OOC: Good luck, Ben.

Riott walked her way through the backstage area, Liv Morgan skipping behind her with a smile on her face. As the two rounded a corner, they were stopped by none other than Renee Young. With her backed turned to the duo, Renee stood there talking to a stagehand. Suddenly, Liv rushed passed Ruby and jumped on Renee’s back. Caught off guard, Renee stumbled forward, nearly falling onto the stagehand.

Liv Morgan: ”RE-RE!!!”

Morgan screamed at the told of her lungs as she squeezed Renee Young in a bare hug.

Renee Young: ”What th..”

The stage hand took a step back and then walked away as Renee turned and noticed Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott. Ruby shook her head behind Liv.

Liv Morgan: ”Gurl!! Where you been hidin’!”
Renee Young: ”I’ve been around.. Are you two getting ready for tonight?”
Liv Morgan: ”Yep!!”

Morgan sounded confident, but Ruby shook her head before she spoke up.

Ruby Riott: ”Renee, we’ve been ready. It’s the Queen of the Ring. It’s this time of the year that you can’t wait til the day of the match to get yourself ready. Liv and I, we’ve been ready.”

Morgan nodded her head in agreement.

Ruby Riott: ”Last week, my girl Liv here.. She shot out of the starting gate and in the first match of this tournament, she got the victory. She continued her tournament dominance.”
Liv Morgan: ”Guurrrll..”
Ruby Riott: ”Last year she made it to the finals, and if it wasn’t for Zahra Schreiber sticking her big...”

Ruby and Liv looked at each other, and then down at each other’s chest. Ruby then turn to Renee and continued.

Ruby Riott: ”Nose.. Into things.. Liv would have became Queen of the Ring.”

Liv Morgan started to fake cry.

Liv Morgan: ”They stole my crown...”

She wiped the fake tears out of her eyes as Ruby continued.

Ruby Riott: ”This year, that’s not going to happen. This year, the two of us.. We’re going to make sure that there will be a Queen of the Ring this year. And if Zahra wants to try to ruin the tournament again this year, because she’s just too scared to defend her championship.. If she wants to try to ruin things. We’re going to be ready for her. Actually..”

Ruby looked over at Liv Morgan with a smirk.

Ruby Riott: ”Liv and I might already have a plan in place.”
Renee Young: ”A plan? What plan?”
Liv Morgan: ”Oh gurl.. Let me tell you...”

Ruby place her hand on Liv’s shoulder.

Liv Morgan: ”I mean.. Back off yo!! What’s with the third degree?! I can’t tell you the plan..”

Liv acted nervous before Ruby stepped forward.

Ruby Riott: ”All you need to know is this.. Last week, Liv advanced in the tournament. She secured her spot in the next round. Tonight.. Tonight I earn my spot. Tonight I advance further into the Queen of the Ring Tournament.”

Ruby paused, but before Renee could ask another question, she continued and cut Renee off.

Ruby Riott: ”I know that I’m going against Nikki Cross again.. A few weeks ago, I face Nikki. I didn’t know what I was getting into then, but this time.. This time I know what Nikki Cross I’m getting in the ring with. It’s only been a few weeks, so I know Nikki hasn’t had enough time to adjust anything from the last time we squared off.”
Renee Young: ”The victory of Nikki a few weeks ago had to make getting ready for this match easier. You just need to do what you did last time.”

Ruby shook her head.

Ruby Riott: ”Nikki might not have had time to change things up, but she’s going to be ready for everything that I did last time. This time, I’m going to have to change a few things up. I’m going to have to change up the timing. Keep Nikki on her heels, which will be easy to do. Nikki’s not right in the head.. She’s not like the other women in this company.”
Liv Morgan: ”Psycho..”
Ruby Riott: ”It doesn’t matter how many times you compete against Nikki, each time you’re going to get a little different side of her. You’re going get a different one of her personalities. But, no matter how many different personalities Nikki has, she’s still one woman.”

Ruby looked back at Liv.

Ruby Riott: ”We’re not one woman, and I know Liv has my back, just like I have her back. I know that she’ll be there for me tonight against Nikki. We’re going to make sure that we make it all the way through this tournament. We’re going to make sure that it’s going to be one of us that goes on to face Zahra for the EBWF Women’s Championship. And then.. We’re going to make sure that it’s one of us that win that championship and finally put an end to Zahra’s death grip on this division.”
Renee Young: ”Sounds like you’re pretty prepared. Good luck tonight.”
Liv Morgan: ”Luck's got nothin’ to do with it.”

Ruby and Liv smile at each other.

Ruby Riott: ”Tonight, we riot!”

The two laugh as they walk off. Renee shook her head, still a little shook up from Liv’s surprise attack.
