Marty Scurll is standing backstage when the camera approaches him. He’s wearing his fur coat and wrestling attire. As the camera approaches him he beckons it closer and laughs a little.

Scurll: Every couple years in the professional wrestling business, a once in a lifetime talent comes aboard and completely shakes up the industry. A Shawn Michaels, a Daniel Bryan, a Marty Scurll. Hardcore Holly however, was not and never will be this talent.

Scurll starts walking down the hallway as the camera follows him.

Scurll: I said it on twitter but I’ll say it again, Hardcore Holly never had a prime. He was never great. His entire career summed up is below average at best. A couple tag championships, the hardcore belt during the time when just about every low midcarder got it. I mean in total there was 240 different reigns with that belt. That doesn’t sound special.

Scurll stops outside his locker room. On the door is his name and the villain logo.

Scurll: The only thing of note to come from Hardcore Holly’s career was a few instances of backstage bullying and a championship match after getting his neck broken by Brock Lesnar.

Marty Scurll walks into his locker room. It is dimly lit.

Scurll: I am tired of this tough guy facade you are putting out. You are a 55 year old man. And as much as you like to say that age doesn’t matter, it does pal. So come out with a steel chair, beat me with it, and see what happens. I’ll get up and I’ll fight back. When I break your fingers, I don’t know if you’ll be getting back up to fight.

The segment ends when Scurll walks out of his locker room and slams the door.
