The Gospels of Hardy: Book One Chapter Two

The Royal Rumble didn't exactly go the way that Jeff Hardy had pictured. He was not the man who walked away with the EBWF World title. He was able to last pretty long in the match before being tossed out by Braun Strowman. This week Jeff finds himself returning to Warfare taking on Bray Wyatt. Can this new Jeff Hardy come out on top or is Bray Wyatt going to play one too many mind games?

The scene fades in on the same dark room that we were in before the Royal Rumble. It doesn't take long for the green spotlight to shine down in the middle of the room. This time though there is an altar sitting there with a leather bound book similar to the one seen last week. Out of the shadows comes Jeff Hardy wearing his long hooded cloak. Looking to the camera he clears his throat.
Jeff Hardy: At the Royal Rumble I stepped into the ring in my return match to EBWF. I entered the rumble at number seventeen and did my best to take out everyone who stood in my way. A the end f the night though, the higher power did not see it as my time to carry EBWF through the Dark Ages and into the light. It was not the time for the Savior to take his place on the top of the mountain. The great power and the seven deities he has crated will let me know when it is my time and I will be willing and waiting like the prophet that I am to do the work of the man upstairs.
Jeff stood there for a moment before slowly lowering his hood. He smiled a little bit and motioned for the camera to come closer which it did. Now focused solely on his face.
Jeff Hardy: The man you see before you is simple a vessel in which I am borrowing. I have lived for many eons and I have seen all sorts of things. The entity known as Sister Abigail and the vessel known as Bray Wyatt have been around for centuries. Bray the two of us have never done battle before but that will all change. It is time that you answer to the higher power. It is time that Sister Abigail is vanquished and it is time for you to realize that your dark arts are no match for me!
Jeff gave another smile as he stood there. Looking down he would open the leather bound book and began to read from it.
Jeff Hardy: "Though he dwells in the darkness, the light shall find him. Though he tries to hide, he will be found. As the entity tries to over take him he shall be freed by the Savior" Bray Wyatt you day of reckoning is approaching. You will say goodbye to the dark powers you seem to have been possessed by and Sister Abigail will be DELETED! My higher power has given me one simple task and that is to beat you. It is to take you down and show the world that you are nothing. You will have nothing when I am done with you. In the book of Hardy you are no one and it will be shown to you tonight. I look forward to seeing you out there Brother Bray because this is your end. You will be put to rest and those are the GOSPELS according to HARDY!
Jeff closed his book and looked to the camera. Raising his hands up to place the hood back on his head. He stood there for a moment before dropping his arms as the spotlight went out. The room was dark for the time being before the lights returned and the room was empty. The camera looked around for a moment before fading away.

I know it is short. I kinda lost track of time. I did a mix of what I did last week with a bit of Broken Matt Hardy just to try something out. I have a lot of plans for Jeff and this is just the start. I hope you enjoy.
