DING DING DING DING DING DING!

It sounded like a bell ringing, only... not quite. In the darkness, it was impossible to tell exactly what the sound was. A dim light came on, and as the light slowly got brighter, the scene became clearer. Braun Strowman was in what appeared to be a cell. He had a metal pipe in his hand, which he was hitting against the bars of the cell, creating the dinging sound. Strowman continued to hit the pipe against the bars of the cell as he began to speak.

Braun Strowman: For too long, I've felt like a caged beast. I've been left on the sidelines, kept out of the spotlight. King of the Ring was my change to change all that. I could have taken the thrown, booked my place in the main event of Summerslam, become the new EBWF World Champion. But it was not meant to be. Tommaso Ciampa made sure of that.

Strowman roared in frustration, then hit the pipe full force against the cell bars. Such was the force of the blow, the pipe Strowman had been holding snapped in half.

Braun Strowman: The record books will simply state that Aiden English was the first EBWF superstar to pin me... no one cares about the detail, the how and the why. Although at least Ciampa had the balls to explain himself – it was revenge. Well Ciampa, I hope it was worth it, because tonight you'll be the one that's broken in half.

As if to emphasise his point - and how strong he is - Strowman grabbed two of the bars on the side of the cell and pulled them apart, bending the metal.

Braun Strowman: Tonight, Ciampa, it’s not a wrestling match, it’s a fight. And when it’s all said and done, I’ll be the one standing tall.

Strowman turned to the cell door and forcefully kicked it open, then walked out of the cage.
