A long return

It’s been seven years since I step into the ropes… It’s been awhile since I make “noises” in every arena that I’ve been into and I think it’s time that I make those noise once again. – Muhammad Hassan
I’ve became a social studies teacher in a high school after I hang up my boots, and I teach them about the thing that I hate the most, America. I know I swallow my pride and lies to the students about how good America is. I have to do this as it is the only source of money that I could get which is decent but I know that isn’t enough as I have to wear a “mask” to hide my true feelings about America but I feel that this “mask” has to go. In April 10, 2010 I decided to make my way to Wrestlefest and meet my old buddy Daivari. Once we took a picture after we met, we start to have a conversation.
Daivari: Hassan, how have you been all these years?
Muhammad Hassan: Well as much as I miss the ring, I have to say that I’ve done pretty well in my job as a teacher.
I give out a sigh before telling the truth.
Muhammad Hassan: Who I got to be kidding, of course I hate my job. I have to lie to the student about how good America is, and to them it’s good but to us, it’s nothing but a piece of garbage. I want to speak my mind again and I don't care who will be in my way this time, not the WWE or even UPN for that matter.
Daivari: What can you do about it? They banned you from joining back the WWE to speak your mind after the London bombing incident.
Muhammad Hassan: Which is why I check out this place called EBWF, and this place is more or less like the WWE, and I’ve decided to make a return to this company and have my voice heard again. However right now, I need to get back to the same form that I was in 200seven. So I give myself two years before calling their office and ask for a contract.
Daivari nods his head in agreement as he continues to speak.
Daivari: and for obvious reason, I will behind you every step in the way as I will be with you when the time comes.
The both of us then shake hands and give a hug as I went on to enjoy the show and from that day on, I train myself to get back into fighting shape while still working as a teacher. I kept my anger in check every time when I’m in school as I know that once the two years are up and I got myself the contract, I will leave this place that they call school.
2 years later…
The day has finally arrive, as I have put my notice before the summer break that I won’t be coming back to work for the school again as I have gotten myself a contract with EBWF. As the last day of school before the summer break, I was smiling to myself all the way as I know to the fact that I won’t be in this place much longer and I will embark on the journey back to the ring as I got a few matches that has lined up for me thanks to Daivari helping with the booking for me. When the last bell has sounded, I have finish cleaning out my desk as I head back home for the last time before going back to the road again as Daivari is staying over for the night as we will head out to the road the next morning.
A few months later…
I’ve finally arrive in EBWF and I can’t wait for some real competition again as the one that I’ve wrestled in the independent scene was easy compare to the people here. Some old faces are now in this company and of course new faces which make me want to make my point heard and no one has to be in my way. Daivari is now also a part of EBWF as he makes the call to the office at the same time. The both of us have found the board where usually the match for the night will be posted and while I check, I found out that I’m involved in the opening match of the night as my opponent will be none other than the “Shaman of Sexy” himself John Morrison. As much that I’m excited to be facing another new comer, I have to focus at the task at hand as if I didn't, it might cost me as I’ve now need to prove to myself that I still got what it takes to be in the ring that is filled with thousands of people once more. The both of us afterwards heads to the backstage area where I ask the producers that I want to make an in ring promo and they relay the message to the production truck and they give the okay signal to do the promo and we can do it when the fans are all sit down and ready. Once they are done and they know that the fans are ready to go, they give the both of us a signal to come out as Arab American theme starts to play and everyone is in shock that I’ve return, I can feel the disbelief in the atmosphere as both Daivari and I walk out from the curtains as I hear some cheer and even a soft murmur of boos as Daivari speak in Persian as he speak with joy.
Daivari: All of you infidels better listen up because after seven years of silence and missing from the wrestling world and now, he’s making a return and better that ever. Please bring your salaam to the Great Muhammad Hassan.
Muhammad Hassan: For seven long years, I have to keep myself in silence. I’ve exile myself from this ring because people from the network think that the act I did was of terrorism where it is the fact I were making a statement and I have people like you to blame for it!
The fans are now in unison where they all start to jeer and I give out a smirk as I continue to speak.
Muhammad Hassan: Where were you people for all these years? Why there is no one, helping to put up petitions to bring me back and fulfill my destiny? That’s right; you people don't care about Arab American. All you people don't want to see me doing what everyone in this arena can’t and that is to be successful.
I then stop talking for a moment as I soak in all their hatred on me as I give out a few laughs.
Muhammad Hassan: The crowd hasn't change at all doesn't it Daivari? They still think that America is great, but I dare you to try to live like me and see how great it feels like when you’re Arab American and tonight John Morrison will have the first hand to taste the anger that is has been keeping inside of me for seven years while I’m away. John Morrison is like you people and instead of sucking up to the boss, he pander to you people and you all cheer for him for every dangerous move that he’s ever done even if it hurts his body and all, but when the inevitable happen, he will be doing nothing but blame you people for having his career ended the way it did. Earlier this week in EBWF.net, I was in the news where the headline says that “Point to Prove” and that’s what tonight is all about. Proving the point that he’s wasting his time pandering to all of you and a point to prove to myself that I can still make an impact here in EBWF.
The fans cheers when John Morrison name is mention as I continues to speak
Muhammad Hassan: John Morrison may call himself the “prince of parkour”, but tonight John Morrison needs to know that showboating will lead you to nowhere expect a trip to the hospital when you go through me and much you call yourself a “Shaman of Sexy” but after tonight, you will know as simply “Broken”.
Arab American starts to play as the both of us walk ourselves to the back and the fans chanting “you suck” with great passion as the scene fades to black.
