Static took over the screen as Warfare continued. After a few seconds, the static slowly faded backstage. There, Tommy End, sat cross-legged on top of an equipment box. In front of him, Zahra Schreiber paced back and forth. She shook her head as she paced as Tommy remained perfectly still. Zahra stopped and looked over at Tommy.
Zahra Schreiber
”How can you be this calm right now?!”
Tommy looked at her, but he said nothing. Zahra shook head once again in frustration.
Zahra Schreiber
”Everyone thinks that we’re jokes right now.. We even have Hardcore Holly and his band of merry men making jokes. Tonight we have to go out there and make a statement. We have to make these people fear us again.”
She stared at Tommy, but still he remained stone.
Zahra Schreiber
”Are you even listening to me?!”
The anger grew in Zahra, but just then Tommy raised up his hand and held it to her. She looked at the hand and then past it to Tommy. Her eyes burned into him as he looked up at her.
Tommy End
”Calm yourself..”
Zahra Schreiber
”Calm myself.. Calm... Calm myself..”
Zahra nodded her head while she spoke. Then, all of a sudden, Zahra slammed her fist against the equipment box next to Tommy. He turned his attention to her fist before he moved his gaze up Zahra’s arm. He looked at her for a moment before he spoke out.
Tommy End
”Anger will get the better of you, do you understand? You can’t let your anger consume you. If you do, then you’re the one that has beaten yourself, not your opponent. I thought I taught you better than this?”
Zahra rolled her eyes, still beside herself as she looked over at Tommy.
Tommy End
”Since Havoc left, everyone thinks that we have fallen, and sure.. We have been taken back. But all is not lost, you know that.. We know that.. They know that.”
Tommy looked off in the distant momentarily.
Tommy End
”They think that Legion has faded away. That all is well with the world once more. They choose to live their lives in the complete bliss of ignorance. They made this little ideal world where all their hopes and dreams, they come true. Aiden and Raquel.. They believe they are EBWF’s golden compass of morality. They believe that they have brought EBWF out of it’s darkest days.”
Tommy turned his attention back to Zahra.
Tommy End
”Little do they know.. It is the light, which brings forth the darkness. And the brighter the light, the deeper the darkness.”
Zahra’s anger remained, but she stood there and listened to Tommy as he spoke.
Tommy End
”At WrestleMania, on the grandest stage of them all. Everyone will be watching and all the lights in the arena will shine. Then.. And only then will The Light be at their brightest. The Light will illuminate the evil in their world and they will eliminate it. But from that evil, The Light will reveal the true darkness.”
He smiled, which seemingly soothed Zahra, who smiled back.
Tommy End
”At WrestleMania, when everyone is enjoying basking in The Light, the true darkness will seep from the bowels below and we will rise. Legion will not be pushed down anymore. We will not be looked down upon. Legion will take it’s spot at the top, right where we belong. But tonight.. Tonight we have to deal with another pest. Tonight we have to deal with Royalty.”
Zahra Schreiber
”Yeah, I know.. So what are we going to do about that.”
Tommy End
”Zahra, you know that Royalty is nothing to fear. Sure, they’re a nuisance that just won’t go away. They’re the cloud of gnats that have infested EBWF for far too long. Those gnats will be exterminated once and for all.”
Zahra Schreiber
”Finally you’re talking my language. I can’t wait to get my hands on that mouthpiece. I will show her that her place is standing at ringside. She doesn’t belong in the middle of that ring. She doesn’t belong in the ring with me.. I have destroyed women twice her size.”
The calming smile that used to be on Zahra’s face quickly turned into an evil smirk as she spoke.

”Zelina Vega’s going to wish that she never trained to be a professional wrestler. I’m going to make her wish that she never ever knew of this business, let alone be a part of it. This isn’t a fairy tale land where if you wish for something real hard, it’s going to come true. No. This right here..”
Zahra points between herself and Tommy.
Zahra Schreiber
”This right here is as real as it gets. Legion is as real as it gets. Everyone should know by now that we don’t play games. They should know that we mean business. Royalty.. They think that they’re Gods among men.. They think that they’ve been endowed with some sort of natural gift. But they’re nothing.”
Tommy looked as though he was about to speak up, but Zahra spoke up first.

”They’ve been nothing since the moment they walked through the doors to this place. Yet, no matter how many times they’ve been proven to be a waste of roster space, their delusional minds still believe they’re better than everyone. They think that their shit don’t stink, but the truth is, since they got to EBWF, the locker has smelled like shit. I don’t believe in coincidences, so the fact that both coincide with one another, it means something.”

”Zahra..”

”Don’t Zahra me.. You know it to be true, just like everyone else. You know Royalty is beneath us. You know they don’t measure up to Legion. Since the moment we revealed ourselves to EBWF, we made an impact. We made people talk.. Everyone knows Legion and what we’ve done. No one knows about, let alone cares about Royalty.”
Tommy End
”Tonight, we care about Royalty.”
Zahra looked at Tommy quizzically. She looked to question him, but before she could, Tommy spoke out.
Tommy End
”Tonight, Royalty steps into the ring with us. They want to prove themselves on our account. But as you spoke of their delusions, Royalty believes that they stand a chance, not only against us, but against the great names of EBWF. They believe that gold is in their future.”
Tommy sighed as he shook his head.
Tommy End
”It is not our intention to destroy Royalty’s illusions.. That is not our goal. However, our paths have crossed and now Royalty will stand in the ring against a force that no one has ever been able to stop. A force that goes beyond the wrestling ring. A force that goes beyond borders. Legion’s not a movement. We’re not a badge of glory. No.. Legion has been around since before the dawn of time. Since the birth of the Age of Man, we have been a force. Hidden in the shadows up until now, but now that we have brought Legion to the forefront, we have shown that we are everything that we’ve made ourselves out to be.”
His eyes burned with passion as he spoke.

”We didn’t hype Legion up.. We didn’t tout about our glories..”
Zahra Schreiber
”We showed our dominance through destruction.. We came in, we took our place at the top and we dropped everyone that stood against Legion at our feet.”
Tommy End
”That’s right. We let our action speak for the power of Legion. That is what we did, and that is what we’re going to continue to do every time we step into that ring. We will not let up. The teachings that Legion offer are endless, and with those teachings will come the rebirth of the world. Reborn free of the ignorance like Royalty likes to spew. The ignorance of self grandeur.”
The two looked at each other.
Tommy End
”Legion hid in the shadows because the world wasn’t ready for us. Last year, we reveal ourselves and we let the world know that everything they thought was real, has just been an illusion. And here we are, on the eve of the anniversary of when the darkness took over EBWF.. The anniversary of when Legion ruled. And here we are just mere days from seeing the reawakening. Mere days from witnessing The Light, shine brighter than ever before.. Mere days from when the darkest shadow will emerge and cast his darkness over EBWF.”
Zahra smirked her evil, sadistic grin.
Tommy End
”After tonight.. After we rid the EBWF of the gnats that are Royalty.. You and I my dear.. We will become the harbingers of darkness. And at WrestleMania, EBWF will never be the same again.”

”We will destroy everything that stands against the darkness.”

”We will.”

”We will sacrifice anyone who thinks themselves greater than Legion.”

”With zero mercy.”

”We will bleed dry all the false prophets.”

”And bath in their blood.”
The two looked deep into each others eyes.

”We are Legion.”
The two continued to stare at each other. They smiled and begun to lean towards one another as the static began to take over the screen once again until that was all to be seen.
