Cut to Mandy Rose. Or rather, the sound of Mandy Rose laughing to herself. While it was not a maniacal laugh by any means, it was already clear that it was not a laugh paired with good intentions. The Golden Goddess had to take some time to get the chuckles out of her system, which took a few seconds, before she could properly speak.

MANDY ROSE
“I’m sorry, I just have to laugh.”

Obviously.

MANDY ROSE
“I can’t stop thinking about that announcement last week. Zahra thought she was about to escape what was coming to her…she really thought! But no, yours truly will be competing for the Women’s Championship, once again, at SummerSlam. That’s another check on my major pay-per-view appearance list, exactly what I deserve.”

She grinned. As usual, no opportunity would be missed to gas herself up.

MANDY ROSE
“But, I suppose I’ll give my opponent tonight, Candice LeRae, the time of day. Yes, I’m also a poet; I’m good at everything.”

Mandy flipped her hair, a trademark of hers.

MANDY ROSE
“Candice, I’m sure you’re just so excited to get your feet wet in the EBWF women’s division. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame you one bit, not everybody is able to get so close to all of this. But I just want to make one thing clear…you will never, ever get your footing the same way I did when I first stepped on the scene. I’m sure I need not remind you of the waves I created in my very first match…but I will anyway.”

After cocking an eyebrow, Mandy nodded conceitedly.

MANDY ROSE
“In my first match, I became EBWF Women’s Champion. I went through half of the division in one night. Then, I went on to headline WrestleMania and defeated…well, her name doesn’t really matter anymore, does it?”

Condescendingly, the former champion sneered at the camera.

MANDY ROSE
“Unfortunately for you, Candice, you’ll never be able to do it like me. You’re going to feel the wrath of The Golden Goddess, and then sit on the sidelines watching her reclaim the gold once again, and that’s just that. Poor you, right? Well, at least look on the bright side, you’re not the only one around here that can’t compare to the glimmer I give off—You’re just one of the many who are about to be blinded by it.”

Mandy flashed a smile, though everyone saw right through it. Regardless, she waved at the camera before her image faded away, leaving everyone to just wait and see what was in store for her match with Candice later on.
