Velvet Sky stood backstage checking out her reflection in a mirror that was hung up on a wall. She ran her fingers through her hair and teased at it a bit until the camera man cleared his throat to gain her attention.

Camera man: AHEM!

Velvet cocked up an eyebrow and turned her head slowly to face the man holding the camera.

Velvet: Uh - excuse you. Try having some manners in my presence. This isn't Becky Lynch you're approaching.

Velvet waved her hand around as to signal he had smelly breath.

Velvet: Look bud, I can't tell you where the production trailer is, I just got here a little while ago myself. Sorry.

Velvet went to turn back around before the man spoke up for the first time, ultimately stopping her in her tracks.

Camera man: Actually Velvet, I was sent here to ask a couple of questions about your match tonight.

Velvet scrunched her nose in disgust.

Velvet: Wait a minute... I'm not even important enough for them to send a legitimate interviewer?!

Camera man: Well-

Velvet: ME?! Velvet freakin' Sky!!

Camera man: You see-

Velvet: I'm... subjected to the camera guy and a few questions. Great.

Velvet huffed in annoyance and placed her hands upon her hips.

Camera man: Well actually, Renee's flight was delayed so she is running behind and-

Velvet: Oh c'mon, I don't need the backstory. Just get on with it.

Velvet waved her hands to signal for him to carry on. She turned away from him and went back to checking her makeup.

Camera man: Alright. Well.. tonight you face um.. uh.. you face uh-

Velvet sighed and rolled her eyes. This was visible in the mirror.

Velvet: Becky Lynch, I'm facing Becky Lynch! You could have at least been prepared to interview me.

Camera man: Right... you are facing Becky Lynch tonight. How d'ya feel about that?

Velvet shook her head and muttered something inaudible under her breath.

Velvet: Well, you've effectively ruined my spot where I pretend I have never heard of my opponent, or she's too underwhelming to kick up any concern... so I guess we'll just skip that, huh?

Velvet Sky picked up some makeup powder and a brush off the makeup table before her and began to apply some to her face.

Velvet: I think my opponent has a bad attitude and needs to be brought down a peg or two. She wants to claim that she's "The Man"... prove it. You want us veterans to fear you? Give us a reason to. Becky is a dime a dozen. I've seen so many come and go over the years and they all think the same way. That they're important. That they're the new tough Superstar on the block, that they're going to rule the locker room...

Velvet chuckled and put down the makeup brush.

Velvet: You're nothing special hunny. Just a bright colored dye job and a loud mouth, we've seen this plenty of times. You think you've got something new to offer, but the fact is... you don't. It's the same old song and dance. I'm going to hit the ring, hand you your ass, and send ya off packing like the rest. I'm fine with showing the world that yeah... I may have been out of the ring for a bit... but this veteran still has it. I got plenty of fight left in me and I'm more than happy to bring it to "The Man" tonight on Warfare. Now camera boy... please be gone. I have to have a chat with Angelina about how unacceptable this interview was. Sooo... bye!

Velvet waved him off with her fingers and went back to applying some eyeliner and finishing the touch up's on her makeup. The scene slowly faded out.
