"Missile" by Dorothy played as the crowd's disposition soured at the Wells Fargo Center. Out walked the Women's Champion, not yet in her wrestling gear. She was wearing a white top and a pair of Citizens of Humanity dark wash distressed jeans. The EBWF Women's Championship was draped over her shoulder. With a confident smile, she waved at legions of fans who were booing her. Snatching a microphone from the hands of a ringside technician, she walked up the steps. She barked at the staff member who handed her the microphone, pointing at the ropes. Dutifully, the man got onto the apron and sat on the second rope, allowing Nattie to easily step into the ring. She stood in the center of the ring as her music faded, waiting patiently for the crowd to die down.

They didn't.

With a dramatic eyeroll, Nattie brought the mic to her lips and spoke over them.

Natalya: It's okay, keep booing me. I'm grown accustomed to your disrespect. It's common for lesser people to be jealous of their betters. One thing I can't get used to is the smell. Nineteen thousand people in here and I'm betting a hundred of you took a shower before you got here.

She scrunched her nose in disgust, looking around at the audience.

Natalya: As your Women's Champion, I've agreed to be a powerful example for women everywhere. Last week I successfully teamed with the psychopath known as Tomasso Ciampa, and successfully carried him to a win. And two weeks before that, I beat Trish Stratus clean in the middle of the ring. That's my commitment to the fans of EBWF. I will fight anyone, anywhere. Title or non-title. But tonight, I'm doing something that none of you have ever seen before. As the most prolific champion of the modern era, it is my responsibility to keep the EBWF Universe entertained every week. To that end, I will have match tonight that people will talk about for decades to come.

Natalya breathed deeply and exhaled into the mic.

Natalya: Tonight, I am going to fight a dinosaur.

She nodded to herself in grim determination as the crowd collectively groaned.

Natalya: Velvet Sky is a woman who has seen it all here in the EBWF. She's done it all and she's seen women come and go. She's outlasted every worthless hag who has scampered out the back door because they thought this was some kind of easy paycheck. For that, she has... some... respect from me. That's where it ends. Her longevity in this business does not make us peers. Velvet Sky is a woman who has been rudderless for a long time now. She's got no strategy, no vision, no plans. And most importantly, she has no chance at beating me tonight. To put it in perspective: The chance that the Flyers have at seeing the Stanley Cup? It's less than that.

Cheap heat, but it worked. The crowd responded exactly how she wanted them to.

Natalya: Tonight, I am going to continue my streak of success that none of you will ever even sniff in your lifetimes. Feel free to take photos of the greatest women to ever grace your presence. You'll get a great shot tonight of me making Velvet Sky tap out.

Nattie smiled and put the mic down as her music played. She exited up the ramp, holding her championship belt high above her head as she disappeared behind the curtain.
