The Miz- those two words stir up emotion in the world of Professional Wrestling and Sports Entertainment. A flashback, a montage, of moments from years past of this one man and his ascend to stardom in a company that once wrote him off and dismissed him. A man who started as a young arrogant newcomer to the sport, who has grown into an older... still kind of arrogant.. grizzled veteran of it. A man who fights, and works night in and night out to remain in the companies foreground. With an influx of new talented superstars coming in trying to grab hold of the limelight and not let it go, The Miz remains as a major challenger, a major road block, for the take over of the men who most recently signed on the EBWF dotted line. There have been countless new players that have come in, and experienced some early success, a quick rise to the top, but not many have lasted. Not many have remained as constants, as mainstays in the EBWF, where it's hard to get to the top and even harder to stay there. The Miz , a two time world champion, ​and former holder of every major title that has ever existed in the company, had been up, down, and around this business.. but one thing he was still able to do is create a buzz. The Miz was still a draw, and he knew how to captivate and excite an audience. He also had a knack for staying relevant, and staying at or around the top of the business. His skill and intellect about the EBWF were matched by very few, and it was this instinct that allowed The Miz to continue to reinvent himself and recapture success time and time again. At Wrestlemania, The Miz would have a chance to perhaps define his career with a single victory. A single shot, at the EBWF superstar riding a wave of momentum that the business had never seen anything quite like. Kenny Omega, had burst onto the scene and had done nothing but win. With a W at the EBWF Royal Rumble, Omega made history becoming the first superstar ever to become the EBWF World Champion, by winning this particular match. He was a veteran to the business, but new to the EBWF, and he was tough.. real tough. So if The Miz was going to have his Wrestlemania moment.. he was going to earn it.. and he knew that. The Miz- those two words meant different things to different people.. but if it was up to the man himself.. he wanted just one word to follow his name.. and that was 'champion.'

The scene faded in to a video montage of the career of The Miz. It was a combination of still shots and live video of The Miz and the various moments that had taken place during his career. The video was set to "A Heart of a Champion" by Nelly. We saw all of the major moments of The Miz career. We saw him capture the PTG Title, The IC Title, and even had shots of him winning and becoming the EBWF World Champion first in 2012 and again in 2015. We saw a collage of 'Skull Crushing Finales' and images and videos of The Miz and his often telling facial expressions. Included in the video were catch phrases that had become privy to the man himself. "Your favorite wrestler's favorite wrestler" "Cream of The Crop" "Best of the Best" "Hash Tag Facts" "I'm The Miz and I'm Awesome" audio clips and video clips, tremendously danced their way across the screen set perfectly to the music. We saw different factions like Trilogy, The Coalition, Vertex, and Varsity Club. We saw booing fans and "Miz is awful" chants that impressively blended into more recent clips of "Miz is Awesome" chants. We saw Miz' victory with the announcers in the background in which he became the number one contender for 2018 Wrestlemania. The lasting image on the screen as the song faded out was The Miz standing above Kenny Omega with the title above his head on a recent episode of Warfare. The song faded out and the video followed suit. We then panned out and heard cheers from a crowd as The Miz was front in center on camera. The viewers of the promo quickly realized that this was a clip from an EBWF house show, and the montage had just been shown on the tron. The Miz donned a red dry fit hoodie, that was tightly fitted, and black pants. His hair was slicked around and he had a big confident smile on his face. "A Miz is Awesome" chant began, just like the one we'd seen on the film. He let the chant die down, and the camera panned completely in towards him. The fans could still be heard in the background, as The Miz began.

The Miz: I've referenced this at different points in my career. Brought it to people's attention, because I know that in this business.. it's what has happened lately.. what was your last match.. when did you hold your last title.. who did you just beat. There's only a few people that truly appreciate the history of what has taken place here over all the years that the doors of the EBWF have been open. I have nothing but respect for all the legends that have come before me.. the Bret Harts, The Stone Cold Steve Austins, Raven, Shane Helms, Triple H, Kurt Angle, and even the legends that are still here.. like Jericho.. Orton.. guys that have truly defined what it has meant to be great around here.. guys that have set the standard.

The crowd cheered at the mention of all the legends Miz had just rattled off.

The Miz: It's a what have you done for me lately world in the EBWF, and those guys continuously got the job done.. they continuously found ways to get to the top, and stay at the top. They got knocked down.. and they get bouncing and popping right back up. They scratched, dug, and clawed their way to building a legacy.

Another pop.

The Miz: Growing up, I idolized this business.. I dreamed of one day walking down the ramp myself.. paving my own path.. creating MY own legacy. I went through my early twenties trying to find myself, I ended up landing on your TV screens as a reality tv star, but still a fire.. a wish.. a desire.. a dream.. still existed inside of me. I wasn't close to fulfilled being a 'real world' cast member for my whole life.. as fun as club appearances.. and bookings sounded. As much as I could have made a living winning challenges with other ex cast mates.. there was only one thing I ever wanted to be.. and that was an EBWF Superstar.. not just that.. THE BEST ONE THAT THERE EVER WAS. I was looked at as a joke.. I was laughed at booed.. heckled.. but instead of crying about it.. I EMBRACED IT.. I embraced the hate I received.. I took it in.. I basked in it.. and Mizfits... YOUR HERO WAS BORN.

The crowd cheered again.

The Miz: I was signed to the EBWF.. and though I had realized my dream.. like many do.. I didn't know exactly how to handle it. I couldn't get my head around what it meant to be a professional. I had the party boy image.. and the party boy lifestyle that was extremely hard to break. I felt as though I was living a fantasy life.. and I became detached with reality. I took what I had accomplished for granted.. and in the year 2011.. the EBWF wished me the best in my future endeavors...

The crowd booed as Miz nodded knowingly.

The Miz: Then Mizfits.. something happened.. something happened that would change the course of my entire life. While I sat and contemplated how I had gotten to such a low point.. when I sat and wondered what would be next for me.. how I was going to pull myself out of the rut I had created. I got a phone call.. I got a phone call from Wes Ikeda himself. We talked.. for what felt like hours.. days.. about what he saw in me.. what he had originally thought I was going to be.. what I started out to be.. the downward spiral that moved me away from that person.. and what needed to happen so that I could find my way again.. he gave me what so many other superstars do NOT get... he gave me another chance.. and since that day it has been my mission in this business.. to make him happy that he did. Now I know he's had various opinions of all the things that you all just watched on that tape. I've been relentless in my pursuit of being the companies top star. I have screwed people over.. allied with enemies.. cheated.. lied.. done whatever I've had to do since 2011 to be the man.. to be the champion.. to be the TOP DOG in this company.. to be not only here.. but to be THE BIGGEST STAR here.. and though each year has been different.. I am proud of all the success I've had over the last 7 years.. I'm proud that whether you all boo me or you cheer me.. you recognize my WIN at ANY Cost.. my burning passion.. my desire to be on top of this company.. and EFFORT.. to make Wes Ikeda realize that he MADE THE RIGHT DECISION.. when he brought me back.. and now I stand 7 years later.. ONE week away from my BIGGEST VICTORY since I stepped out of the real world house.. and into a ring.. 6 days away to be exact.. from not only main eventing Wretlemania.. but having my very top.. my very best.. Wrestlemania moment.. when I WILL defeat Kenny Omega.. and I WILL become for a third time.. the MAN.. the BEST.. The BIGGEST.. the TOP DOG.. when I WILL become the EBWF Champion on the biggest stage there is.. IN FRONT OF ALL MY MIZFITS.. who cheer.. who root.. who praise.. this beautiful bastard in front of you right now.. because you recognize his greatness.. you recognize his heart.. you recognize that regardless of what people have said about me.. that there's nobody who's fire burns hotter.. and there's NOBODY who deserves to represent this company.. MORE... THAN.. HIM...

The EBWF audience cheered their brains out as The Miz increased in intensity.

The Miz: Especially.. not Kenny. Omega.

Boo's at the mention of his name.

The Miz: Kenny Omega- the Royal Rumble man- The EBWF Champion. The old guy- who's a new guy.. in the company that I have lost so much blood, sweat and tears in. The 'World Champion' of the best wrestling company in the world. A man who holds the World Championship in one hand.. and a broomstick in the other.. for some inexplicable reason. Kenny Omega.. the World Champion.. The 'cleaner' ... adorable nick name.. the man who stands in my way of my defining moment. The man who stands in the way of me once again standing in the center of the ring.. victorious.. in a victory that once again puts me at the CENTER OF THIS BUSINESS. The one man that could keep ALL OF YOU.. from seeing what you want to see.. what you DESERVE to see.. and that is yours truly.. center stage.. camera's flashing.. panties dropping.. title belt raising.. ONCE AGAIN having the strap to back up the FACT.. that we've all always known.. and that is that I'm the BEST OF THE BEST.. CREAM OF THE CROP.. SUPEREST of STARS.. YOUR FAVORITE WRESTLER'S

The crowd cheered.

The Miz: Kenny Omega is the man.. who can break hearts in 6 days. He's the man who can crush the dreams of all of you.. the man who can stop The Miz train from CHOO CHOOING down the track to victory town. He's the man that with one victory.. with one three count of these broad and beautiful shoulders.. could silence Miz nation.. could silence the cries for another 'Era of Awesome' .. could ride the momentum that he's been on since he stepped foot here.. right past this beautiful bastard you're looking at right now... he could do this Mizfits... but rest assure... that he MOTHER FREAKING ... WILL. NOT.

A huge eruption from the crowd. Miz smirked to the camera and the crowd started another "Miz is Awesome" chant.

The Miz: He WILL NOT- because he doesn't want it like I want it.. he doesn't NEED it like I NEED IT- he's not willing.. he's not used to.. he's not CAPABLE of FIGHTING for it.. like I've fought for it. He outlasted 29 other superstars.. and he won ONE MATCH.. he did it.. ONE TIME.. since that conversation with Ikeda in 2011.. I've done it.. NIGHT IN.. and NIGHT OUT for 7 years. I've showed up.. I've fought.. I've scratched.. I've battled.. I'VE BUILT my legacy.. and now Mizfits.. now it's time to ADD TO IT. Now it's time to ADD the GREATEST moment of my professional career to that montage you wall watched a few minutes ago.. now it's time to add me putting a "Skull Crushing FINALE" to the success that Kenny Omega has enjoyed here in the early going of his EBWF career.. now it's time for me for me to show him.. that it's not ONE match that he was lucky enough to win.. that makes you worthy of being THE MAN.. it's the grind.. the fight.. the longevity.. the CONSISTENCY.. that's what it takes.. and that's who I AM.. and it's what I've DONE. And that is why in 6 days.. the EBWF Champion.. will once again.. BE WHO I AM!

The crowd said his tag line along with him. It was clear Miz was extremely focused for what was to come in just 6 days time.

Fade back in.. it was the Thursday morning before Wrestlemania.. and we were in studio to the Bobby Bones show. Bobby was sitting in his comfortable chair with a headset on. He was counted back in, and began to speak.

Bobby Bones: Welcome back and good morning to the Bobby Bones show. Well folks, we are all over the entertainment world, as you all are aware of.. and this weekend.. Sunday Night, to be exact, EBWF Wrestlemania rolls into the big easy.. and it's going to be a big night. Joining me now.. is a man.. who's going to be one of the big parts of that big night.. he's literally sitting down as we speak putting his head set on.. ladies and gentlemen.. welcome The Miz!

The Miz as Bobby described, was sitting in his seat, and putting on his head set. He was in a black fitted shirt, and gray slacks. Considering it was so early in the morning, he looked sharp.

The Miz: Bobby- it's an honor my friend.

Bobby Bones: Miz- I just gotta ask you.. how are you looking so fresh to death this early in the morning.

The Miz: It's a skill my man.. I've been hiding vicious hangovers my entire life.. and I've just.. much like everything else I do.. gotten really really good at it.

There was laughter from Bones camp.

Bobby Bones: Hangover huh? Hit the town a little too hard last night.

The Miz smirked.

The Miz: Too be honest Bobby, I was in bed early last night. I'm getting wiser in my older age.. we have a mixer event tonight, that my girlfriend will not be thrilled if I'm not the life of the party at.. so I needed my rest.

Bobby Bones: Girlfriend!? Whoa! Ladies sorry about this, but the Miz is a taken man.

The Miz: Well yes actually, a couple years back, on screen you know she's stalking me.. and you know when you're as narcissistic as I can be sometimes.. you can really relate someone who's obsessed with you.. since well I'm kind of obsessed with me too. So Mickie if you're listening.. thanks for knowing what we all know.. and that's how great I am. Love you babe.

Bobby Bones camp laughed some more, as Miz joined in and cleared up that to some extend he was being facetious.

The Miz: No in all seriousness, Wrestlemania week is always the best.. and for once in a life littered with bad decisions socially, I decided to rest up to be with you all this morning.. and I'm not regretting it.

Bobby Bones: Well we appreciate you being fresh for us! So let's talk about Wrestlemania.. lot of big matches.. lot of hype.. lot of glitz, glamour, and pageantry.. your match perhaps gaining the most buzz.. couple others are as well.. but you have a chance to become the EBWF Champion for the second time?

The Miz: Third time.. come on man.

Bobby Bones: Right, sorry, sorry.. the THIRD TIME.. and you'll have to go through a guy named Kenny Omega to do it. What can you tell us about him and the match.

The Miz: Well I'm just delighted you asked. I can tell you a lot.. the first thing is.. that spoilers.. I'm going to win.. just kidding.. but seriously.. I am.

The Miz smirked and Bones laughed.

Bobby Bones: Care to elaborate?

The Miz smiled and nodded.

The Miz: Of course Bobby, that's what I do. So Kenny is a guy that has come into this company like a bat out of hell. He immediately has made not just a name for himself, but with his win at the rumble, he became the top name.. seemingly overnight.. and that's not exactly sitting well with a lot of people.. one of those people.. is me. The best part about it for me.. is that I'm actually in the position to do what a lot of people want to do.. and that's change it. Omega isn't exactly a young pup, like a lot of the new guys that come in and succeed are.. he's been around the block.. he's wrestled in back yards.. american legions.. small companies.. bigger companies.. but he's never quite made the big time.. until now of course.. and to his credit.. he's kinda grabbed the ball and run with it quicker and faster than anyone I've ever seen around here. Unfortunately Bobby, I'm kind of a bully.. and I'm kinda partial to this business being my turf.. and I also don't really like to see anyone else running with the ball.. I'm a ball hog.. so at Wrestlemania.. I'm going to steal the ball.. and make sure he never gets to run with it ever again. Though I respect how fast he's been able to accomplish something that most people NEVER accomplish, I'm ready to make that accomplishment become something that people are having a hard time believing it ever happened, this time next year.

Bobby Bones: So you're saying you could see Kenny becoming another one of those superstars who comes and goes pretty quickly.

The Miz: It happens a lot Bobby, more than you'd even think. The show must go on, and it does go on. I just know that all my Mizfits want the show to go on, with me in the forefront of it. So you know.. I can't disappoint them.. I gotta deliver.. and though Omega has had a quick little spurt.. all spurts come to an end.. and at Wrestlemania.. that's exactly what's going to happen to his.

Bobby Bones: So Miz tell me.. does he really carry a broom to the ring with him?

The Miz laughed and nodded.

The Miz: He does.. he calls himself the cleaner.. I'm really confused as to why he thinks that's entertaining or interesting.. and I'm going to try really hard not to incorporate any puns into this interview.. and just stay focus on the fact that I'm going to "wipe the floor" with him....

The Miz paused and Bones crew laughed and whooped it up.

Bobby Bones: You immediately went right to the pun after you said you weren't going to...classic Miz.

The Miz: I did, I did.. in all seriousness though.. whatever fires you up right. If you gotta clean you gotta clean.. if you gotta bring your broom to the ring.. go ahead and bring it.. because the biggest thing Bonesy.. is that he's also going to be bringing the EBWF Championship with him. The championship that I'm going to take right off of his waist on Sunday Night... I mean it doesn't matter if it's a single match.. or if we did a 7 game series.. either way I'd say I'd be the favorite to win.. in a "clean sweep."

Less of a reaction this time but Bones was laughing because of Miz comically smirking and pointing to them to make sure they caught the second pun.

Bobby Bones: You sir.. have a gift you are a pun mistro.

The Miz: All jokes aside though Bobby, this is the biggest event on the EBWF Calendar.. and as confident as I always am.. I recognize what a big match this is. I recognize what a big moment this is. I recognize that Kenny Omega.. though he may be unorthodox.. have weird choices in accessories.. and be a generally gross looking human being.. that he is a talented competitor. I know he's going to make me EARN it.. if I'm going to become the EBWF Champion for a third time I'm going to need to win a battle. I just know Bobby, that I have the mindset, I have the support, and I have the drive that it takes to do just that. I'm not afraid of the moment, I'm not afraid of the big match, and though Omega used instincts and a little bit of good fortune to when at the Royal Rumble in another big spot.. I am going to do whatever it takes to make sure that he does NOT do the same thing in the biggest match of either of our careers. Some people fight and prepare.. study tape.. learn.. evolve.. and ready themselves for the big moment.. others win one match.. brag.. and carry a broomstick around like they were a friggin witch in the wizard of Oz. Only the first guy, deserves to be the World Champion in the EBWF.. and after Sunday.. only the first guy.. WILL BE.

We reopened once again to the EBWF All Access event. It was Friday and Group D was just entering the booth, some of the more established well known stars such as CM Punk, Chris Jericho, and Wes Ikeda himself were getting settled in. Before The Miz followed suit, he got right up and took a microphone. He stood looking out to all of the fans who were in line for pictures and autographs and began to talk.

The Miz: Is this thing on?!

The crowd went nuts.

The Miz: Hello- now my boss is sitting awfully close to me right now.. and I'm sure he's thinking.. Miz what the hell are you doing?

Ikeda nodded and had a confused smile on his face.

The Miz: Well boss man.. what I'm doing is welcoming all of these crazy Mizfits.. to the PRE PARTY.. of The ERA OF AWESOME.. starting up for a THIRD TIME!

The crowd cheered. Ikeda, Jericho, and CM Punk alike began talking quietly to themselves, at Miz grabbing the spotlight before the signings began.

The Miz: Now over the years, I've never been shy to interact with the crowds. To brag to them about how I was going to win my match, when the big events rolled around. This year I know for sure that a Miz victory is eminent.. it's coming.. it's going to happen. This time though Mizfits.. I'm excited for it to take place.. with each and everyone of you screaming your heads off.. with every single one of you.. celebrating and basking in all that will be this W. I'm excited for it to take place with the support and the cheers from my family in Miz Nation.. because that's what all of you are.. you are my family.. and the last thing I'm going to do Mizfits.. is let you down. In 2 days, Kenny Omega and I are going to stand face to face with the richest prize in this game up for grabs. There's going to be twists and turns, ups and downs, momentum shifts, it's going to be one for the absolute freaking ages.. but there's going to be a moment in the match.. that turns things. There's going to be a little bit of adversity.. a little bit of doubt.. is going to creep into both of our heads. There's going to be a point where both of us are questioning whether we can go on.. whether we can push through. You see Mizfits.. Kenny and I both have a lot of talent.. especially me.. but we've both experienced success.. we've both gotten to the pinnacle of the EBWF.. but what remains to be seen is just who is going to STEP UP.. in that moment. That moment.. where regular superstars.. become LEGENDS..where icons become immortals.. where men.. BECOME. CHAMPIONS. I don't know much.. well that's not true.. I know EVERYTHING.

The Miz: However, one of those many things that I know.. is how I WILL respond in that moment. In that moment Mizfits, I will respond, I will bring myself to a level that even I have never reached. I will bring more intensity, more passion, more fury, than I ever have in all of my time that I've done this. In that moment.. I will become a LEGEND.. I WILL BECOME IMMORTAL.. I WILL BECOME CHAMPION! In that moment.. I WILL BE READY.. ready to take from Kenny Omega the belt that I've thought about since the last time I held it in 2015.. ready to take from Kenny Omega the belt.. that I NEED to have to validate myself as being the poster child for greatness.. that I know that I am!

The crowd cheered.

The Miz: I will be ready to take from Kenny Omega.. something even bigger than the title.. I'm going to take away his dream. You see the EBWF is a land of opportunity.. but more importantly.. it is the survival of the fittest. You either realize your dreams.. and accomplish your goals.. or someone ELSE does. You either win the big matches.. hold the titles.. make the money.. live the life.. OR SOMEONE ELSE DOES. Everyone who's ever been lucky enough to call themselves a winner.. or even more so a champion.. has sacrificed.. but they've also understood.. that someone is ALWAYS coming to make all the things you've done to get to where you are... IRRELEVANT. That is exactly what I'm going to do to Kenny Omega. He's given a lot of his life to get to where he is.. I'm sure he's dreamed of main eventing Wrestlemania.. of having the long reign as EBWF Champion.. but unfortunately for him.. SO HAVE I. At Wrestlemania.. in the main event.. with the EBWF Championship at stake.. if you don't win Kenny.. SOMEONE ELSE WILL.. and you WON'T WIN Kenny.. you won't win.. because that someone else.... IS ME.

The crowd cheered with him, and even Ikeda and the guys behind Miz gave him some claps. Miz smirked and sat at his table and EBWF access began. The stage was indeed set for the biggest night in EBWF's calendar year.

The scene faded to black.
