“Unsettling Differences” began playing across the sound system as EBWF newcomer, Kevin Steen stepped out and began to make his way down to the ring.
Corey Graves: This match in my opinion could steal the show tonight!
Kevin reached the ring; shortly after, his opponent Matt Sydal began to make his way down the ramp for what some may call a highly anticipated match up! The bell rang and the two men quickly locked up in the center of the ring, testing out one another’s strengths. Kevin Steen gained the advantage and quickly sent Matt Sydal into the corner before taking the advantage with a massive kick to the gut of Sydal. Steen then ran across to the opposite side of the ring before launching himself across with a massive corner cannonball, only to slam hard into the turnbuckle! Sydal took a moment to catch his breath before choking Steen out with a boot to the throat. The referee counted - 1... 2... 3... 4... Sydal released the choke before he was disqualified. He stepped back slightly, lifting Steen up, dragging him into the center before he connected with a few swift boots to both legs of Steen, sending him buckling a little.
Mauro Ranallo: Sydal has quickly taken advantage of this match here!!
Sydal launched himself across the ring and into the ropes, but Steen caught him with a huge clothesline, sending him spinning into a crumbling ball onto the canvas! Steen quickly went down for the cover! 1... 2... Sydal powered his shoulder off of the canvas moments before Steen pulled him up to his feet. The two quickly went into a back and forth combination of kicks and forearms before Sydal took the advantage, sending Steen out through the ropes with a huge kick to the side of Kevin’s head. Kevin hit the outside hard, only to be met with a huge suicide dive by Sydal!!
Mauro Ranallo: Mamma Mia, what risks are these men willing to take tonight!
The two men manage to get back into the ring, with Sydal quickly going for a cover. 1...2... Kevin managed to get his shoulder off of the canvas just in time to break the pin fall. Sydal got to his feet and headed across and up to the top turnbuckle and waited for Steen to get to his feet. Steen catches Sydal as he went for a flying cross body before slamming him down into the canvas with a huge body slam! Steen took a moment to recover before dropping down with a swift elbow drop. Steen staggered back a little before dropping another elbow, this time missing! Sydal takes the time to eye out his prey from the opposite side of the ring. Steen got to his feet and Sydal charges across but Steen lifted him into the air, Pop Up Powerbomb!! But no, Sydal counters it with a huge hurricanrana sending Steen flying into the turnbuckle!
Corey Graves: What a reversal!!
Sydal quickly climbed to the top of the turnbuckle and connected with the Shooting Star Press! He hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1... 2... 3! Matt Sydal gained the pin fall before quickly rolling out of the ring.
Christy Hemme: Here is your winner, Matt Sydal!
Matt stopped to take a breath, celebrating the victory at the bottom of the ramp as EBWF Warfare rolled to a commercial break.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, we've got women's action as Nikki Cross goes one on one with Candice LeRae!
"Stars in the Show" by Gamma Rock hit and the crowd cheered as Candice LeRae made her way to the ring. When Candice was in the ring, "Glasgow Cross" by CFO$ hit and Nikki Cross came out to a mixed reaction. Once both women were in the ring, the referee called for the bell. Nikki hit Candice with a series of punches, then went to whip her against the ropes, but Candice reversed the Irish whip, sending Nikki into the ropes. As Nikki ran back towards her, Candice hit a dropkick, then as both women got to their feet, Candice took Nikki down with a swinging neckbreaker. She hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! Candice pulled Nikki to her feet and whipped her into the corner, then ran at her, going for a corner clothesline. Nikki got her knees up and blocked it, then as Candice staggered back, Nikki climbed the turnbuckle. She leapt from the top rope, hitting a diving crossbody, then pinned Candice down on the mat. The referee counted – 1... 2... Candice kicked out! Nikki grabbed Candice by the arm and turned her over, going for the Crossface, but before she could lock it in Candice grabbed the ropes.
Corey Graves: Candice was forced to tap out by Nikki's friend Becky Lynch two weeks ago... she's determined not to have a repeat of that!
Nikki looked frustrated and she dragged Candice away from the ropes, then pulled her to her feet. She set Candice up for a fisherman suplex, but Candice blocked it, then countered with a suplex of her own. As both women got to their feet, Candice hit Nikki with a reverse frankensteiner!
Mauro Ranallo: Mamma Mia! Tremendous athleticism from Candice LeRae!
Nikki looked dazed, and Candice took full advantage, hitting a springboard moonsault then hooking the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! Candice LeRae wins!
Candice celebrated her victory, then made her way up the ramp. Meanwhile Nikki pounded the mat, frustrated at her loss.
Christy Hemme: The following contest is scheduled for one fall...
The lighting in the arena changed from normal to different shades of blue as “Recognition” by CFO$ hit the PA System. Automatically, the reaction from the crowd changed to an extremely hostile reaction. The reaction only intensified once Charlotte Flair made her way onto the entrance stage with Zelina Vega. On the stage, Charlotte stopped in order to extend her arms and did a slow 360 before making her way down the entrance ramp with Zelina.
Christy Hemme: Introducing first… Accompanied by Zelina Vega… From the Queen City… Charlotte FLAIR!!!”
Corey Graves: Coming to the ring right now is wrestling royalty. She’s looking forward to making her former best friend, Becky Lynch, bow down to the Queen!
Mauro Ranallo: With Zelina Vega in her corner and knowing how much Zelina likes to get involved in the matches of her clients, this might not bode well for Becky Lynch.
Once Charlotte made it to ringside, she unzipped her entrance robe and climbed up onto the apron before entering the ring. “Recognition” by CFO$ cut out and the crowd continued booing Charlotte before breaking out into chants of ‘We Want Becky!' The sounds of “WHOA-OH-OH-OH-OH-OH-OH” filled the arena. The lighting changed from normal to shades of green and shades of orange. The entrance lights came up as the visual of steampunk gears for the name ‘BECKY LYNCH’ while “Celtic Invasion” by CFO$ hit the PA System. Of course, the crowd joined in by singing along in tune with the theme. The entrance curtain opened and the Lass Kicker, also known as Becky Lynch, walked out onto the stage with an almost emotionless expression on her face while being greeted by thunderous cheers from the crowd. Becky paused on the stage, glaring down at the ring at Charlotte and Zelina.
Mauro Ranallo: Why is Becky stopping?
Corey Graves: No idea, but I don’t think it’s out of fear.
A few moments later, someone else came walking out onto the stage and stood beside Becky Lynch. This person’s name? Nikki Cross. The two women turned their heads and exchanged looks before making their way down the entrance ramp with Becky being slow and methodical, and Nikki moving like a rather uncaged animal.
Christy Hemme: Her opponent… Accompanied by Nikki Cross… From Dublin, Ireland… She is the Lass Kicker, Becky LYNCH!!!
Mauro Ranallo: That’s why she waited. She knew that Zelina Vega would be at ringside for this match and so Becky has decided to even the odds.
Corey Graves: This is smart on Becky’s part, but I don’t know how smart it is. I mean, Nikki Cross is wildly unpredictable, so it could backfire on the Lass Kicker.
Becky made it to ringside with Nikki Cross in tow and climbed up onto the apron before stepping into the ring between the top and middle ropes. She unzipped her trench coat and removed it while glaring a hole through Charlotte Flair. “Celtic Invasion” cut out and the crowd continued cheering the Lass Kicker, breaking out into chants of ‘Let’s Go, Becky’ as the opening bell sounded.
Mauro Ranallo: The opening bell has sounded and this won’t be for the faint of heart.
Corey Graves: You know the old saying. Best friends, bitter enemies.
Becky was the one to start the fight as she punched Charlotte in the face. Becky punched Charlotte in the face again and Charlotte threw a punch of her own, but Becky ducked and punched Charlotte in the face – once, twice, three times, four times, five times – backing Charlotte against the ropes. Charlotte tried to throw a punch, but again Becky ducked and managed to clothesline Charlotte over the top rope. Charlotte landed on her feet on the outside and Becky went out after her. When Becky dropped to her feet on the outside, Charlotte threw another punch and Becky ducked. Becky threw more punches, punching Charlotte in the face – once, twice, three times, four times, five times, six times, seven times, eight times, nine times – and managed to knock Charlotte for a loop, causing Charlotte to lean against the table as Becky entered the ring in order to break up the referee’s count.
Mauro Ranallo: In the opening moments, it’s been all Becky.
Corey Graves: Becky has set out to prove that she is the dominant competitor between herself and Charlotte.
Becky stepped out onto the apron and she jumped off of the apron right into the arms of Charlotte, who ran Becky spine first into the ring post but Becky didn't go down. Charlotte grabbed Becky by the arm and whipped her into the barricade. Charlotte grabbed Becky by the head and rolled her into the ring. Charlotte started sliding into the ring and Becky quickly got to her feet and nailed Charlotte in the back of the neck with a big leg drop as the crowd cheered her. Becky slid out of the ring and hung Charlotte’s head over the apron. She backed up and ran at Charlotte, catching Charlotte in the side of the head with a Big Boot. Becky backed up and ran at Charlotte again, catching Charlotte in the side of the head with another Big Boot. Becky climbed up onto the apron and measured Charlotte. She ran right up to Charlotte, jumped up, and dropped her leg across the throat of the Queen causing Charlotte to roll into the ring while Zelina looked on and shook her head.
Mauro Ranallo: In the early going, Becky’s in firm control.
Corey Graves: I wouldn’t count the Queen out just yet.
Becky walked over to the time keeper, folded up a chair, and picked it up while the referee checked on Charlotte in the ring. Becky slid into the ring with the chair while Charlotte climbed to her feet. The referee approached Becky and she flinched at him. The referee fell to the mat and Becky turned her attention back to Charlotte, who kicked the chair into the face of Becky, knocking Becky down to the mat. The referee quickly picked up the chair and threw it out of the ring while Charlotte picked Becky up by the head. With Becky back on her feet, Charlotte grabbed her by the arm and whipped her hard into the Southwest corner, causing Becky’s spine to slam against the top turnbuckle with so much force that Becky dropped to a seated position in the corner. Charlotte approached Becky and drove her boot into her throat. The referee was quick to start the count.
1... 2... 3... 4...
Charlotte backed off before approaching Becky again. She brought Becky up to her feet in the corner by the head and choked Becky with her shin before punching her in the face. Charlotte punched Becky in the face again and whipped Becky into the opposite corner. With Charlotte on somewhat wobbly legs, Becky punched her in the face – once, twice – following it up with a kick to Charlotte’s stomach. Becky followed it up with punching Charlotte in the face – once, twice – backing Charlotte into the Southwest corner. With Charlotte backed into the Southwest corner, Becky attempted to whip her into the opposite corner but Charlotte reversed and sent Becky to the Northeast corner instead. With Becky in the Northeast corner again, Charlotte ran at her and attempted a clothesline, but Becky moved out of the way causing Charlotte to collide with the corner. Charlotte stumbled out of the corner and Becky picked her up, but before Becky can lift Charlotte up all the way, Charlotte managed to elbow her in the side of the head – once, twice, three times – causing Becky to fall to her back with Charlotte on top of her. The referee counted – 1... 2... Becky got the shoulder up!
Mauro Ranallo: That was a close call right there.
Corey Graves: One more second, and the Queen would have proved her dominance over Becky Lynch.
Becky got up to all fours and Charlotte stomped on her back, causing Becky to stumble into the ropes. With Becky leaning against the middle rope, Charlotte punched Becky in the spine, causing Becky to stumble into the corner, grabbing the middle ropes. Becky pulled herself up to her feet in the corner with her back to Charlotte. Charlotte drove her shoulder into Becky’s back – once, twice, three times – before turning Becky to face her and pulling her out of the corner. Charlotte lifted Becky up and slammed her down with a Vertical Suplex before crawling into the cover while hooking Becky’s leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Becky got the shoulder up and the crowd let out a collective “2”. Charlotte got up to her feet and dropped an elbow onto the chest of Becky. She did this – once, twice, three times, four times, five times, six times – before attempting to pin Becky while hooking the leg.
1... 2... THR-NO!
Becky got the shoulder up again. Charlotte looked at the referee somewhat in disbelief and Becky got up to her knees. Charlotte approached Becky and Becky punched her in the stomach – once, twice, three times, four times, five times, six times, seven times – and follows it up with a punch to Charlotte’s jaw, knocking Charlotte for a loop. Charlotte stumbled into the Southwest corner and Becky staggered to her feet. With Charlotte in the corner, Becky ran at her and jumped up only for Charlotte to catch her in a Bearhug. With Becky in her grasp, Charlotte brought her to the center of the ring and applied pressure to the Bearhug. Zelina looked on with a smug grin while Nikki cheered on Becky.
Mauro Ranallo: Now, Charlotte’s in control of this match.
Corey Graves: No kidding, that was a hell of a counter.
The referee checked on Becky, asking her if she gave up and Becky shook her head while hissing in pain. Charlotte retaliated by applying more pressure to the Bearhug. The referee asked Becky if she gave up again, but Becky answered with punching Charlotte in the face – once, twice, three times, four times, five times, six times – forcing Charlotte to release the hold – seven times, eight times, nine times, ten times, eleven times, twelve times, thirteen times, fourteen times, fifteen times, busting Charlotte open – and Charlotte was out on her feet. Becky backed into the ropes and ran at Charlotte, who managed to catch Becky with a Powerslam and went for the pin while hooking the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... THR-NO! Becky got the shoulder up again.
Mauro Ranallo: For a second there, we almost saw Becky take control of this match. She even managed to bust Charlotte open.
Corey Graves: Yeah, but did you see how quickly Charlotte managed to put a stop to Becky from gaining momentum? That’s the smart thing to do. With this new Becky, you can’t leave anything to chance, because she won’t. Don’t even give her an opportunity to breathe or you’re done.
Becky got up to her knees and Charlotte punched her in the face, knocking Becky down to all fours. Becky got back up to her knees and Charlotte punched her in the face again. She pulled Becky up to her feet by the head and threw Becky through the ropes. Becky landed in a seated position on the floor. The referee began counting.
1... Becky pulled herself up to her feet using the apron. 2... Becky slid into the ring and got up to her knees. Becky got to her feet and stumbled right into a Headbutt from Charlotte, but Becky didn't go down. Charlotte hit Becky with another headbutt and Becky was still standing. Charlotte hit Becky with a third headbutt and Becky was somehow still standing, though on wobbly legs. The camera did a close up on Becky to reveal that Becky’s forehead was cut.
Mauro Ranallo: Now, Charlotte has busted Becky open. The blood is dripping down Becky’s face profusely.
Corey Graves: This is really becoming brutal as we expected it to be between two former best friends. We told everyone that this wouldn’t be for the faint of heart.
Charlotte headbutted Becky a fourth time and Becky fell to the mat. After a few moments, Becky rolled over onto her stomach and got up to all fours. Corey Graves: Just like earlier, The Queen isn’t having any of it.
Becky rolled over to the ropes and used the ropes to pull herself up to her feet. Charlotte approached Becky and grabbed her by the arm. She whipped Becky to the ropes. When Becky bounced off the ropes, Charlotte attempted a clothesline, but Becky ducked and kept running. Becky bounced off the ropes again and Charlotte attempted another clothesline, but Becky ducked the second attempt and kept running. Becky bounced off the ropes a third time, leapt up, and took Charlotte down with a Leg Lariat to Charlotte’s face as the crowd cheered. With Charlotte down, Becky went for the pin.
1... 2... THR-NO!
Charlotte kicked out and pushed Becky off of her. Becky just looked at Charlotte in disbelief, wondering how in the hell Charlotte could keep going. When Charlotte got to her feet, Becky hit her in the stomach with a Side Kick and grabbed her arm in order to attempt the Dis-Arm-Her once again. This time, Charlotte managed to elbow her way out of the Dis-Arm-Her attempt. Charlotte grabbed Becky by the throat. Becky flailed her arms. Becky threw wild punches at Charlotte, punching her in the face, forcing Charlotte to release the grip on her throat. Becky backed into the ropes and ran at Charlotte. She leapt up and took Charlotte down with a Tornado DDT as the crowd cheered her.
Mauro Ranallo: Becky was reeling, but now she’s managed to use any means she can in order to take control of the match.
Corey Graves: Just like Charlotte, Becky’s also incensed. These two want personal domination over the other.
Becky crawled into the cover and hooked Charlotte’s leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... THRE-NO!
Charlotte got the shoulder up. Becky got up to her feet and called for the Dis-Arm-Her. When Charlotte got to her feet, Becky grabbed her arm, but Charlotte pushed her off into the ropes. Once Becky hit the corner, she staggered right into Charlotte, who lifted her up and dropped her face first on the top turnbuckle of the Southeast corner, causing Becky to drop to a kneeling position. Charlotte followed it up with the Natural Selection, driving Becky into the mat before going for the pin while hooking Becky’s leg.
1... 2... 3-NO!
Again Becky got the shoulder up and Charlotte looked like she was about to have a fit while the crowd cheered.
Mauro Ranallo: Just like Charlotte, Zelina, and Nikki, I don’t believe it. How the hell did Becky kick out of that?
Corey Graves: You got me, Mauro. I thought it was done after that. Looks like that Straight Fire that the Queen is trying so hard to extinguish is burning with intensity of the sun.
Becky groggily sat up and staggered to her feet while Charlotte screamed at her to stay down. Charlotte lifted Becky up for a Scoop Slam, but Becky dropped to her feet behind Charlotte, and quickly placed Charlotte into the Dis-Arm-Her as the crowd cheered. Meanwhile, Zelina climbed up onto the apron and tried to distract the referee. Nikki Cross ran over to Zelina and pulled her off of the apron. This caused Nikki and Zelina to break out into a brawl at ringside that ended with Nikki dropping Zelina with The Purge while Becky still had Charlotte in the Dis-Arm-Her.
Mauro Ranallo: Becky had the Dis-Arm-Her on Charlotte!
Corey Graves: Not only that, but Zelina can’t help her. Nikki’s disposed of her!
The referee checked on Charlotte and asked if she gave up. Charlotte tried to fight out of it, but to no avail as Becky applied more pressure to the hold. With more pressure being applied, Charlotte writhed in agony and nearly passed out from the pain. The referee asked Charlotte if she gave up, and Becky applied even more pressure, forcing Charlotte to stay awake. The referee asked one more time if Charlotte submitted. Charlotte raised her free hand and slowly slapped the mat three times, signaling that she submitted. The bell sounded and Becky released Charlotte from the Dis-Arm-Her as “Celtic Invasion” by CFO$ hit the PA System once again and the crowd exploded with cheers.
Christy Hemme: Here’s your winner as the result of a submission… the Lass Kicker, Becky LYNCH!!!
Nikki Cross entered the ring and she threw her arms around Becky, celebrating Becky’s hard-fought victory over Charlotte. The two women celebrated together as Warfare went to a commercial break.
As Warfare returned from commercial, "One True Villain" hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Marty Scurll made his way to the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Welcome back! Up next, two former Bullet Club members collide as the Villain, Marty Scurll, goes one on one with Cody Rhodes.
Corey Graves: A distraction from Chris Jericho cost Cody Rhodes a victory last week... he'll be determined to get back to winning ways here tonight!
After Scurll had entered the ring, "Kingdom" by Downstait hit and the crowd booed as Cody made his way to the ring. Upon entering the ring, Rhodes offered his hand to Scurll, but the Villain looked uncertain whether or not to trust him. As Scurll hesitated, Rhodes hit him with a right hand, and the referee called for the bell. Rhodes hit Scurll with several more right hands, then went to whip him against the ropes, but Scurll reversed it, sending Rhodes into the ropes. As Rhodes ran back towards him, Scurll took him down with a hip toss, then as Rhodes got to his feet, Scurll took him down with a superkick.
Mauro Ranallo: Superkick Party!
Scurll hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout! Scurll got to his feet and stomped on Rhodes several times, then grabbed him by the leg, going for a single leg Boston crab. Rhodes blocked it and kicked Scurll away, then got to his feet. Rhodes took Scurll own with a clothesline, then as Scurll got to his feet, Rhodes springboarded off the ropes, hitting the Beautiful Disaster. Cody set Scurll up for the Cross Rhodes, but Scurll blocked it, countering with a northern lights suplex. Both of Cody's shoulders were down, and the referee counted – 1... 2... Rhodes kicked out! Both men got to their feet and exchanged right hands back and forth. The crowd were behind Scurll now, and cheered when he hit Cody, then booed when Rhodes returned fire. The backing of the fans seemed to give Scurll momentum, and after hitting Rhodes with a series of punches in quick succession, Scurll whipped him into the corner. Scurll then ran at Rhodes, hitting him with a European uppercut, and as Rhodes staggered out of the corner, Scurll hit the Bird of Prey! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Corey Graves: It's over! Marty Scurll gets the victory!
Mauro Ranallo: After his recent losing streak, Scurll has now won two matches in a row... maybe the Villain really is on the path to redemption, Corey!
Christy Hemme: The next match is scheduled for one fall and it is the main event of the evening! Introducing first, from Cameron, North Carolina...
"The Deletion Anthem" began to play and Woken Matt Hardy proceeded to the ring to an ovation from the crowd. He did his delete taunt all the way down the ramp and the crowd did it in unison with him until he reached the ring apron. "I Want It All" came over the PA next.
Christy Hemme: From Catalina Island, being accompanied by The Boys, he is your EBWF Gateway Champion... Dalton Castle.
Dalton Castle: Boys!
The crowd shouted with Dalton.
Dalton Castle: Let's go break some hearts!
The men proceeded to the ring where the boys promptly folded themselves into stairs and allowed Dalton to use them as a means to get onto the ring apron. Hardy was not impressed by this and did the "delete" taunt. Dalton responded by opening his cape to reveal beautiful peacock colors, which also drew applause from the crowd. Dalton removed his cape and gave it to the time keeper as Christy Hemme exited the ring and the referee rang the bell.
Mauro Ranallo: Both of these men are rather colorful characters here in EBWF.
Corey Graves: We'll see which of them can win this main event here tonight.
Castle attempted to attack Matt right away, but Hardy back dropped him, and then laid into him with right hands and forearms. The crowd cheered as Matt whipped Castle into the corner and then avoided a float over attempt from Castle and laid him out again. Castle attempted a leapfrog, but Matt stopped and decked him yet again. Matt went for the Twist of Fate but Castle blocked it, and then ran into a boot from Matt. Matt climbed up top, but Castle crotched him, and then hung Matt upside down in the Tree of Woe. Dalton began to strut around the ring.
Corey Graves: The Party Peacock is just showing off now!
Dalton got back into it, pulling back on the neck of Hardy in a modified crossfire. Castle dragged Matt to the apron and hit him with a series of elbow, before taking him to the floor and slamming him into the guardrail. The Boys helped Dalton pull up the padding around ringside, but Matt began to try to fight back, so Dalton had to settle for a back suplex on the steps. Castle began stomping on Hardy's head as he laid on the steps.
Mauro Ranallo: Dalton! You're taking it too far.
The Boys warned Dalton that the referee was counting, so Castle dragged Matt back in the ring. Castle slammed Matt throat first into the ropes before slamming him into the turnbuckles. Castle hit the hangman's neck breaker on Matt for a near fall, and then put Matt in a chin lock. Matt fought out of the hold, and hit the ropes, only for Castle to cut him off with an elbow.
Corey Graves: Dalton Castle is just one step ahead of Matt Hardy!
Matt answered back with an elbow of his own, and the two began exchanging strikes. Matt whipped Dalton into the ropes and connected with a back elbow followed by a clothesline, and then a running clothesline into a running bulldog in the corner. Matt got a quick near fall, and then climbed up top and dove off with a flying elbow. Matt went for the Twist of Fate, but Castle blocked it and attempted a clothesline, but Matt countered it into the Side Effect! It was only good for a two count!
Mauro Ranallo: Dalton Castle kicks out again!
Matt went for the Twist of Fate again, but Castle blocked it and sent Matt flying through the ropes, and both men crashed through the concrete where Castle had pulled up the padding earlier. Hardy got to his feet.
Mauro Ranallo: Dalton Castle might be hurt.
The referee was making his count, and The Boys leaned over Dalton to try to check on him. Matt Hardy leapt in from the ring apron with a suicide dive! The Boys were down, and Matt moved to help Dalton up, which proved to be a fatal mistake as Dalton hit a spiked pile driver on the floor! The crowd was stunned, and began a "holy shit" chant. Dalton lifted Matt up and rolled him back in the ring. He climbed to the top rope for for Anchor's Away, but fell right into the Twist of Fate from Matt!
Corey Graves: Unbelievable!
Mauro Ranallo: The Boys are out! Hardy might have this one!
1... 2... 3!
Christy Hemme: Here is your winner! Woken Matt Hardy!
"The Deletion Anthem" hit again, and Hardy did the Delete Taunt with the fans.
Mauro Ranallo: What a Warfare it has been Corey! We're hurling toward Fanniversary, and Matt Hardy has a victory over the Gateway Champion!
Hardy continued to celebrate in the ring as Warfare went off the air.
