Renee... Be professional...

She nodded to the cameramen and took a deep breath.

Renee Young: ...Joining me at this-

Lighting guy: Do you need these lights or not?

The five of them turned to behind Seth and Dean, where two large stage lights were still beaming down on the area where Dean had entered.

Cameraman #2: Oh, no. Why were they even there?

The lighting guy shrugged and switched both lights off.

Renee Young: ...Joining me at this time - Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins.

Seth Rollins: How you doing, Renee?

Dean Ambrose: Okay.

Renee took another deep breath.

Renee Young: We'll start with you Seth. The King of the Ring tournament begins tonight and you face off in the first round against Syxx - a veteran here in the EBWF. How do you feel going into this tournament tonight?[/color]

Seth Rollins: Before I get to that Renee, let me remind you and the entire world that me and Dean here proved what we were all about at Death Before Dishonor - and that is delivering on promises and stepping up take out whoever is in front of us. Punk thought he and his bottom-bitch Gallows were the enlightened ones... Well, Gallows didn't look like he had been saved when his face was destroyed by foot driving it through the mat, did he? Now I know that was a mouthful but it was worth is. Just reminding myself of that moment sends chills up my spine.

Dean Ambrose: And when I introduced that rambling self-obsessed face of Punk's to the death it had so thoroughly earned - well, I slept easy for the first time in months. Just knowing that me and Seth had exposed the lies and weaknesses of CM Punk in front of millions of people worldwide restored my faith in the world. There is justice afterall - and it tastes so much better when you cook it up yourself and serve it personally.

Dean patted Seth on the back a couple of times and turned around, looking away from the cameras and Renee.

Seth Rollins: And tonight I go from the path of enlightenment to the path of Kings. The path of immortality and the path which leads to the top here in the EBWF. My journey to where I belong begins tonight with Syxx. It's hard to speak about Syxx when you're not even sure if he exists half of the time. It's certainly hard to speak negatively about the guy. The man is a rare entity - elusive yet successful. And you never know which Syxx you're coming up against - I certainly don't. He could show up with his mind elsewhere or show up and show you exactly why he's been so heralded over 3 decades. He's an enigma, and I can't wait to see which Syxx I get. Either way - it ends with my hand raised and another victory well earned.

Dean turned back to where Renee was holding the microphone and almost shoved Seth aside in the process. Seth smiled and nodded towards Dean.

Dean Ambrose: And me - I have to do it all again. I have to be in the presence of that maniacal scumbag CM Punk. The sickness of it all is twofold - it makes me sick that I have to look that demon in the eyes once again, but I'll be sick with pleasure over rearranging every inch of his face once again. It's one of those things, y'know... Where you get such a good feeling out of doing something so wrong and twisted? I took so much pleasure in beating the hell out of that straight-edge sycophant and his shiny-headed lapdog last Sunday that I would've spent hours in confession if I thought any higher power could save my soul. Yes tonight I have to do it all again... And I can't wait. It's gonna be sweeter than whisky, sweeter than chocolate - and sweeter than the love of any woman.

He shot a smug look at Renee, who looked like she might burst into tears.

Dean Ambrose: I almost feel bad for my brother here - he just gets to go out and do what he does best tonight, and that is outperform his opponent. Trust me, I know I'm one hell of a fighter, and I can go toe-to-toe with anybody in this business and beat them senseless, but Seth? He was born an icon. 50 years from now, even if they're talking about how Dean Ambrose could take the fight to the best of them, and come out bloody in victory - they'll definitely be talking about whether or not they saw Shawn Michaels in the flesh, saw Ric Flair in person or saw Seth Rollins push the limits of what we do. It's gonna be a hell of a ride, and it all begins tonight. I take out Punk once and for all, and Seth gets the job done with Syxx. If we meet along the way in all of this, then we go at it like nobody else can. Whichever of us comes out on top - it doesn't matter. What we're all doing here in EBWF - it'll all go the same way. With Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins head and shoulders above the rest.

Seth Rollins: Syxx and Punk - two very different men, but with the same fates tonight. I just hope I get Gallows in the next round so that I can have a little bit of extra fun too. No beatdown like a personal beatdown, am I right?

Dean Ambrose: Like you even need to ask.

Seth Rollins: Syxx can come and go all he pleases. Every time he runs into me, he'll wish he stayed in whatever crypt he came from. He's got his followers, he's got his history, he should be able to go home happy. It's a shame he has to take one more step back in his career as in it's twilight he once again fails to overcome those who have came after him in this business. I have very little opinion of the man but he has all the respect in the world from me. I don't care how strange you are - I mean look at who I choose to hang around with.

Dean shot him a confused look.

Seth Rollins: And I don't care what you get upto backstage or wherever the hell you choose to be. Unless you've been stupid enough to make it personal with me like Punk has - then all I care about is how you carry yourself after the bell rings. You take me to my limit? I'll respect you forever as someone who has upped my game. I take you out in a matter of minutes? You just couldn't hang with the best. Whichever one of those is you tonight, Syxx, I'm glad you could play a part. If we weren't around, sure man, you could be King. The bar would be set much lower. But with the likes of us here? The standard is just too high. You'll see.

Dean Ambrose: Tonight. Warfare. Winnipeg. Home of Y2J himself - we show you why WE are the real kings of the world.

Seth Rollins: And the best at what we do.

Dean stormed straight off of the set as Seth stared smiled and nodded at Renee, and followed him.
