OOC: Good luck, Ashlee
The door to the parking garage opened slightly as Liv Morgan peeked her head inside. She looked around and then darted back into the door. Seconds later, Ruby Riott opened the door and walked into the arena.
Ruby Riott: ”What are you doing?!”
Liv cautiously walked into the arena and looked around. She seemed more jumpy than usual, but Ruby remained calm.
Ruby Riott: ”Will you just calm down. Everything will be fine. Tonight is going to be the squads night. Everything is going according to plan.”
Liv Morgan: ”How can you be so chill, yo..”
Liv followed behind Ruby, looking over her shoulder the entire time.
Ruby Riott: ”Because this is our night. Tonight, I will beat Trish Stratus. We’ll be one step closer to me and you battling it out at King of the Ring to see who will go to take out Zahra.”
Liv Morgan: ”But Ru...”
Ruby Riott: ”But nothing..”
Ruby stopped and turned to Liv, who stopped and looked back at Ruby with a worried look on her face.
Ruby Riott: ”Tonight, we get rid of the old guard and we make room for the fresh, young talent on this roster. We make room for us. We’re not going to stand aside for elderly of this company to remain in control. You started that last week when you defeated Velvet Sky.. And tonight, I continue that mission by defeating Trish Stratus.”
Liv Morgan: ”I ain’t worried bout that, yo.. It’s the other thing..”
Liv looked at Ruby. She twitched her face as though she was trying to speak to Ruby through facial expressions.
Ruby Riott: ”Are you having a seizure?”
Liv angrly stomped her foot. Ruby laughed at Liv’s frustration.
Ruby Riott: ”Calm down, that’s under control.”
Liv Morgan: ”How do you know?!”
Ruby Riott: ”Because I took care of it.”
Ruby smiled and turned. She started to walk away, leaving Liv looking a little confused. Liv shook her head and then quickly took off and followed Ruby.
Liv Morgan: ”YO!! What do you mean, “you took care of it”?”
Ruby Riott: ”Don’t worry about it.. Like I said, tonight is going to be the squads night. We’re going to run the show, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Tonight, Riott Squad will reign supreme. Just like we will at King of the Ring when we run the finals. This year, there won’t be any confusion on who will walk out Queen of the Ring.”
Liv Morgan: ”That didn’t answer my question..”
Ruby continued to walk with Liv in tow down the hallway.

Warfare had just kicked off and the crowd were on the edge of their seats. They were all excited to see what was in store for them, especially in the King and Queen of the Ring Tournament matches. One of the participants in the Queen of the Ring Tournament was seen backstage, alongside her partner in crime, Liv Morgan. Ruby Riott, a newcomer in EBWF was in her first Queen of the Ring Tournament this year, and it was already off to a strong start. The duo did not stand alone, as next to them was Renee Young.
Liv Morgan: ”Wazzup, ReRe?”
Renee Young: ”Well, tonight Ruby Riott is continuing on in the Queen of the Ring Tournament, after a strong showing a couple of weeks ago against Charlotte Flair.”
Liv Morgan: ”Yo.. You doubted my gurl?”
Renee Young: ”No.. Of course not.. I was just wondering, if after that first victory, does it alleviate some of the pressure?”
Ruby shook her head.
Ruby Riott: ”Renee, why would you think I was under pressure in the first place?”
Liv Morgan: ”YEA!!”
Renee Young: ”Well.. With this being your first year here in EBWF, you’ve competed in the Women’s Royal Rumble back in January, but since then.. You haven’t been seen much. Some would say that the lack of time here in EBWF would leave you with a certain level of stress.”
Ruby Riott: ”Stress? Really?”
Liv Morgan: ”Oh no you didn’t..”
Ruby rolled her eyes as she looked seriously annoyed with Renee’s comment.
Ruby Riott: ”Look, I may be new here in EBWF, but this company.. This company is just a cog in the entire wrestling business, be it a giant cog. Just because I’m new in this company, doesn’t mean that I’m new to this business. I’ve been in this business for a very long time, and I’ve been around my fair share of rings. Nothing inside those ropes stresses me out.”
Renee Young: ”Not even your opponent tonight?”
Ruby Riott: ”My opponent? You mean Trish Stratus?”
Renee gave a quick nod to answer Ruby’s questioning.
Ruby Riott: ”Trish Stratus is a veteran, there’s no denying that.. However, last week we saw two other veteran fall to younger, more talented superstars. Now, I’m not saying that Trish Stratus is on the same level as Velvet Sky or Torrie Wilson, but let’s be honest, lately.. They’re all on the same level.”
Liv smirked as Ruby looked serious about her words.
Ruby Riott: ”In the past, Trish might have been something special. She might have made a huge name for herself. But what is that name now? She’s lost everything that made her relevant. She’s not the EBWF Women’s Champion.. She didn’t win the Women’s Royal Rumble.. She even lost her record as longest reigning EBWF Women’s Champion.”
Liv Morgan: ”Ouch!! I know that hurt her.. No doubt.”
Ruby Riott: ”After losing all that, do you really think that I’m the one you should be asking about being stressed? I might be one of the newest women here in EBWF. I have a lot to prove.. I have a lot of distance to make up. But with me, I’m out here to prove myself. I’m here to show what the next generation of superstars are like.”
Ruby spoke with passion.
Ruby Riott: ”Trish.. She’s been to the mountaintop. She’s made a name for herself, a big name. She has nothing to prove that she’s one of the best.. Instead, she needs to go out there and prove that she still has it. She’s the one that needs to go out there and prove something. Not me..”
Renee Young: ”So you’re not nervous about facing Trish tonight?”
Ruby Riott: ”Nervous?”
Liv Morgan: ”ReRe, my gurl’s not nervous bout anything.”
Ruby Riott: ”Trish will be a task, I’m not going to doubt that. She’s definitely going to be more of a challenge than Charlotte Flair. That’s a given.. But I’m not in a situation that I haven’t been in before. I’m used to fighting my through all my obstacles. I’m used to being up against a wall. Tonight is no different with Trish Stratus. She didn’t hold that record for years out of luck. No.. It was a real test of her talent to make it as champion that long. It’s a shame that her record had to be broken by Zahra. I know Liv and I would have loved to be the ones that dethroned her.”
Liv Morgan: ”I woulda had a parade!”
Renee and Ruby both looked over at Liv.
Liv Morgan: ”What?! Like you wouldn’t.. Please..”
Liv acted annoyed at everyone’s response. Ruby regained focus and continued.
Ruby Riott: ”Trish is a legend, but legends were made to fall. The cracks in Trish Stratus’ legacy have started to form. She’s started to show signs of the end nearing, and if you ask me, she’s actually outlast her legacy already. She needs to do what her best friend, Natalya did.. She just needs to realize that there’s a new generation, a new era in wrestling today. She needs to hang up the boots and call it quits.”
Renee Young: ”I don’t know about that.. I think Trish can still go.”
Ruby Riott: ”Being able to go’s not the point. I have no doubt in my mind that Trish is going to come out tonight, fist a blaze. She’s going to put up a good fight, but in the end, she’s going to lose. She’s going to lose because that’s just how this entire year has been for her. Losing.. Which brings me back to Trish’s legacy.”
Ruby paused, but quickly continued.
Ruby Riott: ”Like I said, Trish was legendary, but this latest run.. This latest version of Trish Stratus. It’s a mockery.. It’s a mockery of her legacy. Each and every loss that she suffers, tarnishes that legacy just a little more. And the longer she goes.. The longer that Trish Stratus tries to stick around and be relevant. The more her legacy will continue to be drug through the mud. The more the memory of Trish Stratus, will just become an unwanted dream. Trish knows this.. And despite all the cheers, the EBWF Universe knows that Trish Stratus.. She’s the one that’s a shadow of her former self.”
Renee Young: ”Liv, are you going to be a factor in this match?”
Liv scoffed loudly, offended by Renee’s question.
Liv Morgan: ”Renee.. I never..”
Ruby shook her head and spoke up in place of Liv.
Ruby Riott: ”Liv’s going to do what needs to be done for the benefit of the squad. Trish Stratus doesn’t need to worry about Liv.. She needs to keep her focus on me. Whether Liv is at ringside with me or not, I’m Trish’s opponent. I’m the woman that trish needs to beat if she wants to advance in this tournament. I’m the woman that Trish needs to beat if she wants to change around this banter year that she’s had. I’m the one that can make, or break her.”
Renee Young: ”So you’re saying that Liv’s not going to play a part in this match?”
Ruby Riott: ”I’m saying it doesn’t matter, and neither you, not Trish should worry yourselves about what Liv does. Tonight.. Sorry Liv... But tonight’s not about Liv Morgan. Tonight is about Ruby Riott. Tonight is about the Riott Squad. That is what Trish needs to worry about. She needs to worry about me in that ring, not Liv outside it.”
Liv Morgan: ”Yeah!”
Ruby Riott: ”Like I said earlier, I might be the new one in this match. I might have to prove that I belong. But Trish Stratus has to prove that she can still go. She needs to prove that it’s not time to hang up her boots. Trish Stratus has more to prove in this match than I do.. Why don’t you go ask her if she has what it takes to prove that tonight. Ask her if she has what it takes to take out the squad.”
Ruby motioned before herself and Liv before the duo turned and left Renee where she stood.
