Mauro Ranallo: Good evening and welcome to Warfare! We are live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we are just 6 days away from the 2018 Royal Rumble!
Corey Graves: For the first time ever, the Royal Rumble match will crown a new EBWF World Champion. Talent from all around the world want a spot in the Rumble and a shot at the gold... and one of those superstars is about to make his EBWF debut!
"One True Villain" by Hot Tag Media Works hit and the crowd booed as the Villain, Marty Scurll, made his way to the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: In 2012, Marty Scurll went on a UK dating show and got himself a date. He'll be hoping he has a date with destiny on Sunday and can walk out the new EBWF World Champion!
After Scurll had entered the ring, Chris Hero came out to cheers from the crowd. Once Hero was in the ring, the referee called for the bell. Hero went to hit Scurll with a right hand, but Scurll blocked it, then whipped Hero against the ropes. As Hero ran back towards him, Scurll hit a dropkick. Scurll took control of the match, and after hitting a swinging double underhook suplex, he hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Hero kicked out! Hero fought back, and after hitting Scurll with the Cravate Buster, he signalled for the Cyclone Kick! Scurll got to his feet, and Hero went for his finisher... but Scurll ducked out of the way, then hit Hero with the Bird of Prey! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! An impressive victory for Marty Scurll!
Scurll celebrated, then made his way to the back.
As Marty Scurll made his way to the back, "Break the Walls Down" hit and Chris Jericho headed to the ring. Chris Hero was still in the ring, and upon entering the ring, Jericho hit Hero with a Codebreaker! He threw Hero out of the ring and grabbed a microphone, then began to speak.
Chris Jericho: Two weeks ago, our esteemed General Manager Jimmy Havoc made the blockbuster announcement that for the first time ever, the winner of the Royal Rumble will become the new EBWF World Champion. Just when I thought that greasy haired Goth couldn't have any more surprises up his sleeve, last week it was revealed that not only will Bret Hart be entering the Rumble, he has been given the coveted number 30 spot. Are you kidding me? The guy is 60 years old, he shouldn't be in the Rumble at all, he should be in a retirement home. Havoc has made some shocking decisions as GM, but giving Bret Hart another run in EBWF might just be the worst decision of all. He's trying to stroke Bret's ego, but he might just give Bret a stroke. Jimmy, for the good of this company, I urge you to come out here and remove Bret Hart from the Royal Rumble match. It's the right thing to do.
Jericho stood in the ring, but there was no sign of Havoc.
Chris Jericho: I'm waiting, James. I can wait all night if I have to.
A few moments later, "I Hope You Suffer" hit and Jimmy Havoc walked to the ring, microphone in hand. After entering the ring, Havoc waited for his music to be cut, then began to speak.
Jimmy Havoc: So let me get this straight, Chris. You're upset that Bret Hart is in the Rumble because he's too old?
Jericho nodded.
Chris Jericho: Far, far too old. He's ancient.
Jimmy Havoc: But you're not that much younger than him are you?
The crowd laughed. Jericho looked furious.
Chris Jericho: I'm 47 years old you son of a...
Havoc cut him off.
Jimmy Havoc: Hey! You leave Mrs Havoc out of this. I'm 33, so 47 is pretty old to me. Besides, if you really don't think Bret is fit to compete, shouldn't you be happy he's in the Rumble? It's one less guy for you to worry about. Like you, Bret Hart is an EBWF legend, and he deserves his place in the Royal Rumble. So I'm not going to remove him from the match, but if it will make you feel better, I'll let you pick your number for the Rumble. How does that sound?
Jericho looked delighted.
Chris Jericho: Great! I pick...
Havoc cut him off again.
Jimmy Havoc: I'll give you a choice. Number one or number two. Take your pick, mate.
Jericho's smile was quickly replaced by a frown.
Chris Jericho: What the hell? You're trying to screw me, you little...
Havoc cut him off a third time. Jericho was getting more and more angry, which seemed to amuse Havoc.
Jimmy Havoc: Chris, if I was trying to screw you, then you wouldn’t be in the match. I'm just giving you a chance to truly earn the EBWF World Title, and literally outlast every other superstar on the roster. Isn't that what you want?
As Jericho thought about it, his ego seemed to get the better of him.
Chris Jericho: I've done it before, I can do it again. I pick number one.
Havoc smiled.
Jimmy Havoc: Excellent choice. And in the interest of fairness, I'll even let you know who you'll be starting the Rumble with! He is one of the most talented wrestlers in EBWF, and he's here tonight. In fact, he's in this ring with you right now.
As the crowd realised who Havoc meant, they began to cheer. Jericho's eyes widened.
Chris Jericho: You?
Jimmy Havoc: Me. And if you lay so much as a finger on me before the Royal Rumble match on Sunday, you will be fired. So best behaviour, Chris. I'd hate to be the guy who fires Wes Ikeda's favourite.
Havoc smirked, then dropped his microphone. His music hit and Havoc made his way to the back as Warfare went to a commercial break.
As Warfare returned from a commercial break, "Illest" by Far East Movement hit and the crowd cheered as Liv Morgan made her way to the ring for the next match.
Mauro Ranallo: Welcome back! Up next, we've got women's action as Liv Morgan takes on the Women's Champion, Mandy Rose. Liv will be looking to make history on Sunday and become the first woman to win successive Royal Rumbles!
After Morgan had entered the ring, "Kiss From a Rose" by Wake Me hit and the crowd booed as Mandy Rose headed to the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Mandy Rose has been on a bit of a losing streak since winning the Women's Title, but she looks as confident as ever.
Corey Graves: Of course she looks confident, Mauro... have you seen her? She's gorgeous! And she won the Women's Title in her debut!
Upon entering the ring, Mandy began taunting Liv Morgan. The referee called for the bell and the two women locked up. Rose applied a headlock, but Morgan countered with a hammerlock. Rose tried to fight out of it, but as she turned around, Morgan took her down with a clothesline. Rose got to her feet, and Morgan whipped her against the ropes, then hit an arm drag. Morgan controlled the match for several more minutes, then hit Rose with an STO. She went to the top rope, and hit a moonsault!
Mauro Ranallo: Tremendous athleticism by Liv Morgan!
Morgan hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! Morgan pulled Rose to her feet and set her up for a DDT, but Rose countered with a bridging northern lights suplex! Morgan's shoulders were down and the referee made the count, but Morgan kicked out at the count of 2. For the next few minutes, the match was even, with neither superstar able to take control. Rose then whipped Morgan into the corner, and ran at her, going for a corner clothesline. Morgan moved out of the way at the last second, causing Rose to collide with the turnbuckles! Morgan grabbed Rose from behind, hitting a back suplex, then pulled her to her feet and ran towards the corner, hitting the #201! She hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! Liv Morgan gets the victory!
Morgan celebrated the ring, then made her way to the back. Rose looked frustrated and she began arguing with the referee as Morgan headed up the ramp.
Corey Graves: This next match up is going to see the rather odd Tomasso Ciampa take on the equally as strange Velveteen Dream!
"Velveteen" hit the PA, and the aforementioned superstar made a fashionable entrance with a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Mauro Ranallo: The EBWF Universe doesn't really know what to make of Dream here tonight.
"Psycho Killer" filled the ring, and Ciampa was out next.
Mauro Ranllo: We'll see if Project Ciampa can overcome the Purple Rainmaker tonight.
The bell rang, and the men started things off with a collar and elbow tie up, which the Velveteen Dream was able to reverse into a waist lock takedown. Dream dished out some back and forth uppercut strikes.
Corey Graves: Ciampa is eating some right hands!
Ciampa dropped Dream with a back elbow strike, and mauled him in the corner. Dream fought back with an exploding clothesline, and transitioned to a ground and pound attack. Dream repeatedly stomped on Ciampa's chest. Ciampa grabbed Dream by the ankle and tried to get him into the armbar. Dream rolled through, and got to his feet. Ciampa followed and walked right into the spine buster. Velveteen Dream scrambled to the top rope for the Purple Rainmaker and hooked the leg for the pin.

Corey Graves: Dream has done it! Just one week from the Royal Rumble, and what a debut for the Velveteen Dream.
Dream celebrated and had his hand raised in victory as EBWF went to commercial.
Renee Young was seen backstage at EBWF Warfare holding a microphone in her right hand, ready to interview the two newest signees of the company, Candice LeRae, and Jeff Hardy. Looking to the two as she took a seat in the chair she smiled.
Renee Young: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guests at this time. They are two of the newest signees to EBWF Candice LeRae and Jeff Hardy. Now Jeff you have been here in EBWF before what was it that brought you back?
Jeff Hardy: First Renee thank you for having us. What brought me back is one thing and one thing only. That is winning the Royal Rumble and being the first man to do so and become the EBWF World Champion. The last time I was here I won the EBWF Breakout Championship in record fashion and now I want to be the World Champion. I am going out there to prove to the world I can do it. I am forty years old and I am going out there to show the world that Jeff Hardy can still roll with the best of them.
Renee nodded her head before turning to look at Candice with a smile. Candice was looking at Jeff as he responded, with a smile on her face, her smile glistening as she listened to his accomplishments.
Renee Young: And now for you Candice. You are not someone who has been here before. What made you want to sign with EBWF?
Candice smiled, nodding her head, and responding to the question.
Candice LeRae: Well, I know what everyone’s saying. ‘Oh her boyfriend got her a job!’ wrong. I’m here to make a statement, and put intergender wrestling on the map again. Make it cool, make it be something that everyone, and their mama wants to be a part of. If you’ve watched any of my prior matches, you’ll see how tough I am -- and I’m here to showcase it to the EBWF universe that it isn’t the size of the dog, but it’s the size of the bite. And though I may look like Tinkerbell, and I may like cupcakes - when that bell rings; it’s go-time, baby.
Jeff sat there and nodded as he listened to her.
Jeff Hardy: She is one hundred percent right. I did not get her this job. She got it all on her own. She has been working her ass off for years and I could not be more proud of her. We both have a lot we want to accomplish but I think the top of our list after the Rumble is to take a shot at those EBWF World Tag Team titles. Intergender wrestling is making a comeback and we are going to be at the front of the line!
Candice LeRae: He’s absolutely right. Once we both win our respective matches… maybe... Well, if not, then we’ll showcase to the world why we were picked to represent this company - we’ll be heading for the tag team titles. So whomever you are, I hope that you don’t mind little old me grabbing on your balls, and suplexing you back like you never have been before. Just don’t get it twisted, I’m not jerking on your balls because I like ya, I’m jerking on them to make sure that you’re aware that a WOMAN beat you.
Candice chuckled, holding her hand up for a high-five towards Jeff. To which, he’d respond back by slamming his palm against hers.
Jeff Hardy: This right here is all just a warning to the EBWF roster. Jeff Hardy and Candice LeRae are here and whether it be in a tag team match, a one on one match, a triple threat, a fatal four way, or anything else you can think of, we will be walking out victorious and we are a force to be reckoned with!
Renee Young: Well thank you both, I’ll be sure to watch, and good luck to you on your debuts, or well... Re-debut for you, Mr. Hardy. This is Renee Young, signing out, thank you for checking into this EBWF exclusive interview!
The camera focused on Renee as she gave a little smile before it cut to black and the EBWF logo showed across the screen.
EBWF returned with The Gorgeous Guys already in the ring. Noam Dar and Tyler Breeze were playing up to the crowd when "Phenomenal" hit the PA and both members of the sequel came out to AJ Style's music. Miz egged on the crowd as he got into the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Both of these teams have been working together for a while now. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
The bell rang and AJ immediately nailed a corkscrew uppercut on Breeze. He went for a quick pin.

Kickout!
Styles kept control, and Miz came in for a double team. The referee admonished Miz, who exited the ring. Styles was trying again with the pin, and got a two count as Dar made the save.
Corey Graves: The Sequel has the leg up on The Gorgeous Guys!
Styles tagged in Miz who kept control with pin attempts and tags. Miz went down in his own corner, but Styles tagged in. He went for a splash on Breeze but missed and hit the top turnbuckle. Dar tagged in and knocked Miz off of the apron. He unloaded pm Styles but Miz provided a distraction and Styles nailed a knee to the face for a two count.
Mauro Ranallo: The Gorgeous Guys are trying to stay alive here.
The Sequel with another double team and a two count on Dar. Miz went for yet another pin attempt, but Dar kicked out again. Miz tagged in Styles, who went up top. As Dar stumbled to his feet, AJ leapt off the top turnbuckle and hit the phenomenal forearm. He hooked the leg.

Corey Graves: That just happened! The Sequel just pinned the Tag Team Champs! Unbelievable!
AJ and Miz retreated from the ring as a promo video for the Royal Rumble played.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, it's time for our main event. The two-time World Champion PJ Black takes on Syxx!
Corey Graves: What a match this promises to be, Mauro!
Syxx came to the ring first to a mixed reaction from the crowd. When Syxx was in the ring, "Sick of It" by Skillet hit and the crowd booed as PJ Black headed to the ring. After Black had entered the ring, the referee called for the bell. Syxx and Black exchanged right hands back and forth, and after gaining the upper hand, Black whipped Syxx against the ropes. As Syxx hit the ropes and ran back towards him, Black went for a jumping back kick, but Syxx ducked out of the way, ran against the opposing set of ropes and hit a spinning heel kick! Both men got to their feet, and Syxx set Black up for a suplex, but Black blocked it, countering with a suplex of his own. Black then went for a spinning leg drop, but Syxx moved out of the way, then hit a low dropkick. Syxx grabbed Black by the leg, going for a single leg Boston crab, but Black kicked him away and got to his feet. Syxx then went for a clothesline, but Black ducked out of the way and grabbed Syxx from behind, hitting a spin-out powerbomb!
Corey Graves: Black to the Future!
Mauro Ranallo: Great back and forth action so far!
Black hooked both legs and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! Black got to his feet and stomped on Syxx several times, then sat him up and applied a sleeper hold. Syxx tried to fight out of it, but Black applied more pressure, and Syxx began to fade. As the referee checked on Syxx to see if he was still conscious, Syxx fought back, and was able to break free from the hold! Both men got to their feet and Syxx whipped Black into the corner, then ran at him and hit a corner dropkick. Black fell into a sitting position, and Syxx hit him with the bronco buster! Black rolled out of the corner, and Syxx hit a neckbreaker, then went to the top rope. Syxx went for a moonsault... but Black moved out of the way! Black then grabbed Syxx, locking in the Koji clutch!
Mauro Ranallo: Koji Clutch locked in! Syxx could be in trouble here!
Syxx was able to get to the ropes, but Black refused to break the hold! The referee threatened to disqualify Black and began counting, but at the count of 4, Black broke the hold. He pulled Syxx away from the ropes and stomped on him several times, then pulled him to his feet and hit a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Black went to the top rope, and hit Syxx with the 450 Splash! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! A dominant performance by PJ Black, who must surely be one of the favourites to win the Royal Rumble on Sunday!
As PJ Black celebrated his victory, "Worlds Apart" by CFO$ hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens headed to the ring. Black looked at them curiously, ready to fight, but Zayn and Owens brushed past him and began to double team Syxx!
Mauro Ranallo: What the hell is going on?
Corey Graves: Well Mauro, Syxx beat Sami Zayn last week... it looks like Zayn and Owens want revenge!
Black watched on with a smirk, and was about to exit the ring when AJ Styles and The Miz rushed down the ramp, going after Owens and Zayn. Black then attacked AJ Styles, and a six way brawl ensued! Other superstars rushed to the ring, including Chris Jericho, Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose. "I Am Stronger" by CFO$ hit, and Braun Strowman rushed to the ring. Strowman began cleaning house, before several superstars began working together to wear the monster down.
Corey Graves: I think we're getting a preview of what will happen on Sunday, Mauro! It's every man for himself, but alliances can be formed!
Mauro Ranallo: Alliances can be formed and broken, given what's at stake!
Referees and road agents tried to control the situation, but there was too much chaos! Jimmy Havoc walked out onto the ramp and watched on; he appeared to be enjoying what he was seeing.
Mauro Ranallo: What will happen on Sunday? Which of these men will become the new EBWF World Champion? Tune in to find out!
The brawl continued as Warfare went off the air.
